Back at the studio, Fun Time Rush were back in the recording room practicing the slow love song with Golden playing the piano while Shelly and Virtue watched.

Diamond sang his verse but his voice garbled because of the mask he wore to prevent him from sneezing.
Golden stopped and asked, “What was that? What was that?”
Shelly explained, “You told me to get him to stop sneezing, and I did.”
“But he CAN'T sing! And we have to sing this love song, because the record company wants a love song, AND I STILL HATE THIS SONG!” Golden shouted.
“Well, he refuses to take an allergy shot, AND I'M NOT A NURSE!” Shelly yelled back.
“Your yelling has improved. But more like this: GET HIM AN ALLERGY SHOT!”
Diamond took off his mask and apologized, “It's my fault, Golden,” He sneezed. “I need to do this. I'll go get the shot.”
Shelly directed Diamond out of the room, feeling sad until he faked his sadness and took out his man spray, feeling happy. The boys were stunned that Diamond got an excuse for that.
“What the...” Tempo wondered and Diamond rushed out of the studio.
“I'm not feeling too well,” Beryl said.
“I need a shot right now.” Cloudburst added.
The boys were about to head to the door until Big T appeared to stop them.
Beryl changed his mind, “You know what, I'm gonna stay here.”
Tempo agreed, “I'm gonna stay.”
Cloudburst nodded, “Yeah, that's fine.”
Big T put his palm in front of them to stop talking and said, “It's not that bad of a song. In fact, if I was a girl and someone sang it to me, I'd be really touched.”
“How touched?” Beryl asked.
“Like go out with you touched?” Tempo guessed.
“If we sang this song to you... if you were a girl?” Cloudburst suggested.
Big T nodded, “Yeah.”
The band yelled and argued until Big T gave them a bear hug, entrapping the boys. Virtue wrote down her report and said, “So, after a day trapped "within the soundproof walls of his studio," Golden couldn't write the song that he wanted and failed. Report done.”
“Your report and my song are not done!” Golden informed the little girl. He then ordered his bodyguard, “Release the hounds!”
Big T released the boys and Golden stated, “I need more time.”
The band exited the studio quickly and saw Shelly getting a hot dog from the hot dog stand.
“Where's Diamond?” Beryl asked her.
Shelly explained to the boys, “Well, we were in my car, then he jumped out, sprayed his entire body with man spray, jumped into a cab and shouted, "She will be mine! She will be mine!" That's all I got.”
“He's going to the Palmwoods to steal our girl!” Cloudburst shouted and the band ran back to the community center to find Diamond.
Meanwhile, Diamond entered the pool area looking all snazzy with a bolero jacket and leather pants. The residents looked at them with shocked faces.
Shining Star was talking with Watermelody and the Rainbooms until Diamond greeted Star, “Hello.”
The girls turned their attention to him and shrieked, “WHOA!”
Diamond had his face swollen and his hands were big. He replied, “Not the reaction I usually get. But I'm Diamond. I'm in a band.”
Star nervously greeted back, “Hi… I'm Shining Star. It's so nice to meet you.”
“Hey, I was thinking maybe we could see a movie later on.” Diamond suggested before he covered his mouth with his arm to sneeze in.
“Don't you think you should see a doctor first?” Sunset suggested him.
“Oh, because of my sneezing, right?” Diamond wiped off his nose until he noticed his big, swollen hands. “AAH! What happened to my hands?!”
