Dusk and Spike are waiting for the girls who haven't finished getting ready yet. Eclipse Sparkle is released first.

Now they have to wait for the others.
“They take time. ” The purple boy approaches the door. “Girls, the dance party is about to start...”
Rarity voice: Dusk! Do not come back!
When opening the door, Dusk is blinded by a white light, his nose is bleeding....
Meanwhile in Equestria. Dusk's friends were waiting for him. The young changeling does her best to stay awake because it is late.
“Moony you’re tired, you better go get some sleep.” Cadence suggests to the young changeling.
“No... I want to be there when Dusk comes back...” She said in a tired voice.

Dusk and Spike returned. Dusk has regained his element.
“Dusk!!!” Dusk and Moony's friends jump on Dusk to give him a hug.
“Easy girls, I lost a little blood. ”
“My prince, did you fight?”
“I'm impressed, I didn't think a guy who spent his time in a library could fight. No offense.” Rainbow said without offending the purple stallion.
"I do not take. I didn’t fight.”
Dusk tells what happened.
A few minutes before they arrive in Equestria.
Finally ready, they go to the Canterlot High dance party. The students come together, have a good time and have fun.
Principal Celestia and Vice President Luna take the stage. Celestia (EG) takes the microphone.
“Canterlot High students. It's time to announce who will wear the crown. And the winner is..."
She puts her hand in the box and takes a paper.
“Dusk Shine!”
The students applaud except for Sunset Shimmer. She is angry that it was Dusk Shine who won.
(I'm going to get this crown no matter the cost.) She sees the purple dog who is alone.
Dusk takes the stage to get his crown.

Spike voice: Duskkkkk!!!
“Spike! ”
The purple boy runs outside and sees Sunset Shimmer with Spike.
“Spike!”
“Dusk, if you want to see your dog again. Give me this item and your dog will be free. ”
“Dusk doesn’t do that. Without your element, Equestria will be in danger.”
“Spike, no way I'm sacrificing you. You are family. ”
“Are you really going to leave Equestria for a simple mutt?”
"Hey! I am a dragon.”
“The element of friendship is already in Equestria. I’m sure they’ll be fine.”
“Friendship... Friendship... That's not the most important thing. It's magic. ”
Sunset throws the purple dog at Dusk who catches it. She runs to him and steals the crown.
“The magic is mine!!” Sunset puts the crown on her head.
The students arrive and watching the energy flow transforms her into a demon.
“Now I am the queen. I have magic in me.” Sunset uses her new powers to wreak havoc.
Dusk walks towards Sunset.
"Satisfied? You have the power to have what you want.”
"Yes! I could tell Celestia that she was wrong about friendship magic.” She says.
Celestia EG feels targeted because she thinks Sunset Shimmer is talking about her.
“But I’m going to start by making his number one student disappear, roof!” She concentrates a ball of energy in her hand and throws it at the purple boy.
Dusk doesn't try to dodge it and takes it.
“Dusk!!!!”
Sunset laughed with satisfaction at having made Celestia's student disappear.
“Celestia, now it’s your turn.”
The smoke clears. Students see that Dusk is correct.
“Dusk Shine has nothing!”
"What!? Impossible ! I am the most powerful! I have all the Equestria magic in me!” She fires several light bullets at the purple boy.
It doesn't hurt him.

"You did not understand? Magic is not made to hurt people, to help them. Even if you have it, you are not more powerful.”
"Nope…."
“It’s real here.” He says. Suddenly all of Sunset's magic escapes from her body.
She goes to Dusk Shine and the EG friends. With this new magic, they use it to purify Sunset. Dusk has recovered his element, there is still time. He takes the opportunity to have some fun.
The purple boy goes to see Eclipse (EG) watching Night Star (EG).
(He must be Night Star of this universe.)
“Moony, go dance with him.”
"Are you sure? You’re not going to be mad that I’m dancing with a boy my age?” Eclipse worries that her brother is too protective.
“Sure Moony, you can.”
"Thank you Big Brother." Eclipse gives Dusk a hug and goes to dance with the red-skinned boy.
(I'm not asking if this universe's Shining Armor is also protective of Moony) Dusk thinks.
Meanwhile in an office. A white-skinned man with blue hair is disturbed.
“Hmmm!”
“A Shining Armor problem?”
“My big brother's instinct tickles me. My little sister is with a boy! ”
"It's good?"
"No! She's too young to be interested in boys! Too young!!"
The scene returns to the ballroom. Dusk sees that it's time and he returns to Equestria.
End of flashback.
“You’ve seen a lot. What about Sunset?”
“They say it is in the right hands,” he said.
The girls are confused by their words.
“So how was the other side?”
"The other side ?"
Dusk remembers everything, he experienced the other side but his memories stop because of the incident. He had a nosebleed before passing out.
