The next morning we see Prince Cornelius and his daughters flying to the house that Thumbelina was living in. But when they arrived they saw the whole place demolished. The room was a complete mess and furniture was broken everywhere.
"Father! Someone must have broken in last night." Stary Wing said.
"Yeah. The room is a mess! And not only that but Thumbelina's gone!" Bloomin Red said.
"Thumbelina's gone?! Who could have possibly kidnapped her?" Prince Cornelius said as he found Hero and went to him. Then Hero the dog went to them. He barked trying to tell them what happened last night.
"She was stolen? Out the window? Who did this?" Prince Cornelius said.
Then Hero held his breath telling him what animal took her. Prince Cornelius immediately knew animal it was.
"A toad!" Prince Cornelius said.
"Ugh! I can't stand toads! They have no respect for fairies!" Speed Flight said.
"How do we find this toad that took her?" Bloomin Red said.
"Maybe I can find out where that filthy toad took her." Stary Wing said.
She flew to Hero and closed her eyes, and after her hands glowed a pink aura she placed them on Hero's head and took the memory of last night as it begin playing. It showed everyone that a female toad took Thumbelina to a boat and that she wanted to make her a star. At first Thumbelina was ok but when the toad told her that she will marry her son she wasn't in a good place. Then she took the memory and placed it back into Hero's head when they finished watching it.
"So that's where that filthy toad took her. We got to save her!" Stary Wing said.
"You are right Stary Wing! Come girls! We need to inform your grandparents about this!!" Prince Cornelius said.
"Yes father!" The girls said.
"Thank you Hero. Make sure you remind and take care of Thumbelina's mother. We'll find her!" Prince Cornelius said as they all took off heading home.
They all arrived back at the fairy Kingdom and headed where Cornelius parents are. They saw their kids and wondered what's wrong.
"Son! What's wrong? Where's this Thumbelina? Didn't you want her to meet us?" King Colbert said.
"We did father. But something horrible happened last night." Prince Cornelius said.
"What happened? Please explain." Queen Tabitha said.
"Last night we discovered that a toad broke in Thumbelina's house and kidnapped her. And now we can only assume that she's in trouble. We have to rescue her from the toads." Stary Wing said.
"Oh my goodness. Well I wish you good luck. I hope you can save her. We really want to meet her." Queen Tabitha said.
"You will. But we need to find that boat and get her out of there." Bloomin Red said.
"How right you are Bloomin Red. Alright girls! We all need to find her! But one rule: You never my side no matter what okay?" Prince Cornelius said.
"Yes father." The girls said.
They all took off and headed off to rescue Thumbelina.
They were flying for a few hours til they landed resting up. Then they decided to walk the rest of the way to the boat. Cornelius found it but told the girls to hide in a bush with him so the toads don't spot them.
"There's the boat. But Thumbelina's not there." Speed Flight said.
"She must have heard that the female toad is forcing her to marry her son and escaped before they got back." Stary Wing said.
"I bring Thumbelina back! I marry her!!" A toad said as he walked out finding her.
Everyone saw that and was worried that Thumbelina is in danger with that toad on the loose.
"We have to get to Thumbelina before that toad does. Let's go." Prince Cornelius said.
"Yes father." The girls said as they flew off to find her.
They all looked around for Thumbelina but they couldn't find her. They were worried that they won't be able to get to her before that toad does. But then their prayers were answered as they met some of Thumbelina's new friends while helping her escape the toad. They are Li'l Bee, Gnatty, & Baby Bug.
"Hi there fairies!" Gnatty said.
"Who are you and how do you know that we are fairies?" Stary Wing said.
"My name is Li'l Bee. And these are my friends Gnatty and Baby Bug. And those pretty wings made us think you're fairies." He said.
"Oh. Well thanks for that comment. We were wondering if you can help us find a lady known as Thumbelina?" Prince Cornelius said.
"Yes we can. We were with her earlier but this toad showed up and we almost spilled a secret of where she is. But we can help you get to her." Li'l Bee said.
Bloomin Red wasn't sure that if they can trust them. So to find out she used a special Lie Detect Magic Ring. She used her magic to cast the ring and it surrounded the three. But then after a few minutes it turned into a star and twinkled meaning that they were telling the truth.
"Not a single lie detected. All right you cute bugs you can help us. Where is Thumbelina heading to?" Bloomin Red said.
"We don't for sure but we think she's heading home. But there's no telling where that toad will show up again. We gotta get to her before he does." Baby Bug said.
"Then off we go to save Thumbelina!!" Prince Cornelius said.
Then Speed Flight used her magic to create a path in the forest so they wouldn't get lost. They they all headed off with their new friends to find Thumbelina. Will they reach her in time or will the toad catch up? They can only wait and see.