The girls sniffed the aroma from Diamond and Rainbow asked, “Are you wearing barracuda man spray?”
“Yeah,” Diamond grabbed his man spray and presented it to them, crying in tears, “Better wear your 'cuda.”
“You do know that stuff was recalled for causing severe allergic reactions, right darling?” Rarity put on her gloves and gave him her hand mirror.
Diamond borrowed it to see his reflection. As a result, it didn't look so good for Diamond. “Aah!” Diamomd screamed and gave the hand mirror back to Rarity and power walked back inside. While the boys entered the community center, Diamond called Shelly on his phone, “Shelly, pick me up. I need that shot now!”
The rest of the band screamed and shrieked to see Diamond’s hideous appearance.
“I'm allergic to man spray, And you are not allowed to talk to her until I'm pretty again.”
“Forget it,” Beryl, Tempo, and Cloudburst said in unison.
“I'm gonna sing her a song,” Cloudburst said.
Tempo told him, “No, I am.”
Beryl argued, “No, I am.”
“No,” Diamond walked away and exited the building while Quibble Pants, the receptionist of the community center, rang the bell to stop the boys fighting.
“She left the pool,” Quibble told them.
“She's gone?”
Quibble answered, “Yes, she went to an audition. She usually returns at 5:30.”
The boys resumed fighting, trying to reach Shining Star.
Golden and Big T exited the studio to stop Virtue, getting ready to leave while her mom was in the car, waiting.
“Hey, tell me how you ended your report. I can take it. I'm a man,” Golden insisted.
Virtue huffed, “Clearly past his prime, and with no life experience to reflect on, Gustavo couldn't finish the love song. He so desperately craved.”
Golden replied, “That is SO NOT COOL!”
“My report is due tomorrow.”
“And so is my song, which I CAN'T FIND! You can help me.” Golden suggested her, “Have you ever loved something so much that you couldn't live without it?”
“My premium cable package. I see your point.” Virtue replied while Golden exclaimed. “Try getting out of that box once in a while and live life. That song is not in there, dude. Trust me.”
Big T nodded and Gloria asked Golden, “Would you like to join us for a sandwich?”
Big T asked, “Can I come too?”
“Sure,” Gloria smiled.
“Shotgun!” Golden raced down the stairs alongside his bodyguard to get in Gloria’s car.
Meanwhile in the hospital, Diamond was wearing hockey gear while Shelly followed and saw his doctor lying on the patient’s bed and listening to music on his phone.
Diamond demanded the doctor, “Give me a shot now! I'm not afraid anymore, And I am not pretty under here, and... and I'm in love and...”
The doctor gave Diamond a shot and he shrieked.
“Hey. That wasn't that bad.” Diamond commented until he fainted.
The doctor took off his shades and said, “Nice jacket.”
“What did you give him?” Shelly asked.
“Something for his panic attack. Were you not here?”
Shelly grabbed the doc by the collar and shouted, “He's got! To sing! A song!”
“Hmm. Sing a song, sing a song, sing-a-song shot,” The doctor looked through his bag and singsonged, “Sing-a-song shot...” He then found the right syringe for Diamond and it was pretty wide, “Oh, yeah.”
Meanwhile, Tempo brought Thunderbass and his guitar with him to the park where Shining Star was at.
Thunderbass stopped and asked him, “Well, shouldn't we wait for the other dudes?”
“Change of plans. It's a solo now. Just strum like you've never strummed before.” Tempo ordered.
The two boys approached Shining Star on the bench and Thunderbass started strumming his guitar.
[Mind Tempo]

