The next day Twilight, Spike, Ladybug and Cat Noir were having a stroll around town since it was a great day
"Wow, what a gorgeous day!" Twilight said
"I agree" Ladybug said
"No ponies in trouble, there aren't villains on the loose and there's no Akumatized villain to be seen" Cat Noir said in agreement
"Rainbow Dash must have gotten up early for once and cleared all the clouds away" Spike said
"I bet all of Ponyville is going to be out enjoying the sunshine" Twilight said as then the quad arrived at the town square but to their surprise nopony was there not even one of the troublemakers "What? Where is everypony?" Twilight asked
Then the quad looked around as no sound was heard except for a few doors closing and foals being dragged inside
"Is it some sort of pony holiday?" Ladybug asked
"Not that I know of" Twilight answered
"Does my breath stink?" Spike asked
To help the trio Spike belched a small burst of flames and sniffed it
"Not more than usual" Twilight said
"Is it... Zombies?!" Spike yelled out in fright
"Relax Spike, if there's any zombies you'll have me and Ladybug to save you" Cat Noir said
"Maybe you're right" Spike said
Suddenly Pinkie popped up and called towards them as the quad looked up to her as she stood inside her home where it was dark
"Twilight! Spike! Ladybug! Cat Noir!" Pinkie called out before ducking and motioning with her hoof to go inside "Come here! Come! Here! Hurry Before she gets you!” Pinkie said
Then the quad ran inside Sugarcube Corner where they thought they were with 5 as Pinkie opened the door
"Okay, if it's a joke I'll be out the door in an instant" Ladybug said
"Yeah there's no way zombie ponies are here, it looks too peaceful" Spike said
"Z-Zombie pony?!" Pinkie yelled
Then Spike tugged onto Twilight's back in fright
"You just scared the little guy" Cat Noir said
"Yeah and besides, zombies are not real!" Ladybug said
"Still, what are you doing alone in the dark?" Twilight asked
"I'm not alone in the dark" Pinkie answered
Then the light turned on a bit brighter showing the rest of their friends including Apple Bloom
"Okay then, what are you all doing here in the dark?" Twilight asked
"We're hiding' from her!" Applejack answered
Then the others went to the window and checked it seeing a creature with black and white stripes, a black muzzle, black and white mane and a bunch of rings who was hiding underneath a cape and digging the ground before she evilly glared at the heroes and Apple Bloom inside the building causing most of them to hide for cover and Twilight and Ladybug to glare at them while Cat Noir picked Spike up and hugged him
"Did you see her Twilight? Did you see... Zecora?" Apple Bloom asked
"First Pinkie says it's a zombie pony, then you hide for a zebra and then you call her Zecora!" Ladybug said angrily
"Sorry about that, also what's a zebra?" Apple Bloom asked
"It's some sort of horse which is full of black and white stripes, and it is said that they live in a land far, far away somewhere in Farasi where they don't care about Ponies" Ladybug said
"How'd you know that?" Twilight asked
"I just read some of your books, don't ask" Ladybug said
"Still, Apple Bloom! I told you never to say that name" Applejack said angrily
"Well, I saw her glance this way" Twilight said
"Glance evilly this way" Pinkie corrected, frightened
"That's not true she was maybe so sad because she had no friends" Ladybug said
"You mean minions!" Pinkie corrected again
"Okay, what do you guys know about her" Ladybug asked as then the others looked down sadly with the exception of Cat Noir, Spike and Twilight "Have you guys ever tried talking to her?" Ladybug asked as the others shook their heads "Then what caused you to think she's evil?" Ladybug asked
"And also to flip out for no good reason?" Twilight asked
"No good reason? You call protectin' your kin no good reason?" Applejack asked
"Yes, that's not what we wanna say but---" Ladybug started before Applejack interrupted
"Why, as soon as she saw Zecora ridin' into town, she started shakin' her lil' hooves" Applejack explained
To explain the situation she shook Apple Bloom who was very unamused
"Did not!" Apple Bloom said shakingly
"So I swept her up and brought her here" Applejack explained
"I walked here myself!" Apple Bloom defended
"For safekeepin'" Applejack said angrily
"Applejack, I'm not a baby! I can take care of myself!" Apple Bloom said angrily
"Not from that creepy Zecora" Applejack said angrily
"She's mysterious" Fluttershy said frightened
"Sinister" Rainbow said frightened
"And spoooooky!" Pinkie said frightened
