It is a great day in Canterlot City, especially at Canterlot High School. Know why? Because tonight would be a meteor shower, and Sunset and the girls invited their friends from New York, who happened to be the Turtles, Ninjas, Mutanimals, Dazzlings, Bebop and Rocksteady.
Later, that night at Canterlot High...
"Ooh! I'm so excited!" Twilight squealed.
"Me too!" Donnie agreed.
"Come on. It's just some falling stars, big deal." Raph shrugged, making Rarity gasp.
"Raphael! Seeing these stars give me new inspiration for clothe designs, other than that, of course they're a big deal!" Rarity said.
"Rarity, calm down and quit being a drama queen. We're here to have fun watching." Rainbow Dash told her friend.
"Rainbow's right. Let's just watch the show." Sunset agreed as everyone at CH saw white lines fall diagonally in the sky, signaling the start of the meteor shower.
But then, Bebop spotted something. "Yo, peeps, is it just me, or do some of them comets look a little dark and orange?"
Everyone looked closer and saw that Bebop was right. "Da, you're right comrade. Comets are looking bit dark orange."
"I don't find that normal at all." Professor Honeycutt said.
"I don't disagree with that, old chap." Rockwell added in agreement.
"Uh, dudes? I think those orange meteors are headin' straight for us." Mondo said.
Mikey started looking through a telescope Twilight lended him, before turning pale in fright. "Mondo's right guys, they comin' right at us!"

The meteors started hitting the ground, only to damage their crash sites with minimal explosions as big as them, which are about human-sized. But those unfortunate enough to get hit them found themselves trapped in some kind of crystal substance.
Then Kraang ships appear out of nowhere alongside some strange boat-like ships that had propellers as their masts, followed by a giant UFO.
"GAH!!! ALIEN INVASION!" Pinkie screamed.
"This isn't good!" Sonata dreaded.
"Kraang!" Leatherhead noticed.
"Them again?" Applejack deadpanned.
"So they're the Kraang you told me about?" Bandit asked.
"Yep. That's them alright." Pigeon Pete answered.
"Then we gotta stop their plan, whatever it is!" Slash said.
"Come, Raphael! We will defeat them together. Rokka-rokka!" Mona Lisa said.
"You got it, Mona!" Raphael agreed.
"Everyone, take 'em down!" Leo ordered as everyone scattered to fight the Kraang and save other people from meteors and those trapped in crystals.
After a while, they noticed some of the ships directly above the school.
"No way, are they after Canterlot High?" April asked in confusion.
"I think they are, Red. But why?" Casey added.
"I don't think we have time for questions." Karai said.

"She's right, let's go!" Sunset ordered as everyone headed to Canterlot High to find out what's going on, only for the UFO to use three laser beams to cut a circle around the school campus, followed by some of the boat-like ships shooting chained ballistas at the edges of the circle. The ships started to go up, lifting Canterlot High off the ground as there was a magical glowed on the building with a flash.
"What are they doing?" Aria asked.
"I don't know, but I don't like the looks of it." Sonata said
"Oh no! Don't tell me!" Adagio dreaded as she was proven right when they passed through the atmosphere.
"THEY'RE GOING INTO OUTER SPACE?!" The Rainbooms, Turtles, Ninjas, Dazzlings, Mutanimals, Spike, Professor Honeycutt, Bebop and Rocksteady gasped in absolute surprise and shock.
"This is not good!" Spike dreaded.

"How are we still breathing?!" Leo added as everyone realized they weren’t struggling, before hearing a cackle, looking toward the source, revealing to be a humanoid reptile wearing glasses, a wizard's attire, and holding a wand.
"Eep! What is that?" Fluttershy asked in fright.
"So you're the turtles, rainbooms, ninjas, mutants and alien that caused the Kraang so much trouble. Well, so long! Enjoy your flight!" The reptile taunted as he swung his wand, casting a spell they blasted everyone on the front away into space, making everyone scream as they flied away into the dark depths. The reptile cackled while another reptile like it floated away, before it casted a spell on Canterlot High and all of the ships surrounding it, teleporting them to who knows where.
Meanwhile, with the heroes…
"*Gasp!* Can't breathe!" Sunset gasped, running low on air.
"Oh dear, this is not good at all!" Professor Honeycutt said in fright.
"Oh! This is terrible!" An unknown voice whimpered as the cyborg saw another reptile wizard. "If I knew this would happen, I never would've joined him in the first place!"
"Who's 'him?'" Honeycutt asked.
"It doesn't matter right now." The wizard said as he casted a spell on those who were having trouble breathing.
"What did you do to them?!" Honeycutt gasped in horror.
"Calm down. Now they'll be able to breathe in space, but it looks like I couldn't keep them from passing out. I know what to do! I'll send all of you to where he's going, so that you can help him defeat the Kraang and Lord Bowser!" The wizard said in happiness.
"Who's Bowser?" Honeycuut asked.
"Only the king of the Koopas. But that might not be enough. Oh, I got it! I’ll get some help!" The wizard declared as he teleported all of the heroes to who knows where before casting another spell that disappeared. "I hope they'll help you, super plumber." The wizard uttered before teleporting back to the ships.
Meanwhile, in Equestria, the Young 6 and Bright Eyes were outside, training with Starlight Glimmer.
“Phew, you seven are getting better and better at this.” Starlight sighed in amazement.
“Thanks, Starlight.” Bright Eyes said in gratitude.
“Honestly, I think we’ll be as good as Leo and his brothers if we keep this up.” Sandbar added.
“Um, we probably shouldn’t get ahead of ourselves.” Ocellus replied.
“Come on, Ocellus. We’re awesome!” Smolder said.
“Yeah, we’re totally awesome!” Gallus agreed.
“Yak and friends smash enemies!” Yona said.
“Wow! Being a ninja is so much fun!” Silverstream cheered.
“No, Ocellus is right. Try not to get ahead of yourselves.” Starlight Glimmer said, before everycreature felt some wind picking up.
“Wait, what’s going on?” Bright Eyes asked.
“I don’t know, but I have a bad feeling about it.” Sandbar responded, before a portal appeared behind them.
“A PORTAL?!” Everycreature gasped in surprise, before the Young 6 and Bright Eyes got sucked in.
“Oh no! I gotta find and tell Twilight about this!” Starlight gasped as she ran off to find the Mane 6.