“Aah!” Cloudburst shoved Tempo over the bushes. He ordered, “Go on. Go on.”
[Cloudburst]

“Aaah!” Beryl tackled Cloudburst next, shoving Tempo off.
[Beryl Fury]

Tempo shoved Beryl away.

Cloudburst shoved Tempo as well.

The boys sang together while fighting as Thunderbass strummed the guitar fast, speeding up the rhythm.
[Fun Time Rush]

“No, I will!” Cloudburst argued.
“I will!” Beryl argued back.
“I will!” Tempo retorted.
“No, I will!” Beryl shouted.
While the boys continued fighting and arguing, Shining Star put both her hands up, “HEY! Guys... guys...” The boys stopped and Star put her hands together, “Great song; but you should probably know I have a boyfriend back home.”
Thunderbass and Fun Time Rush shouted, “What?!”
“But we can still be friends, right?” Shining Star asked them.
“Yeah,” The boys answered, feeling disappointed.
“Well, that stunk.” Beryl commented.
“No, that was amazing!” Golden entered the building along with Big T carrying Virtue and Gloria. “I know what this song is. It's not a slow love song; It's a fast love song.” Golden ordered the little girl, “Virtue. Do not finish that report until I finish this song.” He then ordered his bodyguard, “Big T, to the studio.” Golden wanted his bodyguard to carry him, but Big T refused because he was eating ice cream, resulting Golden to fall on his back.
Golden Rock groaned, “A little help.”
Then, the Rainbooms and Watermelody came by and Rarity told Shining Star, “Uh, you told me you didn't have a boyfriend.”
“Uh, I don't, but I can't deal with that every day,” Shining Star explained and the girls understood her.
“Good point,” Applejack nodded.
“Oh, boys are stupid,” Watermelody said. “Remember, Tempo's mine”
The girls answered in unison, “Got it.”
Back at the studio, Fun Time Rush performed their new song in the recording room while Virtue, Gloria, Golden Rock, Shelly Shores, Cash Flow and his executives watched from the control room with Golden feeling nervous.
Throughout the song, the Rainbooms, Thunderbass, Watermelody, Shining Star, Shelly Shores, Virtue, Gloria, Big T, and the doctor danced while Golden Rock watched.
After that, Cash stood up and told Golden, “I tell you I want a slow love song, and instead, you ignore me and give me... A hit.”
Virtue cheered, “Yes.”
Cash informed Golden, “But I still want a slow love song, and put the word "baby" in it. Yeah, that's good.” He then turned his attention to Big T. “And what's your name?”
“Big T.”
“Of course it is,” Cash Flow and his businessmen exited the control room until Golden gave the boys a thumbs-up.
Fun Time Rush cheered and Golden asked Virtue, “Well?”
Virtue grabbed her report and read it aloud to Golden, “So, like all great artists, Gustavo finds his music in life, and that's why I admire Golden Rock.”
Golden Rock was elated to hear her report, “Amazing. You forgot to write, "I'm amazing."”
The boys were back at the community center with Virtue, feeling all happy.
“Hey Beryl, the boys and I noticed something off from you today. Care to explain.” Tempo quipped.
“Yeah. What is it?” Beryl asked.
Cloudburst asked him, “Why are you so interested in Shining Star anyway, aren't you supposed to be dating Adagio?”
Beryl looked downcast, “We are, but... lately we've been too focused on our own things; me with my music career with you guys, and her being a ninja. And lately, I haven't been feeling the same way as I used to when I think of her, unlike this new girl, Shining Star. Maybe… this is a sign that me and Adagio... aren't so connected anymore.”
Mind Tempo, Diamond, Cloudburst and Virtue comforted Beryl.
Virtue told him, “I'm sorry to hear about that, buddy. I'm sure Adagio will understand someday.”
Beryl nodded, “Thanks, guys. I really appreciate it.”
“And we're not gonna fight over girls anymore, right?” Tempo asked his bandmates.
“Right.”
“We're gonna be CIVILIZED, and only go after girls we meet ALONE and not together. Agreed?” Tempo asked again.
“Agreed,” The boys replied together until a new girl shows up in front of them. Diamond, Tempo, and Cloudburst were lovestruck except Beryl and Virtue.
“Hey. I just arrived at Canterlot. Can you tell me where the gym is?” The new girl asked.
Virtue sighed, “It's past the pool and to the right.”
“Great. Thanks.”
Beryl and Virtue rolled their eyes and let the rest of their friends pass.
“......SHE WILL BE MINE!!!” Diamond shouted.
“No! She's mine!” Cloudburst yelled back.
Tempo, Cloudburst, and Diamond fight again, trying to reach the new girl while Beryl and Virtue watched.
