//------------------------------// // Strength and Length Epilogue // Story: The Ancient Guardians // by autobotfan15 //------------------------------// Ponyville was a busy site as many of it's inhabitants were clearing away debris and fixing their homes and shops. While the damage could be fixed it was nothing compared to the feelings of the Princess of Friendship. Twilight was in Carousel Boutique with her friends and the strange box they found months ago. Surprisingly despite it being blown up they somehow found it near the Everfree Forest. Despite finding five keys they couldn't find the sixth one. "Wish I had an adventure like you girls. Maybe I would've gotten a key of my own. This box might've helped us against Tirek" Applejack placed a hoof on Twilight's shoulder. "Don't you worry sugarcube. Maybe some boxes weren't meant to be open." Suddenly a bright flash appeared and there stood Discord. Twilight immediately got mad. "You got a lot of nerve showing up here." "I know Twilight I messed up." said Discord. "And?" Twilight asked. "I cared about nothing but myself." "And?" "I never should've betrayed you and your best friends." "And?" "I'm a big idiot with the brain the size of a pebble." Twilight sighed "Its going to take a while for me to ever forgive you." "I know which is why I'm giving you this. Tirek gave it to me and said it was originally from Skorpan" He said as he removed a necklace and gave it to her. Twilight stared at the necklace as a rainbow shined across it. She smiled as she stared up at Discord. "Its a start at least." ============== Tirek awoke in his cell in Tartarus. "Great just great! Back to square one! Now what?" He then heard a strange sound and smelled something. "Is that Cinnamon?" He then turned and saw something move in the dark as the long horse skull came into view. All Tirek could do was scream. Outside Tartarus a hooded horned creature stood outside the gate and opened a portal. "Its not about the size of an enemy its about the power they posses. In another expression, good things come in small packages." He walked in and closed it.
