*Danyelle's POV*


I was a total mess since I had a hard time sleeping the night before.

Twilight asks "You okay Dany?"

I groan "What do you think?"

Twilight asks "You too?"

I yawn "Yeah..."

Twilight asks "What is going on?"

Starlight yawns "Some of us have been having recurring nightmares... Danyelle, Ben, Vince, Lan, Roll, Maylu, Trixie, Wendy and I haven't had much sleep..."

Aria yawns "Same with Sonata, Adagio, Largo, Alto, Allegro and I... I think Operetta's been having that problem too..."

But then we heard a crash as we saw Rainbow Dash halfway through our wall, snoring.

Azure asks "Dashie?"

Jackie was in a cranky mood due to lack of sleep.

Rainbow Dash asks *Groggily* Ugh… huh?"

Shadowfang groans "I need coffee..."

Blizzardstar trips over Appleseed.

Blizzardstar groans "Applejack... take your spawn back or shi's going outside..."

Ozul showed up with Nadia Fortune.

Ozul asks "Did we miss something?"

Lan yawns "Lack of sleep due to nightmares... And we don't know what's causing them..."

Maylu yawns "And tempers are running hot...."

Ozul spoke "Hmm..."

Ozul took a look at us, much to our confusion.

Ozul spoke "Well, call me crazy, but I'm sensing umbral energy in your heads."

I groan "And for once, it's not my doing..."

Twilight yawns "I think we should let Luna know..."

Ozul spoke "I think that's the best idea for now."

Nadia spoke "This'll be the cat's pajamas."

I yawn "Yeah..."

Lan teleports before reappearing with Luna.

Luna asks "Which one of you saw the strange dark fog in your dream?!"

Sonata, Adagio, Largo, Alto, Allegro, Starlight, Aria, Danyelle, Ben, Vince, Lan, Roll, Maylu, Trixie, Wendy, Operetta, Blizzardstar and Shadowfang spoke "We all did..."

Luna spoke "Oh no... No no no... This isn't good at all."

Twilight spoke "If this thing latches onto Nyx, it'll turn her into Nightmare Moon AGAIN!!!"

Luna spoke "Exactly."

Ears flatten, Twilight spoke "Once was enough...."

Ozul spoke "Maybe Nyx needs some help learning to control her power so she won't lose herself to it."

Twilight spoke "Nyx isn't old enough to control her powers yet, she's only 3 years old."

Ozul spoke "Yeah, but it still wouldn't hurt to help her when she's old enough."

Twilight spoke "Give it another 14 years though."

Luna spoke "Still, let us prepare for tonight."

I ask "Can't Celestia, Pyre and Noble help?"

Luna spoke "Noble, probably, but Celestia and Pyre can't help us since those two's powers is of the day, not the night."

Cocoa spoke "Ugh... I don't think Noble can help..."

Luna asks "Why?"

Foxsong spoke "Cocoa and I know that Noble's powers aren't the same as yours."

Nyx spoke "I not know what going on but I help..."

That made us concerned.

Twilight spoke "No Nyx, it's not safe for you since whatever this thing is could latch onto you and turn you into Nightmare Moon a second time."

Ozul spoke "Yeah, that could be bad."

Aphmau was shaking since she also dreamt of a blue smoke monster.

Ozul spoke "Well, we better get ready for tonight, ‘cause this could be our only shot."

I spoke "I have a bad feeling about this... Knowing Pinkie, she might dream about the rest of the alicorns thus making it harder for Luna to trap the Tantabus."

Twilight asks "*Deadpan* You think?"

I spoke "I managed to trap it in my mind since I know what could happen if it got into the dreams of the rest of MeadowClan or the other Clans."

Ozul spoke "But we might have to go big or go home tonight."

I spoke "When you're ready Luna."

Luna spoke "Okay."

I spoke "I'm surprised it latched onto my dreams last though, it should be easier for Luna to stop it if the Tantabus is in my dreams alone. So I'm afraid the others can't help me though."

A young Changeling colt was tussling with Akari.

"What's going on?" I asked.

Chrysalis spoke "Sorry about Mothball, he got away from me again."

"Mothball?" I asked.

Chrysalis spoke "He's my and Mandible's only son."

Okay, that confused me.

Alien was tussling with Strawberry.

Twilight asks "Still no luck finding Alien's parents yet Luna?"

Luna spoke "It's difficult, but I won't give up."

I ask "But didn't Yuki say that Alien Wind and Little Wolf were orphans?"

Nadia spoke "Hey, don't live in the past. There's a chance that Alien's parents are still out there and kickin'."

Rarity spoke "I can't say the same about Zakuro though, her parents are dead."

Nadia spoke "That's 'cause Bluestar told us and confirmed that."

The ghostly Abyssinian suddenly appears.

Bluestar spoke "I have good news and bad news concerning the golden eyed colt's parents."

I ask "What's the good news?"

Bluestar spoke "Good news is, both of them have been found but the bad news is... Both are in the Dark Forest..."

"...Well let's just hope they accidentally wandered into that place alive." I hoped before we started getting ready for tonight.

Luna spoke "Danyelle, you're the only one with the Tantabus in your mind so only you will be sleeping."

"Okay, but make sure no one else is asleep." I said.

Luna spoke "Not within the same area as you though."

"Right." I nodded.

Bluestar gasps as she looked at her fading hands.

"What's going on?" I asked.

Bluestar spoke "I don't know!!!"

Luna spoke "Well, let’s hurry so we don’t have to find out."

I spoke "Right."

I soon curl up on a bed away from the others so Luna could focus on removing the Tantabus.


*Inside the dreamscape*


I was chained to a wall since the Tantabus had taken control of my dreams.

I yowl "Luna! HELP!!!!"

