It was a bright sunny day, and Rainbow Dash was out running down by Canterlot Beach with Sunrise.
“C’mon, Sunrise!” she called out to him, “let’s go, let’s go!”
“Yes!” Sunrise replied, though he wasn’t as fit as Rainbow, and was quickly running out of energy. But as they ran, Sunrise started to slow and look out to the sea, he could sense something, but he didn’t know what.
“What’s wrong Sunrise?” Rainbow asked, noticing he’d stopped, “let’s go!”
“Right, Rainbow,” Sunrise replied as he ran after her.
Little did they know, the cloaked figure was watching them, she started to charge energy in an outstretched hand, and fire the energy into the sea. She smiled at her work and turned to leave but was stopped by Sierra blocking her way. Sierra pulled out a sword like object, seeming ready to attack.
“You seem familar, yet different,” the cloaked figure remarked, “either way, I don’t like you.”
Sierra didn’t say anything, as he swiped his sword sending a slash of energy at the cloaked figure, she dodged it in time by teleporting out its away. Sierra tried again, but the cloaked figure teleported behind him. He turned to see her charge up some energy and fired a bolt of dark energy at him from her hand. Sierra dodged it in time, then they clashed together, staring each other down. The two continued to teleport around and clash with each other, then the cloaked figure kicked Sierra, he stumbled and turned to look at the cloaked figure, but she had disappeared.
Back with Rainbow and Sunrise, they were out of breath and laid on the warn sand. The two chuckled and joked with each other, unaware that Sierra was nearby and watching them. Later, back at the base, the Wondercolts were having a meeting.
“Regarding the encounter with Sadora,” begun Detective Raven Inkwell, Commander Celestia’s personal assistance, “there was another one sighted aside for the three which Ultraman Scorn and the unknown lifeform had defeated.” She then showed them footage taken from that day, “Image analysis is incomplete so it may be difficult to see.” She mentioned. She was right, due to the fog it was nearly impossible to see what was happening.
“It’s all white,” commented Flash, “I can’t see a thing.”
“Wait, I can definitely see it,” remarked Sunset.
Sure enough, the faint silhouette of Sadora could be seen on the screen, it seemed to stop and look to its left. Fluttershy, being an alien, could hear Sadora’s voice, as her alien Kitsune ears appeared.
“Sadora’s voice changed…” she stated.
“Voice?” questioned Pinkie
“I can’t hear anything,” Rainbow said.
“I can hear… Sadora’s voice,” Fluttershy went on, as she continued to hear Sadora, “Sadora is in pain… I hear a different voice too.”
“What’s wrong, Darling?” asked Rarity.
“the voice vanished… just like that,” Fluttershy said getting up from her chair, “but that last voice I heard was…”
“What did you hear?” queried Applejack.
“It was Sadora… screaming in agony,” Fluttershy answered morbidly.
Later, Rainbow, Twilight, Sunrise, Applejack and Sunset where target practicing. The targets were on a timer, so the training was to see how fast their reflexes were. Rainbow went first, just as the target came up, Rainbow pulled out her Alpha pistol and fired, but the target dropped back down just before the hit could hit it.
“Nice try Rainbow Dash,” Twilight said as she stepped up for her turn. Twilight set the targets to level 5 meaning five targets were going to pop up. The time counted down for seven as Twilight readied herself. Twilight did the calculations, and as the targets popped up, she fired her alpha pistol and hit all five. The others were stunned that Twilight was appeared to do that.
“Nice shot,” Sunset said to Twilight who just smiled.
The five of them had soon finished and where now walking down a hallway. “That was just luck,” remarked Rainbow, “especially after shaking your hands. Real athletes know how to gather focus at the right time.”
“Twilight used that motion to eliminate…” Sunset stated, “What she didn’t need for shooting.”
“So, she can used all of her focus for shooting,” remarked Sunrise.
“However, you humans only last about seven seconds,” chimed in Twilight.
“What? Seven seconds?” Rainbow asked, “that’s it?”
“Who’s the one that can’t even last seven seconds?” Twilight questioned.
“What?” Rainbow demanded.
“You’re nothing but a hot head…” Twilight told her as she walked past them, “and you’re all talk with no game.”
“Why you little…!” Rainbow snarled and was about to go after her, but Applejack held her back.
“Calm Down Dash!” Applejack told her.
“Let me go Applejack!” shouted Rainbow.
Later, it was just Sunset and Sunrise. “Rainbow’s probably going to be at the shooting range all day,” Sunrise commented.
“That’ll keep things quiet,” Sunset chuckled.
“Fluttershy is quite incredible though,” Sunrise said, “she is shooting too.”
