INFERNO vs ISRAEL: Battle For the Multiverse

by TheShadowKnight

Prologue/Chapter 1: Legends Collide

=Prologue=

There are strange events and aspects beyond our understanding. Whether they’re something that we hope to uncover… or something better left alone and untainted by man. And that certain something is known as… the multiverse. A vast inter-dimensional plane of existence, a collection of infinite universes where any number of realities exist. Where space, time, matter, and energy are composed in every corner of the multiverse.

And in this plane of existence, there’s a fragile thing that is kept for many millennials. Light and Darkness, Order and Chaos, and Life and Destruction. Without the balance kept, all of life across the multiverse… would perish.

As of now, Its infinite universes have flowed peacefully for billions of years… until now. At the moment, a peaceful universe has been shattered… by a mortal whose powers now surpass that of the king and queen of the multiverse.

Across the cosmos, the death of the one universe… was felt throughout the multiversal plane. Causing imbalance and disarray through the stems and roots that link every single universe to each other.

And this imbalance is felt by another being… a being that was once mortal, but arisen as immortal. And appoints themselves as the guardian over the infinite realities and realms. Enraged by this action, this being… is now on the hunt.

And it will not show mercy.

In another peaceful universe… or so to speak, on planet Earth (let’s call it Earth-500), a sweet lady, whom everyone knows as Fluttershy, is currently watering her garden and feeding her chickens in the backyard coop. She was currently 37 years old and lived in a beautiful 2 story brick house with a small farm in the backyard. She hummed a melodious tune while staring down at the twinkling ring on her left ring finger. Yup, that's right. Fluttershy is married. Who is the lucky guy who married her, you ask?

"Need a hand, honey?" a man's voice called out. Fluttershy looked at the backyard door and saw a man in his late 30s, silver, long hair done in a ponytail, hazel green eyes, and bright yellow skin, wearing a blue t-shirt with black trims and black pants. He was walking up to her, a warm and happy smile dawned on his face.

"Yes please, dear," she replied. "If you could feed the chickens while I finish the garden, that would be nice."

"Sure thing." he nodded. They shared a light peck on the lips and her husband helped finish feeding the chickens.

"Thanks, Israel," Fluttershy said. While she was watering her garden, she began to reminisce about the time she met him. Back in high school, he was this shy, distant kid with a mental disability and a smart kid. No, he wasn't Twilight Sparkle smart, but smart enough to have good grades while also having a violent temper towards bullies. But her kindness rubbed on him for a time, and that temper was long forgotten.

He, along with some friends he made, had gone through many magical adventures, mostly starting with the Fall Formal incident. Back then, he had these amazing magic powers that gave her and her friends the edge to stop Sunset.

The Battle of the Bands was an entirely different story since he barely lasted as a solo singing act just to try and help stop the Dazzlings himself, but he lost. They were lucky to have Sunset keep them together and aid them in their victory. But even when he failed, they all appreciated his devotion and bravery.

But the Friendship Games is where he and Sunset truly shined when they not only helped the Twilight Sparkle of their world during the Friendship Games but also reunited her with an old childhood friend she knew back in preschool.

Needless to say, it's been a hell of a ride for Fluttershy, her friends, and her husband. But all those adventures eventually landed everyone to where they are right now. And Fluttershy is currently the proud owner of an animal sanctuary beyond her backyard. Because she owns a sanctuary, she and her husband had to move out into the country. Not too far, it's about a 20-minute drive.

And from then, they lived a peaceful life. To top it off, they even started a family; having a healthy son and daughter; compassionate like their mother, and brave like their father. And their kids are inside the house, enjoying their quiet weekend off.

In the living room, a sweet, precious little girl with a long, purple dress sat on the couch, watching some old cartoons. She had smooth, pink hair with small, silver stripes. She had teal eyes like her mother and had the same cream-yellow skin like her, too. her name is Astelle Shy, 11 years old.

Sitting across from her was her big brother, Asriel Yabuki, 16 years old. He had silver hair with small pink stripes, had his dad's bright yellow skin, and his eyes… well his left eye was hazel green and his right eye was teal like his mom's. He wore a green and golden yellow sweater and brown pants, currently playing games on his gaming laptop.

"Azzie?" Astelle said.