Then Twilight, Ladybug and Cat Noir groaned before they looked at the window again as the others joined and after that Zecora pulled off her head piece of the cape causing the others to gasp
"Will you cut that out?" Twilight said
"Yeah, she's not creepy, she's friendly" Cat Noir said
"I agree with her, she could be friendly" Ladybug said
"Just look at those stripes! So garish!" Rarity said disgusted
"She's a zebra" Twilight corrected
"And they're born with them, common knowledge really" Ladybug said
"What?!" The others except Cat Noir yelped in shock
"Yeah, Zebra's are born with that, it's not their fashion choice" Ladybug said
"I have to agree with that" Twilight said
Then Rarity fainted
"Maybe you're right, maybe they really come from a faraway land" Applejack said
"Yes, but now where does she live?" Twilight asked
"That's just it, she lives in... the Everfree Forest!" Applejack called out
"Okay, besides the Kwami's, Manticores, Sea Serpents, Ursa's and Zecora, who else lives in the Everfree Forest?" Ladybug asked
"Parasprites" Fluttershy answered
"Dragons" Spike answered
"Cockatrices" Rainbow Dash answered
"Hydra's" Applejack answered
"Cragadiles" Pinkie said
"The Chimera" Apple Bloom said
"Bufogrens" Rainbow answered
"Cipactli" Pinkie answered
"Flash Bees" Fluttershy answered
"Pukwudgies" Applejack answered
"Dangerous birds" Spike said
"And Winterzilla's" Apple Bloom asked
"Well, I hope we won't get across them" Ladybug said
Just then Spike went inside the Kitchen ready to get some food before he dropped a few things
"Spike!" Twilight yelled out angrily
"Uh, sorry" Spike apologized from the kitchen
"The Everfree Forest just ain't natural. The plants grow..." Applejack started before Fluttershy continued
"Animals care for themselves..." Fluttershy started before Rainbow continued
"And the clouds move..." Rainbow started before they yelled together
"All on their own!" Applejack, Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash yelled out
Then Rarity woke up but when she knew what they were talking about she fell unconscious again
“And that wicked enchantress Zecora lives there doing her evil... stuff! She's so evil I even wrote a song about her!" Pinkie said angrily
"Here we go..." Rainbow said dumbfounded
Then Pinkie started singing while jumping into the air near Rainbow Dash before doing an angry moonwalk of some sort in front of Twilight and Ladybug before grabbing Ladybug's face and make her eyes turn green and circle around and about while frightened as Applejack hugged Apple Bloom while frightened before the latter pushed the other off of her before Applejack shook while being a bit scared before Pinkie jumped onto a table with a ghost motion while panting heavily
"Wow. Catchy" Twilight said a bit confused
"It's a work in progress" Pinkie said
"This is all just a lot of gossip and rumors. Now tell me; what exactly have you seen Zecora do?" Twilight asked
"Well... Once a month, she comes into Ponyville" Rainbow explained
"Oooooh" Twilight said dramatically
"Then she lurks by the stores" Rarity explained after waking up
"Oh, my" Ladybug said dramatically
"And then, she digs at the ground" Fluttershy explained
"Good gracious" Twilight said dramatically before returning to a normal tone which made Apple Bloom confused "Okay, I'm sorry. But how is any of this bad? Maybe she comes to Ponyville to visit?" Twilight thought
"Yeah! Maybe she's just tryin' to be neighborly" Apple Bloom said in agreement
"Yeah, and how do you guys react?" Ladybug said before talking dramatically "'Oh no! The monster's here! Run!'" Ladybug said before talking normally "If you were her would you like that?" Ladybug asked
"And maybe she's not lurking by the stores, maybe she's going to them, lurking free, to do some shopping?" Twilight thought
"Yeah! Everypony likes to shop. You know what I think?" Apple Bloom asked
"Apple Bloom! Hush and let the big ponies talk" Applejack said angrily
"I am a big pony" Apple Bloom said under her breath
Then Apple Bloom walked off
"W-What about digging at the ground? You've got to admit that's weird" Rainbow said
"What if she's digging for innocent creatures?" Fluttershy asked
Then Pinkie started singing the 'Evil Enchantress Song' while the others talked
"I am sure there's an explanation for everything Zecora does. And if anypony here were actually brave enough to approach her, she would find out the truth" Twilight explained
"I am brave so I'm gonna go" Cat Noir said
"Yes, you can go and figure out a way to talk to her, but don't you dare let her attack you when you fail" Ladybug said
"Yeah, but if she does, I'll stop her somehow" Cat Noir said
