Volume 1, Chapter 32: My Thoughts, Crystallized.

At the Southern Base, Terra returned and place his Sacred Sword on the table with the others. "Surge!" Terra said before he walked over to Surge. "You did good while I was away!" He told him as he gave Surge a pat on the back.

"Yes, though not on my own." Surge said as he looked at Flash, Twilight, Spike, Sweetie Bell, Applejack.

"Us and Surge got through it." Flash told Terra as they remember how both his and Surge's Sacred Swords glowed bright together as they attack both Neko Megido and freed both Raritys.

"And I'm very grateful for what you all had done for me." Rarity spoke up.

"Nice." Terra said before he turned to the kids. "As for all of you, you all have progressed wonderfully. Keep it up and those Square Swords will become Paladin Drivers in no time!" After hearing that Spike, Cozy Glow, the Young Six, and the CMCs were excited to become Paladins. "Guess we're getting closer to giving Master Logos a beatdown." While they all talk, Beat was inspecting Rekka.

"No rush though!" Beat shouted. "The Sword of Currants reacted to the Sword of Flames! First, we need to puzzle out this phenomenon!" She was sounding exciting as she spoke.

"Do remember that it's only a matter of time before the Master's servants comes for us." Sophia told them as she step out the balcony. "The Sacred Swords, Wonder Ride Books along with the portion of the Omniscient Tome in the Northern Base possesses, are in danger.

"What of the formidable barrier surrounding the Northern Base?" Storious asked Master Logos. At the Southern Base in the throne room, Storious and Logos were alone and talking. "Breaking the barrier will be like tearing up spider's web." Logos told him. Storious chuckled as he walked around Logos' throne before he sat on the arm of the throne.

"What say I lend you a hand?" Storious asked Logos. "I happen to have a beast that hasn't han his fill of trouble." He told Logos before he walked up and hold up the key he found when it was dropped. "Not to mention finding an opportunity to try this key." He said before he walked out. As Storious left, Logos stood up and went outside and on top of the Northern Base. It was there the book he had glowed and fly out of his hand as it opened up. Then in one hand was a bow of light and in the other is a arrow of darkness.

"Now then-" Logos said as he took aim with the bow and arrow. "Let us begin." He fire the arrow as he begins his move.

"So what happened to Wind?" Sprit asked Terra as Pinkie hand him a pin.

"Sorry. I couldn't convince her." Terra answered. "She's never been a good listener." He looked at the pin and the picture of him Pinkie made was a cute anime chibi of him like the rest of the others. "Is this supposed to be me?!" He asked as he stood up. Meanwhile outside, the arrow Logos shot hit the barrier of the Northern Base and it rain multiple arrows from within the barrier as it was destroying it.

From inside, the place shook as the barrier outside was being destroyed. "Sophia, what was that?!" Sunset asked as everyone try to keep their balance.

"Someone is assaulting the barrier!" Sophia told them. "Most likely Master Logos. I must hurry to restore it!" She told them before she turned and went into a different part of the Northern Base. In this large room was the Northern Base's portion of the Omniscient Tome on a pedestal as Sophia walked over to it. As she waved her hand over it, it opened up and glowed as she worked to restore the barrier. Meanwhile back in the meeting room, a Book Gate open up from the top of the stairs as Mist, Starlight, Wave, Sunburst, and a red cloak figure came through it.

"Good-day." Mist said to everyone in the room.

"Surge!" Flash shouted as each rider grabbed their swords and they took battle stands.

"Hear us, traitors of Northern Base..." Mist spoke up.

"By Master Logos' decree, we will be taking your swords and Wonder Ride Books." Wave told them.

"They must have broken the barrier." Shining Armor said.

"Yeah but, who's the girl in the cloak?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"All of you, can you hear me?" Sophia's voice called out to the riders. "I am speaking directly using the Northern Base's powers. Slash, bring your swords, your paladin, Rainbow Dash, Cadence, and the children to my location. Wait, the Megido have also broken in!" In another part of the base, both Storious and Zooous have entered the Northern Base but Zooous looked completely different.

"Understand? We'er here for the Northern Base's powers." Storious told Zooous.

"I ain't taking orders from you!!" Zooous shouted with rage as he try to attack Storious, but Storious put up a force field the block is attack. But the feedback damage the hallway there in. "WHERE ARE YOU, SWORDSMAN OF WATER?!" Zooous shouted as went off to find Surge.