"Yeah, sis?" he asked, his eyes glued to the laptop.

"Can you get me some water? I'm thirsty," Astelle asked politely.

"Coming right up," he said to his sister. "Be right back, guys," he said to the online gamers. He set his laptop down on the couch and got up, heading over to the kitchen. He got a cup and filled it up with cold water from the water dispenser. He came back and handed it to his sister. "Bottoms up, little princess."

"Thanks," she replied happily before sipping her water.

Meanwhile, in the city, a man and a woman were arriving at the Canterlot Cemetery and heading inside with a bunch of flowers. The woman had beautiful red and yellow hair, golden yellow skin, and turquoise eyes. This was Sunset Shimmer, 38 years old. Next to her is a man with long, red hair (shoulder length), alabaster white skin, sapphire eyes, and red scar marks under his eyes, which are birthmarks. This man was Eternal Flames, 39 years old.

The two walked along the cemetery grounds until they approached a gravestone that they had intended to see. They also see another man sitting on his knees by the gravestone, looking down at it with hurt eyes. He had silver-gray hair, light-gray skin, and silver eyes. The man also looked to be 42 years old and the bags underneath his eyes looked as if he had not slept in days. This was Silver Scorpion.

Once Sunset and Eternal approached Silver, not saying a word, before looking down towards the gravestone that Silver was staring at. And the engraving on the stone brought sorrow and pain to their hearts.

Here Lies…

Inferno Solaris Blaze

A Loving Husband, Brother, and Friend

2002 - 2041

Sunset walked up to him and kneeled, putting an arm around Silver. "Hey, Silver… paying a visit to your brother?" she asked comfortingly.

Silver didn’t turn his eyes away from the grave and remained silent as he was. And when he did speak, the tone in his voice was filled with pain and grief.

“I kept asking about it... Every day. Asking “why him?”... Only to receive no answer.” He responded.

"He was a good friend. Losing him affected us all.” Sunset said. “But if I knew your brother, which I have, he wouldn't want you to constantly beat yourself up over something that was out of our control. Inferno lived his life spreading his joy to everyone he held dear to him. He was hard-working, sweet, a-”

“Save your words, Sunset. I’ve heard that speech too many times…. And it still doesn’t help ease the pain.” Silver replied calmly, but sorrowfully. “Though… I appreciate you two being here.”

"Silver, I know it's been 5 months since we lost him. He was like a brother to me. But, if it helps, at least the drunk driver who killed him got put behind bars." Eternal said.

“That doesn’t help at all. I don’t care about justice or karma… I just want my brother back.” Silver responded.

"There's nothing we can do about that, Silver. I know it hurts, but what can we do? Besides, he's not truly gone. He's still alive in here," Sunset said, pointing at Silver's heart.

"And it's not like we can bring him back. And even if we could, it wouldn't matter, because I can’t use magic in this world," Eternal added.

Silver felt a great sense of hopelessness… more than he ever could imagine. The pain in his heart grew even more and soon he eventually broke down and wept his eyes out.

"Uncle Silver?" a younger female voice called out. Silver turned around and saw a young lady, about 17 years old. She had Sunset's sparkling, turquoise eyes that looked like they had shiny stars in them, golden-orange skin like Inferno, and red and yellow hair like Sunset. This is Sunset's and Inferno's daughter. Though she was almost an identical copy of her mother; however, her eyes made her name very clear.

“Hello, Star Eyes. Came up here to visit your old man?” Silver asked with a soft tone.

The young lady approached her uncle and sat down beside him to hug him. "Please don't cry, uncle SIlver. Dad loves you too much to see you cry like this for so long." she pleaded softly.

“Sorry, Star Eyes… it’s just… too difficult to bear.” Silver responded.

"I know… I feel the same," Star Eyes replied. "Anyways, just let us know if you ever need anything because we're family."

Soon a small smile formed on Silver’s face as he embraced his niece while shedding a few tears.

“Thanks, Star Eyes… Thank you.” He said.

Meanwhile, in another part of the city, inside a humble bakery was the ever-lovable pink wonder of the world, Pinkie Pie, 37 years old. She had opened up her bakery 7 years ago after all those long hours of serving Sugar Cafe. Now she and her husband, Cheese Sandwich were the proud owners of Pinkie's and Cheeses' Pastry Palace. They also happened to be parents to their fun-loving son, Lil' Cheese, who was 16 years old. And their daughter, Cotton Candy, who was 15 years old.

