One night, Principal Celestia, Vice Principal Luna, and Dean Cadance went to a hot spring resort in the mountains, but something huge scared them.

But when they looked again, the huge figure had disappeared.

Because of the event, Canterlot High did not open that day.





The next day, Rarity went out for a walk and came across a strange man on the ground.

"Are you okay, sir?" Rarity asked.

"I am, miss" said the man "It's just that I haven't bathed in hot springs for days and my body aches"





Rarity decided to invite the man, whose name was Tanba, to her house, and he took a bath in the bathtub.

Upon finishing their bath, he and Rarity became friends.

"Wow, it's wonderful to take a bath" said Tanba "Listen, Rarity".

"Yes?" Rarity asked.

"Remember one thing: the bath not only cleanses the body, but also the mind" said Tanba.

"I'll remember" Rarity said.

"Wow, I'm good as new" Tanba said "Thank you, Rarity".

And then, just as Rarity blinked, Tanba disappeared.

"What the...? Tanba?" said Rarity surprised "Where has he gone?"

THE SPA WARS







A few days later, Rarity, along with the rest of the Rainbooms, were placed under the protection of the Agents of S.P.A., a government agency that defines spas in the world.

At their headquarters, the Rainbooms met with two twin girls who seemed to be the leaders.





"Welcome to S.P.A., Rainbooms" the pink haired girl said "I am Lotus Blossom, and she is my partner, Aloe".

"Nice to meet you girls" said Aloe.

"Why have they brought us here?" Rainbow Dash asked, demanding an explanation. "We want to go home right now!".

Faced with that demand, Lotus began to explain the situation.

"The A.P.S. organization is a group of terrorists who hate bathing" Lotus said, before showing the Rainbooms a photo of a man "Their leader is Dr. Cranky Doodle, a dirty man in body and mind".





"Very soon they intend to execute a plan of world destruction" Aloe continued explaining.

"And what does all this have to do with us?" Applejack asked.

Faced with that question, Lotus revealed the solution.

"In order to stop the A.P.S. organization, we want to use the power of a certain spa" Lotus said "A legendary spa that grants great powers: The Fountain of the Golden Soul".

"The Golden Soul Fountain!?" the Rainbooms said at once.

"That's right" said Aloe "We need the power of that spa".

"And what does that spa have to do with us?" Sunset asked.

"It turns out that... the Fountain of the Golden Soul..." replied Lotus "It is located just below your house, Rainbooms".

"WHAAAT!?" the Rainbooms said at once.





Suddenly members of A.P.S., attacked the base and kidnapped the Rainbooms.

Doctor Cranky Doodle subjected them to the torture of "Dirtland", and made them confess.

After that, they left the Rainbooms in the forest.





"We started the plan to convert the planet into a spa! Spa lovers, your era will soon end" announced Doctor Cranky Doodle "And I will build the next era! Even the Fountain of the Golden Soul will be submerged, and the world will know terror".

Doctor Cranky Doodle's plan was to drill the planet with a huge robot.





The magma would heat the water, melt the ice, and turn the Earth into a spa.

The giant robot was advancing towards Canterlot City, destroying everything in its path.

Faced with this situation, the Rainbooms made a decision.

"Girls... let's go back to Canterlot City" Twilight said "It's OUR home!"

"YES!" the other Rainbooms yelled.

With a van provided by Lotus and Aloe, the Rainbooms raced towards Canterlot City, determined to save their home and the world!





Along the way, the Rainbooms witnessed how armies from across the country were powerless against A.P.S.'s robot.

But when they got home... The Golden Soul Fountain sprouted from the ground, turning their backyard into a spa!

"Is that spa capable of working miracles?" asked Doctor Cranky Doodle, who had arrived aboard his robot.

"That's right!" Lotus said.

"The real battle begins now!" Aloe said.

"Not so fast!" said a mysterious voice.

Hearing that voice, Rarity recognized who was speaking.

“Tanba? What are you doing here?” Rarity asked.

"Hello, Rarity" Tanba said "How are you doing?"

"Apart from the fact that we are facing a giant robot..." Rarity said "All good"

"Who are you?" Fluttershy asked.

"I'm Tanba" said Tanba introducing himself "The Spirit of the Hot Springs"

"A SPIRIT!?" they all yelled at the same time.

"Calm down, Rainbooms" Tanba said "With me here you have nothing to fear".

"Now that I think about it..." Lotus said, realizing what was happening "According to legend, in the Fountain of the Golden Soul there lives a spirit that fulfills the wishes of bathers"

"Rarity, your generosity showed me that you and your friends have a pure heart" Tanba said "And for that, Rainbooms, I grant you the honor of being the first to bathe in the Fountain".

Suddenly, after bathing in the Golden Soul Fountain, the Rainbooms became Spa Warriors!





"WHAT'S GOING ON?" Doctor Cranky Doodle yelled from his robot.

"You messed with the wrong city" Rarity said.

With their combined power, the Rainbooms destroyed the giant robot.

"Well done, Rainbooms!" Lotus said.

"You have saved the world, girls!" Aloe said.

In the end, using the Golden Soul Fountain, the Rainbooms reformed Doctor Cranky Doodle... who helped the Agents of S.P.A. to rebuild what the robot destroyed.





A few days later, the Rainbooms enjoyed a hot spring bath on the mountain.

"Tanba was right" Rarity said.

"On what, Rarity?" Sunset asked.

"The bath not only cleanses the body, but also the mind" Rarity said with a smile.