"We must protect the Northern Base's power, no matter what!" Sophia told the riders.

"Let's split up." Beat whispered to the others.

"Me and Rarity will take the Megido." Surge whispered.

"Me and Applejack will come with." Terra told him.

"Enough whispering. Hand over your swords, now." Mist demanded.

"Refuse, and we'll have to resort to force." Wave told them as he and Mist took out their swords and both Starlight and Sunburst took out their Paladin Ride Books.

"I've heard everything." Light said. When they looked at the doors when they open, they saw Light had returned.

"Light! You're back!" Fluttershy said when she and the others saw her and she walked infront of them.

"The Swordswoman of Light? We'll taking you too." Wave told Light.

"We'll see about that. Let there be light!" Light declared as she brought out her sword and glowed bright to blind Mist, Wave, Starlight, and Sunburst.

"Now! It's a promise!" Twilight shouted as the others but Flash, Shining Armor, and Sunset ran out to do their jobs.

"We will protect the Northern Base!" Flash told Surge.

"Of course. It's a promise!" Surge said as he clash swords with Flash before he went to go stop the Megido. "Let's move!" He shouted as they head out. Just before the light die down, the cloak figure jumped down and tackle Sunset as a Book Gate open up and the two tumble through it to somewhere else.

"Sunset!" Twilight called out before the Book Gate close and vanished.

"The impudence...!" Mist said with annoyed tone as the four walked down the stairs. Wave and Sunburst going down one, Mist and Starlight on the others.

"Fine then..." Wave spoke. "...will be the Sword of Flames and Light." They took out their Wounder Ride Books and open them up.

Flash, Twilight, Shining, and Light stood back to back as they four riders from the Southern Base came down the stairs as they place their books in their transformation devices and activate them. "Henshin!" They shouted as they transformed into Kamen Rider Sabela, Steam, Durandal, and Stream

As they took the last steps down Flash, Twilight, Shining, and Light took out their Wounder Ride Books and open them up before they place them in their drivers. "You're not getting them!" Flash told them.

Meanwhile Surge, Rarity, Terra, and Applejack ran down the hall before a wall exploded in front of both Terra and Applejack. Zooous was the one who burst through and he slammed both Terra and Applejack by their heads to the wall and knocked them out. Both Surge and Rarity stopped and looked back to see Terra and Applejack on floor and out cold. "Terra!! Applejack!!" They both called out to them before they saw Zooous.

"There you are, Swordsman of Water!!" Zooous shouted as he looked ready to attack.

"We will defeat you here and now!" Surge declared as he and Rarity took out their King Lion Daisenki and Daisenki Lioness Paladin before they place them in their drivers and transformed into their rider forms.

Both Blades and Aqua charged at Zooous before they slashed their swords at him. After they struck him, Zooous grabbed them both but they got free from his grip and struck him again. Zooous turned and kept on throwing punches at the two. While Zooous kept both Blades and Aqua, Storious took this opportunity to go further in the base. Meanwhile back the meeting room, Saber and Ember in their Elemental Dragon forms was struck by Durandal and Stream while Saikou and Drake in the Dragonic Paladin form fought Sabela and Steam. When they charged at them, both Durandal and Stream struck them back before they went to help Sabela and Steam.

"You exploited and hurt Surge and everyone else!" Saber shouted at them as he and Ember clashed blades with Sabela and Steam.

"Everything is for the Master!" Sabela respond to him before she and her paladin swapped again and attack both Saikou and Drake while Durandal and Stream attacks both Saber and Ember again.

Sunset and the cloaked figure fell through the Book Gate to what looked to be a forest. They both rolled on the ground before they quickly got up and took a battle stands. "All right! Who are you and are you a Swordswoman or a Paladin?" Sunset asked the cloaked figure but she didn't get an answer as the cloaked figure charged at her. The figure threw a few punches as she dodged each one before the cloaked figure spin kicked Sunset in the stomach. Sunset was set flying back a few feet back before she hit a tree. Sunset took a moment to composed herself before she rolled out of way when the cloaked figure try to stab her with a sword. Sunset quickly puts on her driver and took out Wonder Paladin Ride Book. "Henshin!" She shouted as she pressed the button on her driver and transformed into Kamen Rider Shine.

"What's your problem?!" Shine asked the cloaked figure as she ready her sword.

