Throughout the city of Gotham, banks and high class stores were hit by sleeping gas, causing people inside and around the buildings to fall asleep. Which several supervillains took advantage of, being informed that something was happening today and they should be ready around places with money. Causing a city wide chaos as the supervillains and their people took advantage of the chaos and that everyone was asleep.

With many of the other villains already in jail, the D rank villains have been coming out.

Signalman, Phil Cobb was a gangster with big ideas. He came to Gotham City intent on hiring a gang of his own and making it big, only to be laughed at when he tried to recruit the gang because he had no reputation. Steaming with anger, he vowed to prove himself to Gotham's mobsters, and when he noticed how modern society was regulated by signs, signals, and symbols, he found the inspiration for his criminal career. Becoming the Signalman, he went on a spectacular crime spree using those signs and symbols as his motif before being stopped by Batman.

Abominable Snowman, Klaus Kristin is the son of a male yeti and a human woman. Being forced to live in cold climates, Klaus must travel eight months out of the year, which eats all his money. So, because he has no real wealth of his own, Snowman must use his powers to acquire it by robbing.

The Spook, Val Kaliban is one of the world's greatest escape-artists and uses his extraordinary abilities together with special effects to commit spectacular crimes and make people believe he was a real ghost.

Steeljacket, Gunther Nash was a bio-engineer who altered his genes by mixing them with bird DNA to gain flight. However, this greatly deteriorated his bone structure which forced him to wear special armor to support and protect himself.

Ten-Eyed Man, Philip Reardon was a Special Forces soldier in Vietnam who was honorably discharged after he was hit in the skull by a grenade fragment. Becoming a night watchman in a warehouse, he was knocked unconscious by thieves who planted a bomb. Blinded by the explosion, a brilliant doctor named Engstrom reconnected his optic nerves to his fingertips, enabling him to see through them. Wrongly blaming Batman for his blindness, Reardon adopted the identity of the Ten-Eyed Man and tried to take revenge on him.

Ventriloquist, Shauna a new female ventriloquist who is seemingly able to control her dummy, Ferdie who has drills in his hands, without being in physical contact with him. She is introduced auditioning in a talent show, but was harshly rejected and responded violently. She has telekinesis which she uses to animate her dummy, Fredie.

Zebra Man, the inventor Jake Baker, who created a device which empowered him with an aura of black and white energy lines which could repel matter using a form of magnetism that also affected non-conductive materials (known in the real world as diamagnetism). He could not turn the field off, and controlled his powers using a belt which neutralized this repulsive force.

Killer Moth, when sophisticated and urbane playboy Cameron van Cleer introduced himself to the elite of Gotham's social scene, nobody realized he was secretly a former prison inmate using his stolen earnings to finance a career as "Killer Moth", a Batman-like costumed figure who aided criminals instead of the police. For a price, would-be ne'er-do-wells could hire Cleer's services, and he in turn would help them evade capture and cover their tracks. After several encounters with Batman, the Dark Knight managed to permanently dismantle Moth's organization, and his secret identity and fortune were lost forever. Killer Moth (now revealed to be small-time criminal Drury Walker) continued to endure, however, committing smaller-scale robberies and picking up jobs as hired muscle.

King Kraken, was once a deep sea diver who became disfigured. Following his disfigurement, he turned pirate. He has had numerous run ins with the hero known as the Wingman, and is a member of the Club of Villains. His weapon of choice is an electric rifle.

Cavalier, Mortimer Drake was a man of exotic and idiosyncratic taste. When he found himself unable to purchase more exotic valuables for his collection legally, he resorted to theft. Donning a costume resembling that of a Musketeer, he called himself the Cavalier. His course of actions ultimately brought him into conflict with Batman and Robin. Drake matched wits against Batman and Robin several times, and escaped them in each encounter, but Batman was able to deduce the Cavalier's identity, leading to Drake's eventual imprisonment.

Kite Man, Charles Brown a man who can fly anything. He uses a giant kite to commit crimes.

Magpie, Margaret Pye is a jewel thief who specifically targets jewels named after birds and then replaces them with booby-trapped replicas. Her codename comes from the magpie, which, in folklore, is attracted to bright, shiny objects. Taking a job as a museum curator, she is slowly driven mad surrounded by the beautiful things she so loves but can never own.

