"Gosh what is this place! It looks so run down!" AJ muttered as she and her friends walked through the building.
"Ohhh why do we have to be here?" Fluttershy squeaked. It looked like they were in a lobby with a front desk. The room seemed colorful and well conditioned despite how abandoned it really is. "Why did I agree to this?!"
"Oh don't be such a scaredy cat Fluttershy!" Rainbow teased. "It'll be fun! Exploring new places is always a blast!"
"Until someone gets hurt!" Fluttershy mumbled. Rarity scoffed.
"Rainbow Dash is right, darling. Besides there's nothing to worry about! Why I think this place, although a bit broken, is a splendid place to be!"
Rainbow walked up to the front desk and found a pc sitting there. She tried turning it on but due to years of being unused, it refused to boot up. She did find a green VHS tape however. "Jackpot!" She said excitedly.
"What didja find?!" Pinkie asked just as hyped. She looked over Rainbow's shoulder and gasp. "A VHS TAPE?! I HAVEN'T SEEN ONE IN AGES!"
"No need to get overhyped about a vhs tape, Pinkie. Besides it's useless without the tape cassette." Twilight reminded her.
"Well, Mrs. Egghead. there happens to be one with the SAME COLOR right here!" Rainbow smirked putting about to put the tape in.
"WAIT! Maybe that's not a good idea! It might be haunted and and we'll be cursed for the rest of our lives!" Fluttershy whimpered.
"Come on, Fluttershy! Those are just fake myths to scare the shit out of us! Besides this is a toy factory, it would be like revisiting your childhood!"
"I still don't think it's a good idea! Maybe we should just go somewhere else!" Rainbow popped the tape into the cassette and pressed play. A male voice was heard. Apparently his name was Leith Pierre and he is or probably was the head of innovation of Playtime CO. Also the girls found out they were tresspassing. Not shocking however.
"And we're tresspassing! We could get in huge trouble if we get caught!" Fluttershy pointed torwards the doors. "We have to leave now!"
"Fluttershy this place is abandoned, which means no one will show up here, therefore no one will find us!"
"I don't see what the big deal is about. I think I'm going to love it here!" Spike the puppy said happily wagging his tail. Sunset looked around the room.
"Hmm I have to agree on Fluttershy with this one. I don't think it's a good idea. We should probably head back."
"If you two are so scared, then you both can hug eachother in the car while we have fun!" Rainbow said annoyed.
Fluttershy was about to leave when a enormously loud clap of thunder shook the entire building. Fluttershy made a short scream of terror and hid behind Rainbow. "I guess your trapped in here!" She laughed. She saw Fluttershy about to cry. Rainbow's face softened. "I'm sorry Fluttershy. I know you're sensitive and all that but it's going to be a blast! Tell you what. We'll stick together okay?" Fluttershy nodded finally giving in. She sniffed and Rainbow gave her a hug. "There we go." They entered another room where AppleJack spotted something and went torwards it. It looked like something was in the bottom vents. Rainbow ran to retrieve it. "Look what I found!" it looked like a retractble hand canon. She examined it trying to figure out what it could do. "I wonder what it do-" The hand shot with a black retractable wire. It knocked a computer over with a force so powerful it broke.
"WOAH! Careful, Rainbow!" Sunset said a bit worried. "That thing looks really dangerous!"
"Relax, Sunset it's not going to do anyth-" the hand shot out again. "Okay that's the last time that's happening by accident!"
"You sure about that?" Rarity asks her hands on her hips.
"Come on you guys. We're wasting our energy here! Let's go deeper!" They spotted a shut door with a glowing blue handprint on it. It didn't take long to realize what had to be done. Rainbow aimed the hand cannon at the blueprint and fired. Landing perfectly on the print it read the hand and the door was opened. It slowly opened up to reveal a large room. A sudden feeling of dread washed over the girls as they started to enter the new room. It was a huge dome room. There was a big yellow sign with the words 'Playtime" on it. The P being red while the other letters were black. There were multiple doors that led to different rooms. In the center of it all was a soft-furred statue of a creature. It had blue fur and yellow hands and feet. It was extremely tall. Behind him were huge word blocks that seemed to spell out "HUGGY". Rarity made a soft groaning noise.
"I don't have a good feeling."
"Me neither. And I know it's not the thirty cupcakes I ate before we came here!" Pinkie said while clutching her stomach. Around 'HUGGY' were packaged mini figurines of the statue itself. Speaking of which it stood still in a waving motion.
"I think he's watching us!"Fluttershy whispered. She couldn't help but wonder if the statue really was alive. Rainbow grabbed Fluttershy's arm and dragged her torwards the statue.
"Come on Fluttershy. You're into creatures. Don't you think he looks kinda cute?" Fluttershy felt fear trembling inside her as she looked at the creepy smile the statue had to offer.
"It's...soft." was all she could manag to say. Rainbow grabbed her wrist guided it to feel the statue's legs.
"See? It's not so bad!"
"Hey I think I see something!" said Spike. "There's a key on his hand!" The girls noticed and they looked at Huggy's right hand. A key! Rainbow didn't waste time retrieving the key with her hand cannon.
"Got it!" She said triumphantly. They saw a door that had the word POWER on it and opened it with the new key. A short hallways connected the large room to the power room. Above the door of the power room was a red sign with white letters that read STAFF ONLY.
"This must be the circuit room." Twilight commented. It looked like a locker room.
"What do you think is in here? Is it some cool stuff?!" Pinkie asked.
"Guys, I think I see something over here!" AppleJack motioned the girls to come over. She found a locker with a blue handprint on it. Rainbow opened it to reveal a hand print.
"I wonder what happens when you touch it with your hand cannon." Sunset wondered. Rainbow touched the voltage machine with the hand cannon and the black wire began to glow. She walked around with the fiercely light blue glowing wire and connected all of them with the generator poles. Until the electricity was restored. Not all of them but enough to where it wasn't completley pitch black. "Let's go back." she said. Fluttershy was relieved to hear that. The girls made thier way into the huge room. It was the same except for one minor detail. No a HUGE detail.
"Umm Rainbow..." Her shaky arm pointed to the place where Huggy was once standing. "W-w-w-wasn't H-H-Huggy J-Just there?" The spotlight was still on but the tall statue was missing.
"No...that can't be!" Rainbow said in pure shock. It was just a statue right?!
"I think we're in huge trouble...Sweet Celestia let us alive!" AppleJack said in dismay
"What but he-" Twilight struggled to get her words out.
"Relax, you guys! I'm sure it's nothing to worry about!" Pinkie tried to ease thier mind. "He probably just went on a bathroom break and will be right back!"
"Pinkie...I don't think Huggy went on a bathroom break." Rarity said almost just as terrified as Fluttershy. "I think he's going to hunt us down!"