Lil' Cheese had cream-yellow skin similar to Cheese Sandwich's golden skin and pink, poofy hair like his mom. Cotton Candy also has her mom's pink, poofy hair, but had baby blue skin, the same color as her mother's eyes, and golden yellow eyes like her dad's skin.

Pinkie Pie and Cheese Sandwich had a couple of staff managing the store, either cleaning up the place or setting orders on the counter, ready to be picked up. Pinkie and Cheese were both head pastry chefs, finishing up one of their orders.

“Order up!” Pinkie cheerfully called out before placing the meal dish on the counter while ringing the service bell.

"On it," Cotton Candy replied, taking the meal and bringing it to one of the customers. "Here you go, one box of blueberry custard tarts, piping hot and ready." The customer thanks her and so Cotton leaves the table to continue her job. She and Lil' Cheese both work part-time at their parents' bakery to save a little money on the side for whatever they want to get.

Pinkie and Cheese have always been kind and supportive parents when it comes to wanting to give their kids happiness. But they also wanted to teach them the values of earning the things they want by working for them. And because of their good parenting skills, their kids are now as honest and hard-working as they are. Cotton Candy even wants to run the business one day while Lil' Cheese wants to open up his little chocolate factory.

On top of that, they're working hard in CHS. However, the only downside is that they haven't got to meet Celestia or Luna since they retired 5 years ago. But on the bright side, Sunset Shimmer and Twilight Sparkle now run the school as Principal Sunset and Vice-Principal Twilight. While running a school was not what they had in mind, but they were one hell of a team.

Suddenly, Pinkie's entire body started shaking crazy from head to toe. "Oooooh!!! I feel a real doozy coming up," she said.

And just like Pinkie, Cheese's entire body shook alongside her. "Woo-hoo-hoo-hoo!!! No kidding, that felt like a real doozy for me, too!" he replied.

"Any ideas on what it could be?" Pinkie asked.

"Got me. But I do know it's gonna be a big doozy!" Cheese replied.

Over in another part of the countryside, in the proud farm of Sweet Apple Acres, Applejack was currently picking apples and placing them in the baskets. By her side is her lovely jeweled wife, the ever-so-lovely and radiant Rarity. Both age 37, yet they look like they're in their mid-20s.

Ever since they both graduated, Applejack continued to work at her family's farm. Her Granny Smith passed away peacefully 10 years ago at the age of 95. It brought so much pain to her heart after that. But she was fortunate that Rarity was by her side to comfort her.

Their relationship grew after the events at the Equestria Land Theme Park, and from then on, it blossomed to the point where they just can’t hide it anymore. By the time they were 25 is when they finally married. 4 years before that, Applejack and Rarity had a baby girl whom they named Apple Jewel, who is now 16 years old in the present.

Naturally, she takes after both of her mothers. She has alabaster skin like Rarity, emerald eyes like Applejack, and curly blonde hair.

Also, Applejack's parents are still alive, both are in their late 50s and are proud grandparents. Big Macintosh became a proud husband to his wife, Sugar Belle, and a father to his son, Apple Cinnamon, who's already 18 years old.

On the subject of Rarity's career, she still works at Carousel Boutique, but her business has expanded to multiple other cities all across the country. The business has been booming for over 6 years.

"Mum, how many more apple trees do we have to pick?" Apple Jewel asked AJ.

"Just 3 more trees and we should be good fer the rest o' the day, hun. Why, do ya got some plans set fer today?" Applejack asked.

“I too find it curious,” An elegant voice responded. Soon the two turned around and see Rarity approaching them. After having to approach them, she kisses Applejack on the lips before turning towards her daughter. “So… let’s hear it, darling,” she said

"Well… it's… you know about Gloriosa's and Dark's son?" she asked, blushing.

"Shadow Lotus?" Rarity and Applejack both asked in surprise.

"Darling, you know he's constantly helping out his father at his job at the towing yard. And you know how he operates in that department," Rarity warned out of concern.

"Ah have to agree with yer ma, remember what happened 2 weeks ago? He done threw a man twice his size onto the ground hard," Applejack brought up.