The Orca, Dr. Grace Balin was a dedicated marine biologist and humanitarian until a tragic accident drove her down a path of self-destruction in the quest to heal herself. She managed to cure her affliction, but at the cost of becoming a monstrous anthropomorphic orca hybrid who resorted to a life of crime.

Mirage uses a gem that causes people to see elaborate illusions. He commits crimes while his victims are occupied fighting against these illusions.

Mime, Camilla Ortin is the daughter of a fireworks salesman who grew a disdain of loud noises after the death of her parents in a fireworks factory explosion.

Sweet Tooth, he commits crimes with a candy motif, and he appears to be addicted to eating candy and sweets. He wears a purple sweater and a yellow hat, and is clearly overweight. He uses children as henchmen who enjoy his gluttonous need for candy.

The Eraser, Lenny Fiasco was a college classmate of Bruce Wayne, who was known for constantly making mistakes on his assignments. The laughing stock of his class, he spent most his time erasing his mistakes. The final humiliation came when Bruce Wayne took the girl Lenny loved to the school’s Winter Carnival. Lenny dropped out of college and began a criminal career as the Eraser: offering to 'erase' the evidence of other criminals crimes in exchange for 20% of the take.

Which the Bat family are busy dealing with as they and other criminals took advantage of the chaos across the city. Spreading the heroes and the cops thin as they did their best to regain control. As the banks and stores are being robbed by the villains and people who saw easy money.

Bank of Gotham -

With the people inside the building all out cold, and word having quickly spread around. One of the bigger gangs lead by Jervis Tetch the Mad Hatter, the Wonderland gang went to work in taking the banks money. And with there being so many break ins, the Bat family have their hands full.

Tweedledum & Tweedledee, Despite being cousins, Deever and Dumfree were so alike in both appearance and mannerisms that they could easily be mistaken for identical twins. Drawing inspiration from their shared love of Alice in Wonderland, the duo went on to commit multiple crimes in Gotham, dressed as the similarly-named twin brothers from, Through The Looking Glass. After the apparent death of Dumfree, his twin brother Dumson has since stepped in to take his place. Despite the shared Alice Allusion, much like the White Rabbit the Tweedles’ criminal operation rarely has anything to do with the Mad Hatter and they work with him only occasionally.

March Hare, Harriet Pratt was a British small-time con artist and occasional escort. She was eventually recruited into The Wonderland Gang by Tweedledee and Tweedledum.

The Carpenter, Jenna Duffy a small time thief and con artist, Duffy was originally from Keystone before moving to Gotham on the run from the cops. In Gotham she becomes a member of the Wonderland Gang. While not much of a criminal she has made a name for herself as a renovator for the hideouts of Gotham's extensive criminal element.

Walrus, Moe Blum uses a mask as his main weapon. The mask covers his mouth entirely and it has attached a pair of enormous metallic tusks to the front, giving him the aspect of a walrus.

The Lion, Lewis Yarnell a career thug and an enforcer.

The Unicorn, Skitch Benson a career thug and an enforcer.

White Rabbit, Jaina Hudson is the mastermind behind a toxin known to obliterate all fear from one's mind. Due to her involvement with Bane and the Scarecrow, she once managed to defeat Batman.

“Hold it right there,” Superman said standing in front of the main doors, shocking the Wonderland gang.

“Hey, what are you doing here?” The Carpenter asked.

“Batman called for some help,” Superman answers.

“He asked for help?” Mad Hatter asked completely shocked.

“I know, I’m as surprised as all of you,” Superman said. (1)

New York City -

Inside a garbage truck, Egghead and Olga dressed as sanitation workers drove their truck full of gold out of the city, heading for the meeting spot. There the gold be unloaded and using their connections sell off the gold. With all the heroes busy at Gotham, the real target the gold exchange in New York was hit.

Everything went like as planned by Baby Doll, who had surprised everyone at the last minute about the real target so that no leaks would happen. Which worked just like in the film and with all the heroes busy they didn’t have to worry about them showing up. And now they have millions in gold and got the better of Batman who had expected them to hit a target in Gotham.
