I have spent the past month training my magic and fighting skills, and am about to talk over my plan with Celestia, after the wedding invasion of course, thankfully, with the Star Rod I was able to protect my base from the effects of shining armour's shield, I am going to be secretly joining Twilight throughout the day and try to, as Dimentio would say, plant a little seed of doubt within the little unicorn, and perhaps creat a variety of Mr.L with Twilight.
I am currently using the Aku sculpture I originally made to hide in twilight's shadow, and, from what I can hear? Well, let's just say, I genuinely feel bad for the element of magic, she knows something is wrong, and her 'so called friends', instead of listening to her and try to calm her down, just dismiss her worries like they don't matter! Like, I get there is a wedding going on right now, but you don't just do something like that! Frankly, while I am happy that spike is with Twilight every step of the way, but, the way the others treat her? It pisses me off, screw planting a seed of doubt, I'm recruiting theis poor soul and protecting her with my life.
several hours later
Twilight was just abandoned by everyone except for spike, after Chrysalis sends them to the Chrystal mines, I'll talk to them and help them out of the mines, hopefully recruit Twilight and have her work as a secret agent, maybe even give her a symbiote as a contingency plan, as well as a costume for when she works for me, and once they get out I'll hide back in her shadow and wait until they encounter the changelings guarding the elements, I re-focus on what Twilight is saying right now.
"Maybe I was being overprotective. I could've gained a sister. But instead... I just lost a brother.He was my big brother, best friend
Forever...And now, we'll never do anything
Together..." She lamented as spike hugged her and 'cadence' smashed open the door.
"I- i-im so s-sorry" Twilight sobbed as spike tightened his hug, whilst 'cadence' gained a wicked grin.
"You will be" she spoke as she fired a spell from her horn as green fire erupted around Twilight and spike, taking me with them.
After a few seconds had passed, we had arrived within the crystal mines, this is when I decided to make myself known.
"Please don't be too upset, magic" I speak with a soft voice as I emerged from her shadow a d give her a gentle hug, which she struggled to get out of.
"Stage master?! What in the hay are you doing here!?" Twilight shouted in fright as spike stood Infront of her, trying to protect her onder sister.
"D-dont get a-any closer! I c-can breathe fire a-and I won't hesitate to do so!" Spike shouted at me as he shook in fear, the both of them getting confused as I sat down.
'sigh' "I apologise for not arriving sooner, you see, a fellow villain has taken one of my allies, her name is Chrysalis, she is a changeling, bug like ponies that can shapeshift into many things, however, they mostly change into someone you care for to drain your love for them to make themselves stronger." I do not lie as, for some strange reason, Chrysalis has taken Doofenshmirtz hostage, I do not know where he is but, I have a feeling that when we find the real cadence, we will find him.
"I do not wish to fight you, magic, I instead wish to help you, unlike those 'so called friends' of yours, I had arrived just soon enough to hear what they said to you, and personally? I find the way they treated you unacceptable! They just pushed you aside like you were nothing! It's infuriating for Luna's sake!?." I shout as I shake my head, Twilight looked as if she were about to cry again.
"Now, now, no need to cry, I... Know you don't want to betray celestia but, would you be willing to work with me? If only to teach them a small lesson on trust." I enquire the saddened pony, who surprisingly, hesitated with her answer, this must have hit her harder than I thought, she looks emotionally broken... It's heartbreaking to see her like this...
"...why.....why should i trust you?" Twilight asked, not out of distrust, but out of...hope?... Oh...Twilight....
'sigh' "because, I have brought with me a magic lasso that will force whoever is caught within them to tell the truth, and only the truth, and I know you won't trust if I just used it on myself, so, if spike would agree, I will use it on him first, then give it to you to use on me." I explained as I pulled out my newest prop, the lasso of truth as I looked over to spike, who after a moment of hesitation, nods his head, I then gently rap the lasso around his claw and arm as I looked over to Twilight and spoke.
"What do you wish to know?" I asked the element of magic.
