Episode 15: The Wisp Saga (Part 2):


Planetary Discoveries






The Mane 6, Sunny and her friends, Sonic, Tails, MC and Maria were walking throughout the planet. Pinkie Pie ate as she was walking.

MC grumbled and said, "Pinkie, I think it's best if you watch your weight."

"Why would I need to watch my weight?" Pinkie asked. "It's not like it's going anywhere."

"That's actually not gonna happen, Michael," Rarity said. "Pinkie Pie has been able to eat as much food as she wants and not gain any weight."

"I've heard of fast metabolisms, but that's just ridiculous," Tails said. "Any sign of the Chaos Emerald yet?"

"It should be around here somewhere," MC said. He then smelled around. "Something's not right."

"You're telling me!" Pinkie said. "All this dessert, and no chocolate sauce to pour on it!"

"Not that," MC said. "I sense something wrong here. Really wrong." They then came across a generator of some kind.

"Experience has taught me to investigate anything that glows," Sonic said, looking at the generator. Then the place started shaking. "Huh?"

"What's going on?!" Sunny asked. Just then, a huge pirate ship came in from the cliff side.

"Experience has also taught me that the best way to solve problems is to kick robot butt," Sonic said. Then Eggman's voice came on a speaker.

"Visitors are cautioned to avoid feeding, petting, or saving any aliens."

"Excuse me, giant killer robot," Sonic called out. "You wanna do this the hard way or the easy way?"

"That's just a ship, Sonic," Twilight said. "Obviously the one who's taking the helm is the evil robot." Just then, the robot who took the helm came to the side of the ship.



"Okay, that makes sense," Sonic said. "Let's dance."

"You guys go," MC said. "Tails and I will see something about this generator." MC and Tails then ran towards the Generator. Twilight, Sonic and Sunny went towards the ship. The rest of the ponies and Maria stood by MC and Tails.








Twilight, Sonic and Sunny were fighting the robot pirate while the others were seeing how the generator was working.

"Okay, looks like this thing is feeding off of something," Tails said. "Whatever it is, it's powerful."

"I think I know," MC said. He then punched into the generator and ripped something out.



"Huh," Tails said. "That makes sense." Just then, the generator shut down. "Okay, so how are we gonna get back to the main part of Eggman's Space Theme Park?"

"Why else would we bring Maria with us?" MC asked.

"Chaos Control," Maria said, getting the hint. "Of course. I get it." MC then handed Maria both the Chaos Emeralds they had. "Huh. Is it Christmastime already?" That made the group laugh.

"I get it," Hitch said. "Since the traditional Christmas colors are red and green, and we have the red and green emeralds."

"I've been meaning to ask, why aren't most of the Emeralds green?" Pipp asked.

"The Chaos Emeralds all used to be green, but due to evolution, they changed colors," MC said. "They haven't been green for, at least, 30 years."

"That's true," Tails said. "I bet even Chip knew that." Just then, the pirate ship blew up. The group looked up at it and saw Twilight, Sonic and Sunny coming right towards them.

"Hey, guys. You missed the BBBE," Sonic said.

"Huh?" Tails asked as he started fidgeting with his Miles Electric.

"Best Boss Beating Ever!" Sonic said as he was striking some poses.

"I've seen better," Twilight said. "Remember the Egg Golem?"

"Oh, right," Sonic said. "MC took that attack on purpose so he could absorb himself into the Egg Golem and turn the tables on Bokkun."

"Yacker," MC said, looking at the alien. "Any more info about what's going on here?"

The antenna on Tails's Miles Electric aimed itself towards Yacker as he started speaking. Tails then said, "It's still not 100%, but I think I can translate as best as I can." He then started reading. "It seems that these creatures are made up of... 'Pied Pipers and So Han'? No, that's not right. Oh, Hyper-go-ons. It's inside them."

"So, it's like some sort of battery?" Sonic asked.

"Oh, maybe it's their life source," Twilight said. Yacker nodded vigorously.