Then Cat Noir walked out the door and closed it
"Well, I'm brave enough too, so I'm gonna find out too" Apple Bloom said
Then Apple Bloom walked out the door and behind Cat Noir before hiding in plain sight as Cat Noir approached Zecora
"Hi there young man" Zecora greeted
"Hi, it seems everypony is frightened, do you know why" Cat Noir asked
"Don't worry, but it seems you're not flurry" Zecora said
"Are you talking in rhymes?" Cat Noir asked
"Yes but don't stress, I learned that from home, but I yearned that home now
"Oh, I get it, but do you seem to know why everyone's scared of you?" Cat Noir asked
"Okay, but may I aim for your name?" Zecora asked
"Sure, I'm Cat Noir, hero from Paris" Cat Noir introduced before continuing "Shall I walk with you to your home?" Cat Noir asked
"Sure" Zecora said
Then Cat Noir walked off with Zecora as Apple Bloom secretly followed
Meanwhile with the girls and Spike
"You ponies are being ridiculous!" Twilight said angrily
"I agree" Ladybug said in agreement
"Well, I heard Zecora eats hay" Pinkie said angrily
"Pinkie, I eat hay; you eat hay" Twilight argued
"Yeah, but I heard it's the evil way she eats hay" Pinkie argued back
Just then Applejack noticed something
"Hey! Where's Apple Bloom?" Applejack asked in shock
Then Fluttershy turned to the door
"The door's open" Fluttershy said in shock
"She went outside!" Rarity said in shock
"And Zecora's still out there" Rainbow said in shock
"Relax, Cat Noir's there, and as long as he stays peaceful nothing will happen" Ladybug tried to motivate
Then the others except Applejack glared
"That silly lil' filly! I told her to stay put!" Applejack said in shock
Then the ponies ran off with Ladybug being the last one to leave as Ladybug turned to Spike
"Spike, you stay here in case Apple Bloom comes back" Ladybug suggested
"Will do!" Spike said
"Thanks" Ladybug said
Then Ladybug ran after the others
Meanwhile Cat Noir finished bringing Zecora to the Everfree Forest as they stopped at the entrance
"And once again thanks for the visit!" Cat Noir waved
"It kinda wasn't a visit but if you want, I can revisit next time" Zecora said
"Alrighty then, bye!!!" Cat Noir waved
Then Zecora walked into the woods as Apple Bloom ran out of the bushes before bumping onto a leg
"What was that?" Cat Noir asked before looking down "What do you want?" Cat Noir asked
"I wanted to greet Zecora!" Apple Bloom said
"I know you wanted to but you need to be a big pony or human in my case to do this" Cat Noir said tapping his finger on Apple Bloom's nose
"No, I want to do it now!" Apple Bloom yelled out angrily
"But Apple Bloom, your sister suggested you stay in Sugarcube Corner and not Ladybug to me so if you are accepted to go out, you can" Cat Noir said angrily
"No! I won't listen!" Apple Bloom yelled out angrily
Then Apple Bloom ran into the Everfree Forest really mad as Cat Noir growled before joining her
"Apple Bloom you gotta listen to me!" Cat Noir ordered angrily while pulling branches away
"You like everypony else won't trust me so why can't I do what I want! I wish you didn't exist!" Apple Bloom said angrily
"Fine, you go on ahead and if something bad happens don't come yelling at me that it's my fault!" Cat Noir said
Then Cat Noir used his stick to go away
"Typical heroes!" Apple Bloom said angrily
Then Apple Bloom continued on her trail before somepony called out to her
"Apple Bloom?" Applejack called out as Apple Bloom gasped and Zecora and Apple Bloom herself turned around "You get back here now!" Applejack ordered angrily
Then Apple Bloom saw that Applejack, her friends and Cat Noir stood on a few flowers
"Beware! Beware, you pony folk! Those leaves of blue are not a joke!" Zecora rambled
Then Zecora walked inside the mist as Apple Bloom wanted to go after her before Applejack pulled her up
"Y-You keep your creepy mumbo-jumbo to yourself, ya hear?" Applejack asked angrily
Then the others talked through each other in agreement as Ladybug, Cat Noir and Twilight sighed defeatedly
"Oh brother" Twilight grumbled
"Beware! Beware!" Zecora called out again while the mist closed off behind her
"Yeah, back at ya, Zecora! You and your lame curse are the ones who better beware!" Rainbow said angrily
Then Applejack turned towards Cat Noir and Apple Bloom
"And you two! Why couldn't you two listen to yer big sister and best friend?" Applejack asked
"I... I..." Apple Bloom struggled
"Well, I'll explain, Cat Noir suggested “I'd talk things out with Zecora and without knowing it Apple Bloom followed me and when Zecora walked into the Everfree Forest as Apple Bloom went behind her and without knowing it she said I shouldn't exist!" Cat Noir said angrily
