A while later Adrien's Bodyguard rode the car through the gate before stopping it



Inside Adrien and Natalie were preparing a Christmas tree

"Check it out, Nathalie. Do you think he will like all the decorations?" Adrien asked before Adrien's bodyguard went back inside "He should be down here already. Did you call him?" Adrien asked turing to Natalie

"Perhaps we should give him... a few more minutes" Natalie suggested

"What's the point? He's not coming" Adrien said sadly before walking towards the stairs before Adrien's Bodyguard gave Adrien Marinette's present "Thank you" Adrien thanked before he walked upstairs "Merry Christmas both of you"



After Adrien left Nathalie went to Gabriel's workroom where Gabriel was looking at a huge picture of his wife as Natalie knocked on the door

"Yes?" Gabriel asked

Then Nathalie walks into the room before closing the door as she said something to Gabriel

"I can imagine how difficult it must be for you, sir. But it's also Adrien's first Christmas without his mother. I really think, sir..." Nathalie started before Gabriel interrupted

"I know, you're right. I'll go see him. I just need a little more time" Gabriel suggested

"Of course" Nathalie said

Then Nathalie left the room which left Gabriel to ponder for a few more minutes



Meanwhile in Adrien's room Adrien was sitting on his bed in anger

"He's still only thinking of himself! I just want this terrible day to be over and done with! I hate Christmas!" Adrien said angrily







After transforming Cat Noir jumped out of the window and onto the rooftops as he ran from one rooftop to the other looking at the other families spending their very own Christmas before he went to the biggest tree as he charged for it with a Cataclysm he called out and when he was close to the Christmas tree he got a vision from his mother

"I can't do it! I can't do it!" Cat Noir called out

Then Cat Noir turns to the billboard besides the tree as he then ran towards it and broke it before walking off in sadness

"Let's go home now, Plagg, claws out!" Adrien called out before he detransformed before he saw Plagg weakened and slowly dying "Plagg? Plagg?!" Adrien called out

Then Plagg started lamenting to Adrien about what Adrien did

"Plagg? Plagg, what have I done? Wait, I'll help you!" Adrien said worriedly before searching for some camembert only to touch Marinette's present which was a sign of good luck as he opened the present which was a Christmas hat sewn and made by Rarity and Marinette themselves as he puts Plagg inside the cover before grabbing a note out of the inside of the hat

"'Merry Christmas', signed Marinette and her friends" Adrien read before smiling in relief "They're so awesome! We're going to fix you right up, Plagg!" Adrien promised before putting the note in his pocket as the then puts his hat onto his head which for some reason fits perfectly before the bells started ringing "Do you hear that? It's Christmas!" Adrien said before standing back up only for the note to fall out which he didn't notice "Merry Christmas, Plagg" Adrien complimented

"Merry Christmas, Adrien" Plagg complimented back

Then Adrien puts the hat on his head as the two went on their way back home