“Well, she’s an alien so we should have guess that she might,” Sunset said, “but her super-hearing may also be her weakness.”
“Weakness?” Sunrise questioned.
“Think about it,” Sunset said, “being a canine class alien, supersonic signals and high pitch sounds are probably harsh on her hearing.”
“Oh,” Sunrise responded.
Later, the team were all back in the control room, the footage of Sadora in the fog had been edited to see through the fog. So far it just showed Sadora.
“This issue is after this,” Microchips stated.
In the footage, Sadora quickly turns to its left and something blurry dashed by bringing Sadora with it.
“That was…” commented Sunrise, looking to Commander Celestia and Luna who were both looking intently.
“Playback, at 1/20,000 speed,” Lyra said.
The footage now slowed down, showed a shadowy silhouette with amber eyes run forward, and grab Sadora while also biting into its neck before disappearing off screen.
“Sadora was taken and presumed drained of life by this lifeform,” Commander Celestia said.
“Eaten,” Fluttershy repeated, as the footage paused and zoomed in on the silhouette’s head. Something about it seemed to alert Sunrise, like he knew who this could be. Or rather Ultraman Scorn knew who this could be.
“There is no registry code due to the uncertainties…” Microchips said, “but we have two unidentified lifeforms on our hands.”
“A lifeform that defeats monsters other than Ultraman Scorn,” Sunset stated.
“And another one that drains the life out of monsters,” Flash finished.
“I’m… kind of scared,” Fluttershy remarked.
“However, we do not know if they will be a threat to mankind,” Microchips said.
“yeah,” responded Rainbow, “it might be useful if it’s going to eat the monsters for us. Makes our job easier.”
“No it’s not,” retorted Sunrise. Everyone looked at him a little confused.
“Sunrise?” Rainbow questioned.
“Why are you so sure?” Rarity asked.
“I don’t know how to put into words,” Sunrise responded, “but I get a very malevolent feeling from them.”
“Malevolent?” Celestia repeated.
“Yes,” Sunrise replied.
“Well, we’ll just defeat it if it becomes a threat to us,” Rainbow stated, “that’s our mission.”
“So simple minded,” Twilight remarked.
“What?” Rainbow questioned, “what did you say?!” As she shot up was about to strangle Twilight, but then in came Kiwi Lollipop and Supernova Zap, former pop singers, turned CASS Leaders that are more or less the public face of the CASS.
“What’s wrong? A dispute?” K-Lo questioned.
“No not at all,” Luna said.
“We need you to go undersea,” K-Lo reported.
“Undersea?” Celestia asked.
“Abnormality has been detected 20 km undersea near Monster Island,” Su-Z told them, “Abnormal temperature increase has been confirmed at 4,000 meters undersea.”
“Is it by a monster?” asked Derpy.
“At this point, we can only assume the possibilities,” K-Lo replied.
“‘We must investigate every detail considering all the recent attacks’, is what Lotus told the press,” Su-Z responded.
“Why do you always blabber!” K-Lo stated to Su-Z.
“Understood,” responded Celestia, “We will go immediately.”
“Please,” K-Lo stated as she and Su-Z left.
“Alright, I’m going,” Rainbow said, “Flash, Let’s go.”
“Sorry,” Flash denied, “but I actually can’t…”
“This isn’t like you,” Rainbow remarked.
“Could it be that Flash can’t swim?” Derpy joked.
“We’re just going under in the Hippocampus, you moron,” Rainbow smirked.
“No… there are certain rules of the sea…” Flash replied, “I don’t think I really fit in to those rules so…”
“Ah whatever…” Rainbow complained, “Sunrise, let’s go!”
“you need to go with Twilight,” Sunrise responded.
“What?” questioned Rainbow, she looked at Twilight and twitched a little.
“Commander,” Sunrise look to Celestia for a reply.
“Wondercolts, move out,” she ordered.
“Roger,” they all replied.
Rainbow and Twilight climbed into the Hippocampus while Rarity and Applejack climbed into the Griffin.
“I’m in charge of the sonar,” Twilight said, “so don’t talk back about navigation.”
“Yeah, yeah, whatever you say,” Rainbow replied, “just don’t get us hit.”
“You just need to say ‘yes’,” Twilight told her.
“Why do I have to be with this egghead,” Rainbow muttered, “It’s all Sunrise’s fault…”
“I heard that Rainbow,” Sunrise said, as he got into the Griffin as well, “have fun 4,000 underseas.”
“How can I have fun with this stupid…” Rainbow remarked.
“You know, I can hear you too,” Twilight called out.
Once the Hippocampus was outside, the Griffin picked the Hippocampus up and headed to the ocean.
“Do you think that those two with be fine, Fluttershy asked Pinkie.
