Inside the Castle of Friendship, a meeting was happening near the Hearts Warming’s Eve Day, and it was time for the ponies to meet their families and most dear to them.
Including a little dragon with an alicorn having a tea party.
“And then she was like, Spike, don’t worry about me, I still can walk… That she said before one of her limbs fell off her body again. Hahaha.” The little dragon laughed, while he heard the laugh of his lovely mother.
“Hahahaha, ah Twilight, when are you going to learn?” The alicorn was wiping her tears from laughing much. “I can’t believe she used the poison joke to make a new spell, that before she takes a trip to her family.”
“Sometimes I don’t understand that mare either, and I have lived with her almost every day of my life. Do you want some more tea mom?” Spike went up and like a butler carried the tea to the alicorn which shook her head.
“That wouldn’t be needed Spike, but I still accept these lovely biscuits, I have to say, Spike, you overdid yourself, not even my chefs made these lovely flavors.” The alicorn smiled while her roof pinched the cheek of the little dragon which made him smile sheepishly.
“Awww chucks, that’s nothing. I have to thank you mom, to have scheduled time to stay a few days with me I thought you would be overworked.” Spike seriously thought he wouldn’t have a nice time with his mother, but hearing her scoffing made his day.
“Pfff. Trust me, I made every noble stay with their family on Hearts Warming’s Eve because I don’t want trouble. So tell me, Spike… When you are going to meet a lovely mare?” The moment Princess Celestia said that Spike was sipping his tea spat out all the liquid.
“Wha? MOM.” Spike screamed blushing furiously. “You are not going to pull Aunty Luna's questions right now, are you?”
“What can I say? She asked me to do that, she will just appear tonight if wasn’t for the problems of the carriages she would have been here to ask you that.” Celestia laughed while Spike calmed himself down trying to control his blush. “I heard you have great potential choices during these 2 years. A dragon, a siren, and even a Griffin, I’m really surprised.”
“WHO TOLD YOU THAT?” Spike screamed in alarm while his head became almost pink from all the blush he had on his face.
At the moment she was going to answer the question a golden book which was near the bookshelf started to vibrate. Making both dragon and alicorn turn around and see the book glowing.
“Oh, it seems Sunset gives a message.” Spike used this opportunity to change the subject.
“Don’t forget to say Happy Heart’s Warming’s Eve Spike, it’s the education I taught you.” Celestia in a motherly tone was joyful to know her daughter give a message on that lovely day.
At the moment Spike took a feather, and was ready to write, he looked at the few words that appeared in the book, from the surprised look, turned into a deep frown, and the frown became worse and worse. Which made Celestia look at the little dragon in surprise.
“Spike, what happened?” Celestia looked worried because she started to think about something happened to Sunset.
“Gabby Gum,” Spike said slowly and looked in the direction of a room that was the library and where the news was collected and depending on the news, would be stuck on the wall like a trophy.
And on the wall has a piece of paper which was the cover of the news

The corridors were silent while there were full of students, many students were talking, but not freely but by whispers, because they couldn’t trust their voices to be heard by other students.
One user who shared their secrets made all the students suspicious of each other, but many pointed their fingers at just one person who is not in the corridors.
Sunset Shimmer.
“I can´t believe it was Sunset. After everything we did to her, that’s how she pay us?” Rainbow Dash slammed her lock door while she furiously buffed. She felt a hand over her shoulder, and the look of the country girl who was trying to hold her anger as well, but she remained calm in appearance.
“Calm down Rainbow, Ah just upset as yah, but we still didn’t ask her if was her.” Applejack's little part of her still believes something is wrong, while a great part of her mind was screaming she was being played by her friend. "We have been avoiding her until now. We need to have proof it was her."
“But we have proof it was her. It was her cellphone.” Rainbow Dash looked sternly at Applejack, and while she isn’t angry with Applejack, she couldn’t contain her anger, and she wanted to scream at Sunset Shimmer so much because of the post of the video she saw on social media. "Like I told Gilda like I told Lightning Dust, we have proof it was her. We should tell her the piece of our mind, we have been ignoring for too long."
“What we are going to do? Do we have to confront her?” Rarity approached the girls and between them made the duo apart from starting a fight, she was already tired of all the gossip about her and her friends. While Fluttershy remained in her place trying to hold her tears, and Pinkie Pie was still upset about everything that happened.
Pinkie Pie still in conflict about what should do she let out a sigh and gave a little prayer.
“I just wish Princess Twilight would be here to help us.”

At the moment she said that a door busted wide open, making not just the group of girls jump in surprise, but all the other students which were looking at their locker rooms, and the view of every student was in a gasp in surprise.
What they say was something so familiar and so different at the same time.
It was their Principal, but something was different with her, she wasn’t wearing the same outfit she uses to work, but she was wearing what Rarity would fall for, a really expensive dress, which makes all the girl's eyes sparkle in desire.
But near her, they trembled because they found someone familiar. A little puppy dog, which the first time, was annoyed, the second time was angry, and now… he was livid like he could bite you instead of barking.
“Dude, Sunset’s brother came” One student touched the shoulder of another student, making him look at the little puppy.
“Damn, he said he didn’t want to be here again. And looking at his face, of course, it must be Anon- A Miss incident… Is it some kind of magical plot?” The other student looked questioned making, the other students, has some kind of doubts it was indeed Sunset at the moment.
The moment the duo entered the corridors, Spike took a deep look at the girls and they were in relief to find Spike.
“Oh hey, Spike… what’s the matter?” Pinkie who was smiling suddenly noticed the glare the little dog was looking at them. Pinkie Pie stiff from the sudden cold voice coming from him.