"Yeah! And I'm sorry about that!" Apple Bloom said angrily
"Still, who knows what kind of nasty curse Zecora could have put on you two" Applejack said angrily
"Just like in my song!" Pinkie said
Then Pinkie started singing a shorter version of her original song
"You guys, there's no such thing as curses!" Twilight said angrily
"Well, that's interesting to hear coming from Miss Magic Pants herself" Rainbow said tapping Twilight's horn
"My magic, real magic comes from within. It's a skill you're born with. Curses are artificial, fake magic. It's conjured with potions and incantations; all smokes and mirrors meant to scare. But curses have no real power, they're just an old pony tale" Twilight explained
Then the others except Ladybug, Cat Noir and Applejack left as the latter turned to Twilight with a frown
"Just you wait, Twilight. You're gonna learn that some pony tales really are true" Applejack said angrily before leaving
"Well that got worse" Cat Noir said
"I agree, now what do we do?" Ladybug asked
"We go rest and tomorrow, I'll figure it out" Twilight suggested
"Alright, let's go then" Ladybug said
Later in midnight, Ladybug, Twilight and Cat Noir were sleeping in Twilight's home with Twilight twisting and turning every few minutes as she got a nightmare
"She's an evil enchantress, she does evil dances!" Pinkie sang in Twilight's dream
"Beware! Beware!" Zecora warned in Twilight's dream
"If you look deep in her eyes, she will put you in trances!" Pinkie continued to sing in Twilight's dream
"Yeah, was that supposed to scare us?!" Rainbow asked in Twilight's dream
"Wicked, wicked zebra!" Rarity said angrily in Twilight's dream
"...It's a curse" Fluttershy explained in Twilight's dream
Then what will she do?" Pinkie asked singingly in Twilight's dream
"Just you wait, Twilight; some pony tales really are true" Applejack said angrily in Twilight's dream
"Then she'll gobble you up in a big tasty stew! Soooo... Watch out!" Pinkie said in Twilight's dream
"No, that's not true, she's probably friendlier than we think" Cat Noir said in Twilight's dream as Twilight's grin came in her sleep
"Also Spike, there's no zombies" Ladybug corrected in Twilight's dream
Then Zecora laughed maniacally in Twilight's dream
The next day Twilight groaned as she woke up drowsily
"What a dream" Twilight said drowsily "Curses, shurses" Twilight said standing back up before walking to the mirror as she saw her mane really poofy "Whoa!" Twilight said before chuckling "Maybe Zecora cursed my hair" She said as she then used the last piece of magic on her comb and combed her mane before it was fully flat but when she did she dropped her comb in shock as her horn was now nothing but a piece of jelly of some sort with some dark blue spots "Or she cursed my horn!" Twilight yelled in shock
Just then Ladybug ran into the room frightened
"Twilight, we have a problem!" Ladybug yelled out frightened
"I know my horn's now nothing but jello" Twilight said in shock
"And my yo-yo's now nothing but a piece of string!" Ladybug said in frightened and when she demonstrated she pulled out her yo-yo and when she let the ball go down it snapped
"What about Cat Noir? Is he alright?" Twilight asked
"No, he's worse, follow me!" Ladybug suggested
Then Ladybug and Twilight ran downstairs to see Cat Noir normal
"He looks normal" Twilight said
"No he isn't, say something" Ladybug said
Then Cat Noir nodded before talking but what came out shocked Twilight
"Morning" Cat Noir said in a girl's voice
Then Twilight struggled to not laugh before Ladybug glared causing her to immediately stop
"Let's search every book for clues!" Twilight suggested
"Good idea" Ladybug said
Then the trio searched looked inside every book they could find but not even one book had something useful
"No no no no no! None of these books have a cure!" Twilight said frightened before groaning "There has to be a real reason for this! An illness? An allergy?!" Twilight guessed
"I don't feel sick" Cat Noir said
"Neither an allergy" Ladybug said
"A curse!" Spike said reading a book
"I said a real reason. Something that points to something real" Twilight corrected angrily
"How about this one?" Spike asked showing the book he read
"'Supernaturals'?" Twilight read before she glared at him "Spike, the supernatural word refers to things like ghosts and spirits and zombies, which are as make-believe as curses" Twilight said before getting angry "This book is just a bunch of hooey!" Twilight explained
"But what if you're wrong, Twilight? What if this really is a---" Spike thought before Pinkie bursts in
