Chapter 8: Reunited
I once again wake up, this time to see that I was on a mattress and my arm that got bitten was now bandaged up. There was a band aid on my cheek as well.
I heard two pairs of hooves land nearby. I turn my head to see the most awesome and beautiful mare in the world. Do I really have to say who it is?
The next thing I knew she pinned me to the ground and was forcing her tongue into my mouth. Not like I’m not used to it by now. Hell, by how her tackling me is just her way of saying “I really missed you.”
When we broke the kiss I saw that some how she was the one now with her back on the mattress, not sure how that happened with me noticing. Her face was also plastered with a cute little smile and an even cuter blush. What can I say? Rainbow is just so adorable.
“Oh, a-am I interrupting you two? I’m sorry. I-I-I’ll come back later.” said the voice of Fluttershy.
We both got up with most likely a huge blush on both of our faces. I cleared my throat and said, “Uh no. We were just... umm... saying hello to each other.”
“Yeah.” Rainbow added. “Besides I haven’t had breakfast yet. So I’m too hungry for sex.”
I raise an eyebrow, “You? I didn’t have anything to eat yesterday.”
“Then it’s off to the dining hall then.”
“Dining hall?”

We walk as Rainbow and Fluttershy explained to me where the hell were we. So after they escaped, they fond this resistance against Drez and Chrysalis. This was their secret base that they made out of and old diamond dog mine. As we were walking through I saw a few members of this resistance. They were mostly ponies, but I also saw a couple zebras, griffins and even a minotaur.
We got to a large area that was being used as the dining hall. I see several long tables with many ponies and other creatures eating at them. I also noticed that Pinkie was at one with three earth ponies and two pegasi. We walk towards her and here her conversation with them.
“Wait, wait, wait. It gets better. When the patient woke up his skeleton was missing and the doctor was never heard from again!” Pinkie said as they all started laughing. “Anyways that’s how I lost my medical licence.” Pinkie looks at us and lets out a loud gasp before shouting, “Sethy, you’re awake! So what happened to the princess? How did you escape? How did you find us? Ooh, I should throw a Sethy-is-back-and-he-can-once-again-help-us-to-stop-those-mean-meany-pantses-with-our-new-friends-party!”
“Uhh... Pinkie I think it’s best to save the parties till after we free Equestria.” I say to her.
“Oh, Okie dokie lokie. Can you answer my questions though. I really want to know. Did you use ninja skills? Spy stuff? Brute force? A spatula?”
“Let me eat first. Then I’ll explain everything.”
So after a finished a bowl of cereal I delivered on my promise. I sat down with Rainbow on one side of me, and Fluttershy on the other. Pinkie, Applejack and Rarity sat across from us. I don’t know were Twilight was at the time. Also the ponies siting with Pinkie earlier also wanted to hear it. I feel like I have to point this out but one of the pegasi there happened to be Light Arrow, who in my universe I met a few hours before Shining’s bachelor party.
So I basically explained everything. Princess Filia and I being brought to Chrysalis and Drez, her being sentenced to becoming a statue, me being sentienced to death (Rainbow got wide-eyed when I said that.), Ganger wanting to get his revenge personally, our fight, my luck when he broke the anti-magic collar off of me, and me escaping by tracking where Rainbow was.
“So any questions?” I ask them.
“Yeah.” said Light, “You mentioned a gargoyle with a metal mask named Inferno. Any more detail on him?”
So now I told them about Inferno. His defeat from Celestia and Luna, being trapped for 1,300 years, contacting me in my dreams and finally a detailed description of my fight with him when her returned at the royal wedding. When I finished I noticed that my audience has doubled. There where three more pegasi, another earth pony, three unicorns, two griffins and a zebra added to the crowd. Not only that, but they all looked like they were impressed.
“Hey!” Called a female voice. Now out of the mix of species here this is what I least expected to see. A changeling. She was black like most other changelings, was about the same height as Dopple and Ganger and had short lime green hair with matching eyes. She looked at everypony, griffin and zebra, and said, “Captain Wall would like to see the other Element wielders and someone named Seth.”
The six of us got up and followed the changeling mare. Wait is mare even the correct term for a female changeling? I may have to ask her about that. Anyways on the way to wherever she was taking us she said her name was Copy Cat. As you would expect Pinkie went on this long rant on why is her name that when she’s not an actual cat, but I tuned it out.
We entered a room where we saw Twilight talking to a grey unicorn stallion, who I recognized as Steel, who I met at the same time as Light Arrow. Huh, I realize that I now know his full name is Steel Wall.
“Hello everypony.” He said. “Twilight and I have been discussing the plan for the attack in a few days. As you would expect our troops will be fighting theirs, as you mares will be striking down Drez and Chrysalis with the Elements of Harmony. Yet Twilight here came up with an idea so you can us them with a smaller chance of them avoiding the blast. The idea is to have somepony else distract them while Copy Cat cast a spell to have you girls be invisible.”
“Well if we’re invisible than why do we need a distraction?” Applejack asked.
“While an invisibility spell will cover all of you, if won’t hide the element’s blast.” explained Copy Cat.
“Exactly.” said Steel, “We don’t want to take any chances. So now we need to find the distracter.”
I raise my hoof and say, “I volunteer.”
My friends all look at me in shock. Rainbow even flies up to me and goes, “Oh no! I’m not going to lose you again!”
“What do you mean?” I ask.
“Yesterday when you got captured I was so worried about you. I didn’t know what was going to happen to you and a few minutes ago you said that you were going to be killed. I don’t want to risk that.”
I wrap my arms around her and go, “Rainbow don’t worry. I’ll be fine. If any of my past fights have proven anything it’s that I seem to have good luck in those situations. Besides do you really think I’ll let an oversized cockroach and a flying lizard take me away from the mare I love?” I was now nuzzling her at this point.
Rainbow just sighed and said, “Alright, but if you get hurt in any way I’ll have the right to say I told you so.”
I chuckled a said, “Deal.”