"Mum, that ruffian put his hands on him first, you saw it with your own eyes," Apple Jewel said.

"Yeah an' who's ta say he won't toss you overhead?" Applejack asked.

"Mum! You know that's unfair to prejudge him!" Apple Jewel replied.

"We're just trying to look after you, wanting you to be safe." Rarity said.

"I know, but what's the point of being safe if I can't make that choice?" Apple Jewel asked, Her mothers tried to talk her out of it, but didn't know what to say. She sighed and just continued picking apples, now in the worst mood yet.

"Darling, sometimes I feel like we're doing more harm than good. I don't like to admit it, but she does have a point. Eventually, she's going to have to take risks." Rarity pointed out.

"Ah know. But every time Ah look into those beautiful eyes o' hers, Ah see a miniature version of us, an'... Ah'd hate to see our gal git her hopes up on the wrong guy.” Applejack replied.

“I too worry about that. However, I believe it’s time for our daughter to at least spend time with people she wishes to be with. And who knows, perhaps it may work out in the end if she's that interested in the boy.” Rarity suggested.

Applejack took a moment to process this, taking a look over at her beautiful daughter as she kept picking apples. Sighing in defeat, AJ nodded. "Ah guess ya have a point, Rares. Ah gotta face facts, our daughter is growin' up fast."

Out in another part of the city, inside a gym known as Champion's Den, a familiar woman with rainbow hair was coaching some of her trainees in some physical exercise. Rainbow Dash had always wanted to open up her dream gym. And with the support and love of her husband, Soarin, she got her to wish.

Rainbow Dash was 37 years old, yet her youthful appearance made her look like she was in her mid-20s and always kept herself in shape. Soarin was also the owner of the place and mostly watched over the customers who worked out on their own, helping them out if they were stuck. On another note, Rainbow Dash and Soarin were both proud parents of their only son, Zooming Striker, 16 years old. He had dark-blue hair like his dad's with a red and yellow stripe similar to the colors of his mom's hair. He had cyan blue skin like Rainbow Dash but had his dad's emerald green eyes.

As of right now, Rainbow Dash is currently supervising the gym trainees, inspecting their exercise, and seeing their progress. "Nice work, everyone! Keep those squats coming! 30 down only 70 more to go!" she instructed encouragingly.

"Sounds like you've got everything under control," Soarin said, walking in on his wife.

"You know it, babe. These guys are making excellent progress! The majority of my customers have lost 10 to 25 pounds within 2 weeks. And they're getting some real muscle mass, too," Rainbow replied.

"That's my girl," Soarin replied, hugging her.

"Okay, Romeo." Rainbow chuckled. "Now do what you gotta do while I get back to training my future champs."

"Yes ma'am," Soarin saluted, making some of the trainees laugh a little.

"Okay, playtime's over everyone, come on, back to it! Up and down! Up and down!" Rainbow instructed, causing her customers to resume their squats.

Unlike Pinkie's and Cheese's kids, Zooming Striker doesn't work part-time at the gym. Zooming Striker was out in the city, riding his skateboard over to a hot dog stand. He stopped right in front of the stand and greeted the man.

"Hey there, how's it going?" Zooming asked.

"Well, hello there, young man. What can I get ya?" the man asked.

"I'll take a chili dog with mustard and a Pepsi, please," Zooming said.

"Coming right up!" The man replied as he got started on the order.

As Zooming stood waiting for his chili dog and beverage, he took time to observe his surroundings, and as he did, something… or preferably, someone... caught his attention. She had black-colored skin and beautiful bluish-green eyes with teal blue, long hair and wore a lovely green dress. He recognized her from English Literature class. The same girl whom his buddy, Asriel has been crazy about... Danaus, the daughter of Chrysalis. And she looked exactly like a younger version of her mother. The only difference was, is her sweet, reserved, and timid personality.

Danaus was practically girlfriend material. But because of that, most girls tend to pick on her and it's hard for her to talk back when they get up in her face. Thankfully, she has a protector: Asriel Yabuki. One day, during school, when she was being picked on, Asriel went and got in front of Danaus, using himself as a human shield, blocking her bullies from coming at her. He told them off with threats of telling the principal and their parents.

Since that day, Danaus and Asriel have become close friends, even though he's got the hots for the little lady.