“I’m not sure,” she chuckled.
“If only someone didn’t say no in the first place… Right” Sunset smirked, everyone looked at Flash who just groaned.
Some time past by as the Griffin was nearing the area where the energy was detected. “Reaching destination point momentarily,” Bon-Bon reported.
“Rainbow, Twilight, it’s time to go for an undersea walk,” Commander Celestia told them.
“Roger,” the two replied.
“Sunrise drop them,” Celestia ordered him.
“Got it,” Sunrise answered as he pulled a lever and dropped the Hippocampus into the sea.
“Here we come, deep sea!” Rainbow shouted.
“Wait for it,” Twilight told her, “I’m doing system check, so stop yelling!”
The Hippocampus dived deeper below the depths, the deeper they went the darker it got. As the went down, they saw the aquatic monsters like the mammoth serpent Manda, the aquatic dinosaur Titanosaurus and the mutate Cuttlefish Gezora, just swimming around minding their own business.
“Current depth, 3,900 meters,” said Lyra to Celestia.
“Arriving to destination shortly,” Bon-Bon reported to Luna.
“Steer towards 6 o’clock,” Twilight said.
“What’s there?” Rainbow asked.
“I’m not sure but I hear a slight noise gap,” Twilight replied. As Rainbow steered the Hippocampus, Twilight could hear something, “engine noise is abnormal. Prolonged diving is dangerous.”
“The Hippocampus is not that fragile,” Rainbow denied, and they went deeper. They soon found a something at the bottom of the sea. It seemed to be a large rock.
“I hear the noise from the noise from this rock,” Twilight said.
“What?” asked Rainbow.
“I’ll scan it,” Twilight said, “Seismic Echo Wave, launch.” Twilight then started to scan the rock.
Back at base, the rest were getting readings.
“A monster after all,” Sunset said.
“Is it an eggshell that’s surrounding the monster?” asked Pinkie.
“Any relation to the temperature rise?” asked Celestia.
“Yes,” replied Lyra, “It seems the heat is not from the monster. It actually looks like the monster is being heated from outside.”
“What does it mean?” questioned Sunset.
Down below in the Hippocampus, Twilight could sense something, “wait… there’s something nearby,” she said alarmingly.
“Another monster?” asked Rainbow.
“I don’t know,” Twilight replied, “but it can’t be…”
“What’s wrong?” Rainbow asked, “what can you hear?”
“I think a laughter,” Twilight replied. She looked out the window and saw the cloaked figure floating near them, laughing.
Everyone was shocked to see her, as she lifted her hand and fired another lot of heat dark energy at the egg. The egg started to rumble and then started to break open. Once it had broken open, bubbles forced the Hippocampus up a bit, rocking the ship. Twilight and Rainbow grunted and panicked.
“Rainbow! Twilight!” cried Sunrise.
What had emerged from the egg, was a monster that was blue, and seemed to resemble a dinosaur and a shark, it was the deep-sea monster Reigo.
“Deep-sea monster Reigo,” Microchips said, “it appeared in 1942 and attacked the Japanese fleet led by the Yamato after it killed it’s child.”
Reigo had started to swim towards Hippocampus which was stuck, “Submersion system damaged,” Twilight reported, “Power won’t go on.”
“Ah damn it,” Rainbow remarked. Rainbow looked up from her controls to see Reigo swimming menacingly toward them.
Back in the Griffin Sunrise had activated his Ultra Gauntlet and entered the starry nexus where he pulled out the Cosmos and Fuma coins.
"Gift me with the power of healing, Cosmos".

Gently, Ultraman Scorn floated down to the bottom of the ocean, Reigo was about the eat the Hippocampus when it turned to see Scorn float down.
“Scorn?” Rainbow question.
“He came for us!” Twilight declared.
Scorn gave them a nod and turned to face Reigo, but the monster was already swimming towards him and bit down on Scorn’s leg. Scorn grunted as Reigo wrapped it’s tail around Scorn’s neck, the Ultra tried to get free and ended up fall to the ground bringing Reigo with him. Scorn rolled with the monster that was like half his size on the ocean floor, he managed to get Reigo to let go of his leg, but its tail was still around Scorn’s neck. With enough strength, Scorn managed to pull Reigo’s tail off his neck.
Scorn then started to swing Reigo around, after spinning around he through the deep-sea monster, but because they were in water, Reigo didn’t go far before turning around and swimming back toward Scorn and crashing into him. As scorn got up, Reigo came back around again and smacked him with its flipper, causing Scorn to fall back over. Behind Scorn, the floor started to shift. Reigo came in again and pushed Scorn into quicksand, as Scorn started to sink.
