Universe 220822


It's been a week ever since the multiverse was saved from the Eggman trio.

Hitch and Sunny finally came out on their relationship, since the entire thing with the multiverse at stake made them stay quiet with those that didn't knew it.

Of course, everyone that didn't knew couldn't be anymore happier for them, since they all thoughts Hitch and Sunny were taking way too long to be together as a couple, but thankfully, it finally happened, and both Sunny and Hitch couldn't be happier that their friends approved their relationship, although Shadow and Tails were still being a bit rude around Hitch.

On the other hand, and just as they all signed up for in Canterlot, the Sonics decided to simply hang out. Not because the multiverse were at stake, not to save lives, not to be heroes... They were just three friends hanging out to have fun and act, at least for a week, like nothing mattered in the world.

They stood two days on Maretime Bay, then 2 Days on Bridlewood, then three days on Zephyr Heights, and even a few hours in Canterlot so Boom Sonic and Young Sonic could meet Discord, the Lord of Chaos himself.

Of course, Discord was hesitant on meeting two new Sonics at first, specially since he could tolerate one Sonic and many Mobians in Equestria... but Boom Sonic's sarcasm and tired attitude, as well as Young Sonic's extreme energy and innocence, got over him pretty quick and easily, so of course, he simply let the presence slip.

However, Sonic decided to make some questions to the Lord of Chaos, like why he didn't showed up during the battle against the Eggmans in general. He replied with two reasons: Plot convenience, and because he couldn't mess with the multiverse because of an incident he refused to talk about.

Sonic wanted to ask further on that last bit Discord mentioned, but he felt like it was for the best if he didn't.

Speaking of Sonic, he had to use an arm cast during the entire hang out with Boom Sonic and Young Sonic, since his right arm was entirely damaged. It wasn't a lost cause because Sonic could still move it, but it didn't worked as it used to anymore, and there was no guarantee that it was going to work as it used to, so he had to stuck like this for quite a while.

Still, he managed to enjoy his hang out with his multiverse counterparts. It was very nice to get and know what kind of crazy stuff the other Sonics do on their universes, and of course, he could tell that despite being pretty much the same guy, they were three different persons, and he couldn't like it anymore than he already did.

But of course, every journey has and end... and the new Sonics journey on Equestria was coming over.

Since the piece of the blue fragment of the Paradox Prism was incredibly small, Tails and Zipp spent that entire week the three Sonics hang out to adjust the machine again and make sure the piece was stable to open a portal long enough to take the Sonics and their Eggmans back home.

And at the end of that week, they managed to create the portal that would take them back home, which was both good news, since it meant the entire trouble was over, and bad news, because it meant it was time to say goodbye.

Boom Sonic was saying goodbye to Team Sonic sins Sonic, Zipp and Izzy, since he did made a bigger bond with all of them, despite how hesitant he was at the beginning to even talk with them.

"You know? I should apologize," Boom Sonic confessed. "I know I said I was too cool to be around ponies... But you showed me you are way cooler to be around me. I actually learned a lot from you, guys... and I think once I go home, the first thing I'll do is to make sure my friends understand how much they actually mean to me."

"So, you finally recognize that, huh?" Zipp asked with a mocking smirk and a raised eyebrow.

"I'm glad that you managed to have fun here, Sonic!" Amy said with a warm smile. "Just try not to be so selfish and self-centered when you get home, okay?" She warned with a little frown, also crossing her arms.

"No promises!" Boom Sonic replied with a snort. "But I'll try my best!"

"Make sure to shave those arms now and then," Knuckles mocked up with a smirk, while Boom Sonic snorted again and rolled his eyes. "No, seriously, shave them, man. You look weird with long blue arms. It only looks cool on the kid over there."

"Tell to the Tails in your world that he's pretty lucky to have you as a brother, even if he doesn't realizes yet!" Tails told him with a smile and a wink.

"I'm the one who's lucky on having him as a brother! I realize that now..." Boom Sonic pointed out with a grin. "Still, I'll give him the message!" He winked back at Tails.

"Try not to get in anymore trouble!" Izzy said with a cheery smile.

"Although, knowing you, that's probably asking for too much..." Misty pointed out with a mocking smirk.

Boom Sonic snorted again and rolled his eyes. "I'll try my best!"