"Order up!" the man called out, getting Zooming's attention. He gave the guy the money and got his chili dog and Pepsi before thanking him.

Just when Zooming turned away from the stand and took a few steps forward, just before he and Danaus unexpectedly bumped right into each other, causing Zooming’s Pepsi to spill all over himself and his chili dog staining his shirt.

"Oh my, I-I-I'm so sorry… I… p-please don't be mad," Danaus said, backing up and hiding her face with her hands.

"Hey, hey, easy. I ain't mad. If anything, I should be sorry for not looking where I was going," Zooming said, easing her a little bit. She peeked out to see her fellow CHS classmate and sighed in relief.

"Oh, hi Zooming. Sorry I made you spill your food and drink," Danaus said more calmly.

"It's okay. I still got plenty of soda left and my chili dog is still in one piece." Zooming assured before biting into his snack and taking a sip of his soda. "Ahh, tasty."

Danaus giggled. "You're funny. By the way, have you seen Asriel anywhere? I was hoping I'd run into him and ask if he'd like to go for a walk around the park." she asked, twiddling her fingers timidly.

"Last I heard, he was at home in the countryside. I can give him a call and ask him to come on over here if you'd like," Zooming offered.

She gasped happily. "Oh yes, please! I'd love that very much!" she said, happily jumping up and down all giddy.

"Hehehe, okay, I got ya covered," Zooming then pulled out his cell phone and dialed Asriel's number, then waited for him to pick up. On the 3rd ring, he heard his voice.

"Hello?" Asriel said on the other line.

"Asriel, buddy, you got time to come over to the city? I have someone waiting for you here," Zooming said.

"Uh… yeah, I can make time, I'll be there in a split second," Asriel replied. "Just gotta let my parents know beforehand."

"Gotcha." Zooming nodded. For a few moments, he heard nothing but chatter between his buddy and his parents. And eventually.

"I got the okay from them, I'm heading over there right now," Asriel said.

“Ok, bud. See you then.” Zooming responded before he and Asriel hung up on the phone. After that, he turned towards Danaus. "Good news, he's on his way here."

Danaus squeals happily. "Thank you," she said.

As the two were conversing, Danaus’s eyes looked up at the sky just for the fun of it. And to her confusion and curiosity, she witnessed dark clouds appearing in the sky. The clouds then expanded more until they blocked out the sun. Soon strong winds began to pick up, which then got Zooming’s attention as he looked up at the sky as well. Then later purple lighting struck out from the clouds and emitting thunder.

“W-What is going on?” Danaus asked while becoming frightened.

“I...I don’t know?! The weather news didn’t say anything about thunderstorms today,” Zooming replied, watching in confusion.

And in the blink of an eye, there was a large sonic boom that shook the city and then saw four different fire projectiles shooting in different directions all over the city. But soon a 5th massive ball of purple flames shot far out in the direction of the vast Everfree Forest about on the outskirts of the town. Soon after that, the dark clouds in the sky began to disperse and soon the sun shined down on the city again.

"What was that?" Zooming asked in shock.

"I… I don't know," Danaus, feeling chills run down her spine.

"Guess I wasn't the only one who saw it," Asriel's voice called out. Zooming and Danaus looked over to their friend and saw that he was with his dad.

"Whoa, you got here fast," Zooming said in surprise.

"My dad and I have the best means of transportation. You should know that by now," Asriel said going over to his friend and doing their "Best Friend Handshake." Then soon after they shared their handshake, Asriel then receives a surprising hug from Danaus.

"Hi, Azzie!!!" Danaus exclaimed happily, making him blush.

"Oh, h-h-hi Danaus," Asriel stuttered before hugging her back.

Zooming looked on at the two with a teasing smirk on his face. "Aww, do I hear wedding bells ringing, you two?"

"Not funny, Zooming," Asriel exclaimed with a bigger blush on his face. Danaus also blushed and let go of Asriel and vice versa.

"Still the same as ever, huh Zooming?" Israel asked with an amused smirk.

“Just being myself as always, Mr.Yabuki.” Zooming replied while shrugging his arms and shoulders.

"I know. By the way, how are your parents doing lately?" he asked.

"They're doing good, just training some newbies," Zooming said.

