Micro Chips
Lighting. Check. Sound effects. Check. Backing track. Check. Special effects. Check. Curtains working? Check. 

Twilight Sparkle.
I went backstage to check on Micro Chips. I looked at him, high up, checking the lights. When he came down the ladder, I squeezed his hand. “You’ve done so well,” I said. 

Sunset Shimmer 
Flash smiled at me. I giggled as he put his hand to my belly. He pulled me into a soft kiss. I turned around. 

Gilda came through the double doors of the Gym.  She grabbed Flash by his neck.  I gasped. I gently prised Flash away from Gilda’s grip. Gilda and I fought. She threw me to the ground. I let out a cry of pain as I fell on my abdomen, on my visibly pregnant belly. 
“Sunset!” shouted Flash. “No! No!”
I grunted.  

Gilda laughed, sprinting out of the Gym. 
Flash knelt down next to me. “Come on,” he said. “Let’s get you started.”
