You look through your telescope, eager to get your night's fill on melodramatic nonsense. 

Far, far away, (and I mean FAR), there was a little blue dot, much like our own. A soft smile formed on your lips as you zoomed in further.

And then Equestria's moon obscured your view, complete with that one moon pony that seemed to always be there.

Moon pony waved at you.

You didn't wave back, because it'd be impossible for her to see if you did anyway.

You look away from the telescope for a moment, then peer into it again.

Moon pony is gone.

Moon pony tapped on your shoulder.

You screamed.
