Later, the heroes followed Tawna in her new chariot.
"How's the chariot handling, Tawna?" Crash asked.
"Not too shabby!" Tawna responded.
"You three aren't half bad with tools." Raph noted.
"Well, we did build and ride go-kart." Coco said.
"You got to tell us when the next time you guys race." Sonata replied.
"A race?! Oh, I am so in!" Rainibow Dash cheered.
"Ditto!" Skunture agreed.
"Next opportunity we get, we're building some vehicles and racing!" Crash chuckled.
"Although, if you want speed, wait until you see Fluttershy behind the wheel!" Pinkie responded as her friends from back home groaned in fear.
"What’s wrong?" Crash asked.
"Fluttershy tends to drive like a complete maniac!" Rainbow Dash answered.
"Wait, what?" Coco said in confusement.
"Did I hear that right?" Dingodile asked for confirmation.
"It's true. I loaned her a driving video game of mine and she beat my high score by running three Stop signs, five Red Lights, and a traffic cop!" Pinkie explained.
"Road rage, huh? I like that in a friend." Tawna said with a smile.
"Your girl's nuts, Crash." Casey uttered.
"Well, she always was the daredevil." Crash responded.
"Ooh-ooh… I don’t know if I should be excited or frightened to meet Fluttershy." Rilla Roo said in fear.
"She's mostly harmless." Mikey responded.
"It’s true." Sonata confirmed.
"But from what I heard about her, you don’t want to be on the receiving end of her stare." Vixot added.
"That's true!" Raph agreed with a laugh.
"Seriously!" Grihoga added as the heroes re-entered the tundra before overhearing two Bratgirls chatting.
"What’s going on over there?" Skunture wondered.
"Heh, Nina ain't queen bee anymore!" A Bratgirl snickered.
"Like, for sure! She’s a sore thumb now!" The second Bratgirl agreed.
"After we crush her in the science fair, she'll be royally humiliated." The first Bratgirl added.
"Yeah, like totes!" The second Bratgirl agreed before Tawna launched her grappling hook and grabbed the two Bratgirls.
"So, where do you girls think Nina is in the school?" Tawna asked.
"We ain't saying anything!" The first Bratgirl refused.
"Really?" Rainbow Dash challenged as she, Skunture and Raph cracked their knuckles and Casey brought out his taser, scaring the two minions.
"We saw Nina there, but she ain't our boss anymore!" The first Bratgirl responded.
"You all just abandoned her?" Crash asked in confusion.
"Yeah, so what?" The second Bratgirl retorted before Dingodile sucked them into his Blow Blaster.
"You want to do it, Buddy?" Dingodile asked.
"Nah, go ahead." Crash answered.
"Thanks, mate." Dingodile responded as he fired them out at amazing speed.
"And it’s outta here!" Sonata commented.
"I am seriously not regretting switching sides." Dingodile said.
"Glad you feel that way." Sonata responded as everyone walked up to the school, security was powerfully tight.
"Yeesh! For a public school, this place has tight private school security!" Mikey noted.
"We could wait until schools out and nab Nina as she's leaving..." Crash started as he unsheathed his Bokken Sword with everyone thinking about it. "Or we could go about fun wise and fight our way to Nina." Crash finished suggesting with everyone agreeing with the second option as Rilla Roo threw his hammer and the gate was smashed opened.
"Ooh-ooh! And that opens the campus." Rilla Roo said as everyone held on to Roadroller and Tawna's chariot as they barreled inside.
"Here we..." Rainbow Dash started as the Roadroller and Tawna's chariot rammed through the front doors. "Go!"
"Crash, you take the goofballs and find Nina. The rest of us will cause a distraction." Raph said.
"Alright!" Crash responded.
"But let us know if you're having trouble!" Raph added.
"Raph..." Mikey called out before he whispered something to Raph, who nodded.
"Sure thing." Raph said.
"Ooh! What did you tell him, Mikey?" Pinkie asked.
"A little... insurance policy." Raph answered for Mikey.