“I heard everything. You, you, and you.” He said it which made the group flinch after seeing that being a dog makes it possible for him to listen to the conversation they were having, and by pointing to Rarity, Applejack, and then Rainbow Dash and when he said that to Rainbow Dash, his voice sounded even colder like he wanted to make them shrive… and it did work. “Follow me.”
When he was going to walk, he then heard a cough from behind, making him stiff…
“Spike, what did I say about you being educated? You are a prince and not a brute… You are better than that. ” The woman which looks like the principal didn’t scold the little dog coldly. But it sounds like a mother expecting better.
“But mom, I have a reputation over here.” Spike hissed loud enough just for Princess Celestia and the girls who knew him would hear. “They know if I’m dog over this place, it means I have the right to be cold and angry with everyone.”
“But still, you have to be educated with your friends, isn’t this group your friends?” Princess Celestia who was still staring at her son, hide her surprise at knowing the face of her son she didn’t know he has.
“That depends…” Spike gave a deep breath while his voice sounded a little cold. “Depends on who is blaming Sunset Shimmer.”
That moment he said that the girls who heard that, knew Spike was angry with them… He knows something they don’t know.
“Spike… Be friendly with your friends… at least do it for her.” Celestia who was giving a warning tone decided to use her kind voice to change Spike’s mind.
Hearing a groaning from the little puppy, he then coughed and looked at Pinkie Pie.
“For her… Okay…” Spike said while he calmed himself and then he smiled at Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy. “Hello, Pinkie Pie, happy Heart Warming’s Eve, Hello Fluttershy, happy Heart Warming’s Eve, Apple Jack, Rarity, Rainbow Dash... Follow me.”
After saying hello to the girls, he turned serious when he named Applejack, Rarity, and Rainbow Dash. Making them glance at each other.
The woman behind him sighed.
“Almost, but that’s not important now. Hello girls, I heard a lot about you, my name is Celestia, I’m a princess of Equestria, and Spike’s and Sunset’s mother, and I and my little son came here to talk with the principal of this school.” The moment the lovely woman said that everyone in the corridor's eyes opened wide open, and the girls remembered they were in front of the leader of the nation which was the place Princess Twilight talked.
The girl who remembered gave a bow to her, and the other students decided to follow them, confuse about what happened.
“Please, rise, I thank you for the such welcome and respect you have for me, but we are not in Equestria, so please, don’t be afraid of me… I won’t bite.”
“I do, but I wish I can breathe fire.” Mumbled the little dog, while loud enough for many students to hear.
“Spike.” This time the sound of her voice was showing an angry tone making the little dog shut himself.
“Sorry mom, but it’s Heart’s Warming’s Eve and we are here not to enjoy our time, but to deal with Gabby Gum. There is no reason for me to be kind over here..” Spike said annoyed, and while the students couldn’t understand what they were saying, something was obvious.
When the puppy shows up, the problem would end quickly. It happened with Sunset, and it happened with the Dazzlings. They just need to wait for the puppy to talk, even being rude to them, and even feel insulted by what he says, it was true to say the problem would end up quickly.
And the puppy said 3 names, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, and Apple Jack. Does it seem the puppy already got the suspects and the name Gabby Gum? Who is she? Is she the reason for all the problems at school?
“I understand your feeling Spike. While I would appreciate the concern of being together, Sunset is our priority right now, we must do that for her. Please girls, can you lead me to the principal office?” The woman who showed up to be the highness and mom of Sunset Shimmer Spike, made the girls look at each other.
“Okay. We will lead you.” Fluttershy decided to create courage to finally speak her mind. “I just want all this over too, please, help us.”
Both mother and son looked at each other.
“Alright.” They smiled and decided to cross over the corridors, while the bell ring, making all the students go to their classes.
While they crossed the corridors, princess Celestia looked at her little son, he looked so cute but at the look on his face, it seems he hated this experience more than everyone else.
“Spike, may I ask you why you hate so much here?” Celestia couldn’t hide her curiosity, because she found Spike looks cute, but he seems to hate it and she wants to know if was the place or if it was something else.
Spike sighed, while he looked at his mother.
“No mom… But I just hate being a dog.” Spike was being sincere, and at the moment his mother would ask why he finished. “It seems so unfair about Ponies being capable to be humans in this world, while I have to be treated as an animal. I couldn’t enjoy going to the stores and places like Twilight did, just because I’m in this form of an animal…”
Suddenly something clicked in Princess Celestia's mind. Something familiar in his tone made her look perplexed to him, while the girls remained silent in listening to the conversation.
“Spike, please tell me you are not thinking...”
“Yeah, It seems like my childhood all over again… why being a dragon is a sin mom? Am I a…” Spike was lamenting when he felt a strong stomp on the floor, making a loud sound surprising the girls around him.
“Don’t you dare to finish this sentence. Spike Solaris the dragon. I told you all that ponies were punished cordially and became an example of what would happen to treat another species as animals in my nation.” Princess Celestia's eyes were in deep anger after remembering what stupid nobles tried to do to her son, since that day, there is a quote the ponies remembered by their princess. (Touch my precious ember and I will show you how hot the sun is.)
“But that doesn’t change the fact it was true… I think all the universe is making fun of me and while I want equality the same way as ponies, the universe wants to make sure I will not be treated as one…”
Celestia finally understands why Spike felt so sad and angry about that, he felt his life in this universe is unfair and all the ponies have privileges… But as a mother and a wise mare of more than 1000 years, she knew how to do with that.
“Sweetie… do you want me to talk to Discord to help you to deal with this?” Celestia offered this as helpful. She knew Spike and Discord just started a friendship since her sister Luna has always talked to him and Spike about the bad plans of villains, and that made Discord more around the castle when he wasn’t around Fluttershy.
Discord owed a favor to her…
Hearing this idea, made Spike have a change of humor.
“Can you do it, mom? Please… I want so much to not be a dog anymore.” Spike was jumping around excited with the idea of not being a dog anymore. That made his day even better.