"...what do you think of being my assistant?" Twilight asked the dragon, who instantly responded.
"Well, I'm your number one assistant!, Of course I would love it!, Although, I does get difficult sometimes, and, most of the time when you and our friends go on an adventure, I feel like I'm just left behind, or forgotten." Spike responded under the lasso of truth's power.
"Oh....spike......." Twilight spoke as she hugged her dragon brother.
"Now, here, use the lasso on me and ask what you need to know." I spoke as I gave Twilight the lasso, she nodded before rapping it around my arm and spoke.
"Why...why are you helping me?" Twilight asked, and I responded with the truth.
"Because, I am a... Complicated villain, I... Provide a challenge to the heroes around me to help them get stronger, smarter, faster, learn lessons, but most importantly, I protect and provide a safe haven to those that has befallen tragedy, much like yourself, I believe it would help you trust me if you asked what my plan is." I spoke with nothing but the truth, only hesitating when I couldn't find the words to answer.
"...alright,... What is your plan?" Twilight asked, and just like before, I spoke with truth.
"My plan is to save the real cadence, have you and her interrupt the wedding, have you pretend you have forgiven the others whilst I deal with the changelings on the street, while this is going on, I shall collect the elements of harmony, I shall not use or drain them, instead, I shall use them to have you and the other element bearer's to embark on an adventure unlike any you've seen before, to do this, I shall first, commune with Celestia, let her know what I am doing and have her send a letter to you through spike, telling you to collect your 'friends and head to Canterlot immediately, when you get to the throne room, I shall re-introduce myself and...alter, Equestria just a little bit to give your adventure more of a challenge, I'll have you as my spy, giving you an alias known as Ms.Magic, if you are found out, we can claim it to be me using the element of magic mind control you, I'll have you lot take spike with you so, not only will he be I big help in this adventure, but he can also provide letters between you and celestia, I'll be providing subtle hints to her and, have her send letters telling you and the others where the elements are, I'll also give you additional help in the form of a magically drained discord, I have placed his magic in a wand I have made with a little help from an associate of mine, I will also give you a symbiote to help you as Ms.Magic, her name is Agony, she will be able to communicate with you telepathically, she will also adapt to your personality, as well as enhance your body and magic, allowing you to contend with an earth ponies strength with your own, you will be able to perform multiple spells at the same time, for movement, Agony will give you wings, you won't be an alicorn, but, you will be close to one in strength, your goal as Ms.Magic will be to..... Miss direct the group, by having Ms.Magic 'kidnap' you and have them solve a puzzle to get you back, if you aren't found by the time you all return to Canterlot, I will reveal Ms.Magiv by 'calling my puppet', having Agony overtake your body, preventing the group from using the elements of harmony on me, after this, I will congratulate all of you on what I hope you will all learn from this adventure, free you from my 'control' and leave, my end goal for this it to show you all that you don't need the elements to solve every problem for you, and show you that villains are not born, they're made, often through tragedy." I spoke my entire plan to the unicorn and dragon, who surprisingly, look like they are... Contemplating whether to join me, or tell celestia my plan, I thought they were going to run away for a moment before...
"Ok, I'll join you in this plan." Twilight spoke as spike gave a surprised look to her.
"Twilight?!" Spike exclaimed with shock.
"I.. I'm sorry spike, but I just can't go back to how it was, not after what they did to me, I was planing on just running away before stage master spoke to us, I probably wouldn't even respond to any of princess Celestia's letters, let alone even talk to them, I'm just so...angry with them, I just, cant, forgive them for this, they knew that I had known cadence the longest, and would have known her the best, and yet, they just throw me away like trash that they didn't even want to begin with, did I even matter to them? Whether I did or not doesn't matter know, for this is the origin of Ms.T, I understand if you don't want to come with me, but this is something I have to do." Twilight spoke, getting sad looks from the both of us as spike hugged her, surprising the unicorn.
"Don't worry Twilight, anywhere you go, I go."
