I wanted to do something with Cozy Glow as a character, but I needed a way to make her my own. That’s when I created Twinkle Shine. I made her wake up in an abandoned courtyard just as I once did in what was essentially a wasteland of my soul and she began to come alive again with Izzy and the Magic of Friendship… She has demons from her past though, same as me, as well as amnesia and a dope habit… Those are all traits she received from me and oddly enough, they turned her into a good filly! Because despite my shortcomings, I’ve come to understand that I am a good person and not a monster, just like I believe Cozy is actually a good filly somewhere deep down where nopony has ever seen her before… And so, I meshed her with me and created a new filly… 

Jessi Trotsky came from my misanthropy and my general dislike and distrust of other people. This of course is stemmed from what happened to me. And while those responsible did pay dearly, I had already been hurt. Like Jessi said once in my head, “The thing about revenge is, it does nothing to heal the wounds already done!” And so, much like me, Jessi had a journey of self-discovery and she learned many things, first working with Scootaloo, and later as an opposite to Twinkle Shine in this tale… 

Little Snack really comes from the fire that lies deep within me somewhere. You will probably never meet a more pure heart in Equestria, although she’s far from perfect. She really does try hard though! This version of Misty Brightdawn was created as a representation of me over something I did in my past… Again, I used to wonder if my motives were pure, but like Twinkle Shine explained, “The end result is all that matters! Motive is just scenery! What happened? What was the result of this?” (Paraphrased) 

I think, moving forward, this therapy project has been very beneficial to me in a variety of ways. It gave me the chance to explore so many different ideas through the eyes of these deranged fillies and I honestly had a blast writing it… Here’s to more pony stories, everypony! Until the next story I write!