"Now what?!" Ladybug asked
Then the four turned around and noticed Pinkie having a swollen up tongue with light blue spots
"Ah pfurse!" Pinkie agreed
"A purse? How could it be a purse?" Spike asked
"I think she meant curse" Ladybug corrected
"Pinkie? What happened?" Twilight asked
"Pee pah Zthecora! Sthe put a cursthe on me!" Pinkie explained spraying sperm onto the others
"Hey, say it, don't spray it, Pinkie!" Spike said angrily
Just then bangs were heard as the others then turned to the window seeing Rainbow slamming against the window as Cat Noir reached for the door and opened it causing Rainbow to fly and crash in before being stuck underneath a ladder as the others then saw her wings upside down as then Rarity then walked in with her mane very long, so long that she doesn't even see the place surrounding her as Spike and Twilight gasped in shock
(Author's Note: I'm still wondering how she got in even though she can't see)
"I'm afraid I have to agree" Rarity said dumbfounded
Just then a high pitched voice was heard as Apple Bloom came in the room with Applejack on her back
"It's a curse, I tell ya!" Applejack said in a high pitched voice while being angry
Then Fluttershy walks inside the room
"But Fluttershy... Seems just fine!" Twilight said in shock and confusion
Then the screen showed Fluttershy in the room
"Yes there doesn't seem to be a thing wrong with her" Rarity agreed
"Unless she and Cat Noir switched voices" Ladybug thought
"How'd you know?" Fluttershy asked in sadness
"Why do I jinx things all the time!!!" Ladybug asked in shock and anger
Then Spike started laughing madly as Cat Noir for once was angry about the situation
"This is hilarious!" Spike said laughing "Look at all of you! We got: Hairity, Rainbow Crash, Spitty Pie, Apple Teeny, Flutterguy, Antibug, Cat Girl and... Uh... I got nothin'... Twilight Sparkle. I mean seriously, I can't even work with that" Spike said while turning away with his arms crossed
Then Twilight laughed sarcastically before looking at Spike angrily
"This is no joke, Spike. Now start looking for more books so I can find a cure!" Twilight said angrily
Then Spike walked off grumbling to himself as Rainbow groaned too while trying to get out of the ladder
"Here let me help" Ladybug suggested
Then Ladybug pulled the ladder up as Rainbow pulled her neck out of the piece
"Thanks Ladybug" Rainbow said
"No worries" Ladybug said
"I think we'll find a cure to this curse at Zecora's place" Rainbow said struggling to fly
"It's not a curse!" Twilight yelled angrily
But when Twilight went in front of Rainbow's nose she went and crashed against a wall
"I agree with Dash! We'll go to Zecora's and force her to remove this hex!" Applejack suggested
"It's not a hex either!" Twilight said angrily
Then the Mane Eight excluding Twilight, Ladybug and Cat Noir shouted at each other
"This is all my fault. If I hadn't followed Zecora in the first place, none of this would have happened" Apple Bloom said sadly before making a determined face "I just gotta fix this" Apple Bloom suggested
Then Apple Bloom walked away but not without having Applejack having it go unnoticed
"Now where does she think she's goin' this time?" Applejack asked angrily
Then Applejack went and jumped into Apple Bloom's tail
"I don't care what you say, Twilight. It's time to pony up and confront Zecora" Rainbow said "Come on, girls. Are you with me?" Rainbow asked
Then the others nodded except Rarity
"And I as well" Rarity said in agreement
"Fine if everyone agrees" Cat Noir said
"Good, then I join too, but if it's all a trick, then you'll all be spending a month eating eggs in Paris" Ladybug said
"It's a deal" Rainbow said
"Uh, I don't know. Seems awfully dangerous" Fluttershy said worriedly
"Don't worry Fluttershy, you got us to keep you safe" Ladybug said
Then Spike giggled again
"How about you, Applejack?" Rainbow asked but no one answered "Applejack?" Rainbow asked again but nopony answered once more
"That's weird" Cat Noir said
"I agree" Ladybug said
"She's gone!" Pinkie thought
"Aah! Has somepony stepped on her?!" Rarity asked
Then the others looked under their hooves, claws or feet but Applejack wasn't there
"Or sat on her?" Twilight asked
Then the others looked at either their shoulders or backs
"Nope, they're not there" Cat Noir said worriedly
"Rarity's hair!" Rainbow called out
Then Pinkie checked Rarity's hair
"Do you have a reason why Applejack would go in Rarity's hair?" Ladybug asked
"No, but I thought it was worth checking" Rainbow said
Then Ladybug face slapped before Pinkie finished checking