“A seabed quicksand!” cried Rainbow.
Back at the base, everyone were watching the battle and Scorn now stuck in the quicksand.
“It’s no use!” Sunset said, “the seabed is like its own backyard!”
“Does it even have a weak spot?” Derpy asked.
“It’s doesn’t but it’s not that durable,” Microchips explained, “just well timed shots be able to hurt it.”
Reigo seemed to be laughing at Scorn sank in the quicksand and his colour timer started to blink, as Rainbow and Twilight got the word on how to help.
“Supporting Scorn,” Rainbow said, “we will attack Reigo.” Rainbow pushed a lever to move the Hippocampus, but as it did, the engine did not sound great.
“The engine is screaming,” Twilight reported, “we need to go up.” Rainbow then brought the Hippocampus to a stop, “You can hear it, right? Shift down. Being reckless is not courage.”
“Hang in there Scorn,” Rainbow said, she wasn’t listening to Twilight, “Move, move!” Just then, Twilight could hear the noise any more.
“The noise is gone,” Twilight said, “how can that be…?”
“We need to believe in the machine that we entrust our lives to,” Rainbow told her.
“Believe?” Twilight questioned.
“We can concentrate because we trust the machine,” Rainbow said.
“Trust… the machine…” Twilight repeated.
“It’s just something I’ve learnt with ex-team member Sierra,” Rainbow told her.
“Propulsion recovered!” Twilight said as they started move towards Reigo and Scorn, “power is back to 100%”
Reigo smacked Scorn in the face with its flipper again as the Hippocampus came closer.
“Monomazer, fire!” cried Rainbow as she fired lasers at Reigo striking it in the back fin causing the monster to cry out in pain and swim back. “We did it!”
With Reigo a good distance away from Scorn, he charged up a Fuma move call the Full Moon Shuriken, and threw it at Reigo, destroying it.
“They did it!” cried Sunset from the base. Everyone cheered for them.
“I’ve learnt something, which is surprising since I’m the smart on,” Twilight said, “I guess being hot headed works sometimes.”
“What do you mean, sometimes?” Rainbow asked.
“Thanks…” Twilight said. Rainbow didn’t expect that.
“What? Well urm…” she stumbled over her own words.
“It’s not like you to blush,” Twilight chuckled.
“So you’re making fun of me after all?” Rainbow said. But she and Twilight chuckled together, but then Twilight heard the cloak figure laughing which was quite unsettling. everyone saw her start to glow and grow to giant size, and now replacing her, was a black Female Ultra with red markings. Everyone was shocked as this wasn't just any evil Ultra, this was Scorn's Sister, Ultrawoman Cataclysm.
Cataclysm created a whip of dark energy and wrapped it around Scorn who was still stuck in the ground, then she generated electricity through the whip and zapped him with it. She chuckled as in her mouth, she grew vampire like fangs and started to rope Scorn in.
“You don’t think she’s going to drain Scorn’s energy, Right?” Fluttershy asked, nervously hiding hugging Rarity.
“Reigo was just bait to lure out Scorn,” Rarity said.
As Cataclysm continued to laugh and pull Scorn closer, up on shore, Sierra stood looking down into the water, he pulled out his sword and press a button on the hilt, held it above his head. Rising up from where Sierra was standing was the ultra that save Scorn from the Sadoras. He appeared behind a rock and fired a beam at the whips and destroyed it, setting Scorn free, and annoying Cataclysm. The armour Ultra walked forward and stared at Cataclysm.
“Revengeful Warrior, I thought you were familiar,” Cataclysm spoke.
Revengeful Warrior didn’t say anything, he just reached out his right hand, and his five sluggers on his body flew off and attached to his hand forming a sort of claw. He then created a slash wave with them, but Cataclysm just chuckled and disappeared, as the slash just missed its target. Scorn turned to look at Revengeful Warrior as the Ultra relaxed his stance and he too turned to face Scorn. Revengeful Warrior didn’t stay long, as he raised his fist and flew back to the surface, leaving Scorn with one thing on his mind.
“Razor,” he said.
Greetings fellow Kaiju nerds, I'm Microchips, and I'm here to bring you this instalment of Wondercolt Monster Library. Today we will be looking at, Reigo.
Reigo, Deep-sea monster. He's 40 meters long and weighs at 43,000 tonnes. his home is the Planet Earth.
Reigo is a giant aquatic reptile that resembles a fusion of a dinosaur and shark, it had a baby, but it was killed by the Yamato which it would end up killing it, but it turns out, that Reigo can evolve, into Raiga.
Reigo was hard to fight, as it was, one, underwater and two, it was small, I really hope I don't fight anymore monsters underwater.
