After a few more moments of shocked silence, well, as silent as it could be with the television blaring a little too loudly in the background, and noisy minor birds and lorikeets chattering noisily outside, my friends bombarded me with questions, which I answered as best as I could . Did they know they were characters from a tv show? How long had they been there? Why hadn’t I called them? Was Spike there? Did the ponies act like they did in the show?...
Then they fell silent again, listening to a sound, even the birds seemed to quieten, and the television? Well… it sounded louder than before, and it was the reason we fell silent…

That song, the four of us knew it so well, had shamelessly sung it countless times, but now we realised the implications of this harmless song being played on my television, at this time, with that particular audience…
“Just what in the hay is going on here!?” Applejack spoke first, shock clear in her voice.
“It’s us! We’re on the Tee Vee! We must be famous! But we’re here, and I’ve never heard this song before… Is this showing the future!?” Pinkie Pie said quickly.
“I… I don’t know what’s going on…” Twilight replied. We could hear them from the door.
“I’ll tell you what’s going on here! We’ve been spied on, that’s what!” Rainbow Dash cried in anger.
“I’m sure there’s a reasonable explanation for this Rainbow” Twilight said, trying to calm her friend.
“Yeah, and Rebecca knows! She’s obviously a spy!” Within seconds a very angry Rainbow was standing in front of us. ”I want answers spy! Now!” The others quickly followed. Applejack also looked angry; Twilight looked as though she were trying to think of a plausible explanation for this predicament. Rarity seemed to be very unhappy at the thought of being spied upon, whilst Fluttershy was clearly scared and very nervous, I just wanted to give her a big hug. Pinkie Pie seemed to have completely recovered from the initial shock and was just as happy as usual. My friends looked a little nervous now that they were faced with 6 angry and confused ponies.
“Umm, okay, I’ll explain everything… you all might want to sit down though…” I replied.