"Nopthe" Pinkie answered
"Okay, well that answers everything... Sort of" Ladybug said
"Apple Bloom is gone too!" Twilight said in shock
"I bet they went after Zecora" Rainbow said angrily
"Well we better go find them" Twilight said angrily as she trotted off as Rainbow fell to the floor "Come on, girls, let's go" Twilight suggested
Then the others left except Pinkie and Rarity as Rarity's hair was stuck on Pinkie's hoof which Pinkie didn't notice before Pinkie let's go sending her almost flying to the floor as she held her position before continuing
"Hey, a little help here?" Rainbow asked
Then Ladybug and Cat Noir groaned while returning as the sent Rainbow up
"Okay someone should probably stay with Rainbow unless they want her to be in trouble" Ladybug suggested
"I'll do it" Cat Noir suggested
Then Rainbow flew against a wall making Ladybug look at Cat Noir with a worried face as Cat Noir turned to her as his eyes said 'I'll be okay' before following Rainbow
"Uh... Spike? Are you coming?" Fluttershy asked
"Nope! Uh... Gotta stay here and look for a cure" Spike said as Fluttershy, Ladybug and Pinkie left "Twilight Flopple!" Spike thought while thinking of a nickname
Meanwhile Apple Bloom ran into the Everfree Forest not caring about anything else but Zecora herself she heard a sound
"Stop right there! Turn around right now, missy!" Applejack ordered going out of Apple Bloom's mane
"No" Apple Bloom said proudly
"No?! You can't ignore a direct order from your big sister!" Applejack said angrily
Then Apple Bloom threw Applejack into the air before picking Applejack up with her mouth and putting her on a tree branch before giggling
"Sorry, Applejack, but I'm the big sister now" Apple Bloom said with a smile
Then Apple Bloom walked off as Applejack called out to her
"Apple Bloom, you come back here this instant! I'm gonna tell Big Macintosh on you!" Applejack called out before realizing she was all alone "Aw, pony feathers" Applejack said in defeat
Later the other girls arrived at the Everfree Forest as they continued their charge towards Zecora's hut
"C'mon girls. We've got to get to Zecora's. Hurry!" Twilight ordered
"We're going as fast as we can!" Ladybug called out
Just then Rarity tripped and fell
"Ooh... Ahaha. Easier said than done!" Rarity said before standing back up and resuming the chase
"Hey, wait for me!" Rainbow called out
Just then Rainbow flew into a bush and landed on the other side of the bush where Applejack was as she was accidentally in Rainbow's mouth as Cat Noir ran towards the two
"Are you two okay?" Cat Noir asked worriedly
"If you don't count being stuck in Rainbow's mouth, I am" Applejack answered angrily while getting out of Rainbow Dash
"My bad" Rainbow said sheepishly while standing back up
"Great, now there's no time to lose! We've got to get to Zecora's. Hurry!" Cat Noir ordered running off
Meanwhile the other two stayed behind as Applejack puts an stick with some leaves into Rainbow's mouth before going atop her
"Giddy up pony!" Applejack ordered slapping her rear hoof on Rainbow Dash
"Ex-CUSE-me?" Rainbow asked angrily
"Yee-haw!" Applejack called slapping harder causing Rainbow to fly up with her back upside down
"What the..." Rainbow asked in shock and confusion
Then Rainbow Dash flew while turning around and going back to Ponyville
"No, Rainbow Dash. Other way!" Applejack suggested
Then Rainbow flew the other way around while her body was upside down as Applejack steered
Meanwhile the other heroes and Cat Noir arrived at Zecora's home which was also a tree house like Twilight's with the exception of it being small and a few masks all over the place as everyone except Rarity noticed the house
"Oh. I look horrible!" Rarity whined
"This place is horrible!" Ladybug said
"I agree bugaboo" Cat Noir said
"Ith aghreeth" Pinkie said
Then Pinkie pulled Rarity's mane out of her face as she saw the house too
"Oh my. this place really does look horrible" Rarity said horrified as our heroes went towards the window of the house causing them to see everything including the jaguar-like bed, a few masks and a cauldron to which "Nice decorations if you like creepy!" Rarity said worriedly
"I like creepy" Cat Noir explained
Then the others glared at him before continuing to stare at the window as then Zecora walked in unknown of their appearance as we also saw her Cutie Mark which was an black sun as she was holding a red bottle in her mouth causing the others to gasp causing Ladybug, Cat Noir and Twilight to glare before they returned to see Zecora walking towards the cauldron and putting in some purple dust before talking in an african language
