Sunset Shimmer’s Journey Through Kalos

On the Road For Justice

After winning her seventh gym badge, Sunset Shimmer learned that Lysandre is supporting Team Flare's master plan. And, that's to revive some kind of secret weapon to use against not just Kalos, but the whole world. After riding the Mamoswine back through Route 17, Sunset and her friends came back to Dendemille Town to think of this situation.
"I don't get it." Sunny said with confusion. "Why would Lysandre be like this? He was praising you well, Sunset."
"I know." Sunset replied. "He's obviously not happy with how the world is right now. He wished it changed for the better."
"I guess he wants that dream to come true." Izzy added. "And, he'd do it by any means necessary."
"You maybe right, Izzy. Many other villianous kingpins tried out their nefarious plans. Giovanni of Team Rocket, Maxie of Team Magma, Archie of Team Aqua, Cyrus of Team Galactic, and Ghestis of Team Plasma. All have tried, and all have failed."
Sprout came in to give the girls some news. "I learned that there's a place in Lumiose City named Cafe Lysandre. That could be a clue to Team Flare's hideout."
Sunset was pleased to hear that news. "Thanks for the info, Sprout."
"No problem, Sunset. I'll call Pipp, Zipp, and Hitch about this. Team Flare is going down!"
As Sprout leaves, Sunset rallies her troops. "Okay, girls. Let’s do this!"
Sunny and Izzy nodded in agreement. The game is on.

The trio left Dendemille Town and made their way to Lumiose City. According to Sunset's map, Route 16 is the best route to take.
"I wonder if any of my friends learned of Lysandre's treachery." Sunset wondered.
They soon saw something in the air. It was a bigger version of Staravia with Twilight and Spike riding on its back.
"It's Twilight Sparkle!" Sunny gasped.
"And, it looks like her Staravia evolved into Staraptor." Sunset added as she pulls out her Pokédex.
Staraptor,the Predator Pokémon and the evolved form of Staravia. The Pokédex said. Staraptor leaves its flock after evolving. It's wings help it fly easily. Even carrying heavy stuff.
Staraptor lands and Twilight Sparkle leaps off. She then greets the girls. "Hi, girls."
"Hey, Twilight." Sunset greeted. "What brings you here?"
"I heard that broadcast by Lysandre. There is no way that I'm standing by while he and Team Flare prepare some doomsday weapon."
"Twilight's right." Spike said from Staraptor's back. "So, everybody is training hard to confront that maniac."
"Wow!" Izzy gasped. "Everybody?"
"You heard right." Twilight added. "Applejack, Pinkie and her family, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, The CMCs, Fluttershy, Luster and her pals, Diamond Tiara, Silver Spoon, and even the Washouts."
"Wow!" Sunset said happily. "More power to you."
Twilight hopped back on Staraptor's back. "Goid luck, Sunset."
Twilight and Spike fly off to continue their training. As Sunset and her friends continue their journey, they see Pinkie and her sister, Maud, train their Pokémon.
"Fraxure," Pinkie calls out, "Dragon Claw."
Fraxure came at a rock creature with long arms and short legs. Maud reacted in a determined tone. "Try to handle this, little sister. Graveler, Rollout!"
The rock creature rolled fast and knocked Fraxure off his feet.
"That's a good move, Maud." Pinkie praised.
"Thanks, Pinkie." Maud replied in a more emotional tone than her usual personality. "After Geodude evolved, we started perfecting that move."
Sunny was shocked. "I guess when Maud trains or battles, her monotone mood is set aside."
Sunset takes out her Pokédex. "So, that's a Graveler. Huh?"
Graveler, the Rock Pokémon and the evolved form of Geodude. The Pokédex said. When Graveler tucks into a ball, everybody gets out of the way.
Pinkie and Maud waved hello to Sunset before resuming their training. Sunset knows now that everyone is preparing for a battle against Team Flare. Soon, they see Applejack feeding a big Boulder creature as Rarity and Delcatty rest from their training.
"Hi, Applejack." Sunset greeted.
"Howdy, Sunset." Applejack replied. "Me and Rarity are taking a break from training. Delcatty and Boldore here are getting stronger.
Sunset took out her Pokédex to study this Pokémon. Boldore, the Ore Pokémon and the evolved form of Roggenrola. The crystals on Boldore's body is a good source of power that's very useful.
The former bully is impressed. "Useful indeed."

Hi, friends. Sunset Shimmer here. Which Pokémon has a little head on its tail?

As the trio continues on the path, they saw Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon in the fishing area.
"Hi, guys." Sunset called.
"Hello, Sunset. " Diamond Tiara replied. "Nice to see you again."
"I was told that you guys are helping in our battle against Team Flare. "
"You bet we are." Diamond tosses her Poké Balls. "Here's proof."
Out pops her Loudred and a blue creature with a swirl on its belly. Sunset studies them with her Pokédex. Loudred was first. Loudred, the Big Voice Pokémon and the evolved form of Whismur. When it shouts, it's ears act as speakers. Then, she studies the water Pokémon. Poliwhirl, the Tadpole Pokémon and the evolved form of Poliwag. This Pokémon can live on land and water.
Silver Spoon tosses her own Poké Balls. "Check out my Pokémon too."
Out pops a Jumpluff and what looks like a lime green winged insect. Sunset learns of this creature. Vibrava, the Vibration Pokémon and the evolved form of Trapinch. It uses it's wings to create ultrasonic waves.
"So," Sunset said, "you have your own Jumpluff. And, you have a Vibrava."
"Silver Spoon is fortunate." Diamond Tiara replied. "When a Trapinch evolves into a Vibrava, it develops Dragon traits."
"I was surprised when I learned that fact." Silver added as she looks at her Pokémon happily. "I'm so proud of them."
Later, Sunset, Sunny, and Izzy arrived at Lumiose City. They called it a day at a Pokémon Center near the cafe Sunset heard about. She looks at the cafe with a determined look on her face. "Sleep peacefully, Lysandre. Tomorrow, me and my friends are on our way. Then, you'll be in for a rude awakening."

Okay, trainers. If you said that it’s Girafarig: The Long Neck Pokemon, you’re right.
