Somewhere on the open road, Mommy Mearest laid on her limo, enjoying the nice breeze on her face and sipping some of her wine she had with her. 

“Ahh, what a glorious day. The sun shining on my face, my wine next to me, and the stocks are through the roof this week. Nothing can’t ruin this day for me.” Mommy Mearest said as she sat herself up and grabbing her glass of wine. 

She sipped her wine and she realized something, she forgot to phone her husband. 

“I should probably give my husband a call, saying I’ll be back in the next hour or so.” 

Mommy Mearest grabbed her phone out of her pocket and went to Daddy Dearest’s phone contact. Her phone started to ring, and ring, and ring some more. Just then, the phone picked up. 

“Hi, this is Daddy Dearest, the best rockstar out their. Leave a message after the tone, even though I might not listen to it.” The phone beeped, but Mommy Mearest hanged up. 

“Huh, weird. Normally he picks up after the first ring or two. Something must be up.” Mommy Mearest stood up and began to phone again. 

As the phone began to ring once again, a purple portal appeared. It stood still, waiting. Mommy Mearest, however, didn’t notice it, she was worried something happened to her husband that she was only focused on her phone. The limo got close to the portal, Mommy Mearest looked up and saw the portal. However, she couldn’t avoid it due to the speed of the vehicle and was sucked in.

"enjoying the ride, ma'am?" The driver said out of the window, but noticed he didn't see Mommy Mearest on the roof of the vehicle. "Ehh, ma'am?" 

Mommy Mearest screamed as she fell down the purple swirly void, until she soon saw a white light and she blacked out. 

Mommy Mearest slowly opened her eyes, but her vision was blurry. She blinked a few times and her vision was clear once again. She looked around her, seeing she was in a hallway with plants growing on the walls and on the floor. She slowly rose up off her back and was in a sitting position. She then got up and looked around her surroundings, seeing several holes in the walls, some opening up, while some closed. 

 Hmm, this place looks… strange.  Mommy Mearest thought to herself. 

Just then, a colorful creature left from a hole and entered a new hole. Mommy Mearest looked at the creature in confusion, she begun to follow the creature. Crawling up the walls was a bit difficult for Mommy Mearest, but she managed to climb the wall and entered the hole. She walked through the hole and into another room with many holes in the walls, and stairs going down. She looked at the room in awe and she slowly climbed down the wall, only to fall on the ground and landed on her butt. She grunted I’m pain and slowly got up, however, two of the creatures that Mommy Mearest saw appeared in front of her, their horns glowing. 

“Who are you? Are you friend or foe?” One of the creatures said to Mommy Mearest. 

“Uhhh… friend?” Mommy Mearest responded awkwardly. 

“Hmm… what should we do with her?” The creature said to the other. 

“Uhh, I don’t know… why are you asking me?” The other creature said. 

“Hmm… let’s bring her to our leader. He’ll know what to do.” 

“Your leader?” Mommy Mearest asked the creatures. 

“Yes, our leader, now come with us and you’ll meet him. We’ll see what he’ll do.” 

 if I meet the leader, I will know where I am. I’ll play along with these… creatures. 

“Alright, take me to your leader.” Mommy Mearest said to the two creatures. 

“Well that’s what we are going to do… so…” 

“Of course…” Mommy Mearest said as she got up, towering over the creatures, making them feel a bit nervous. “Lead the way.” 

“U-uh… yeah, t-this way.” One of the creatures said nervously. 

The two creatures lead Mommy Mearest to their leader, but as they were walking, Mommy Mearest asked questions to the creatures. 

“So… what are you exactly, if I may ask.” Mommy Mearest asked the creatures. 

“Why should we answer that if we don’t know who you are.” One of the creatures said. 

“Hmm… good point. How’s this, I’ll tell you who I am, if you tell me who you are… deal?” 

“Ehh…” one of them said as they looked at each other, as they nodded in agreement. “Alright, we will tell you. My name is Moonring, and this is Goldsheen. We are changelings.” 

“My name is Mommy Mearest, it’s nice to meet you. If I may ask again, what are changelings?” 

“Changelings are shapeshifting pony like creatures. Our old leader, Queen Chrysalis, use to feed us with love from ponies, but our new leader, Thorax, teaches us to share love freely instead of stealing it from others.” 

“Shapeshifting ponies? Stealing love from others? Well, not the weirdest thing I’ve heard.” Mommy Mearest said to the two. 

“So… who are you? We haven’t seen anything like you before.” Moonring said to Mommy Mearest. 

“Well it’s only fair that you shared with me. So, my turn. I, am a demon.” Mommy Mearest said to the two. 

“A demon?” Goldsheen asked. 

