"Celestia I need to talk to you" Said an Alicorn entering the Throne Room of Dark navy blue Fur with a fluffy mark of waning Moon.
"Guards, please retire so I can be alone with my sister" the other Alicorn with White fur and a fluffy sun mark ordered.

The guards will withdraw leaving only Celestia and Luna in the throne room, Luna was wearing a slightly worried expression unlike her Celestia sister who was as neutral as ever, her sweet and calm voice simply evades Luna's mind leaving a sense of security and peace.

"What was it my dear sister?"

"Thanks to your dear apprentice princess of friendship, any nightmares or negative emotions were lessened leaving me with almost nothing to do during the night" such an event was very common, peace reigns then a senario of boredom for your sister was good news to everyone in the kingdom, everyone but herself.

"I understand then you want a new task for you to take care of? I can find something for you to do in the free time you have during the night."

"Actually I already have something in mind I would like to ask your permission to start a search for an apprentice"

This caught Celestia by surprise, but of course she didn't show her surprise as well as her joy at her sister's request, she looked at her sister with just a smile and spoke in a calm, sweet voice.

"you have my permission and I'll help with your search as well. my school is full of great ponies with great potential which must be what you're looking for" Celestia's happiness was growing even more, but as an older sister the calm had to be maintained.

"Actually would you like someone a little more mature like some 18 year old pony?"

All ponies are a little afraid of the Nightmare Moon. "so someone at that age might be more mature about it..." Celestia thought, but without hesitation she asked her sister.


"sister I can vaguely understand your reason, but could you explain the reason to me anyway?"

"It's nothing, but changing the subject I had an idea to find someone qualified, a tournament" Luna was clearly nervous both from her fear that Celestia didn't like having her dear Students at her prestigious school turned down, as well as her personal reason to wanting an older pony to train.

Celestia knew why and she wanted to talk to her sister a bit about this topic that is normally avoided, but... Her sister was so happy to ask to take care of an apprentice that she thought to herself “maybe this is a better solution? an apprentice would be a good friend to her... and perhaps that plot can be overcome?" so trying to improve the atmosphere between them Celestia just give a smile to Luna and starts the conversation of hours about the preparation of this big event.