"I'm taking back what you've stolen from me." The cloak figure told her in a very familiar voice. Shine didn't have time to figure out why she sounds familiar as they clashed blades with each other. Shine then pushed the cloaked figure before she try to punch her. The cloak figure was stronger and highly skilled as she knocked Shine's sword out of her hand then flipped her over into another tree.

"What are you talking about?!" Shine asked as she got up. "I never stolen anything from you and I never even seen you before in my life!" The cloak figure charged at her and the two clashed blades with each other before the cloaked figure leg sweep Shine then kicked her in the chest. Shine stepped back a bit before the cloaked figure struck her a few times with her sword. After one last slash, Shine was sent flying back as she transformed back to Sunset before she hit the ground. The cloak figure brought her sword up, ready to finish off Sunset. But when she brought it down, Sunset quickly grabbed her arms to stop her and at that moment, Sunset's magic allowed her to see into this mysterious person's memories. When she was done, Sunset looked at the cloaked figure with a shocked look while she stared back with anger. "You...you're-"

Back at the Northern Base, Saber and Ember clashed blades with Durandal and Stream as they continue to fight. "What does Master Logos even want with the Omniscient Tome?!" Ember asked.

"That isn't for you to know!" Durandal told her as he and Stream pinned both her and Saber to the railing of the staircase. "The Master will wield that power justly. We are on the side of justice!" Saikou and Drake fought Sabela and Steam but heard what Durandal told Saber and Ember.

"Then why are the Megido with you?" Saikou asked him before she blocked Sabela's attack with her sword. "Aren't you collaborating with them?" She asked Sabela.

"What did you say?!" Sabela asked before Saikou pushed then struck her as Drake kicked Steam back. Both Durandal and Stream pulled both Saber and Ember around before they struck them.

"Do not falter, Mist." Durandal told Sabela. After Saikou and Drake helped Saber and Ember up, they got ready to charge at Durandal and Stream. But before they did, Durandal pull out the blade from its guard and pressed the button on the handle as Stream place his sword in his holder on his belt and press the button to send a ripple everywhere to slow down time while they move normally.

As both Durandal and Stream walked around them, they saw how it would have happened if they took them head on. Once they were behind them, Durandal place the blade back in the guard and both him and Stream pressed the button on their swords to restore time and all four of them missed the two.

As the four were confused by what happened, both Durandal and Stream struck them from behind and they fell to the ground. "Me and Sunburst will handle this ourselves. You both go retrieve the other swords." Durandal told Sabela and Steam.

"I understand, Wave." Sabela said as she hold up her sword and both her and Steam turned into smoke.

As Saber and the others got up, they saw the two smoke clouds about to fly away. "Wait!" Ember and Saikou called out before Durandal hit the floor with the bottom of his sword's handle.

"Do not anger me any further." Durandal warned.

Meanwhile, Blades and Aqua continue to fight Zooous in the hallway as they swung their swords at him and struck him. Just before Zooous could strike back, he punched a wall that caused smoke to kick up to blind both Blades and Aqua. As Zooous walk closer to them, they brought their swords down on him but he blocked them with his arms and pushed them back by charging at them. After he knocked them into a wall, they quickly jumped back from before he got close to them and punched them both in the stomach. Zooous then knocked back Aqua before he grabbed Blades and repeatedly attack him again and again. After he kicked Blades in the chest and knocked him into Aqua, they both transformed back to Surge and Rarity as they hit the floor.

As they slowly got up, Zooous roared out as if the power he has now is too much for him. "Swordsmen, Paladins, can you hear me?" Sophia's voice called out. "Sabela and Steam are currently Slash's swords!" We see Beat holding Ikazuchi, along with Cadence, PinkiePie, Rainbow Dash, Cozy Glow, the Young Six, and the CMCs are in a different part of the base while both Sabela and Steam stood on a staircase. "Get back, all of you." Beat told the others while she hand Ikazuchi to Cadence as Sabela and Steam walked toward them and Beat took a battle stands.

"Beat... Pinkie Pie... Rainbow Dash..." Surge said when Sophia warned them.

"Should I turned them into Megido along with your Paladin again?" Zooous asked mockingly.

"Maybe that'll motivate you to get serious!!" He shouted as he a wall that caused both Surge and Rarity to be knocked back.