The girls while remaining in silence, felt the air around them become a lighter mood, like Anon a Miss didn’t exist, and that made the girls finally relax a bit and to their friend who now was totally opposite of who he was.
Pinkie Pie took the opportunity while he is different to keep the mood light and cheerful.
“So how have you been Spike? It’s been a long time since we didn’t talk.”
“Yeah, you wouldn’t believe what many things happened over Equestria, I still tell you you are invited with the girls on the vacations to stay with me and Twilight for a few days and keep our talk just fine,” Spike said that, while making Fluttershy open a smile and Pinkie Pie finally felt some burden got away.
“Oh, we would want that, right girls?” While Pinkie Pie finally found a glimpse of light over the tension around the school. The Rarity, Rainbow Dash, and Applejack nodded in agreement, while remaining in silence… almost destroying the mood. “Girls?”
Fluttershy watching Pinkie Pie trying to make the people better closed her fist tightly, and looked at the Princess who was beside her, she decided to give help to clear the tension between everyone before going inside the principal office.
“Hmm. Your Highness. Spike said something about Warmings Eve, can you explain to us what he meant?” Fluttershy pulled the sleeve of princess Celestia a few times, to take her attention to the simple question.
“Oh yes, the Heart’s Warming. Yes, it is a Holliday over Equestria, when all the 3 tribes who were stubborn and never got along with each and other, united themselves to defeat one common enemy, the windigos. They used the flare of their friendships to defeat the cold nature of the windigos and bring peace to Equestria. That day was the reason Pegasus, earth Ponies, and Unicorns finally got along together and created the true nation of Equestria.” Princess Celestia gave a little summary bringing the awe of just Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie but took the attention of Rarity, Rainbow Dash, and Applejack as well.
“Wow, never tough this holiday would be so important, and what do you all do on this holiday?” Pinkie Pie saw the opportunity and jump straight into asking the question.
“Well, we organize everypony to make themselves cozy, and celebrate with everypony over the town, like singing heart’s warming songs, drinking hot cocoa, exchanging gifts.”
“Ohhh, like Christmas?” Pinkie Pie asked while making confusion about the Princess.
“Christmas?” Princess Celestia looked at the girl who asked that before Pinkie Pie would say something.
“Yeah mom, it’s the holiday Sunset was talking about in the book. I even gave you a letter telling you about this Holiday, it will be 20 days after Heart’s Warming.” Spike answered, making the princess recall the letter he gave to her.
“Oh yeah, right. Yes, my dear Pinkie Pie, it’s almost the same but the history is different. But still is 2 days of Celebration.” Princess Celestia smiled while the girls seemed to be okay to understand the point of Equestria celebrating the Holiday.
Then something struck Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy’s minds. Later Rarity, Applejack, and finally Rainbow Dash understood.
Anon A miss brought the Princess and her son the Canterlot High on a day of Holiday.
Spike must be really peeved… Who wouldn’t? Applejack remembered how much she hated to have to clean the snow when it was Christmas, and once she had to bring Braeburn from another city on Christmas morning, and by the traffic, they were stuck all day over the street, just because Braeburn forgot to check his car before taking a trip, they just got home at the end of the day. Applejack was so angry that she hadn’t talked to Braeburn for 3 months straight.
After taking a look at the little dog, the girls looked at each other and decided to remain silent.
But their silence was noticed by the princess who was walking with them.
“What’s the matter? Something made you all suddenly in silence.”
The little dog looked around and sighed.
“They must have figured out we came here because of their problems while it should have been our day off.” Spike looked at the girl who was still thinking about what to say. “Girls, I don’t mind being called on any occasion to help you out. I mean it…But come on girls, waiting at the only time I can expend with my mom, that was too low…”
The girls nodded in agreement, they can understand Spike was angry because he hated being a dog, but that were just words, he still would have been here if another day it was necessary. But that day he was with his mother, and he was more upset they didn’t call him before Anon A Miss created such problems. They could have prevented it if they ask Sunset to call her brother.
“I’m sorry.” While all the girls who thought Applejack would be the first ones to apologize, for the surprise of everyone… Rainbow Dash calmed herself and sighed in disappointment. “It seems we came to a conclusion wrongly about Sunset being Anon A Miss… but you know it wasn’t her right?”
“Yeah, that’s part of mah fault as well. Ah promised her we could have been like family, but who would be family with me if ah was the first one who accused her to be this viper of Anon a Miss behind her backs.” Applejack didn’t wait, she apologized after Rainbow because she knew something was off, but her stubborn side made her almost say things to make Sunset hurt.
Fluttershy touched Applejack's shoulders while they stopped their places. Spike didn’t look behind them, he stopped his track…
“Spike, princess… we all did a terrible mistake blaming Sunset Shimmer, while in our hearts we need to know… Sunset Shimmer is really Anon A Miss?” Fluttershy knew from the deep of her heart it wasn’t her, but the doubts not inside of her heart, but every one of her friends has that doubt…
Princess Celestia looking at the girls, evaluated their feelings, it seems they were going to do something regrettable, and she and Spike appeared to stop this nonsense and has an answer to calm their hearts.
“Do not be afraid my little humans, I can promise as my name of Celestia, Sunset is innocent. She is not evil anymore.” Princess Celestia's kindness and calm voice made all the girls smile. At least until Spike quotes.
“Yeah, she is too awful to be a villain.” Spike's snarky comment made Princess Celestia's face twitch, while the girls started giggling. At least the tension in the air was gone. “Apologize accepted girls. But I’m going to give you one piece of advice… The price to make her trust in you after this incident will be 2 times longer and harder than you did when you had to teach her about friendship last year.”
Spike was smiling again, but his advice sounded something so serious and so true, it seems it happened to him.
But at least there is hope for them, that’s what Spike believes.