"Glad to hear it. Asriel, make sure to have her home before sundown and to come home before 10 PM tonight, okay son?" Israel said.

"Okay, dad. Thanks again," Asriel nodded. Israel nodded and hugged his son before heading out and disappearing at light speed, coated in a magical, blue aura.

"So… shall we?" Asriel asked his crush. Danaus nodded and the two held hands as they left the area and off to the park. Zooming gave his friend a thumbs up before going on his merry way.

Meanwhile, out in the Everfree Forest, there is a massive crater formed deep within the forest. The surrounding trees decimated, the ground scorched, and small fires were burning along the impact zone. The size itself could make anyone guess that it was caused by a meteorite.

But that was not the case.

At the epicenter of the crater, as the smoke cleared, what was seen, is what appears to be an oval-shaped object, that looked to have a feathered texture. Soon a small bird, a sparrow, was brave enough to fly close to the strange object and land up next to it. The small creature stares at it with curiosity as it started pecking at it. As it did, a small but terrifying growl came from the object, causing the sparrow to fly away in fear.

Soon the object began moving, or perhaps, shuffling a bit. Later, the object turned out to be large dark-violet wings as they sprouted outward into the air. And attached to these wings… is what looked like a man. The mysterious figure then used his arms to lift himself onto his feet, and then he stood up straight and observing his surroundings.

The strange individual had dark greyish-violet skin with violet-purple hair. His eyes were as black as night, with his irises glowing bright purple. His whole body, from his neck to his toes, is covered in dark silver armor; which looked as if it had gone through plenty of battles. His identity was unknown, for his face was covered with a face mask, which was also made of dark-silver metal. Only his eyes were the most visible, and they were enough to intimidate and bring fear to the strongest and bravest men in the world.

The armored man looked around the environment he had crashed landed. He also noticed the crater he was in the middle of. Soon the man lifted himself in the air, with his eyes glowing more intense as dark energy formed in his hands and soon they shot out and impacted the ground of the crater.

And from observation, the land began to heal and repair itself. The crater filled itself up and the trees were raised from their fallen positions and then back in their places. Almost as if the destroyed area was resetting itself.

And once that was done, the mysterious individual lowered himself onto the ground and inspected everything around him, satisfied with the results.

“Perfect… Just the way it needs to be.” The man said.

And just then, the same sparrow from before flew back in the area and landed on the branch of a tree, looking down at the strange figure. Speaking of the individual, he could sense the bird’s presence and turned to look up at it sitting on its branch.

“Don’t be shy, little one. Uncle Inferno won’t do you harm.” The man spoke out to the sparrow, while at the same time stating his true identity. Inferno then raised his arm towards the bird and then held his finger forward.

After a minute, the bird then flew from its branch and then landed on Inferno’s finger. The man then slowly brings his hand closer to him, while not spooking the bird. Then he raised his other hand and slowly rubbed his index finger against the bird’s feathers, as gently as he could.

“Ah, there you go. See, I am harmless to you, little one,” Inferno spoke softly to the bird. “Now… there is something I like for you to do.” The bird then raised its head, as if it’s hearing him loud and clear. “I need you to find someone for me… someone I’m hunting as of now,” Inferno stated as his eyes grew brightly, and soon the bird’s eyes began glowing purple before they reverted to their normal state. “There… I have imprinted the face of the said person in your memory. Now… fly… and find him.” Inferno instructed and then he protrudes his arm forward and then he nudged his hand a little which then caused the bird to fly into the air and far away from the area.

The bird flew up high and above the Everfree Forest, as it makes its trajectory towards Canterlot City at a break-neck pace.

Meanwhile, out in the city, Twilight Sparkle was sitting in Canterlot Town Square by a huge fountain, reading a couple of books while also going through some important files. Twilight was 36 years old and happily married, but her husband wasn't Timber since the man was asexual, not interested in women or men. Her actual husband was her childhood friend whom she reunited back during the Friendship Games.

And he's sitting right next to her, typing on his laptop. He was a 36-year-old man, bright yellow skin, orange hair, wore a purple and black suit with a silver necktie. His eyes were the same color as Celestia's. His name… is Heat Blitz.

With Twilight as a Vice-Principal, Heat was a professor in physics class. Needless to say, he was pretty popular, particularly with the female students. Which makes him uncomfortable. Twilight knows about her husband's predicament. But without solid proof of them coming onto him, they're both sitting ducks.