"Perhaps you're right, Twilight," Tails said. "When you guys absorbed it, you got a taste of what happened. 'Battery' is sort of an understatement. The funny thing: it was first translating as 'horrible body odor.'"

"Eww," Rarity and Pipp said.

"Well, it's a good thing that was only a mis-translation," Rarity said, making Pipp nod.

"So, what was Eggman trying to do with these things?" Zipp asked.

"Well, it seems an evil man, and you might know him, who they call 'Baldy Nosehair' was..." Tails said, that was when the group, except MC and Maria, started laughing. MC only smirked.

"Baldy Nosehair?!" Sonic asked. "Oh, man. I remember MC using something like that when Equestria first came to Earth. Or should I say, came back to Earth."

"What was it that you called him that day, MC?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"Baldy McNosehair," MC said. "Right after I shaved his head clean."

"You shaved his head?" Maria asked. "Wow. Good thing you're not a barber."

"I'd almost thought that he'd come back one day with a really bad toupee," MC said.

"I know," Tails said. "That would've been hilarious. Anyway, he's draining them of their power, all of their power, and using it for an evil..." He then tried translating what Yacker was saying. "...aquatic mammal? An evil dolphin? No, a porpoise!" He then got the translation. "Oh! An evil purpose."

"That's great intel. Keep working on it," Sonic said. He then started walking off.

"Hey, where ya goin'?" Tails asked.

"To find Baldy McNosehair, of course," Sonic said before chuckling. "I'm totally calling him McNosehair."

"Oh, boy," MC said. "Let's just..." He then saw another Wisp container. "What's this one?" MC then punched open the container, and a new Wisp came out.



"Whoa!" Rainbow Dash said. "That one looks awesome!"

"Looks almost like a firework," Twilight said.

"No... it's a rocket!" MC said. That was when the orange wisp absorbed itself into MC. Then MC changed into a rocket and he went sky high.

"Definitely a rocket," Tails said, looking up. They continued looking up for five seconds until Tails spoke up again. "Oh, he's coming back down."

MC was screaming all the way down and he crashed into the ground, leaving a hole in his shape in the ground. Then MC came out of the ground 10 feet away from the hole. The group came around MC.

"There are three ponies with horns, five ponies with wings, and a flying two-tailed fox, and none of you could've caught me?" MC asked.

"Sorry," Twilight said. "But, none of us knew if you were heavy or light."

"Because of my density manipulation, I get it," MC said. "But still..." He then got out of the hole. "We need to get going. Who knows what Baldy McNosehair's up to." Then the group started laughing.

"Meh, you called him that first," Sonic said.

"At least in this series," Pinkie Pie said, bouncing around.

"Alright, Maria," MC said. "Let's get off this planet."

"On it," Maria said. The group then got closer to each other. "Chaos... Control!" Then they all vanished, heading towards a different part of the base.

Meanwhile, back at Eggman's security room, Eggman was watching the group as they were leaving the planet.

"It seems that Maria has mastered Chaos Control on her own," Eggman said.

"So, what are you gonna do about it, boss?" Orbot asked.

"Oh, they won't get far with the Chaos Emeralds," Eggman said. "Not with what I have planned. As soon as I get enough of those aliens, I will rule the world."

"Y'all thinkin' he's goin' a li'l overboard there, partner?" Cubot asked, looking at Orbot.

"He's always been this way," Orbot said. "I just hope that he doesn't do anything too dangerous."

"I heard that!" Eggman said, standing up. "I'm going to use whatever power we've gotten from those aliens and see if they'll get what I need to make the world mine!" He then walked out of the room.

"Oh, this is not going to be good," Orbot said.

"Yer tellin' me," Cubot said. "Wanna round up more o' them varmints?"

"If it'll cheer the boss up," Orbot said. Then they headed out of there.








The group of heroes arrived back at the main part of Eggman's space amusement park. MC then pulled up a map and the group looked at it.

"Okay, looks like what's next is the Starlight Carnival," MC said. He then got a good look at it. "Almost reminds me of Rainbow Road from those Mario Kart games."