On the other hand, we have Pipp, Sunny, Hitch and Team Dark saying goodbye to Young Sonic, although Shadow seemed to be trying to keep his cool and not burst into tears, since he really made a strong bond with Young Sonic.

"I really enjoyed my stay here!" Young Sonic confessed with a big smile of happiness. "I really wished I could stay a bit longer, though... But I really hope we see each other again in the future!"

"And we hope to see you again, too!" Pipp said, as she immediately embraced Young Sonic in a hug, while he hugged her back with a smile.

"Hey, thanks for the confidence boost from before," Hitch thanked him. "You were right... it was totally worth it..." He added, now looking at Sunny, who was looking back at him with a smile.

"That's what friends are for!" Young Sonic told them with a smile. "Besides, you two really needed to stop being so stupid around each other."

Hitch rolled his eyes with a smile, and Sunny shook her head on disbelief, before they both embraced Young Sonic into a hug as well.

Suddenly, however, Shadow wrapped Young Sonic into a big hug, making everyone else's jaws drop to the floor, even Boom Sonic, although Young Sonic simply chuckled and hugged him back.

However, Shadow soon carefully put him on the floor and turned around as he gave his back to him, trying to keep his cool again, but failing in the process, since Young Sonic chuckled again and shook his head on disbelief.

"Good luck on your journey back home, tiny Sonic," Omega simply stated, as he made a salute with his right hand, while Young Sonic decided to play along and saluted as well.

Rouge simply messed up his quills a bit with a smirk, which made Young Sonic giggle.

With that, the two Sonics approached Sonic, the last one they had to say goodbye to.

"Well... I guess this is it..." Sonic said with a sad smirk and his left hand on his hip. "Despite the week we spent together... I seriously wish you two could stay a bit longer..."

"Yeah, well... the story is over, and even if your arm is burned up, your character development isn't over, so... Better get out of here before it reaches us," Boom Sonic pointed out with a bored expression.

At that, Young Sonic frowned and grabbed his hand, before letting go a small amount of electricity, which startled Boom Sonic, as he pulled his hand away in pain.

"What Sonic 2 is trying to say, is that we would like to stay too, but... the adventure is over," Young Sonic pointed out with a sad smile. "Also, if we don't leave, I'm pretty sure either that Discord man is gonna sent us back home in a snap just for the sake of not having us here anymore..."

"It actually sounds like something he'll do..." Sonic pointed out with a smirk. "Jokes aside... I'm seriously gonna miss you two. It was nice having myself around, you know?"

"Well, the only bad thing of all of this is that you got a burned arm..." Boom Sonic pointed out with concern and a cringed expression. "It doesn't looks as cool as many movies make it look..."

"Yeah... it only looks cool on movies because it's makeup... this is painful to watch..." Young Sonic pointed out, as he gulped nervously and unconsciously grabbed his own right arm.

"Eh, I'm pretty sure it'll be fine eventually," Sonic said with a smirk. "Besides, if we see each other again, either I'll have a robotic arm, or it'll be half-healed. Either way, I know for sure this isn't permanent, so this hopefully isn't the last thing you'll see from me!"

"Yeah... Hopefully..." Boom Sonic said with sadness.

Sonic snorted after seeing his counterparts so sad, so he rolled his eyes and approached them. "Oh, come here, you two goofballs!"

Immediately, Boom Sonic and Young Sonic smiled and wrapped Sonic into a hug, with Boom Sonic grabbing the other two and raising them in the air since he was taller.

The three Sonics simply hugged each other as they chuckled, although Sonic was being careful to not hurt his right arm anymore, but still, he enjoyed the embrace with his multiversal counterparts.

Then, Tails and Zipp turned on their machine, now with the piece of the Paradox Prism in there, and then, they opened another X portal, than slowly turned into a blue portal that travelled straight to another universe, instead of heading to that realm with every other universe.

The three Sonics broke their hug, and then, Boom Sonic and Young Sonic walked over to the portals, dragging their Eggmans on the floor and by the lassos still around them, as both villains growled in anger.

"Boom, you're up first!" Tails said with a sad smile.

Boom Sonic nodded, before grabbing Ivo and launching him through the portal, as the doctor shouted in fear.