"Huh. I wonder what that is." Grihoga said as Crash and the goofball trio entered the ventilation shift to cover more ground faster.
"Dudes, I found her!" Mikey called out as he, Crash and other two jumped down towards Nina.
"Yikes!" Pinkie yiped as she, Mikey and Sonata hid quickly before Nina saw Crash and Aku Aku.
"Oh, uh… Hey, Nina." Crash nervously greeted.
"Crash? Oh, great... You three. But what are you doing here? Get out of here! I hate you! You four ruined my life!" Nina hissed as she slapped both Crash and Aku Aku.
"Soooooooo uh… How’s it going?" Aku Aku asked.
"'How's it going?' 'How's it going?!' Ow!" Nina repeated before hissing in pain.
"Still got that swollen eye, huh?" Sonata rhetorically asked.
"I’m stuck in evil public school now! Oh, I used to be the queen of Madam Amberley’s private school. And now, I’m stuck with the dregs of society. All because for you four! Not to mention I'm still sore from the beating you gave me." Nina responded.
"Yeah. Anyway, we need your help." Aku Aku said.
"What?" Nina asked in surprise.
"Cortex is causing trouble again." Sonata said.
"And he’s got Crunch and some of our friends!" Aku Aku added.
"Oh, so you need my help?" Nina asked in amusement.
"Uh-huh." Pinkie answered.
"That's so cute. Don't let your butts get kicked on your way out the door." Nina scoffed as she started to push the four and Aku Aku out of the room.
"Please, Nina! We'll do anything!" Aku Aku pleaded.
"Anything?" Nine asked.
"Yes." Aku Aku answered after a sigh.
"You could just tell us." Mikey changed the subject.
"Why would I do that?" Nina asked in skeptism.
"If you thought the beating we gave you was bad, think about how bad my older brother's beating will be. Raph!" Mikey called as Raph showed up.
"Ya know Mikey, I’m glad you told me that plan. ‘Cause she is definitely worse than Cortex." Raph said with a smile as Nina looked up at him in horror.
"What was it you wanted, again?" Nina nervously asked.
"Just tell us what we need to know." Aku Aku answered as Nina calmed down.
"Sure thing there, shingles. Uncle Cortex made up with his old lab partner, N. Brio." Nina said.
"N. Brio?" The heroes asked in confusion and surprise.
"Uncle Cortex may talk a big game, but N. Brio’s the one who actually built everything." Nina answered.
"Is he related to N. Gin?" Mikey asked.
"No clue." Nina responded.
"WE GOT TROUBLE!!!" Rainbow Dash shouted.
"Huh?" Crash, Raph and the three goofballs noticed.
"Sounds serious!" Sonata dreaded as she and her friends started going to where they heard Rainbow’s voice was.
"Good. Run along to the other side of the island. I’ve got evil plans to start." Nina said as she looked at a paper showing the combination of a cannon and a volcano. Before... "Yoink!" Mikey simply quipped as he swiped it away and ran off. "Drat! Back to the evil drawing board." Nina shrugged in defeat.
"Not before I teach you a lesson. You guys go ahead, I'll catch up." Raph said to Crash, Aku Aku and the goofballs.
"Just don’t overdo it, Raphie!" Pinkie warn as she and everyone else left Raph to his own pleasures.
"So... You attack my brother and friends in a giant Mechanical suit?" Raph asked as Nina smiled sheepishly, knowing she was going to be in pain.
"This is gonna hurt." Nina dreaded.
"Big time." Raph added as he walked closer and closer to the junior evil scientist, getting ready to beat the science out of her.
Meanwhile, with Rainbow Dash’s team, Crash, Aku Aku and the goofball trio showed up.
"So what's the problem?" Crash asked.
"It's Donnie and April!" Casey answered before everyone heard insane laughter.
"No...! This better not be-!" Crash dreaded before he was cut off by a blue kangaroo wearing a straight jacket, holding a cane, having blonde hair and mustache, and alternating orange and yellow eyes crash-landing right in front of them. "Ripper Roo!"