"Makes sense," Sonic said.

"Even though this is basically an evil base, Joshua would get a kick out of that world," Twilight said. Just then, Pinkie Pie started laughing. "Pinkie, why are you laughing?!"

"Check out this video that's trending!" Pinkie said, showing the video to the others. It showed Apple Bloom and Scootaloo trying to catch Cloudpuff.

"Sweetie Belle!" Apple Bloom said in the video. "Stop recordin' this and help us catch this pooch!"

"Sorry, but this is just too funny!" Sweetie Belle's voice came from the video. "I just couldn't help but record this!"

MC sighed and said, "Told you not to leave Cloudpuff with the Crusaders."

"They seemed trustworthy and responsible!" Pipp said.

"Trustworthy, yes," Applejack said. "Responsible... a little on the fence."

"Let's get going," Sonic said. Then they all started heading off towards the next planet. As they were walking, someone was walking in behind them. A metal arm was placed on MC's right shoulder, shocking the gray fox. He then grabbed the metal arm and flipped what was attached to it to be flipped over, with a southern woman's voice screaming.

"What in the--?" MC asked, seeing who he flipped.



"'Sup, sugah," Bunnie said. "Sorry for the scare there."

"Bunnie?!" the Mane 6, Sonic, Tails, MC and Maria all asked in unison. MC then helped Bunnie up. Sunny and her friends noticed Bunnie's arm and legs and all gasped.

"Look out!" Zipp said. "She's a cyborg!"

"Stand down, Zipp," MC said. "Bunnie may be half robot, but she's one of us. A Freedom Fighter."

"Right as rain, sugah," Bunnie said. "Bunnie D'Coolette. A pleasure ta meet ya."

"Bunnie, meet Sunny, Hitch, Pipp, Zipp and Izzy," MC said. "They're all from 200 years in the future."

"200 years?" Bunnie asked. "No way. Time travel hasn't been accomplished yet."

"Sonic... Maria..." MC said. "Do it."

Maria then gave Sonic one of the Chaos Emeralds, and they held them close together. Then the two hedgehogs said in unison, "Chaos... Control!" Then a time portal opened up above them.

"Oh mah starz!" Bunnie said. "What is that?!"

"It's a Space-Time rift," MC said. "It can open up to a portal anywhere in time. Whether it's in the distant past or the far future."

"Like this one time we had to come back from a post-apocalyptic future," Tails said.

"No way, it couldn't be that bad," Bunnie said.

"Everything was on fire," Sonic said.

"Even a tornado there," MC said. "I've been having visions of that future in my dreams for a certain amount of time."

"Zat is something hard to believe," came another voice. The group looked towards the voice and they saw more of their friends. Sally Acorn, Antoine D'Coolette and Rotor.

"You're all here?" Sonic asked.

"No way we'd miss this adventure," Sally said. "So, what are we dealing with?"

"Eggman's trying to steal energy from little aliens to take over the world," Sonic said.

"What for, we still don't know," MC added.

"Well, we've seen him do worse," Rotor said.

"Kidnapping the Crusaders and their classmates," Rainbow Dash said.

"Releasing a creature made o' water," Applejack said.

"Blowing up half the moon," Pinkie Pie said.

"Splitting the planet into pieces," Rarity said. "Of course, Sally saw that personally."

"It's true, I did," Sally said. "Although, it was creepy for these guys at night."

"You said it, Sal," MC said. "Then those creeps showed up."

"What creeps?" Rotor asked.

"Have you seen any weird activities when the planet came apart?" Twilight asked.

"I was too busy trying to find a way to repair the planet," Rotor said. "Or make it bigger."

"The bigger the planet, the stronger the gravity," MC said. "It'll make everything harder."

"He's right," Twilight said. "Making the planet bigger might make it harder for everything. Flying machines or creatures, moving, we don't want to make it hard."

"I see your point," Rotor said. "Meh, but we should go on and stop Robotnik."