"Human lives aren't your plaything!!" Rarity told Zooous. As Zooous were looking at Surge and Rarity, both Terra and Applejack ran regain consciousness and charged at him as they transformed.

Both Buster and Quake came up to Zooous and swung their swords at him, but he ducked under their attacks when he saw them. "Terra! Applejack!" Both Surge and Rarity called out as Buster and Quake clashed their swords at Zooous.

"Get going you two!" Buster shouted as he and Quake pushed Zooous back a bit.

"But-" Surge try to protest as Quake kicked Zooous in the chest before Buster grabbed him.

"Y'all have got more important things to do than beating this guy, right?!" Quake asked as she and Buster ram Zooous into a wall. Zooous pushed them off him before Buster swung his sword and knocked Zooous down.

"We'll take it from here!" Buster shouted as he and Quake charged at Zooous and all three burst through the wall and outside.

"Terra!! Applejack!!" Both Surge and Rarity called out as they watched them fall outside before they headed to help the others.

In another part of the base, Durandal and Stream struck Saber and Ember as their fight were taken out of the meeting room and on top of a staircase. When they struck them again, they were sent over the railing and to the bottom floor. Both Durandal and Stream turned and clashed blades with Saikou and Drake before Durandal and Stream thrust their swords at them and they fell backwards down the stairs. "Is that all the resistance you can offer?" Durandal asked as the down riders got back up as Durandal pull the blade of his sword out of it's guard and press the button on handle.

In a ripple, both Durandal and Stream dissaperd and reappeared behind the four on the ground floor.

Both Saber and Ember turned into bursts of flames and surrounded both Durandal and Stream. The flames came back together and reform Saber and Ember and was about struck Durandal and Stream.

In a ripple, they disappear before Saber and Ember could strike them.

Durandal and Stream reappear next to them and struck both of them that caused them to transformed back to Flash and Twilight as they fell to the ground before Durandal and Stream dissaperd again.

Both Durandal and Stream stood tall as Flash and Twilight were on the ground. "Flash! Twilight!" Both Saikou and Drake called out before they turned their attention to Durandal and Stream and charged at them. When they were getting close, Durandal pull out the blade out of its guard and pressed the button on handle again.

A ripple cause him and Stream to disappear and reappeared behind Saikou and Drake.

Both Flash and Twilight were affected by that ripple and they could see what looked to be both Durandal's and Stream's attacks before they could do as they fought Saikou and Drake. When the two got struck, they rolled on the ground and stopped next to Flash and Twilight. "Were those their movements" Twilight wonder.

"You saw them too?" Flash asked her.

"Me and Shining will stall them. You two figure out their powers in that time!" Saikou told them before she and Drake got up and charged at Durandal and Stream. As they fought, both Flash and Twilight struggle to get up and watched them fight.

Meanwhile, Surge and Rarity made their way up some staircase as they were on their way to Beat and the others are. They ran down a hallway before they opened doors to where Sophia, Beat, and the others are. "Beat, Rainbow, everyone, are you all alright?!" Rarity asked as she and Surge ran over to them. Beat and Rainbow Dash are laying on the floor as they're injured.

"Sorry, the swords and Wonder Ride Books..." Beat said.

"I'm sorry, we should have rushed here sooner." Surge said.

"There's no time for hesitation." Sophia told them as a screen showed what was happening across the base. "Buster and Quake have been defeated by Zooous!" One screen show them Saikou and Drake fighting Durandal and Stream while the other showed Terra and Applejack out cold outside. Everyone had a worried looks on their faces before Spike's book went off and he took it out just when a Book Gate open up where they are and Sunset fell out with cuts and bruises.

As Fluttershy and Yona help Sunset, Spike opened the book and it showed them Zooous. "Look! He's on his way!" Spike shouted and once Sophia heard him, she quickly grabbed the portion of the Omniscient Tome and walked over to the group.

"I entrust this power to you all." Sophia told them as she hands the book to Cadence. "This is a portion of the Omniscient Tome. For the sake of the world's balance... You must take this and your Sacred Swords, and run."

"What about you?" Ocellus asked.

"I will slow Zooous-" Sophia said before Zooous burst through the wall, dragging both an unconscious Terra and Applejack before he threw them at the group.

"Terra!! Applejack!!" Surge and the others shouted, Apple Bloom sounded the most worried for her sister.