"That bad?" Mikey asked in concern.
"Calling Ripper 'insane' is an understatement!" Coco answered.
"But he's a good friend of mine!" Dingodile added.
"Think you can handle him alone, Dingo?" Mikey asked.
"Think I might need Rilla's help." Dingodile answered.
"Right behind you." Rilla Roo responded.
"Then we'll help the others snap Donnie and April out of it!" Pinkie said.
"Not without me you're not." Raph said, catching everyone's attention.
"How's Nina?" Sonata asked.
"Let's just say, she'll be suspended for a while." Raph answered.
"Oy..." Crash groaned at that unintentional pun.
"She had it coming." Raph added.
"How about some help?" Casey asked as he was struggling.
"Alright!" Raph answered.
"Come on, everyone!" Crash said as everyone split up into two teams while Dingodile and Rilla Roo stayed behind to take on Ripper Roo.
"Sorry to do this." Dingodile apologized as he started firing his pistols, but with Ripper Roo being so crazy, he hippity-hoppity bounced out of the way. "Rilla, grab him!"
"Ooh-ooh! Okay!" Rilla Roo responded as he tried to grab the looney kangaroo, but Ripper Roo jumped out of the way, and each tile he landed on and jumped off turned into TNT and Nitro crates.
"Easy, mate. It's us, Dingodile and Rilla Roo. Your friends." Dingodile said, trying to reach his friend. But due to Ripper Roo watching something insane, he only laughed madly as he continued hippity-hopping from tile to tile, making more explosives.
"Uh-ooh! We need to watch our step!" Rilla Roo warned, trying to dodge the TNT explosions and Nitro tiles.
"Rilla, throw me at him." Dingodile said.
"Ooh-ooh-okay!" Rilla Roo replied as he threw Dingodile, who managed to nab Ripper.
"Sorry ‘bout this, mate." Dingodile apologized as he grabbed Ripper's NV and crushed it, causing Ripper Roo to suddenly feel so dizzy, he fell forward to take a nap.
"He's okay." Rilla Roo said as the two hybrids heard the crazy kangaroo snoring with his arms out on the ground.
"Yep. That’s Ripper for ya." Dingodile agreed.
"Ok... How about helping us?!" Casey requested, making Dingodile and Rilla Roo looked towards him.
"Sorry for the wait." Dingodile apologized.
"I'll hang back and watch Ripper." Rilla Roo said.
"Kay." Dingodile responded as got to Casey and the others, seeing that NV April was throwing everyone around like nothing.
"Ooh, boy. Those Kraang tentacles will be trouble." Pinkie noted.
"What is she even watching?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"How should I know?!" Raph retorted as NV April was currently watching a paranormal investigation documentary.
"If she’s like Donnie, maybe spooky investigations." Mikey guessed with a giggle.
"Might be useful if we have to fight a Demodragon again." Pinkie noted, making Sonata shutter at the mention of that.
"I am seriously glad my sisters and me missed that fight. I've had nightmares about Kavaxas." Sonata shivered, shocking Mikey and Raph.
"Wait, you know him?!" Mikey asked.
"Me and my sisters heard the legends. I threw up in terror." Sonata fearfully answered.
"Maybe we should ask your sisters about that after this whole thing’s over with." Raph suggested.
"As a precaution?" Sonata assumed.
"Maybe." Raph simply answered as everyone dodged NV April's attacks.
"Everyone spread out and get her confused." Crash ordered.
"You do know she’s psychic, right?" Raph reminded.
"We attack from multiple points, she won't be able to focus on all of us." Crash retorted.
"Oh." Raph realized.
"Come on!" Crash said.
"Right!" The rest of Crash's team responded as everyone swarmed at NV April. Crash's plan was working as NV April tried to attack, but the team struck from different directions.
"Too complicated, huh red?" Casey taunted as Crash managed to get close and whacked the NV clean off April's head. "That’s game!" Casey quipped as April turned back to normal, but fell backwards, fortunately caught by Crash.