“I promise I will not tell Twilight, because she knew firsthand how painful was to not be believed… I worked myself 3 times harder to make her trust in me and to redeem myself.” Spike who was still in his place looked at the floor ashamed. “That day I swore to myself I would believe in Twilight, no matter how absurd, stupid, or even terrible things Twilight would say.”
Spike who was in his little spot suddenly aura caught him, surprised by that he looked at his mother who was using the aura to carry him in her arms.
“You shouldn’t be such terrible with yourself, Spike, Twilight already forgave you on the first day when you worked yourself too hard for her.” Looking at the serene smile and receiving a kiss on his furry cheek, he looked adorable with all that blush on his face. “You did that to forgive yourself, and I’m already proud of you. But the decision of their choices is theirs and not yours… but your advice sounded deep and true.”
The girls who looked at the dog were deep in thought, they believed Sunset was Anon a Miss, and accusing a friend on her back as they did would make deep problems of their friendship with her… And Spike was telling them the consequences of not believing in her, the only thing now it was to make up with Sunset, which will be harder than before.
“We understand.” The girls said in unison, making sure they will follow Spike's advice.
They decided to walk again to make quick at the principal office.
“Wait, I have an idea…” Pinkie Pie gasped with a sudden idea that came to her mind. “We brought you here on your Holiday on Equestria… What if we make up to you two at Christmas, you two can come here and we can expand the day enjoying Christmas. One day for one day.”
Spike's eyes opened wide, and for the first time in his life, he used the body form he hated so much to make one objective.
“Moooom… Can we cooomeee?” Spike made the best thing he did when he was a baby, he used the puppy dog face, literally, and he even managed to grab his tail and add on his mouth to suck it making such a face.
Celestia looked deeply at her son, knowing it was too late. She was fawning from such a cute view. She had won against many Spike puppy faces when they were in Equestria, but when he used his tail as a pacifier was a low blow to her.
After awakening, she knew she was defeated.
“I think I can schedule one random day and give a good excuse to come here.” Princess Celestia was curious about the Holiday, but being sidetracked like that was annoying to her.
“Yes.” Spike finally let out his tail and jumped off from his mother’s arms, and this time the tension over the corridors, was non-existent, it was the opposite, the giggling from the girls made the problem of Anon a Miss, something it would be gone soon. And that’s great news. “I like the sound of that, a day for a day.”
Spike walked happily with his tail shaking, while he strongly tried to not shake it.
At least the problems were solved on the walk, now they just need to make sure they solve this mystery quickly.
Inside the Principal’s office, both the Principal and Vice principal were looking at the little girl with red and yellow straps on her hair, trying to think of a way to conclude a huge problem that started in the school.
Anon a Miss. A troll user shares the personal secrets of the users which makes all the students feel ashamed while being the target of bully and depression.
And it seems one girl who was the most targeted was the one who was taking the blame Sunset Shimmer.
While having a little doubt and a little personal grudged, the Vice Principal still trusted Sunset Shimmer wasn’t Anon A Miss, while waiting until the end of the day for them to let the girl rest, it wasn’t something she would do.
Principal Celestia agreed with the thoughts of her sister. While at the start Sunset caused a lot of problems but after Princess Twilight and the little boy named Spike who made not just her come to her mind, but after her grounding, she looked like a new person.
Deep inside Principal Celestia, she knew Sunset Shimmer wouldn’t be a person like that again. But how can she prove that to her students? Anon a Miss is a time bomb, she already published some particular secrets which make some people ashamed, but if they do not resolve this soon as possible, the school would be affected by Anon a Miss and she would start publishing defamations which would end up in crime.
Sunset was being strong enough to come to school that day, and while many people started to blame her, even the duo of sisters knows she was having a terrible day. She was holding a book with her arms like it was a kind of protection.
“What do we do?” Principal Celestia sighed while she looked at the strong girl who was doing her best to not cry, while Vice Principal Luna was taking a sip of her mug of coffee.
While they remained in silence, suddenly a knock came from the door of the office, then a face that showed confusion appeared at the door. It was the secretary Raven who was trying her best to understand what is going on.
“Principal Celestia, Sunset’s Mother is here to talk to you.” At the moment Raven said that Sunset's eyes went wide open.
“Mom? But I just called Twilight.” Sunset was confused but a comforting hand appeared on her shoulder. Vice Principal Luna smiled at her. Principal Celestia sighed in relief.
“Well, let her in.” Principal Celestia answer the secretary which still remained hesitant.
“Are you sure? It’s because you are going to sit down to meet her.” Raven made both Principal Celestia and Vice Principal Luna look at each other in confusion, while Sunset Shimmer giggled in her place.
“Trust me, she is right.” Sunset smiled while the duo of principals decided to follow the advice and sit.
At the next moment, the door was opened and both woman eyes opened wide when the mother of their student was actually the same face and same body as the principal of that school.
“Hello madams, I’m Celestia Solaris, I’m the princess of Equestria, and mother of Sunset Shimmer and my little boy... Come to say hello to them Spike.” The woman who showed the glorious aura of a leader, and a dress that made both sisters jealous of such a design, stood in their chairs when the little puppy who saved the school twice came.
“Good morning Principal Celestia, Good Morning Vice Principal Luna, happy Heart Warming’s Eve.” Spike differently from the other times, he sounded more respectful to them, well, he always was, but this time it seems he was cheerful but still angry with something. “Can we talk with you a bit?”
Sunset got up from her place, and a smile appeared on her face.
“Mom, Spike.” Sunset quickly jumps into the arms of her mother, taking her by surprise. But the moment was because Sunset was needed. She let out some tears. “Mom, that was horrible. I didn’t do it. I don’t know what happened.”
Celestia who was being hugged by Sunset was in shock, but her hand was patting and nuzzling the hair of the girl who was with her eyes closed and let it out everything she had.