"I'm going to consume you all, along with the Northern Base power!!" Zooous shouted before he charged at them. Sophia quickly stepped infront of the group and put up a barrier infront of them just before Zooous could reached them. Zooous repeatedly strike the barrier to try and break through as Sophia did her best to keep it up.

"Now, quickly!" Sophia shouted to the group.

"But... We can't just run and leave you!" Surge said.

"Blades! For what purpose do you wield your sword?!" Sophia asked Surge. Surge pondered went Sophia asked. Zooous continue to strike the barrier and it was beginning to crack before he gave one last strike to break it down. Zooous roared as he was about to strike Sophia where she stood. But just when he was about to strike, everyone saw Surge and Rarity had their swords out and blocked the attack.

"Henshin!!" They shouted as they transformed into Kamen Rider Blades and Aqua: King Lion Daisenki and Lioness Daisenki.

They both pulled their swords back before they pushed Zooous back. They then swung their swords and struck him a couple of times. When they swung their swords again, Zooous duck under their attacks and struck them. He punched a couple of times before they try strike him, only for Zooous to flip Aqua over him and grab Blades he flipped him over. Blades crash on top of Aqua when Zooous flipped him.

Back with the fight between Durandal and Stream against Saikou and Drake. Both Flash and Twilight watched the fight from where they are as each one clashed blades with each other. Saikou and Drake dodged both Durandal's and Stream's attacks as both Flash and Twilight watched carefully as they can see Durandal's and Stream's movements. "Those attacks aren't teleportation..." Twilight said as she and Flash figure out the sword's power.

They remember when they were at Southern Base to help Surge and when ripples happened to cause them to be in a different place. "If so-" Flash spoke up as Durandal and Stream struck both Saikou and Drake. Durandal then pulled out the blade out of its guard and pressed the button on handle.

In both Flash's and Twilight's eyes when that happen, they saw a ripple effect happened around both Durandal and Stream just as Saikou and Drake was about to strike. They disappear and saw images of them moving behind them before a ripple made it look like they reappear behind them before they struck them that caused both Saikou and Drake to transformed back to Light and Shining.

Both Light and Shining rolled on the ground after that attack. "You're all identical to that Swordsman of Water." Durandal told them. "Always shedding tears, like the pathetic traitor he is." Both Blades and Aqua were struck a few times by Zooous. He then struck them down to the floor as they transformed back to Surge and Rarity. "Kneel before my blade!!" He told them as Flash and Twilight glared at him. Durandal and Stream approached both Light and Shining before Flash and Twilight stood in their way.

"Surge is NOT weak!" Flash shouted at him. "He'd throw away his life for his friends..."

Zooous was about to go after the others, but both Surge and Rarity grab hold of his leg to stop him. He pulled his legs back before he picked up both of them, then smacked them in the face. As Zooous turned back to the group, both Surge and Rarity stood up and charged at him. When they try to strike him, he dodged them and they stumbled forward. Zooous then knocked them to the ground when their guard was down. Even after then, they struggle to get back up. "I absolutely refuse run away!!" Surge shouted.

Back with Flash and Twilight, Flash place his sword back in his driver. "There's no stronger a swordsman!" Twilight shouted before she and Flash pulled both their Primitive Dragon and Elemental Dragon books.

After they place the Elemental Dragon books in the Primitive Dragon books, they place them in their drivers. Flash then draw out his sword as Twilight pressed the button on her driver and their books opened up. "Henshin!" They both shouted as they transformed into their rider forms.

"It doesn't matter how many times you try!" Durandal told them before Saber and Ember charged him and Stream. Durandal quickly took his sword and out the blade out of its guard and pressed the button on handle.

As a ripple cause time to slow down time for Saber and Ember, Durandal and Stream move normally as they walked around them. But for Saber and Ember, after they miss them when they slashed their swords, they can see both Durandal's and Stream's movements as they walked around them. So they waited for the moment when Durandal place his blade back in the gard and resume time. The moment he did, they quickly spin around blocked their attacks.

Once they pulled back, both Saber and Ember struck both Durandal and Stream causing them to step back. Durandal was both shocked and surprised that Saber and Ember was able to block and counter attack him and Stream. While Stream was a bit intrigued by it. "We made a promise to Surge..." Saber said. "That we'd protect the Northern Base! That's why... You're going down right now!"