"He's going by Eggman now," Sonic said. "So we should probably go on and find the Chaos Emeralds, save those aliens, and stop Eggman from taking over the world for whatever reason he's got in his head."

"We better get our butts to the next world if we're gonna stop him," MC said.

"Good thinking," Tails said. "Let's get going." Then the group started running towards the next planet transport.








The group arrived at the planet, but they were blocked by a wall of blue cubes.

"MC, can you get us past this wall?" Twilight asked.

"On it!" MC said. He then held his arms out and bared his claws. "Chaos Claw!" He then slashed through the cubes, but the scratch marks vanished within 2 seconds. "What the heck?!"

"But MC's claws always slash through all elements on the planet," Rainbow Dash said.

"Our planet," Tails said. "We're in a whole different world. The elements of this world are completely different." MC then put his hand on the cube as Tails was talking.

"What do you feel?" Twilight asked.

"Some sort of... energy," MC said. "Like... something is supposed to be connected to it. Similar to the wisps."

"Perhaps a wisp must be able to get rid of it," Fluttershy said.

"Not bad thinking, Fluttershy," Sonic said. "Be right back." He then zoomed off and came back with something. "Got one."



"Let's see what this one does," MC said. He then held his arms out, the wisp getting the hint. It then absorbed itself into MC, and he transformed into a blue cube.



He then gave out a pulse and the blue cubes vanished. Then MC went back to normal as the wisp got out of him.

"Whoa," MC said. "That felt weird."

"Okay, now we know what he does," Tails said. "We should go on out and find the generator and the Chaos Emerald."

"Okay," Twilight said. "We just gotta find the generator that has this planet connected. The generator is what connects the planet here to Eggman's base."

"So we shut down the generator then we find the Chaos Emerald," Bunnie said. "Sounds simple enough."

"The Chaos Emeralds are what power the generator," Applejack said. "Let's find it, quickly."

"Hey, Zipp!" Izzy said, looking at the white pegasus. "Lookie what I made." She then handed Zipp a special visor.



"Whoa-hoa-hoa!" Zipp said, taking the visor. "This is... awesome!"

"Where... did you get that?!" MC asked.

"I made it in Tails's lab, unicycled from the junk pile in there," Izzy said.

"Unicycled?" Sally asked.

"She means recycled," MC said. "Izzy, it's recycled. A unicycle is like a bike, but just the seat, one wheel and pedals connected to the wheel."

Zipp put the visor on and she looked around. She then thought she'd get a better view from the air. She started flying and looked around. She then set the visor to energy detection. She then saw a huge glow of energy from her visor.

"Yeah, we're still adjusting to life in this timeline," Sunny said as Zipp was looking around. "Although, we can't go visit our relatives because they're... well..."

"Not even born yet," MC said. "But there is a way to see your ancestors."

"He's got us there, Sunny," Hitch said.

"Hey! I found it!" Zipp said, making the others look up at her. "Follow me!" Then she started flying towards the generator, the others following. Zipp was flying towards the generator at a slow pace so the others could follow.

They eventually made it to the generator. MC then started sniffing around.

"Hold it," MC said, holding up his left fist.

"What is it, MC?" Zipp asked, coming down.

"Maria, your cousin's nearby," MC said. "I can smell him."

Tails then looked around and saw the Egg Mobile in sight, and it had something connected to it, that something being aimed at Sonic.



"Sonic, look out!" Tails said, jumping towards Sonic, pushing him out of the way as Eggman fired the ray. The ray made contact with Tails.

"Tails!" Sonic shouted. He then looked towards Eggman and tried rushing towards him, but Tails, who was in a trance, blocked his path. "Tails? Buddy?"

"Hoo Ho Ho! He's my buddy now," Eggman said.

"Julian, what did you do?" Maria asked.

"What have you done to him?!" MC shouted.

"Me? I did nothing at all," Eggman responded. "Unless shooting him with my mind control beam that runs on alien energy counts as doing something to him. Does it?" Sonic then tried getting past Tails, but Tails kept blocking him. "To get to me you're going to have to go through your best friend. Hooo, Ho, Ho. This turned out much better than I could have hoped, and I only used a small prototype."