“There, there, we are here, we are going to set this out.”
The girls who appeared behind them could see the look on Sunset’s face, she was awful, she was messed up, and her eyes were trying to maintain strong, but after jumping in the arms of the princess, it seems all her world was torn apart and she was now in the only protection she had.
Spike looked at them with a paw pointing at Sunset with a look that says. “You really think is Sunset now?”
The girls who watched that felt so betrayed inside and so hollow, how could they do that to her friend? Thankfully they didn’t confront her, what kind of consequences would happen if they confront Sunset again?
After the girls appear, Sunset looked at them in surprise.
“Girls, hi… Sorry, I wasn’t feeling well this morning, suddenly all the students started to blame me for the posts of Anon A Miss, and I couldn’t find you. Thank goodness you are here.” Sunset cleaned the tears over her face, while she smiled weakly at her friends.
The girls only felt worse from hearing that, at the moment Applejack was going, to tell the truth. Spike raised his paw making her stop, and then slowly shook his head like saying a simple message. “Don’t you dare to tell her. Endure your pain and not let her more hurt than she is.”
The girls nodded to Spike, while Rarity stepped in.
“Of course darling, it must have been awful to receive such blame from everyone over the school.” Rarity couldn’t let Applejack tell something, she is a terrible liar, so she must have made eye contact with the girls, just to make sure they nod their heads in agreement.
“Anon a Miss is going too far. She must be stopped.” Applejack knowing her own flaws decided to tell the other truth, just to make sure she doesn’t lie, she told Sunset what she was feeling at the moment. “When Ah get my hands over her, Ah want to make her pay for all the shame Ah have.”
“Yeah, me too. I want to punch her in the face so hard It would make her travel back in time to last week.” Rainbow Dash was cracking her knuckles, while Spike raised his eyebrow and Fluttershy giggled.
“You watched the angry beavers DVD I bought on your birthday?” Fluttershy giggled while Rainbow Dash blushed a bit while she giggled sheepishly.
“I mean, Dagget could take that punch at least 5 times, but he was asking for it. Norbit told him to not annoy him.” Rainbow Dash first watched the cartoon to make sure to make Fluttershy happy, who knew that show was funny in its own way?
All the girls and even the little dog laughed at the sudden change of pace of the conversation.
The Principal and Vice Principal watched in surprise something which was not more often after 2 weeks of anon a miss. Friends share a good laugh for nothing, and tension disappears from the Principal Room.
But everything has to come to an end. Spike still smiling decided to focus on the main problem. He then looked at his mother and sister and decided to work.
“Sunset, Mom is just new here over this world, why not go show the school around for her? And even show some of the famous snacks you have at school. And could you bring a can of soda for me?”
The students and even Sunset knew what he meant, he wants to make sure his mother wouldn’t be there while he snarkily destroys all the doubts and the problems while being rude to all of them. They started to get used, but what kind of tactics he would use this time?
“Spike, I wasn’t born yesterday. You better not do what...”
“I will not scream with them, trust me, mom. I will wait for you and Sunset to come back and then we discuss Gabby Gum, I mean this Anon A Miss.” Spike waved like it wasn’t what his mother was a thing, but looking at him for more than 10 seconds, she sighed.
“Just don’t be too hard on them.” Celestia was disappointed by the circumstances while Sunset finally let out a sigh of relief, when she was getting out of the door she looked at her little brother and gave tombs up.
“Do your worst Spike.” She smiled while Celestia glanced coldly at her, making her eep. “Sorry, mom.”
After closing the door, Spike who was smiling sighed while he walked to the table the principal and jumped over it… He then looked at both Principal and Vice Principal indifferently… ignoring Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie while he remain focused on Rainbow Dash, Rarity, and Applejack.
“Principal, please be honest with me.” The moment the puppy said that everyone in the room knew he was going to start. “Are most of your students retarded?”
“WHAT?”
Both women and the girls over the room gasp and shout in outrage.
“SPIKE, YOU NEVER SHOULD ASK THAT OF ANYONE, THIS IS SO OFFENSIVE.”
“NO. OUR STUDENTS ARE NOT RETARTED.”
Spike ignored the shouts and decided to growly make everyone in the room stop.
“It’s because I can’t believe it thou were fooled at the same trick for the third time. Firstly Sunset made them zombie teenagers, secondly, the dazzlings made an angry hypnotized mob, and now 3 girls are making the same thing and this time blaming Sunset, which after so much effort in defeating the dazzling you make it looks like it was thrown at the dirt.” Spike was talking coldly but remained calm, he was cold as ice, surprisingly opposite of the dragon who he says to be. But his point was made all clear to the girls and the two women inside the room.
Their mouths dropped in shock. It was the third time the students used strategy to be a weapon or a gain against someone.
Spike let out a sarcastic laugh.
“You know, there is a saying of my friend who rules the dragon kingdom, she even taught me that… Fool me once: Shame on you, fool me twice: shame on me, Fool me three times and I will set you on fire.” At the moment he said shame on you, he pointed to Applejack, when he said shame on me he pointed at himself, and the moment he said set on fire, he stomped on the table, making everyone eye’s wide open and gulp on their place. “You girls were fooled thrice, so you better be in mind to have to be ready to set this person on fire when you see them again.”
“What do you mean by them? You mean it was more than one person?” Rainbow Dash was trying to understand what Spike meant but waited for Spike to answer that question before she does something reckless. She was going to do it in the morning, but this time she wanted to be sure who she was going to punch.
“Yep, it was an amateur group who was sharing personal secrets and trying to give all the blame on Sunset, don’t you think it was all that easy to blame on Sunset? She never leaves evidence when she manipulated you all.” Spike this time scoffed his reasoning like it was the most obvious answer in the world. “She told me how easily you were fooled by her, she made you break your friendship for 7 months… leaving no evidence on her…”
At the moment Spike said that Rarity eye’s caught the idea of what Spike was saying.
