I have started working on Dagoth Ur, the building, and some noble N'wah reported me to the guards claiming that I, Dagoth Ur was trespassing on my own property while working on the front entrance to the cave I was gracefully given by Moon and Star, so I did the best thing that my racially superior Chimer brain could do and now I have a noble and two guards in shackles building Dagoth Ur, the building for me.