"Sthe sththole my sthong! Shthe shtole mm mm!" Pinkie said angrily
"Are you saying she stole your song?" Ladybug asked confused
"Seems awfully suspicious, even for her tongue" Cat Noir said
"Oh Pinkie. Doesn't sound anything like your song" Twilight explained
Then Pinkie nodded in anger before zipping to Cat Noir and begging to him
"If you wish' Cat Noir said
The Cat Noir sang in Pinkie's voice as Pinkie did her motions she did at the start with a few edits before ending with a flap of her tail before standing on her rear hooves
"You saw those terrible things. Now do you believe us Twilight and Ladybug?" Rarity asked
"Scary looking masks, confusing intactations, and a great big bubbling cauldron?" Twilight asked before sighing "Everything is pointing to Zecora being... bad" Twilight said
"Or... What if Zecora is just making soup" Ladybug thought
Then they returned to watching the window as they saw Zecora licking her lips in delight
"The perfect temperature for Ponies, I presume. Now, where is that little Apple Bloom?" Zecora asked
"Or... What if she's making Apple Bloom soup?!" Twilight gasped in shock as the others looked at her in worry "What if she's making Apple Bloom soup?!" Twilight gasped in shock
Then Twilight's friends screamed in fright with Cat Noir leaping into Ladybug's arms
"Element of Courage, huh?" Ladybug asked
"Sorry but I don't like being eaten alive" Cat Noir asked in fright
"We all don't, so if you can, can you stand on your own?" Ladybug asked
"Sure" Cat Noir answered
Then Ladybug threw Cat Noir onto the ground before he stood up himself before Rainbow and Applejack heard them
"I'm coming for ya, Apple Bloom!" Applejack yelled out
Then Rainbow bursts head first into the door and smashes into everything breaking it before Applejack leapt out of her and on Zecora's head before Rainbow hit the cauldron sending it flying sideways before the others bursts in the door
"What have you done with Apple Bloom?" Twilight asked
"If you burned her to ashes, you will forget your friendship with me!" Cat Noir yelled angrily
"And you will be banned deeper into the Everfree Forest" Ladybug said angrily
"Ponies, humans! What is this you..." Zecora starts before she notices the cauldron upside down "No! You know not what you do! You've gone and spilled my precious brew!" Zecora yelled angrily
"We're onto you Zecora. I didn't want to believe you cursed us, but the evidence is overwhelming!" Twilight said angrily
"You made me look ridiculous" Rarity said angrily
"You made us sound ridiculous" Fluttershy said angrily
"You made me speak ridiculous!" Pinkie said which was almost impossible to hear
"And you made me powerless!" Ladybug said angrily
"You ruined my horn!" Twilight yelled angrily
"You messed up RD's wings and made Applejack tiny!" Cat Noir said angrily
"How dare you! You destroy my home, destroy my work, then rudely accuse me of being a jerk" Zecora said angrily
"You put this curse on us, now you're gonna uncurse us" Rainbow ordered angrily
"It is unwise to venture down this road. Your actions will make my anger explode!" Zecora said angrily which shocked our heroes
"Where is Apple Bloom?!" Twilight asked angrily stepping forward
Then Twilight ran towards Zecora before they have a strong head battle or something before Ladybug kicked Zecora on the side sending her fall to the ground
"Zecora! I think I found all the things you asked for'' Apple Bloom said going inside the room before she saw what's going on "What in Ponyville is goin' on here?" Apple Bloom asked worriedly
"Apple Bloom! You're okay!" Applejack called out
"Why wouldn't I be?" Apple Bloom asked
Then Twilight ran towards her
"Because Zecora is an evil enchantress who cursed us and was gonna cook you up into soup!" Twilight warned angrily
Then something unexpected happened Zecora and Apple Bloom laughed
"Oh Twilight. Did those silly fillies finally get in yer head?" Apple Bloom asked
"Hah! I knew it!" Ladybug cheered before the others glared "Sorry” Ladybug apologized
"You know there's no such thing as a curse" Apple Bloom explained
"Apple Bloom, sweetie. You can't just stand there and tell me this isn't a curse" Twilight suggested
"This isn't a curse" Apple Bloom repeated walking to Zecora
"If you will remember back, the words I spoke were quite exact" Zecora explained before an flashback came
[Flashback]
"Beware! Beware, you pony folk! Those leaves of blue are not a joke!" Zecora rambled
[Flashback End]
"It was a warnin'. About that blue plant. It's called a Poison Joke" Apple Bloom explained
