Sapphire Polish

A few days ago a changeling sighting caused a scary throughout the Empire.

Fortunately with help from the brave and glorious Spike the situation was resolved.

Now the Empire was giving refuge to a friendly changeling known as Thorax.

He was free to explore the castle grounds within reason.

Emerald and Sunstone were invited to the party in the castle garden.

Maybe he will stop by.

Sunstone

The party in the garden was nice but personally I was more interested in the castle itself.

The thought of being this close to a real castle was overwhelming.

Emerald was more interested in the garden itself though.

I wouldn't have been surprised at all if her cutie mark involved plants.

Then I saw it through a window.

The changeling was walking through the hallway.

They probably won't mind if I sneak away into the castle from the party to check him out.

I made my way into the castle in the direction I saw the changeling go.

I managed to easily sneak by most of the guards but I ended up getting caught by a none crytal pegasus.

I was worried that he would suddenly start to lecture me but instead he commented that I was one of Spell Breaker's fillies.

Well my dad does work with the guard so I guess it makes sense that he would know that kind of information.

Regaining my composure I asked if it was possible for me to meet the changeling.

I was pleasantly surprised when he agreed saying that there was no problem and that if I wanted he could introduce me to the royal couple.

I was taken aback by this.

I mean really what if I was a changeling in disguise who wanted to replace the royal couple?

Then again I'm sure that they know what their doing.

Emerald Garden

I was not really interested in the party itself but I couldn't even focus on it with the state of the castle gardens.

Sure, I know that there is no royal gardener at the moment but that is no excuse for all the amateur mistakes in the garden.

As I corrected some of the amateur mistakes I heard a commotion from the party.

When I looked over at them I noticed that they were all focused on me.

I was confused until I heard some pony say cutie mark.

I looked to my flank and saw a cutie mark.

As I began to cheer I told Sunstone to come over and celebrate with me.

It was at this moment that everyone realized that Sunstone was missing.

She hasn't done that in a while, we may need to start using the harness again.

Sunstone

When I returned from hanging out with Thorax who was actually pretty cool.

I mean he is a dork but the charming kind.

I also learned that Flash was the one who found me.

When I made my way back to the party I found it in a state of panic.

Turns out I was missed.

Eventually I got they to calm down and they explained how they noticed I was missing.

Then I made a mistake.

I asked what the big deal was with cutie marks.
