After Celestia had catch Shellos, she and Lumi was walking through the forest on their way to Oreburgh city but there was one problem, they were lost. It was almost night and they had been walking all day looking for the road, but no luck.
“We are lost, aren’t we?” Said Celestia as they stop for a break.
Lumi look around. “I don’t want to admit it but yes, let’s go with your idea and let Rookidee find the road.” She said while scratching her head.
Letting Rookidee find the main road was something Celestia suggested a while back when they were lost. “Finally.” Celestia took out Rookidee Pokéball and released the tiny bird Pokémon who hovered in front of its trainer. “Rookidee, can you please fly up and find the main road so we can get out of this forest?” Rookidee nodded and flew up and started to search. “Now we wait.”
It took a few minutes before Rookidee came back, he then started to lead the girls through the forest. It didn’t take them long before they arrived at a clearing in the forest and there was something that Celestia wasn’t too happy to see and that was bugs, they were flying but they look like bugs and there was many of them.
Celestia took out her dex to confirm. She pointed at the blue one with white wings.
Butterfree the butterfly Pokémon. It loves the nectar of flowers and can locate flower patches that have even tiny amounts of pollen.
Then one that was white with blue, red and yellow in the wings.
Beautifly the butterfly Pokémon. When flowers fields bloom, it flits around, collecting pollen. Despite its appearance, it is savage.
The last one was black and it’s wings was yellow and red.
Mothim the moth Pokémon. It does not keep a nest. It flies over fields and mountains in constant search of its much beloved nectar.
They were flying around the area and it look like they were playing. “Look at that, isn’t it cute. Right?” She look over at Celestia who was shaking. “Seriously Celestia, they are just Pokémon.”
Celestia knew but it didn’t help. “I know but they are still scary, can we just go already?”
Lumi couldn’t help but roll her eyes. “Fine, let’s go around them.” So they did.
Before they could find the main road, the night had arrived and the two trainers had set up camp and they were ready to go to bed when something weird happened, it started to snow.
Bot of them was puzzled by what was happening, Lumi was the first on to say something. “What is going on? It shouldn’t snow this far south.” The both look up and saw a giant moth fly over them, it was the Pokémon who was making it snow. “What’s that?” Said Lumi as she took out her dex, Celestia did it to.
Frosmoth the frost moth Pokémon. Icy scales fall from its wings like snow as it flies and mountains. The temperature of its wings is less than -290 degrees Fahrenheit.
Lumi smiled when she saw the data. “It’s a ice type, I am going to catch it.” She then ran after the Pokémon. Celestia just watch as she ran wondering why? She then ran after Lumi.
Both girls arrived the opening they saw the other bug Pokémon but they got a shock when they saw what was happening, the Frosmoth was attacking the other bug Pokémon with ice attack, mostly ice beam.
“Why is Frosmoth attacking the other bug Pokémon?” Celestia asked Lumi.
“It’s probably trying to invade on their territory.” Lumi then step forward with a Pokéball in her hand. “I will stop this by catching Frosmoth.” She then threw the ball. “Let’s do this Abomasnow.” Out came a giant white and green Pokémon.
Celestia remember Abomasnow from the Hoenn tournament but she have forgotten the data.
Abomasnow the frosted tree Pokémon. It whips up blizzards in mountains that are always buried in snow. It is that abominable snowman.
Lumi on the other hand, was ready to attack. “Let’s get Frosmoth, use razor leaf.” The frosted tree Pokémon fired leaf’s from its hands which hit Frosmoth, it didn’t do much damage but it was enough to get it attention. Frosmoth fired away a ice beam towards Lumi’s Pokémon. “Let’s use our own ice beam.” Abomasnow fired away a ice beam from it’s mouth and both beams collied with each other.
At first it look like look both attacks was equally strong but then Abomasnow beam started to push back and managed to overpower Frosmoth’s attack, the frost moth Pokémon was hit hard in the chest. “Alright, let’s use brick break.” Abomasnow’s hand started to glow as the giant Pokémon started to run towards the moth who was still dazzle from the last attack, the fist attack hit hard and Celestia was amazed by how fast Abomasnow was. “Use another brick break.” The frosted tree Pokémon attack again and it was enough to knock it out. “Go Pokéball.” Lumi threw the ball and it hit, Frosmoth disappeared into the ball and then the ball wiggled three time, then they heard a klick and Lumi had now a Frosmoth.
Lumi walk over with a smile on her face and pick up the ball. “And that’s how you catch a Pokémon.” She look over to giant Pokémon. “Nice work Abomasnow.” The frosted tree Pokémon just smiled.
Lumi and Abomasnow walk back to Celestia who had watch it all. “That was impressed Lumi, your Abomasnow is strong.”
Lumi just smiled. “Of course, I had him since I left Sinnoh four months ago.”
Both of the look back at the clearing and saw that the three different bug Pokémon was grateful that Lumi saved them from Frosmoth, the girls waved at them as they went back to their camp.
The next day Celestia and Lumi managed to find the main road and could continue their travel towards Oreburgh city.