“So you mean if was Sunset she wouldn’t be leaving evidence on her?”
“Exactly, that’s why is an amateur, because they didn’t know Sunset's skills in doing that, but now she was being a scapemare for them. Gabby Gum was one of the worst mistakes ever made in Equestria, and all of them were punished cordially.” Spike looked carefully at all the girls inside the room. “And now they are doing it here. This will just end when Gabby Gum or this Anon-a-Miss be punished for their acts.”
“Sorry to interrupt you, partner.” Applejack approached the table. “I know you have been always addressing this group as Gabby Gum, but who are they?”
“We had the same version of Anon a Miss in Equestria, but without technology, it was a newspaper company who were sharing news about the secrets of everypony in the town. And the lowest blow was they shared my secrets and my mother’s as well. IT WAS A NATIONAL SECRET.”
Spike answered while he remained calm but the girls can imagine he is very angry at the moment the door went wide open showing Princess Celestia and Sunset Shimmer walking through the door with some snacks in their hands.
“Spike I told you, me having fanaticism over cake is not a national secret and you flexing at the mirror is not a national secret either,” Celestia said not amused but she could see the little dog getting angry because of that, and looking at the teenagers over the room who is trying to not giggle.
Spike glared at the girls, which make them stop it and become silent.
“You may don’t think is a big deal to you, mom, but now I cannot go to Gym anymore, all the mares and stallions when they see me giggle while I’m trying to work out,” Spike replied to his mother while he looked at Pinkie Pie. “Pinkie, what I told you counterpart was secrecy between me and her because she thought all the girls she is friends were hiding from her because they don’t like her, and it was because of her surprise birthday party they made me confess in fear my secret… You own me.”
Pinkie started to sweat while she looked at all the corners like her eyes were moving like a tennis game.
“I don’t know what are you talking about…” Then she jumped when Spike slammed his paw over the table.
“Tell me a secret she has to make me and her even…” Spike said simply like that, and at the moment Pinkie was going to protest, she decided to give up and went near to his ear and whisper something like that… “Really? A snail?”
“Shhhhhhhh. I know you can use that against her where you live, but please don’t share over here.” Pinkie Pie begged while Spike looked surprised and a bit disgusted, but without thinking he nodded understanding her plea.
“Alright. Anyway, mom Gabby Gum used all the secrets and made serious problems by sharing the secrets in the news. Making many ponies in trouble and in shame… Never going to the gym anymore.” Spike lamented about not being able to visit Gym after that incident. Until a hand touched his fur, making him look up. It was his mother Celestia who was smiling at him.
“That’s why I paid the ponies to make equipment for you at your castle, for you to train and admire yourself in the mirror, and rumors of me being in love with cake were a thing since 3 centuries ago.”
Sunset who looked at the girls and the duo of principals just shrugged while she watched Spike decide to end the discussion.
“Okay, let’s forget this subject, still what they did is a violation of the rules of the news and regulations of Equestria.”
“Spike the new laws were created after Gabby Gum.” Celestia once again interrupted her son, while making his paw meet his face and pulling down like a cartoon face going down as well…
“Mom…” Spike said, making her mother and the other girls in the room giggle from such interaction. “Okay, there is no point in keeping talking now. Principal Celestia.”
The principal looked at the little puppy over her desk, while she remained surprised by the sudden change of tension. From seriousness to a fun environment, she couldn’t help to admire her counterpart who can keep her son in check, as a good parent should do.
“Yes?” Principal Celestia didn’t know when she started to smile, but it seems Anon a miss was a non-existed problem. But the next question surprised her.
“Can I use the interphone over the school? I can make Gabby Gum or this Anon a miss appear inside this room in 10 minutes without making the students create chaos. The sooner we finish this the better.” Spike was smiling evilly, while Princess Celestia frowned.
“I know that look. What Luna taught you?” Celestia if she didn’t know better her son she could guess he was going to do something evil.
Principal Celestia didn’t like the options either, but the little dog looked so confident and assured the Anon a miss would appear in 10 minutes, who would be stupid to not accept that chance?
“Alright little Spike, but don’t create a ruckus, there is a button near the microphone, you can use it.”
“Sweet. I always wanted to do that. Alright everyone, silence please, because now I will make what calls a pro tactic move.” Spike said while everyone was confused while Pinkie Pie as an exception was giggling.
The button was pressed. And the attention of all the students could be picket.
“Attention students.” A male voice made all the students look at each other by surprise, it wasn’t their principal but it was a male. “It’s Spike speaking.”
Now all the students and professors were looking at the speakers carefully.
“As a matter of fact, you guys have been plagued by a person named Anon a Miss… Well this shouldn’t have been my problem… until Sunset’s got involved.” At the sound of speakers getting up, many students’ eyes got wide open. “So congratulations Anon a Miss, you just make this little problem… my own problem. So I will be sincere to you. What you are doing isn’t something I call villainy. But making me get out of my home, interrupt my meeting with my mother at the start of the Holiday just to come here in this body of a dog? Congratulations, now you make me want to give you a 5 in the results of villainy… but no… you are not a villain but a nuance… Which I will gladly make you go to the principal office by your own desire… or else…”
All the students looked at each and other in the middle of class, looking at the possibility of what he is going to do, then they heard the speaker again.
“First I want to talk to the students… Sorry to be blunt with you all, but you guys are terrible, seriously… It´s the third time, THIRD TIME you’ve been used as an angry mob, seriously? Is this school always this awful to deal with manipulators?” The sound of sarcastic questions make all the students cringe, while some looked at some of their friends which were with their secrets revealed, looking down ashamed. “There are secrets that should’ve been kept and if was revealed it wasn’t about you… you shouldn’t make fun of others. Are this school always full of bullies or gossipers even before Sunset Shimmer or it was because she stopped manipulating you all that makes you try to be an awful person in the first place?”
