Back in Equestria, at Hayseed Swamp, Mage Meadowbrook was doing some cleaning when something reflects the sunlight into her eyes "What?" She wondered as she searched for the source of reflection, finding a strange amulet shaped like a mask. "Aku Aku." Meadowbrook said in sadness as she remembered the good times she had with her friend, before the amulet glowed a bright color. And when the light vanished, she looked around her to see a blue mask sleeping. "Lani-Loli?!"
Lani-Loli shook his head, waking up to see the Pillar of Healing. "Meadowbrook? Meadowbrook! You're alive!" The Quantum Mask of Space said in joy as he went to the earth pony mare.
"Well, Ah have been trapped in the limbo for a thousand years with mah friends. But if y’all are here and the Quantum Masks are back, then that means…" Meadowbrook realized before Lani Loli noticed something, making him gasp. What Meadowbrook saw was a large tear in the air leading into stars and space.
"I-Is that a q-q-q-quantum rift?!" Lani-Loli panicked as he started taking deep breaths in and out to calm himself, only to fail.
"Lani-Loli, relax. The others are close by, right?" Meadowbrook asked as she help calm Lani-Loli.
"Luckily for us, yes they are. But I’m sensing Akano in… *Gulp!* Dimension X! Anyway, I’m going to find the source of these rifts, so me and my siblings can keep them shut. But it’s great seeing you again, it really made me feel less panicked." Lani Loli admitted, making Meadowbrook giggle at that.
"It was great seeing you too, Lani-Loli. It’s great to see some friends every once in a while." Meadowbrook said as the Quantum Mask of Space went into the rift, before getting upset about missing her friend.
Meanwhile in Crash's world, he and his friends were teleported to N. Sanity Beach.
"So why is it called N. Sanity Beach, Crash?" Sonata asked.
"Actually, I don’t… know…" Crash trailed off as he saw how far they were from the factory.
10:05-10:20
"NO! IT CAN'T BE! DANG YOU! DANG YOU ALL TO THE UNDERWORLD!" Crash whined as everyone laughed and clapped at his performance.
"A+ acting, Crash." Mikey said.
"That was hilarious, Crash!" Pinkie added.
"Yeah! I couldn’t stop laughing!" Sonata agreed.
"That was so funny!" Foxer said as she was laughing like a hyena.
0:05-0:20
Crash sprung to his feet and bowed in admiration. "Thank you, everyone. You've been a wonderful audience."
"Not a bad performance, mate. Classic." Dingodile said.
"Come on, Astronaut Taylor. Let's set up a campsite." Pinkie suggested.
"Yeah, we'll attack the factory in the morning." Mikey added.
"Yeah, *Yawn…!* good idea. Feeling pretty tired." Grihoga yawned.
"Feelin’ plum tuckered out myself." Armalion agreed.
"I guess we could all use some sleep." Solava admitted.
Soon after the Titans fell asleep, Crash and his friends started eating by the fire.
"Beautiful night." Mikey said.
"Yeah, kinda wish the others were here. And not just because I miss everyone." Sonata admitted.
"Yeah… Me too." Pinkie agreed.
"Sounds like you miss your friends and families, mates." Dingodile noticed.
"Yeah, but it's also the fact that we're seriously under prepared." Mikey added.
"I gotta admit, it doesn't look good. Even with the Titans, we don't have much help." Crash admitted.
"Do not let despair weaken your strength, everyone." A familiar voice advised as the spirit of Master Splinter appeared behind them.
"Master Splinter!" Mikey and Pinkie Pie gasped.
"Michelangelo and Pinkie Pie, it is good to see you both again." Splinter said.
"Master Splinter." Sonata awed.
"And you too, Sonata." Splinter added, making her smile.
"So you’re Hamato Yoshi, also known as Splinter." Aku Aku said.
"Indeed. I have heard of you as well, Aku Aku." Splinter responded as Crash approached Splinter with his Bokken Sword in its sheath in his hands and a shamed expression on his face.
"This belongs to your clan, Splinter. Not with me." Crash said.
"No, Crash Bandicoot. You deserved it when you decided to help one of my sons and his friends. You’re capable of being a leader like Leonardo. And I admit, that act of yours was quite amusing." Splinter admitted as everyone chuckled at the memory, and Crash gaining his trademark smile.
"Thank you." Crash said in gratitude.
"Sensei, why are you here exactly?" Mikey asked.
"I came to tell you all not to lose faith. While the task ahead of you is dangerous and that you are not at full strength, you have enough heart to win against the evil ahead of you." Splinter explained.