"Thanks for everything, sorry for nothing! I hope to see you again one day!" Boom Sonic shouted, as he also traversed the portal.

Then, Zipp changed all the set up of the machine, and the portal closed, before another X portal opened up suddenly and switched up to another blue portal.

"Gotta go now, pal!" Zipp told Young Sonic, also with a sad smile.

Robotnik growled in anger after hearing that, and he was about to say something, but then, he was pushed through the portal By Young Sonic, as Robotnik screamed like a little girl as he traversed it.

"He was probably going to say a big villain monologue, so I made you all a favor," Young Sonic pointed out with a bored expression, before giving up a big smile. "See you later, guys!" He waved his hand, before jumping through the portal as well.

As the portal closed up, the place was filled in silence... maybe because they all got so used to Boom Sonic and Young Sonic's presences, that the group felt incomplete now.

Still, Sonic smiled a bit, and looked up at the sky, since he knew deep down that somewhere, someplace, they were still out there, now back home to have more wacky adventures on their own...






Meanwhile, in Universe 250954


"You're a bit late..." A female voice spoke, while a digital girl appeared suddenly and gave a bored expression.

This was an anthropomorphic beige lynx with green eyes, black hair and ear tops, black gloves with white palms, a pink dress with a somewhat white cape, black pants and black with white shoes.

"I cannot be everywhere at once," A male and raspy voice spoke with a tired tone.

"Oh, but you can: You are the fastest thing alive, dumbass," The lynx replied, while crossing her arms and walking backwards. "At least a text could've been nice."

"I was gone for at least two hours, Nicole. What the hell happened?" The male voice asked with annoyance.

Well, that, or it could be the fact that the lynx, a.k.a. Nicole, was showing footage of Sonic 1's journey through the multiverse, as well as bits of Sonic 2 and Sonic 3 helping him out against the Eggmans and Sage.

"Okay, okay, okay, I know what it looks like..." Nicole spoke a bit nervous. "But! Here's the good news!"

"Oh, here we go..." the male voice complained.

"The multiverse didn't collapsed!" Nicole revealed with excitement.

"Oh, cool!" The male voice said with sarcastic happiness.

"It took a while, but it worked out!" Nicole added, as she looked at the mysterious male with a mocking smirk.

"Great story..." The male voice replied, not interested on what Nicole was telling him. "Hey, did you finished the goober?"

"Is not a goober, is a gizmo!" Nicole replied with a frown, also crossing her arms.

In front of both Nicole and the mysterious male, a strange device appeared. It looked like a silver watch with three round screens, the one on top being bigger than the other two.

Well, the watch was actually building up, because it was just a projection right now, not the full thing.

"You always have to call me out?" The male voice asked Nicole with annoyance. "It's just really frustrating and bugs me out..."

"Don't get too excited, Sonic. Is just a prototype," Nicole pointed out.

"I'm not excited..." The male, Sonic replied, extending his left arm as the watch finally builded up and attached to his wrist. "Ow!"

"But you could be the first person to make an autonomous multiverse jump at the first try... Or the last," Nicole pointed out to him with a smirk.

"Okay, so we're just gonna roll the dice on this?" Sonic asked, as he started to adjust the watch on his wrist.

This Sonic had a bit more messier quills, golden bands adjusting his gloves, white boots with golden stripes, a scar over his left eye, an eyepatch covering his left eye, and a trench coat.

"So what do you say, pal?" Nicole retorted with a mocking smirk, as she appeared right on Sonic's side. "Where do you wanna go first?"

"Let's go back to the very beginning: Universe 140484," Sonic replied with a confident smirk.














Universe 140484


A multi-colored portal opened in the middle of nowhere, as Sonic came out of it and landed in the grass.

Far behind could be seen a big light pink castle with several towers (each containing a blue cone shaped roof), lots of windows and a drawbridge.

Sonic looked at said castle with narrowed eyes, before hearing a gasp behind him, so he turned around and found a pink pegasus mare with a purplish blue mane, purple eyes, and two purplish blue lightning bolts as her Cutie Mark.

"Whoa! Where did you came from? Who are you?!" the pegasus asked with a surprised tone.

"My name's Sonic, Sonic the Hedgehog..." Sonic presented himself with a frown. "And I need to talk with you and your friends..."
