Dear Diary,

Feels like so much time passes between these entries, when its only been a few days.  Anyways, I have an update on the password into The Warmer’s computer.  After much deliberation a Scum, I think they go by Raunchy Scent (Aunchyray Entscay in Slum speech), suggested that the underlined words were the key.  The rest of the phrases didn’t matter.

So: "Jackal, It, Visit, Like, Mom, Zim Zar, Appointment, Vet, I, Bumble, Killian, Please."

They tried running it through many different code cyphers, but came up with nothing.  I focused on the “Window” part of the hint.  Out the window was the Applewood sign. Which has 8 letters.  I asked if there are any cyphers that use numbers.  Turns out there are plenty.  It did not narrow it down.

It wasn’t until a few days later that it all came together.  Apple Brandy and Citrus Spritz, from the GGA and Double O’s respectively, came to the answer almost at the exact same second.  “JIVLMZAVIBKP”.  Which is utter gibberish, but with my thought of 8 letters they used the Ceasar Cypher (funny that the Warmers would use a Zebra made cypher), but instead of the usual 3 letters back, they went with 8. The password is…

September caught me writing and warned me about spilling too much info… we don’t know who is behind the “Auto Response” messages…  I don’t care.  Museo has hired a new pony named Alope.  Obsessed with coffee, but a great asset to security.  I have him guarding the Executive Offices.

The password is “BANDERSNATCH”.  It reminds me of something, but I can’t put my hoof on it.  September is busy for the next few days. He told me to wait until he can accompany me to enter the password, but I’m impatient.  We are so close to uncovering the mystery of the spooky door. 

I hate being a goody four hooves… I’ll wait. Hopefully September won’t take too long.