“A demon are very powerful monsters with many powers than any beings like biokinesis, clairsentience, teleportation… just to name a few.” 

“Wow, that’s amazing!” Moonring complimented Mommy Mearest. “Actually, we’ve heard of a demon before.” 

“Oh?” 

“Yeah, they’re actually still here in fact.” 

 could my husband be here? Maybe he’s staying here, but why? He would tell me where he is… maybe these changelings are not to be trusted… maybe.  Mommy Mearest thought to herself. 

“Well, here we are.” Moonring said as they entered what looks like a throne room. 

The throne room has no roof, plants growing everywhere and many changelings present. On the throne, a tall bright green changeling with large orange horns sat on the throne, looking a bit bored. As the two changelings and Mommy Mearest got closer, the bright green changeling lifted his head, looking intrigued. Moonring and Goldsheen bowed to their leader and began speaking to the leader. 

“King Thorax, we have a visitor… or intruder…? Yeah, someone’s here.” Moonring said to Thorax. 

Thorax got up from his throne and looked at the two. 

“Thank you Moonring, Goldsheen, you are dismissed.” Thorax dismissed the two. 

The two changelings nodded and left the throne room. Thorax got closer to Mommy Mearest, inspecting her. 

“Ehh… my eyes are up here you know.” Mommy Mearest put her hands on her hips. 

“Oh, sorry, where are my manners. My name is Thorax, what’s your name?” Thorax asked Mommy Mearest. 

“My name is Mommy Mearest, and sorry, I’m married.” 

“Oh, no, no, no. It’s just… you look… familiar… somepony who is staying here.” 

“Aha I knew it! My damn husband is here! Where is he?!” 

“Well… actually—“ 

“Mom?” A voice said, catching Mommy Mearest’s attention. 

Girlfriend stood to the side with Ocellus, as Girlfriend called to her mother. 

“Honey…?” Mommy Mearest said in confusion. 

Girlfriend started to run over to Mommy Mearest, yelling out her name. 

“Mom!” Girlfriend jumped and hug Mommy Mearest tightly. 

“Honey? Wha… what are you doing here? Where’s your father?” Mommy Mearest asked Girlfriend. 

“I haven’t seen dad yet, but he’s the one that did all this.” 

“What do you mean your father did all this?” 

“He was facing Boyfriend again and he lost… again. He made these portals and tried to suck him up into it, but ended up sucking me into it and into a different world.” 

“Your father did WHAT!!” Mommy Mearest shouted, before sighing. “I thought we agreed to not get rid of him.” 

“Wait… how did you get here?” 

“Well… I was on the top of my limo and I was trying to call your father, but he didn’t pick up, which worried me. The next moment, I wound up here. Wait, give me a moment, I’ll try to call him again.” 

Mommy Mearest turned on her phone, but she didn’t have any signal on her phone.

“Dammit, no signal.” Mommy Mearest said with a sigh.

“Wait a second… if you were on the road… that means…” Girlfriend gasped in realization. “The portal is possibly sucking up everyone!” 

Mommy Mearest growled in anger. “Oh Dearest, when I find him, I’LL—“ Mommy Mearest yelled before she noticed a small changeling behind Girlfriend. “Hmm? Who’s behind you hun?” 

Girlfriend looked behind her and smiled.

“Oh, this is my friend.” Girlfriend moved, revealing the changeling better. 

Mommy Mearest bent down and looked at the changeling. 

“Hello dear, what’s your name?” Mommy Mearest said softly. 

The changeling looked at Girlfriend in hesitation, to which Girlfriend nodded at the changeling.

“I… I-I’m Ocellus.” Ocellus said nervously. 

“Nice to meet you Ocellus. Sorry about the screaming, just frustrated at my idiotic husband.” Mommy Mearest said to Ocellus. 

“I-it’s alright.” 

“Wow, you changed your tone really quick mom.” Girlfriend deadpanned. 

“Hey, this is the only friend I get to meet.” Mommy Mearest countered Girlfriend. 

“Yeah, that’s because dad makes them uncomfortable and stop hanging out with me, this is the only time to make friends.” 

“Are we really that uncomfortable to be around your friends?” 

“Only dad, but we’re getting off topic.” 

“Oh, right, right. What were we saying?” 

“We were saying that everyone that Boyfriend encountered could appear here, which means some of our enemies could be here too.” 

“Hmm… that could be a problem. Some of our enemies could be unpredictable here. They could team up with others to get to us.” 

“And they could team up with Chrysalis.” Thorax interrupted. 

“Oh you mean the Queen that steals love? How can she be dangerous?” Mommy Mearest asked Thorax. 

“She’s dangerous because she took down the Princess of Canterlot, Princess Celestia.” Thorax said to Mommy Mearest. 