Meanwhile, Surge was punched in the face by Zooous to cause him to fall to the ground. He he fell, he remembers something from his childhood. "Can I become a strong swordsman like you?" A young Surge asked his master. Surge remembered how he copy the moment of his master as they trained.

Zooous then kicked Surge while he was down. "Surge." A memory of his master spoke. "The path of a swordsman has no end." Zooous then struck Surge in the stomach as he remembers what Sophia asked him.

"Blades! For what purpose do you wield your sword?!" Surge then fell to the ground, injured as he came to a realization.

"I realize my purpose a long time ago..." Surge said to himself. "I've just...lacked the necessary resolve...!" He tried to get up, but he fell.

"Surge!" Rarity called out when he fell and she rushed to him.

"You've done enough!" Beat told him before he try again to get up again. When he got to his hands and knees, he looked towards the group and gave them a smile.

"What I need to be protecting right now..." Surge spoke to them. "...are the friends and family I've made!" Rarity helped him up as he used his sword to balance himself as he rose up. "Anyone can get stronger as long as their friends are with them! The world I live in means something because my loved ones are here too!" He struggled to stand as he balanced himself with his sword. "That's why I...I need to protect my loved ones right here and now! And become a strong swordsman!!" He declared as he stood tall with Rarity, for she has been inspired by his words. And at that moment, the tome in Cadence's hands glowed bright before it floated out of her hands and struck Zooous back. The glowing orb then fly down next to both Surge and Rarity before it took form of a new Wonder Ride Book and landed in Surge's hand.

"Northern Base's power has become a Wonder Ride Book!" Sophia said when she and the others just saw. Power from said book flow over to Rarity as a copy of it form in her hands. Both their books were white with crystal blue and white lions on the cover. Both Surge and Rarity pulled the switch on the side of their own book to open them and reveal the story within.

"By Nagare, the Sword of Currants..." Surge said as he hold up his sword before he placed it in his driver.

"With dazzle and style..." Rarity whispered. "...that we WILL protect our loved ones!!" They both declared as they turned their books to their sides before they place them in their drivers. Surge then draw out his sword as Rarity press the button on her driver and the wheels in their books spun around and opened up.

Giant version of the book open up behind them as two lions made of ice jumped out those books. "Henshin!!" Both Surge and Rarity shouted as Surge slashed his sword and ice covered Rarity and they both transformed into their new rider forms.

Aqua's new forms is similar Blades' but it had crystal blue up her arms and legs with lion heads on the shoulders. Her book like chest plate is pure white with Blades's symbol in the middle while the rest of her armor is pure white. Even her sword's blade was crystallize blue. "They look so fluffy and shiny!" Pinkie Pie shouted as she and the others are amazed by both Blades' and Aqua's new forms. Zooous, however, roared as he charged at them.

Meanwhile, Durandal and Stream took a moment before they charge at Saber and Ember. "Durandal. Stream-" Master Logos' voice called out to them before they could clashed blades with Saber and Ember. "That will be enough." He told them.

"Very well." Both Durandal and Stream said. "But not until they stopped drawing breath!" Durandal shouted as he turned and raised his blade to strike Saber. But Master Logos wave his hand over the Southern Base's portion of the Omniscient Tome and it glow bright. Just before Durandal could clashed blades with Saber, he disappeared, along with Stream. Both Saber and Ember were looking around to see if they were trying get them by surprised, but nothing. So they took out their Wounder Ride Books from their drivers and transformed back to Flash and Twilight before they fell to their knees from exhaustion as Shining Armor and Light went over to them.

"You both did it, Flash and Twilight!" Light told them.

"The rest is Surge's and Rarity's..." Twilight said. "But we know they'll win." Meanwhile, both Blades and Aqua blocked Zooous' punch with their swords when he got close to them. They then struck Zooous on the side to make him step back before they slashed him a few times with their swords. When they swing their swords upwards, a flake of snow kicked up as Zooous was struck by them. More snow was kicked up as they struck him again. The flacks of snow looked to be coming off their swords with each slash.

"I sense it..." Both Blades and Aqua thought. They slashed their swords again and struck Zooous again. "This power is the crystallisation of our predecessor swordsmens' wishes...!" With each strike they could see the swordsmen of water before Surge copy each strike along with each Paladin of Water as well, including themselves. Zooous stood up after another attack from Blades and Aqua before he burst through a wall. Blades and Aqua pulled down a switch on the side of their book and the pinwheels in the center of them spun around before they stop and the red arrow on them glowed.

