So you all know how the Canterlot Wedding went right? Well in this story you'll see a different point of view of what happened and how Twilight said Spike get a new family. It all started after Twilight scared the imposter of Cadence away. But the others didn't believe her and were mad. Especially Shining Armor.
"Twilight! How could you do that?!" Shining Armor said angry.
"I just wanted to--" Twilight was about to say something but got cut off.
"You want to know why my eyes went all [bells jangling]? Huh!? Because ever since I started having to perform my protection spell, I've been getting terrible migraines. Cadance hasn't been casting spells on me. She's been using her magic to heal me!" Shining answered back.
Twilight exhaled and Shining continued.
"And she decided to replace her bridesmaids because she found out the only reason they wanted to be in the wedding was so that they could meet Canterlot royalty! And if she hasn't been on her best behavior with your [stomps hoof] friends, it's because with me being so busy, she's had to make all the decisions about the wedding!" Shining said angry.
"I was just trying to–" Twilight was gonna talk but got cut off again.
"She's been completely stressed out because it's really important to her that our big day be perfect! Something that obviously wasn't important to you! [gasps] Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go and comfort my bride. And you can forget about being my best mare. In fact, if I were you, I wouldn't show up to the wedding at all." Shining said shocking Twilight.
"C'mon, y'all. Let's go check on the princess." Applejack told the others as they walked passed her.
"I was–" Twilight said but got cut off once more.
"You have a lot to think about." Princess Celestia said disappointed as she slammed the door.
Yep that's what happened. And after Twilight know that she messed up big time she ran away out of the castle. Spike saw her running and headed for her. All Because he regrets not listening to his sister's warnings. But he wasn't the only one. The cutie mark crusaders were not too happy when they found out when the mane five, Shining Armor and Celestia kick Twilight out. So, they ran off after them as well. Of course you all know the rest so I'll cut to the chase. After realizing that it was Chrysalis who planned this scheme Shining and the real Cadence stopped her. After the defeat of Chrysalis a portal opened up and sucked in Twilight, Spike and the Cutie Mark Crusaders. Now back in the throne things took a bad turn after stopping Chrysalis. Wanna know why? Let's say that after Shining told his bride everything Cadence got so mad that she ended the relationship with Shining Armor, kick out the mane five out of her wedding for life, and cut her ties with Princess Celestia. Yep it was not good. She is angry that they did not give Twilight the benefit of doubt.
The portal reopened and the group came out and took forms as anthro humans. They looked around their new surroundings and found themselves in a village. Twilight was crying but Spike being the good brother calmed her down.
"Where are we at Twilight?" Spike asked.
"I don't know Spike. And what are you three doing here?" Twilight replied as she stopped crying.
"We didn't like how Shining Armor and Celestia kicked you out. So we thought we give you company." Sweetie answered.
"Thank you girls. At least you understand the situation." Twilight said smiling a little.
Then a woman with brown hair and dressed like a maid came in their direction while reading a book. Her name is Belle. She continued on the road doing her daily routine til she saw the group. She then went to them.
"Oh my. Are you ok?" Belle asked.
"Physically yes. Emotionally no. I've been kicked out of my brother's wedding and he told me im not his BBBFF anymore. And my friends didn't believe me when I tried to tell them that something bad was happening. I feel so betrayed." Twilight said sadly.
"Oh that's horrible. And I see that you have no place to stay. How's about you come with me and see if my father can let you stay?" Belle offered.
"You do that? That's nice but can Spike stay with me too?" Twilight asked back.
"I don't see why not. Sure he can." Belle replied.
"What about you girls? Will you be okay trying to find somewhere to stay?" Spike asked.
"We'll be fine. If you need to come see us we'll be around town okay?" Scootaloo said as they left enjoying what the village had to offer. Then Spike noticed that Belle had a book.
"I see you have a book. You know Twilight loves books too." Spike told Belle.
"Really now? Well looks like we have that in common don't we?" Belle asked Twilight.
"Yes. But I didn't get your name miss." Twilight said.
"Oh my name's Belle. And you are?" Belle replied.
"Im Twilight Sparkle. This is Spike. And those three earlier were Sweetie Belle, Apple Bloom and Scootaloo. Together they are the Cutie Mark Crusaders." Twilight answered.
"Well nice to meet you Twilight. Come you two. Were heading to my place. And I figured since you like books you can find one to enjoy at the bookstore if you want." Belle offered.
"That would be wonderful! Thank you Belle!" Twilight shouted happy.
Then Twilight and Spike got up and walked in the direction that Belle was heading and she started to sing a song.

The two enjoyed her singing as they explored the village. Everyone was joining in that it made Twilight feel much better. Meanwhile on the other side of the village we hear a gunshot killing a duck. A short stubby man with dark brown hair tried to catch it but missed. This was LeFou. He went to a muscular man with black hair holding a gun. He was Gaston.
"Wow Gaston! That duck didn't see that coming! Your probably the greatest hunter ever!" LeFou praised.
"I know." Gaston said.
"Ha! No beast stands a chance against you! No girl for that matter." LeFou told his friend.
"It's true LeFou. But I got my eyes set on that one!" Gaston said pointing to Belle. "She's the lucky girl im gonna marry! That makes her the best! And don't I deserve the best?"
"Well yes you do.." LeFou was about to finish but fell down.
Then he started singing about how he and Belle will spend their lives together.
He sang as he tried to catch up to Belle but the crowd was blocking his way. Not to mention that the three blonde maids were admiring him but didn't pay attention. Then he had an idea. He climbed onto the house and went on from there. At the end of the song the crowd ended on a perfect note as Belle looked at them til they went on with their daily business. Then Gaston landed in front of her, Twilight and Spike. They wondered why but Belle knew she does not want to be near him. How will that go? We shall see.