"Heehee… Thanks, sensei. We needed that encouragement." Pinkie admitted.
"No doubt about that." Sonata agreed.
"Good. Oh, one other thing before I go. Be careful. Unfriendly eyes spy on you as we speak." Splinter warned them as Dingodile rubbed his eyes.
"Me eyes aren’t playing tricks, are they? I’m really seeing a ghost?" Dingodile asked in surprise.
"Yes, you are, Dingo." Sonata answered.
"You must be Dingodile. You have my gratitude for helping my son and his friends. And I assure you, I mean you no harm." Splinter thanked in reassurance, calming the hybrid mutant.
"Thanks, I needed that." Dingodile said with a sigh of relief.
"Until we meet again, my son, my students and my friends." Splinter said his farewell, disappearing before the heroes, voodoo mask and reformed villain heard the sounds of monkeys.
"That didn't sound friendly." Mikey noticed.
"Wake up the Titans. We make for the factory now." Crash said.
But after the titans were waken up, everyone smelled something foul.
"Dude! Who cut the cheese? What's that's smell?" Mikey asked as everyone plugged their nose before a green bomb exploded in front of them.
"AMBUSH!" Sonata shouted before noticing the ripple in the water. "What’s that in the water?" She wondered before a monkey like creature jumped out of a bush and latched onto Sonata.
Then a splash occurred, revealing a orca/elephant hybrid titan jumping out of the water. Then the heroes saw a fox hoping bellow something, but when it stopped, the being above it let loose a green gas cloud from the rear end, knocking out the baby fox, revealing the culprit to be a vulture/skunk hybrid titan.
"ANOTHER AMBUSH!!!" Foxer shouted.
"STALAG, GIVE A SPIKE BARRIER! SONATA, TAKE CRABUSK AND TAKE OUT THAT STINKY ARTILLERY!" Crash ordered.
"Right!" Stalag acknowledged as he created a barrier around the campsite while Sonata rushed out.
"Get off me!" Sonata yelled as she got the monkey minion off of her.
The monkey decided to attack once more, only to be sucked into Dingodile's Blow Blaster.
"Thought I'd give you a hand." Dingodile said with a crocodile smile.
"Thanks, Dingo." Sonata thanked the hybrid as another monkey minion showed up.
"I'm an evil monkey!" The monkey minion shouted when Sonata was attacked from behind by the vulture/skunk titan.
Dingodile fired his water gun, its force stunning the creature, leaving Sonata confused.
"What? You think an ordinary water gun would be dangerous." Dingodile quipped
"Nevermind, I'll jack it." Sonata said as she got onto the mutant titan, jacking it. But when she did, a bright light covered the titan. When it faded, the titan's purple fur was cyan, its white stripe was a rainbow of brilliant amaranth, brilliant vermilion, pale light grayish olive, moderate harlequin, moderate cerulean and moderate purple, its hands were white with light violet claws, its feet were brown, and its beak was yellow.
"Ugh... Anyone got the number of the train that hit me? Wait... I can talk?! AWESOME!" The titan cheered.
"Huh, guess you're on our side now." Dingodile noticed as he blasted the monkey minions out of his Blow Blaster.
"Hey, thanks for snapping me out of it. If you wanna know what I am, I'm a Stench, half vulture, half skunk, but all awesome!" The Stench titan explained, making Sonata giggle.
"You're just like Rainbow Dash. Think you can help us?" Sonata asked.
"You kidding?! Of course I will! This is gonna be awesome!" The Stench titan declared with a fist pump.
Meanwhile, Crash and company were standing their ground well.
"Pinkie. Put Solava on." Crash told Pinkie.
"You got it!" Pinkie agreed with Solava giving a nod as she turned into her mask form, allowing Pinkie to don it, transforming into a mutant turtle like Mikey, except there were volcanic rocks on the arms and legs, and she had a shell like Slash's. "Hope you apes are ready for Pinkava!" Pinkava shouted as she swung the sickle of her weapon into the ground, causing a fault line with exploding magma leaking out of it, knocking out monkey minions left and right. But then she felt her shell getting squirted at by one of the orca/elephant titans, who seemed a bit more slim from the others.
"A Whalelphant...probably not a good combo." Mikey dreaded for the mutant titan.
"Why is that? And did you just come up with that name?" Aku Aku asked.
"Yeah and a whale is a marine mammal." Mikey answered.
"Well mate, that kind of whale is an orca!" Crash pointed out.
"Mikey! Get ready to jack it!" Pinkava said as she did an elbow drop on the Whalephant titan, stunning it.