"That plant is much like Poison oak. But it's results are like a joke" Zecora explained
"What in the hay is that supposed to mean?" Applejack asked angrily
"It means this plant does not breed wrath. Instead this plant just wants a laugh" Zecora explained
Then there was an awkward silence before Applejack broke the silence
"Will somepony please talk normal" Applejack suggested
"I think what she's saying is that when we ran in to save Apple Bloom, we ran into the Poison Joke. All our problems are just little jokes it played at us" Twilight thought
Little jokes?! Very funny" Applejack said sarcastically
"Okay, fine. But what about the cauldron?" Rainbow asked
"And the chanting?" Fluttershy asked
"And the creepy decor?" Rarity asked
"Treasures of the native land where I am from. This one speaks 'Hello' and this 'Welcome'" Zecora explained pointing to the decors
"Not welcoming at all, if you ask me" Rarity said
"The words I chanted were from olden times. Something you call a nursery rhyme" Zecora explained
"But the cauldron... The Apple Bloom soup?" Twilight asked
"Lookie here Twilight. That pot of water wasn't for me, it was for all these herbal ingredients. The cure for Poison Joke is a simple old-natural remedy. You just gotta take a bubble bath!" Apple Bloom explained
"I always love bubble baths, thanks" Cat Noir thanked
Then Twilight and Ladybug walked towards the book plank and read the pages
"But I tried to find a cure in all my books and couldn't find anything" Twilight explained "What book has this 'Natural remedy'?" Twilight asked
"Here is the book, you see? Sad that you lack it in your library" Zecora said sadly
"Actually, I do have this book, but I didn't look inside because the title was so... Weird Supernaturals: Natural remedies and Cure-alls That Are Simply Super" Twilight read before getting a bit sad and worried "I... I... I'm so sorry, Zecora. I had the answer the whole time, if only I had bothered to look inside" Twilight said sadly
Then Zecora chuckled before looking at the others
"Maybe next time you will take a second look, and not judge the cover of the book" Zecora suggested
"Zecora? Would you be kind enough to mix up another batch of the herbal bath?" Twilight asked
"And before you ask, we'll all help you" Ladybug said
"Mix it up I certainly will. Yet I am missing a herb from Ponyville" Zecora explained
"But whenever Zecora comes to town, all the shops are mysteriously closed" Apple Bloom suggested
"You know, me and my friends will get them from you" Ladybug suggested
After a few minutes of shopping and then mixing the brew our heroes went back to town with Zecora the ponies saw them walking and got scared
"Look Rose! How awful!" Daisy yelled out
"The wicked enchantress has cursed them all" Rose said frightened
"The horror, the horror" Lily whined
"Run, ponies! Run!" Daisy called
Then everypony started running inside houses and locking the doors before Twilight carefully knocked on the door as Daisy opened it frightfully
"Daisy, we need to talk" Twilight said
A few minutes later our heroes were in a giant bathtub with Ladybug's suit getting wet as the boys stood outside
"I still regret not going in the tub with the ladies, even bugaboo" Cat Noir said angrily
"'Dear Princess Celestia, My friends and I all learned an important lesson this week: Never judge a book by its cover. Someone may look unusual, or funny, or scary. But you have to look past that and learn who they are inside. Real friends don't care what your 'cover' is; it's the 'contents' of a pony that count. Just then an pony with cyan fur and bright pink mane and tail with a few bands over her body walked over to the trio
"Miss Zecora. I would love to get the recipe for this bath. It's simply luxurious!" The pony suggested
Just then Apple Bloom realized something
"Applejack! Hey, where's Applejack?!" Apple Bloom called out
Then the others gasped while the girls looked all around the bathtub before Applejack called out to them
"I'm right here, little sis. I ain't tiny no more!" Applejack said
"Oh! I have never felt so lovely in all my life!" Rarity said relieved
"Oh, my gosh! I never realized how horrible it is to not talk. I mean, I love talking so much, and when I couldn't talk anymore, my tongue was like 'ehhhh'! It was the worst! Don't you agree, Fluttershy and Cat Noir?" Pinkie asked
"Yes" Fluttershy answered in her original voice
"I agree" Cat Noir said in agreement as his voice was still a girl's voice which meant he still had the girl tone
After hearing Cat Noir's voice everybody laughed before Cat Noir grumbled
"Can I have a bath now?!" Cat Noir growled angrily