Now all the students looked down in shame, trying to think about what they did since Sunset Shimmer was reformed, it seems like all the oppressed people desired to be oppressors and now that the truth came to light, weren’t they like Sunset Shimmer in the end? The silence echoed in the classrooms.
“So… I’m in a good mood today because I discovered maybe next time I will not be a dog when I come here, so I will give you my gift of Heart’s warming or what you call Christmas in this world. My gift is, take your cellphones and count down the clock if Anon a Miss don’t appear at the Principal's office, you must rec what will happen because it will be entertaining, I’m sure.” While the sound of the dog chuckled the other students looked at each and other and decided to grab the phones. “Now… my message for Anon a Miss. Alright, you had your fun, but now I’m here, the fun stopped. You have a lot to answer, and if you are thinking I was bluffing, let me tell you one thing. You already have a counterpart in my world, they named themselves Gabby Gum, and published the secrets of the city in a newspaper… Their punishment wasn’t taken kindly, and so yours will not be lighter than theirs, so let me make one thing clear Anon a Miss… I’m in a great mod, so I will give you 10 minutes of head start to come to the principal Office… Because if you don’t, which I pray so much you don’t… I will release the dogs and the dogs that I will release at this school would want your leather hehehe… Well, time is running out… Take a good 10 minutes everyone.”
At the moment the speakers were turned off, Spike looked proudly at his own act, while both Princess and Principal Celestia were looking at him with mouths dropped, the girls were shocked while Vice Principal Luna whistled in surprise.
“Wow, that was hitting with iron hot, that would create a huge commotion inside of the school.” Vice Principal Luna while impressed by such a speech was concerned about the chaotic result that will come at the school.
“You could say that, but the trap was already made…” Spike said while smiling.
“Trap, what trap?” Principal Celestia couldn’t think about what Spike planned until she saw the look of her counterpart.
“Spike, that was a dirty move… even by that standards just Discord would pull something like that.” All the group could say Celestia wasn’t looking happy but she was impressed.
“Who did you think I learned from? Discord did that in one of sessions of O&O and that was treated as the evilest and perfect plan to make a mob ever. Sunset you should learn how to do that.” Spike said proudly…
“No… my days of manipulative are gone.” Sunset cringed while she remembered the laughing session she had with her aunt and the lord of Chaos, laughing at her.
“Good call… Anyway, Principal Celestia, I set a trap for both students and Anon a Miss… I made sure to make all the students ashamed of always being manipulated being always the angry mob, which will make them care about what to do next, and try to act differently… They will be vigilant like eagles and will try to act by themselves… showing they learned something and will not be affected by manipulations… Making them like silent snipers.” Spike said step one of his manipulation while making all the girls raise their eyebrows and even making both the Principal and Vice Principals look amazed. “And for Anon a Miss, they are a group, so they must come here, but how can a group get out of the classroom in the middle of the class…? Even now that every student will be vigilant of who would try to come to the principal office?”
At that moment all the mouths were dropped by one simple fact…
“We are trapped” That’s how the Applebloom, Scootaloo, and Sweetie Belle were thinking while all the students were looking at their cellphones, looking even at the clock. It seems now everyone kept looking at each other, waiting for an opportunity to accuse someone who is trying to get out of the class.
“Teacher…” One student hissed while he was jumping from his sit, but then looked at all the students which were glaring at him like finally found their prey. “I need to go to the bathroom, but I cannot get out until Anon a Miss is captured, how much time passed until 10 minutes?”
“Rumble, it’s just passed 3 minutes, there are still 7 minutes.” The teacher was still giving the class because this way the time would pass quickly and then Anon a Miss would be captured soon before it would become cybercrime at the school, she was relieved that would be finished soon. And the school could be like it was before.
“Dang it.” Rumble tried his best to hold himself…
“Hey…” Rumble looked on his side and found his friend Button Mash he then gave him an empty water bottle. “It is not you, use this and wait for Anon a Miss to get captured. I will not look. Just do it.”
Rumble looked at his best friend in gratitude, while all the other students understood what would happen next, so they focused their gazes away from him and maintained looking at the clock. There were already secrets shared at school, and in situations like that, it would be best to ignore what is happening, they already created a big commotion with little things.
Everything passed in front of the 3 little girls who were freaking out in silence. All the students were looking for anon a miss, and any excuse would be a reason for them being exposed.
“Why from all the people, we forgot Sunset’s brother would be here if things got messy?” Applebloom was massaging her forehead, making the other 2 girls, remained in silence and whispering ideas about what happened. “I don’t know what dogs he was referring to, but I really wouldn’t want that.”
“Do you think he knew it was us?” Sweetie Belle whispered while Scootaloo was remaining in silence trying to not make all the others think the 3 of them were whispering, as it would expose them.
“I think so, he said our counterparts did the same thing where he lives. He said the punishment wasn’t light, what do you think they did to them?” Applebloom couldn’t help to imagine what kind of atrocities the punishment was given to their little versions from where Princess Twilight lives. “Do you think if Princess Twilight appeared here, she would let something awful happens to us?”
“I don’t know.” That’s the only answer that remained in their hearts… “We are doomed.”
“They are doomed, inside of a trap called class,” Spike said while all the humans around him looked at him speechless.
“Discord was cold and cruel, but even I cannot help to be impressed by his strategy to trap his enemy. Here I thought he would do something silly like…”
“Trapping a horn with glue stuck in a door?” The moment Pinkie Pie shared her opinion, made Spike and Princess Celestia look at her in silence… surprised but slightly annoyed… “Opsy, it was a secret wasn’t it?”
