*Spottedleaf's POV*


One week after I had my kits, I was hanging out with Twilight and the others since Rainbow was waiting for a letter of acceptance.

Rainbow Dash asks "Oh… Where’s Azure?"

Azure spoke "Right behind you Skittles. I've got Bold and Mint with me."

Rainbow Dash spoke "Oh, thank you. But I’m still worried. I mean, I’d be excited if both of us were going, but then I’d worry about Bold and Mint all the time…"

I spoke "I feel the same way about Tidefur and Mistheart."

Mint chirps "Momma?"

Aww!!! That cute daughter of mine! I couldn’t stop myself from giving my cute little filly attention and love.

I spoke "She chirps like a bird."

Danyelle soon flew over with ten letters in her hands.

Danyelle excitedly spoke "Hey Rainbow-chan! I got the letters!"

“That is a lot. For who else?” I asked.

Danyelle spoke "One for Lan, one for Vince, one for me, one for Roll, one for Maylu, one for Spots, one for Azure, one for Lightning Dust and one for you Dash. The nine of us got accepted!"

“Wait a minute! What about the tenth letter?” I pointed out.

Danyelle spoke "Did I say ten? I miscounted, there's only nine."

I wasn’t convinced at all as I pointed toward the tenth letter that Danyelle had in her hands.

Danyelle opens the last letter up before going wide eyed.

Danyelle spoke "The tenth one was Natsu..."

I facepalmed. “Me and my big mouth.”

Danyelle spoke "Should've seen that one coming..."

“How’re we gonna break it to him though? It’s not like-Wait a minute…” I suddenly realized.

Azure asks "What?"

“What if-Gah! What am I thinking?! That’ll never work!” I doubted myself.

Danyelle spoke "There's no time to waste! We have to go to the academy now!"

The yellow cat flew off as her brothers flew after her.

“Uh… Pinkie? You don’t mind it-“ I was about to ask before Pinkie answered.

Pinkie spoke "No problemo, Dashie! I’ll babysit them until you come back home!"

I ask "As well as Tidefur and Mistheart?"

Pinkie spoke "*Warm and gentle smile* You bet!"

Moon Flower's spirit appears before Twilight as if to say "Follow me."

The spirit leads Twilight off someplace.

Twilight spoke "Hey! Wait up!"

Moon Flower glides over the ground, leading her mother to a odd stone that shone like moonlight.

Twilight asks "What… is this?"

Moon Flower spoke "This is the Moonstone, it's what allows new leaders to get their nine lives. Plus medicine cats travel to it every half moon to share with StarClan. And since you're the first pony to find it, I'm tasking you to help both Blizzardstar get hir nine lives. and once Bramblestar steps down as ThunderClan leader, Squirrelflight will be coming here to get her nine lives."

An alicorn spirit with an ink-black coat and blue eyes was playing with a gray and white she-kit.

Raven Song spoke "Oh, hello mother."

Twilight gasps "A-Are you…?"

The young stallion got up before trotting over to Twilight on silent hooves.

Raven spoke "I was the colt that didn't survive."

Twilight was speechless, before she hugged Raven while crying rivers.

Raven spoke "I miss you so much mom but Moon and I will always watch over you as long as you don't forget about us."

Twilight asks "*Sobbing* How… could I ever forget two of my own children?"

A ghostly Abyssinian cat with blue eyes and blue-gray fur spoke "I was rather shocked when these two made it into StarClan despite not being cats."

Twilight spoke "It’s because of me, when I brought Spottedleaf to Equestria when I was just a filly."

The Abyssinian spoke "And in doing that caused all of the still living clan cats from her world to be dragged to your world. But what I didn't take into account was Yellowfang and Featherwhisker."

Twilight asks "Who are you?"

The Abyssinian spoke "My name is Bluestar."

Moon spoke "She’s been helping look after me and Raven after you gave us existence."

Twilight spoke "Akari and Strawberry are becoming more playful as they grow."

Raven spoke "I’m glad that our sisters are doing well."

Twilight spoke "Yeah and same with Nyx."

Bluestar spoke "You should share this knowledge with the Clans since I'm well aware that RiverClan is without a leader right now since Mistystar died and so did Reedwhisker. The future of RiverClan is in your hooves, Twilight Sparkle of MeadowClan."

Twilight was surprised at that.

Bluestar spoke "Cloudstar told me."

Twilight then facehoofed.


*Meanwhile*


Rainbow and Danyelle were practicing their skills at the academy.

“Man… This is hardcore.” I panted.

Danyelle spoke "True but you have alicorn stamina Spots."

“You know what I would find surprising?” I wondered out loud.

Rainbow asks "What?"

Danyelle spoke "StarClan's sake Spotted... You just HAD to jinx it!"

But to my surprise, Gryphon-Jack showed up with Stormcloud and two baby gryphons.

“Uh, that isn’t Lamorak, so I didn’t.” I pointed out.

Lamorak spoke "Think again Spots!"

Wave spoke "Hey."

I facepalmed at that. I really DID jinx it!

Danyelle cuffs me on the back of the head.

“Sorry.” I apologized.

Danyelle spoke "Regardless, we..."

Danyelle's eyes flash white since she saw something shocking in the vision.

Danyelle spoke "No way…"

“What is it?” I asked.

Danyelle spoke "N-Nothing!"

Vince spoke "Dany...."

But then we heard a whistle blow loudly.

The Abyssinians had immediately flattened their ears.

Maylu spoke "That hurt..."

Rainbow Dash spoke "Oh jeez! Better get ready."

Lan spoke "Yeah..."

Then Spitfire showed up, ready to show us and the other new recruits the ropes.

Lan spoke "With all due respect ma'am, could you go easy on the whistle? Abyssinian ears are sensitive."

Spitfire sighs "Very well, but don’t think I’ll go easy on any of you."

Roll spoke "Least Twilight's not here, she doesn't have wings yet."

Danyelle spoke "Roll!"

Roll asks "What?"

Danyelle spoke "Uh-Nothing!"

Vincent spoke "You're obviously hiding something sis."

Spitfire spoke "Come on, you rookies!"

Lightning scoffs "Lazy furbrains."

Spitfire asks "What was that, rookie?"

I zap Lightning Dust.

I growl "Call me or any Abyssinian a furbrain again and I will shove a deathberry down your throat. Got it Lightning Dust?"

Lightning Dust stammers "Y-yes Spottedleaf..."

Heh, she didn’t even know that I was joking.

Spitfire spoke "Alright, rookie! Enough chit-chat! Get out there!"

I spoke "Yes ma'am!"

Since I was slightly faster than the Pegasi and half Pegasus half Abyssinian hybrids, I practiced on my own since I didn't want to risk injuring them.

Later, we were assigned leaders and wingcreatures. To my surprise and amusement, Rainbow Dash was the leader, and Lightning Dust was Rainbow Dash’s wingpony. Azure Wind was a leader, partnered up with Lamorak as his winggryphon.

I had went solo since I was half alicorn.

We went on the dizzitron as I took it on full power without any dizziness.

Azure spoke "*impressed whistle* Not bad Spots, most Pegasi and half Pegasus hybrids can't handle that severe of a spin-out."

Lightning did the Dizzitron on full power too, and landed without dizziness at all.

Wave spoke "To be honest, I'm kinda afraid of how much property damage a blank flank alicorn could cause..."

Rainbow Dash suddenly laughed at that. “Come on, Wave! What’s the worse that could happen?”

I spoke "Don't say I didn't warn you Skittles."

Danyelle spoke "I am fully with Spots on that."

I spoke "Exactly."