“A-and there are other villains that could team up too, like lord Tirek, w-who can steal magic from anypony and becomes stronger each time he takes magic.” Ocellus included. 

“Hmm… well, let’s hope it doesn’t come to that. If it does, I’m sure Boyfriend can do it.” 

“Who is this… Boyfriend and how are you certain he can succeed?” Thorax asked curiously.” 

“Trust me, I’ve seen him fight… well, sing opponents that are strong.” Girlfriend said to Thorax.

“Well, let’s hope it doesn’t happen.” Thorax said nervously. 

“It won’t, we’ll make sure of that.” Mommy Mearest said to Thorax. 

“Okay. Thank you for the reassurance.” 

“No problem, Thorax… was it?” Mommy Mearest asked Thorax. 

“Yep, that’s my name.” Thorax smiled. 

“Well… we should probably get going, thank you for taking care of my daughter for me.” Mommy Mearest said as she grabbed Girlfriend’s hand and started to leave the throne room. 

However, Girlfriend shoved Mommy Mearest’s hand off her, which shocked Mommy Mearest. 

“And go where exactly? As you can see, there is no portals nearby for us to get home.” Girlfriend said to Mommy Mearest. 

“Oh, not to worry honey. We’re demons, we can create portals. Observe,” Mommy Mearest said as she raised her palm up and started to focus on creating a portal… but it failed. “What the? why isn’t it working?!” 

“I tried to use my powers too, but it didn’t work. I think since we’re so use to our powers on earth, our powers are rendered useless until we’re use to this world.” 

“Great, we’re stuck here then.” Mommy Mearest sighed. 

“On the plus side, Thorax is allowing me to stay as long as I want, I’m sure he can let you stay as well.” 

“Im fine with that, we always like visitors here.” Thorax smiled. 

“Well… I guess, I appreciate that Thorax.” Mommy Mearest said to Thorax. 

“Anytime.” Thorax smiled to the two. 

Just then, a green flame appeared on Thorax’s throne, getting Girlfriend and Mommy Mearest‘s attention. Just then, the green flame turned to a letter, wrapped with a red ribbon. Thorax went to the throne, took the letter and begun to read it. As he was reading it, his eyebrow raised up. 

“What is it Thorax?” Girlfriend asked Thorax. 

“My friend, Spike, wrote me a letter. Saying that he meet a little man with blue hair, a tall purple man, and two kids wearing a skeleton and pumpkin costumes.” Thorax said as he read the letter again. 

“A little man with blue hair…” Girlfriend said out loud. 

“A tall purple man…” Mommy Mearest said out loud. 

“And two kids wearing costumes… you just described Boyfriend, my dad and Skid and Pump!” Girlfriend said to Thorax. 

“Boyfriend? Your father? Skid and Pump? These are the ones you’re looking for?” 

“Yeah, but Skid and Pump? They must’ve got teleported here as well.” Mommy Mearest placed her hand on her chin, thinking. 

“Do you know where they are?” Girlfriend asked Thorax. 

“Well my friend is in a little village called Ponyville. If your friends and family are there, I go their first if I were you.” Thorax said to the two. 

“Ponyville huh? I have no idea where that is.” Mommy Mearest sighed. 

“Not to worry, I can take you there, if you want me to that is.” Thorax said to the two. 

“Really?! Oh thank you Thorax!” Girlfriend hugged Thorax, which Thorax hugged her back. 

“Yeah, we would be greatly appreciated, thank you Thorax.” Mommy Mearest thanked Thorax. 

“Anytime, I always try to help, even when finding your family members and your friends.” Thorax said to the two. 

“Well what are we waiting for? Let’s get going!” Girlfriend said excitedly. 

“Right! I’ll lead the way.” Thorax said to the two. 

“W-wait!” Ocellus spoke up. “Can… can I come with you too?”

“Of course Ocellus, you can come with us.” Thorax said to Ocellus.

“Yay!” Ocellus said as she went to Girlfriend’s side. 

“Alright, let’s get going.” Thorax said to the three. 

“Right!” The three said. 

Thorax, Ocellus, Girlfriend and Mommy Mearest left the throne room and was coming outside of the hive. Thorax’s horn started to glow a brilliant green glow and he looked at the three. 

“Well, y’all ready to go?” Thorax asked the three. 

“Yeah.” Girlfriend said to Thorax. 

“Yep.” Ocellus said to Thorax. 

“Can we go already.” Mommy Mearest said impatiently. 

“Right, off to Ponyville we go!” Thorax yelled out loud. 

Just then, the four of them started to emit the same glow as Thorax’s horn and then, the four vanished out of thin air.
