NiCad had always been years above her peers in knowledge and academic skill and Silverspoon, Ember Flame and Acid Drip bragged about her. NiCad demonstrated such skills as Doctor Hooves tried to fix his newly created time machine. Twilight was impressed that she had gotten the machine to actually run properly. The real test was that she would test it. To do so she set a time for five minutes and another for ten minutes. She traveled ten minutes past what her cellphone said and found that her timer was going off then traveled 5 minutes in that timer's past. 
She finally traveled to the time she had left. She had also written what was said int he other time segments and see if the machine worked. As she experienced and now predicted would be the obvious outcome expounded what she learned and quoted everyone as they were speaking. Silverspoon was stunned while Ember Flame was still slightly skeptical of the notion as being safe. Acid Drip's mind was still trying to comprehend what just happened.