"Why you...!" MC said, charging at Eggman. But another ray came out of the Egg Mobile, and fired towards MC, making contact with him.

"NO!!" the Mane 6 shouted, but it wasn't the same result as Tails.

"Ha ha ha ha ha!" MC laughed. "Stop it! Stop it, that tickles! Ha ha ha ha! I'm gonna wet my fur! Ha ha ha ha!"

"Say what?" Rainbow Dash and Zipp asked in unison.

"What?!" Eggman shouted. "Impossible! That's supposed to take over your mind!"

"I can't... ha ha ha... I can't be...!" MC said, between laughs. "I can't be mind controlled! Ha ha ha ha! Telepathic immunity! Ha ha ha ha!"

"Why you...!" Eggman said. But then the mind control rays stopped, MC stopped being tickled and Tails coming out of his trans. "What the...?"

Twilight and Sunny ran up to MC and Twilight asked, "Are you okay?"

"I'm fine," MC said, smiling. "Just... need to recover from being tickled."

"Huh? Where am I?" Tails asked as Sonic was helping him up. "Why is my nose hair tingling?"

"Lousy cheap alien energy," Eggman said, pounding his Egg Mobile. He then noticed the tubes in the back being empty. "Ran out of juice! Well, I'll get more. Lots more! And then I won't just control one little punk, but the whole universe. In the meantime, enjoy the park. I'll leave you your own private tour guide." Just then, a huge ship came out from the sky as Eggman started flying off in his Egg Mobile.



"Whoa!" Rainbow Dash said.

"That thing's enormous!" Rarity said.

"Let's take it down!" Sonic said as he ran towards the robot. Twilight and Sunny followed him.

"You guys go," MC said. "I'll... trash the generator and get the Emerald." Applejack and Hitch helped MC up to his feet. MC then walked over towards the generator.

Sonic, Twilight and Sunny continued running towards the machine. Sunny then became an alicorn and she and Twilight used their magic to hold the machine in place. Sonic then did a spin dash attack and went through the robot. Then they went back to the others.

"Are you sure you can get it out of there?" Pipp asked.

"I got it," MC said. He then punched his left fist into the Generator, and he pulled out the Chaos Emerald.



"Whoa!" Zipp said. "Okay, that makes three emeralds. Four to go."

"Okay, we should get out of here," Sally said. Then they all headed out of there. Tails then noticed Sonic, Twilight and Sunny coming back.

"Hey, Sonic! Did you give the guide your complaint?" Tails asked.

"Oh, I gave it to him pretty good," Sonic said. He then saw Yacker. "'Sup Yacker?" Yacker then started dancing in celebration. "So did you get any more info out of him?"

"It wasn't easy, but yeah," Tails said.

"We figured out the hard way that he's stealing energy from the aliens for his mind control ray," Twilight said.

"But how is Julien getting those aliens?" Maria asked.

"At first I thought Yacker was talking about how Baldy Nosehair was using burps to do it," Tails said.

"Hmmm, he is pretty gassy," Sonic said. Pinkie Pie and Izzy were trying to cover their laughter. "Maybe the smell would knock 'em out. I dunno, something doesn't seem right with that." That made Pinkie Pie and Izzy laugh loudly.

"That's what I said! It made no sense," Tails said. "Then I made a tiny adjustment and realized he was saying 'generators.'"

"Better than burps," Rainbow Dash said.

"Tell me about it," Tails said. "So basically, Eggman is using five tractor beam generators to hold their planet in orbit while he scoops the aliens all up."

"Hold a whole planet?!" Pipp asked. "How can someone do something like that?"

"Okay, that was two generators we took down," Hitch said. "And there are five planets. That means there are three generators to go."

"Yacker said that we don't have much time," Tails said.

"Let's save the galaxy," MC said. Then they all started walking away from the generator, heading off to the next location.