Princess Celestia nodded slowly while Pinkie Pie sweated like a river and laughed sheepishly.
“Sorry…” Pinkie Pie remained in silence.
Everyone around the room ignored Pinkie Pie, while Rainbow Dash couldn’t help to ask.
“Anyway, what are the dogs you were mentioning after 10 minutes? Because I know you are the only dog in this room, while I know you hate being a dog, I don’t get what you mean.”
“Well, I suppose you would ask something like that, so let me show you this. But before that.” Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Principals, can you please hold Rainbow Dash and Applejack for a few seconds?” Spike asked while looking at his mother, she sighed while she brought under her arms a piece of newspaper.
“Oh what the hay, what are you doing?” Applejack couldn’t help to ask in alarm.
“Trust me, it would be for your own good,” Spike said in a serious tone while making Applejack frown and Rainbow Dash glare.
“Are you calling us dogs Spike? That’s what you meant?” Rainbow Dash asked angrily while Spike shook his head.
“It’s an expression Rainbow, figuratively you will be a dog because what I will gonna show you, will make you so angry that would make you fly outside of this office, like a hunting dog… Applejack would be said the same… Rarity, I don’t think so because she can handle it like a lady.” Spike said while making Applejack, Rarity, and Rainbow Dash look at each other.
“What do you mean by that?” Rainbow Dash still doesn’t capture the pieces of the little puzzle Spike showed to them. But at that moment he took a piece of the newspaper and showed it to Rainbow Dash…
Firstly… her eyes got wide open, second her face got palled like a ghost… and finally, her white color became red like a fire.
Applejack decided to take a look over the newspaper, and then her mind clicked… and she remained in her place in silence.
Rarity looked at the newspaper and her face became even paler than before after she release a gasp and then a frown.
In Spike paws, there was a picture in the newspaper of 3 oddly familiar fillies which resembled their little sisters, and the title is giant with bold letters.
Gabby Gum found elements of harmony between sisters were the cause of huge chaos in Equestria.
Rainbow Dash isn’t stupid to not realize who the news was talking about. Princess Twilight told her story with her friends and who were the elements of harmony guardians…
“THAT SON OF A…” Rainbow Dash was already walking over the door.
“Yai,” Fluttershy exclaimed to interrupt the cussing word while she did her best to hold Rainbow Dash tightly.
Rainbow Dash got a surprise attack from Fluttershy because she wasn’t expected to be held by her with such strength.
“Let me go Fluttershy… I must.”
“No Rainbow we cannot let you go…” Fluttershy feared what Rainbow Dash would do after she releases her.
Applejack remained on spot, but her eyes were engulfed with anger, and she was trying her best to remain calm, Rarity was composing herself to not make a fuss…
Anger? She is furious, sad? She is devasted… Guilty? She has the total reason to feel, she started thinking everything happened because of Sunset Shimmer… but it was her own sister… But a lady shouldn’t act like a brute… not in front of a prince and a princess who is his mother. She must compose herself…
Spike looked at the clock… ten minutes already passed.
“Fluttershy… You can release her.” Spike said while Fluttershy refused to let her go. “Fluttershy, look at me.”
Fluttershy wasn’t looking at the dog, but at that moment he called her. She couldn’t help to take a look at the little puppy, who now was angry.
“These kids committed a lot of problems in this school, mostly because of Rainbow Dash, Apple Jack, and Rarity… They must face the consequences… While I can guarantee Rainbow Dash will not hurt any of them… I can’t help to say… let her go.” Spike who seemed serious, make a good point… Rainbow Dash wouldn’t hurt a kid… right? But she felt so unsure… Until a hand grabbed her shoulder… It was princess Celestia's warming smile, that made Fluttershy release a bit, but it was enough for Rainbow Dash to get released and go directly at the door. “Rainbow Dash.”
The moment Spike said that Rainbow Dash almost got out of the door, she didn’t turn around, she just waited to try to think what Spike would say next.
“Fetch,” Spike said grinning, while Rainbow Dash ran quickly after slamming the door shut. He then pressed the interphone button, while smiling as the alarm of war was heard…
“SCOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTAAAAAAAAAALOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.” That was the sound muffed an angry voice echoed from the interphones over the school. While all the students were looking at each other apprehensive. “You heard that Anon a Miss? That’s the roar of a furious predator... 10 minutes are up… I hope you have enjoyed the last 10 minutes doing something, talking, running, and praying… oops, sorry, my mother is here, so she cannot hear your prayers… Anyway, good luck.”
After turning off the interphone, Princess Celestia groaned annoyed.
“Spike why do you always try to make me look like a goddess in front of everypony? Even the humans?”
“Oh, mom. You have more than 1000 years old, and you always look young and slim. If you don’t aren't a goddess over here, I don’t know what they will think of you.” Spike smiled while making all the girls over the room look at the princess shocked.
Princess Celestia giggled while she pinched the little puppy's cheeks.
“Why you… Your silver tongue… Did discord teach you that? Or was my sister Luna?”
“A little of column A, a little of column B.” Spike smiled while she could see his mother giggling at his answer.
“I have to say, if it’s that way you talk with the girls, that’s not surprising to me you actually have conquered 3 potential suitors in Equestria.”
“MOOOOOM.” Spike now blushed so hard, his fur turned in Pink, while the girls and Principals giggled at his answer. Spike turned to Applejack and Rarity who remained in their places while forgetting something important. “Hey… Don’t you have someone to bring here?”
Spike's voice, made their minds click, Applejack and Rarity decided to leave the room, leaving just Pinkie Pie, Sunset Shimmer, Fluttershy, both Principal and Vice, and the princess and her son.
“So… anyone can tell me who won the buckball championship?” Sunset Shimmer tried to break the ice, while Spike chuckled while rolling his eyes at her attempt.