"She’s like Karai, so she’ll need to rest." Crash reminded.
"Great, now how about helping us?" Coco requested as she was blocking NV Donnie's attacks.
"Sure, sis!" Crash responded as he and everyone else ran to help the other team.
"Thanks to that NV, Donnie is covered in electrified rocks!" Coco informed.
"Dudes, pop-rocks!" Mikey named the stones as Coco started doing some calculations.
"I have a plan. Just get me in close." Coco said.
"Alright!" Raph responded as everyone distracted NV Donnie while Coco rushed forward.
"Hey, shellhead! Over here!" Mikey taunted, making NV Donnie attack him as Coco snuck up behind him.
"Almost there." Coco uttered as she magnetized her whip to her shield and threw it at Donnie's NV, with the blades fortunately damaging only the NV and not Donnie. "There." Coco simply said as the pop-rocks crumbled off of Donnie and he returned to normal.
"Not bad." Raph admitted.
"Oh man... Brain drain." Donnie groaned as his two older and younger brothers got to him.
"You okay, Don?" Mikey asked in concern.
"Mikey? Raph? Where are we?" Donnie responded in confusion.
"Long story, buddy. What's the last thing you remember?" Raph requested.
"Uh... I... Don't know. Ugh... So dizzy..." Donnie groaned before fainting into his brothers' arms out of exhaustion, making Raph sigh.
"Not usually one to say this, but let's get them back to Crash's house before finding this N. Brio." Raph admitted before everyone heard laughter, looking towards the source to see Ripper Roo awake from his nap.
"What a rush!" Ripper Roo said with a laugh as everyone except the Wumpa Islanders were surprised how full of energy Ripper Roo was. "Dingo!"
"Hahaha! Ya haven’t changed a bit, Ripper!" Dingodile laughed.
"Hyahahahahaha!!! Neither have you!" Ripper Roo responded.
"Not completely true, buddy." Dingodile lightly argued.
"Permission to lose consciousness out of exhaustion." Ripper Roo requested.
"Knock yourself out." Dingodile answered as Ripper Roo gave out a big breath before falling down again, taking another nap, leaving the ninjas in absolute confusion.
"Man. That Ripper Roo, is so random." Rainbow Dash uttered.
"Yeah, but he's mostly harmless. I'll take him to my Diner and catch up later." Dingodile said as he picked up Ripper Roo and headed off to his diner, but not before he saw Grihoga taking a bit of a glance with a blush at Ripper Roo, making him chuckle at that.
"You weren't kidding about 'insane' being an understatement." Raph noted.
"But he is fun to fight." Crash admitted.
"Indeedy!" Pinkie agreed before Tawna rushed in.
"Guys, we got trouble back home!" Tawna informed.
"What is it?" Crash asked.
"Your house is being invaded!" Tawna answered.
"What?!" Crash gasped.
"And worse, Pinstripe and Grooviona are there!" Tawna added, much to everyone else's confusion.
"Who?" The ninjas asked, confused about who this Pinstripe was.
"Pinstripe Potoroo. He used to be one of Cortex’s henchmen." Crash explained.
"Anyone else thinking this is getting too coincidental?" Sonata asked.
"Yes." Everyone else answered stoically.
"Good, ‘cause even I see a pattern." Sonata noted.
"And it’s a good thing, too." Coco added.
"Why?" Shini asked.
"Because that means we’ll have more friends to fight alongside us against Cortex." Coco explained.
"Assuming they'll listen." Crash added.
"I’m sure they will." Sonata said.
"Let's worried about that when we still have a house." Coco reminded.
"Right." Crash agreed.
"Let's get moving!" Raph shouted.
"Here we go!" Casey declared as everyone started heading back to Crash's house.
Meanwhile...
"Hello? A little help, please." Nina said in a high-pitched voice as she was hanging by her underwear on the flagpole. "Hellooooo?" Nina repeated before suddenly, she heard a ripping sound. "Oh no!" Nina dreaded as the next thing she knew, the ground was coming to her fast.