"Got it, dudette!" Mikey confirmed as he got onto the titan and jack it, but then a light covered the mutant titan. When it faded, the black on the Whalephant's head and tale was now moderate indigo with the white all over the body, lower jaw and eyeshadows becoming light sapphire bluish gray, its nails becoming moderate purple, and gained amethyst violet tribal tattoos on the titan's whitish body.
"Oh... Being controlled... Was the WORST, POSSIBLE, THING! Wait, I have a voice! Oh, simply marvelous!" The Whalephant titan dreaded, before becoming happy that she can speak.
"Hey! That Whalephant talks just like Rarity!" Pinkava noted, making the Whalephant notice the others.
"Thank you very much for freeing me from control of that dastardly Nina, darling." The Whalephant said in gratitude as she did a little curtsy bow.
"Hey, how would you like the name, Orciamond?" Pinkava asked.
"Ooh! I love it! Makes me sounds like a diamond!" Orciamond agreed with excitement.
"Attack!" A monkey ordered as he and his allies charged.
"Allow me to take care of these ruffians!" Orciamond offered as she shot bursts of water out of her blowhole at the monkeys, soaking them wet, with some heavy damage to boot.
"Doom Monkeys, retreat!!!" The Doom Monkey ordered as he and the others started to run away, only to go faster by Sonata throwing her kunai, and Dingodile sniping them
"And stay out!" Sonata told the retreating Doom Monkey as she, Dingodile and their new friend came back, making everyone else noticed them. "Meet out new friend who happens to be a Stench."
Pinkava took off the mask, turning back to Pinkie Pie. "Wow! We're getting a lot of friends here, aren't we? How about we name you, Skunture?" Pinkie asked.
"Yeah! That name sounds awesome!" Skunture answered in excitement, when Crash got an idea.
"Skunture, do you know the way to the factory?" Crash asked.
"Yeah, but if you want fast, the quickest way is through the Doom Monkey village. If you don't mind the Planet of the Apes vibe." Skunture answered, hinting the ninja trio about her need for speed, before shocking them that she knows about that.
"What?! You guys have those kinds of movies too?!" Pinkie asked in complete surprise.
"It's a classic franchise." Crash answered.
"Wow!!!" Mikey, Pinkie and Sonata awed in amazement.
"Can we discuss this later?" Crash asked, snapping them out of it.
"Right, sorry. My bad." Mikey apologized as everyone got on the Roadroller carriage and headed out.
"Anyone else worried about being enslaved?" Sonata asked in concern.
"I'm sure all other kinds of mutant titans are, Sonata." Foxer answered in a "matter of fact" tone.
"Good point." Sonata admitted.
"But yeah, I might've seen it enough to be freaked." Crash added, shivering from the experiences.
"Told you it wasn't a smart idea to watch it for three days straight." Aku Aku told the bandicoot with a smug smile.
"Don't worry, mate. I'll watch your back." Dingodile said, holding up his water pistols.
"I'll help Dingodile with keeping an eye out for enemies." Sonata added.
"Really? Alright." Dingodile said, accepting the help.
"Thanks." Sonata responded in gratitude while unknown to anyone, there was a Spybot was monitoring their progress.
Meanwhile at the factory...
"Oh great... They know the location of the factory, and Dingodile's teamed up with Crash and the others." Nina deadpanned.
"Doesn't matter. We're ahead of schedule and my plan to get the Siren on our side is coming along nicely." Uka Uka said.
"You're right, Uka Uka. Because from the look of things, just the mere thought of mutants being turned into slaves can send Sonata into a fit of rage." Nina noticed.
"Which means, the more loyal mutants we enslave, the angrier she'll get, and the more likely the dark magic will take over her." Uka Uka realized, before being interrupted by N. Gin.
"Does that mean Hawaiian Shirt Day is cancelled at the factory?" The cyborg asked, making Nina and Uka Uka give unsure look and decide to discuss in private later.
"Nah, keep it on schedule. The Company Picnic is... Debatable." Nina answered, with a bit of hesitation on that last word.
"Oh! And I better warn the Doom Monkeys about the bandicoot's arrival with his delicious mutant friends!" N. Gin realized as he ran off.
"I seriously think that dimwit cyborg only has half a brain." Uka Uka deadpanned.
"I'm seriously more concerned by which term he means 'Delicious'." Nina added with a shiver, while even though Coco was currently under their control, she heard everything.
"Oh... I hope N. Gin doesn't eat me. Hurry Crash, Mikey, Pinkie and Sonata!" Coco thought, concerned about her brother and friends.