Luna then appeared, having showed up in the nick of time.

I couldn't move at all since the chains were strong enough to restrain a Behemoth Guardian.

Luna spoke "This isn't good! The Tantabus is getting stronger by the minute in here!"

I spoke "I think the Tantabus is feeding off of your guilt Luna!"

Luna asks "What?!"

I spoke "You created the Tantabus as a means to punish yourself for what you had done as the original Nightmare Moon!"

Luna asks "How did you know?!"

I spoke "One of my counterparts mentioned it."

Luna found that hard to believe.

I spoke "I'm doing all I can to keep the Tantabus from infecting the dreams of everyone else."

Luna asks "But how am I supposed to stop it?"

I spoke "As my OC-verse counterpart would say... The past can hurt but the way I see it, you can either run from it or learn from it. You just need to forgive yourself for what had happened."

The chains started to get tighter.

I yowl in pain.

Luna couldn't just stand back.

I yowl "Luna, get back!! I'm gonna attempt a Chaos Blast to free myself!"

The inhibitor rings I wore soon fell off, causing my power to increase nine-fold as eight more tails appear.

Luna immediately backs off before I used Chaos Blast to free myself from the chains, only for it to fail.

Luna spoke "The Tantabus isn't letting you use that attack!"

I snarl "I REFUSE TO LET IT HURT MY FRIENDS, MY CHILDREN, MY FAMILY OR ANYONE!!!"

I suddenly go into Divine mode, burning away the chains that restrained me.

Luna asks "How did you...?!"

Sporting stark white fur and blood red eyes as well as larger than normal wings, I spoke "I have no idea how this happened..."

But I realized I won't be able to use this form often.

Luna giggles "Remind me to never get on YOUR bad side!"

"Heehee, I should say the same to you." I pointed out.

Luna spoke "We still have to stop the tantabus."

"Right." I agreed.

Luna spoke "We can't drag the rest of MeadowClan into this fight or the Tantabus will get stronger."

"Definitely." I nodded.

As bad luck would have it, the Tantabus escaped into Mothwing's dreams.

I growl "Son of a BITCH! It got into Mothwing's dreams!"

Luna spoke "That is the last thing we need."

I spoke "Hold on Luna, this could work to our advantage. Mothwing doesn't believe in StarClan at all so it'll be easier to stop the Tantabus. If it got into Pinkie's dream, then all of MeadowClan will be in danger."

Luna: Yes, but the last thing we need is the Tantabus corrupting an innocent child's dreams and mind.

I spoke "Last thing we need is a pissed off lycan."

Luna spoke "Let’s move."

I spoke "I can't help you outside my dreams though... Unless you linked the dreams together."

Luna spoke "But that would risk more danger."

I spoke "I hate to do this though but I have no choice..."

Keeping my claws sheathed, I slap Luna across the face thus snapping her out of it.

I spoke "The longer you put this off, more and more of MeadowClan along with the other Clans will be in danger! What if that thing got into Celestia's dreams? It could turn her into Daybreaker!"

That made Luna freeze.

I spoke "One alicorn and an Abyssinian-alicorn alone aren't enough to stop the Tantabus."

Then I remembered what Ozul said. "Looks like we'll have to go big or go home."

Luna asks "What do you mean?"

"We have to connect dreams to get more help if we wanna beat the Tantabus." I said.

Luna spoke "Right but we can't get Nyx involved in this."

"Exactly." I nodded.

Luna spoke "Not our universe's Nyx but perhaps OC-verse Nyx could help. Based on what I heard, she started out as a plushie."

"Really?" I asked.

Luna spoke "Yeah so I hate to say this but we need to call in help from the OC-verse and Redux-verse."

"Okay." I noted.


*Back in the waking world*


I suddenly jolt awake.

I spoke "Twilight, get the Alliance together. It's worse than I thought it'd be."

Twilight yawns "Okay."

OC-verse Danyelle shows up via warp ring at the same time Redux-verse Danyelle showed up.

OC-verse Danyelle asks "Let me guess... The Tantabus is wreaking havoc in the dream world?"

"Yep." I nodded as Twilight's jaw literally dropped.

OC-verse Danyelle and Redux-verse Danyelle both snicker "Try to keep up Sparkle Butt, we both have the Dimensional Scream."

I notice that Twilight's left eye was twitching in annoyance.

I grab Twilight's left ear and tugged it.

I spoke "Cool it will you? OC-verse Danyelle is part of the Alliance too."

Twilight spoke "Okay..."

Redux-verse Danyelle was looking at OC-verse Danyelle.

Redux-verse Danyelle asks "Aren't you a human in Mobian skin?"

OC-verse Danyelle asks "What makes you say that?"

Redux-verse Danyelle spoke "My universe's Lillian was born human though."

OC-verse Danyelle snickers "As was my universe's Lillian but she was born a human male..."

Redux-verse Danyelle laughs "That's what happened with Newlestia!"

I snap "FOCUS LADIES! We have a Tantabus to stop!"

OC-verse Danyelle and Redux-verse Danyelle both spoke "Right!"

OC-verse Luna and Redux-verse Luna soon arrive to help.

OC-verse Luna "If one alicorn of the night can't carry the strain of connecting multiple dreams together..."

Redux-verse Luna spoke "Maybe three CAN!"

Luna asks "Are... Are you certain?"

OC-verse Luna and Redux-verse Luna spoke "Very much so, we went through the same problem with the Tantabus too."

Luna: Really?

OC-verse Luna and Redux-verse Luna spoke "Yes."


*Some time after Luna forgave herself*


Twilight spoke "I'm glad our universe's Luna had help from her counterparts."

Luna, OC-verse Luna and Redux-verse Luna were all sleeping next to each other in a peaceful slumber.