They then pushed forward the switch on the top of their books.

Ice burst off their backs before they gathered on their backs to form wings. They then lift off the ground and took off after Zooous. Zooous crawled outside of the base with Blades and Aqua flying after him. Zooous soon crawled up before he shot a couple of fire balls at Blades and Aqua, but they flew out of the way before jumped higher on the outside as he continued to throw fire balls at them. Blades and Aqua continue to dodge each fire ball as they fly after Zooous who is climbing higher on the base.

Zooous then throw a piece of a pillar at them before he fired another Fireball at them. Both Blades and Aqua dodge both before they continue to fly after him to the top. Zooous broke a statue on the base and threw it towards them. Both Blades and Aqua sliced and diced the statue the pieces before they send those pieces right back at him. One of the pieces hit him and send him flying as more pieces struck him while in the sky. Soon both Blades and Aqua flew at him while a giant snow flake form behind them before they rider kicked at full speed.

Those kicks send him straight down into the ice and under the water. While under the water, Zooous try to swim away as Blades and Aqua dive into the water before they flipped the switch on their books and the pinwheel spun around again before they pushed the switch on the top.

The wings on their backs turned into shark fins and tails as they froze the water around them before sending sharp shark teeth right at Zooous. Zooous could not out swam the teeth as it launched him out of the water and he crashed on the ground as Blades and Aqua leap out of the water. "Zooous!" Blades shouted. "You chose the vile path of a monster! Something the collective wills of our swordsmen would never lose to!!" He then place his sword back in his driver. Zooous stood up and roared like a mad beast as Blades and Aqua pushed the switch on the top of their books for the finisher.

Blades then draw out his sword as Aqua press the button on her driver to make the pinwheel in their books spun around.

Both their swords glowed bright as they prepared to strike. They then charged at Zooous as he went over to a giant sword like peg that is attached to the Northern Base's chains and lift it out of the ground before throwing it at them. Both Blades and Aqua dodge and cut the giant peg in half as they continue to charge at Zooous.

As soon as they reached him, they slashed him as they passed and multiple ice pegs followed them and cover Zooous. Zooous stood between the ice pegs frozen solid before the sun shine down and his human spirit was shown reflecting off the ice. "Aren't you both strong." Zooous's human spirit said to both Blades and Aqua before smiling. "See you around." Were his final words before the ice shattered and Zooous exploded. Soon both Blades and Aqua transformed back to Surge and Rarity before Surge stab the ground with his sword.

"Shishou..." Surge whispers the name of his late master. "I've done it...!" Rarity gave Surge a warm hug as she was proud of him.

"Surge!" The voice of his master called out to him. When they turned around, they saw Shishou smiling at Surge. "You've discovered what it truly means to be strong." Shishou told him. "Of course you did, as my beloved pupil! And Rarity, take good care of him for me." They both nodded as Surge shed a tear of happiness to see his master. His master then patted Surge's head as he once did when he was just a boy before he vanished.

"We vow to bring their necks the next time." Wave said to Master Logos as he, Mist, Starlight, Sunburst, and the cloaked figure returned to the Southern Base and kneel before him.

"It's no issue." Master Logos told him. "That power has now morphed into a Wonder Ride Book..." On a table next to Logos are the Wonder Ride Books they stole from the others, even Terra's main book. And infront of him are the Swords of Lightning, Tremors, and Echoes. "...making it easier to obtain." Mist and Starlight thought back to when they were at the Northern Base and they saw Zooous dragged both an unconscious Terra and Applejack behind him as they took the Sword of Tremors.

Back at the Northern Base, the riders returned to the meeting room as Surge and Rarity sneeze as they stood outside for too long. "Excuses us." Rarity said.

"You both did it, Surge." Beat told him.

"Yes! And we kept our promise." Surge said to Flash and Twilight before he and Flash fist bump before he sneezed again.

"That desired to save one's loved ones will lead to saving the world, some day." Sophia thought to herself. "Those very same desires from your predecessors...Blades. They're now yours to inherit and pass on."

Meanwhile within the Northern Base, Storious unlocked a door and walked into a room with a larg white book on a pedestal in the center. "Now there's a most fascinating book!" He said as he took the book with a mischievous grin.