Twilight knows her husband better than anyone. He's no cheater and no lady killer. And she trusts him with her life, like the time back in their high school days when they thought a sea monster was coming to shore. Heat Blitz was scared, but he still put himself out in front of Twilight and used himself as a human shield to protect her. That kind of selfless, courageous attitude is what sealed their future together.

He wasn't the strongest man and didn't even have that much muscle, but she doesn't care. His big heart and his intelligence are what she loves most about him. Oh, and they're also proud parents to their children, the Sparkle siblings. Blazing Sparkle, their daughter is their oldest child next to her younger brother, Burning Sparkle.

Blazing is 16 and Burning is 15. Blazing has her dad's skin and her mother's eyes, along with her blue hair and pink stripes. Burning Sparkle has dark purple skin, darker than his mom's, orange hair, and purple eyes like his dad's.

Their children were also very smart, practically top of their classes. They score at the very top, mostly Blazing taking the #1 spot. Burning Sparkle was mostly #2. And of course, he's always overlooked by his classmates. At his age, it's been eating him up to the point where he flipped out in his room.

Luckily, his parents talked to him about it and showed their love and support for his hard work, but told him to take it easy. Pushing beyond his limits at his age was just too much for them to take, especially since he has 3 years to enjoy his teenage life.

On top of that, Blazing even offered to talk to her friends about giving her brother some support and recognition. And very recently, his hard work was finally recognized in one of his exams… as he FINALLY took the #1 spot. Twilight and Heat were so proud of him, though they still felt worried about him.

"Hun… I feel like we need to do something," Twilight said. "Particularly with our kids. You know, they're always working so hard, acing their exams, yet we hardly ever spend time with them."

"You've noticed it, too?" Heat asked.

"Mhmm. That's why I feel like we need to make it up to them. Maybe… take a little time off for a little vacation. Summer's right around the corner anyways," Twilight said.

"True. I love our kids and I could always take time off my 2nd job," Heat said.

"Glad you think so," Twilight replied. "Plus, this'll give you a chance to escape that one student who kept hitting on you."

“Oh please don’t remind me. I’m still trying to get that out of my head.” Heat responded.

"I know… Just… What is with that girl trying to put the moves on you?" Twilight asked. "Heat, what you need to do is try and record that girl so I can use it as proof to have her suspended for a week at most."

"If I do, my phone will just run out of battery, but I'll do what I gotta do. Now let's drop the subject and focus on planning a vacation," Heat said.

"Any ideas?" Twilight asked. Heat nodded and typed something on another tab and then showed Twilight a picture of a beach house close to Canterlot Beach. "Hey, that looks nice."

“How soon should we book our trip?" Heat asked.

“Well… How about after the graduation ceremony? Our kids will be out of school… and we’ll all be hitting the beach, celebrating till sunset.” Twilight suggested while fantasizing over the sweet vacation plan.

"Honey, our kids are 15 and 16," Heat chuckled.

"True, but remember, they skipped a few grades because of their high scores from early junior high, so technically, they're already eligible for an early scholarship," Twilight pointed out.

"Oh, right. I keep forgetting." Heat said, bopping himself upside the head lightly. "Man, our kids are growing up fast."

"I know. But, look on the bright side, now we'll have two whole years to spend with our kids." Twilight pointed out. Heat nodded in agreement.

"You're right. I'm real proud of them." Heat said. Twilight leaned in and hugged her husband, sharing a tender moment as they prepare for their special family vacation.

While Heat and Twilight were planning their vacation, back in the countryside of Canterlot, Fluttershy and Israel had finished up watering the garden and were now taking care of the animals in the animal sanctuary. Of course, they had Astelle help out since her brother is out on a date with Danaus.

"Daddy?" Astelle called out while feeding a baby rhino.

"Yes, sweetie?" Israel replied.

"Are we going to keep all these animals?" she asked.

"No sweetie. Your mom built this animal sanctuary as a haven to help treat animals of any illnesses or injuries. After they make a full recovery, we take the animals back home in the wild where they belong. But because of how safe this place is, there's a handful of them that don't want to leave." Israel explained.

“And we’re trying our best to help them feel comfortable of returning them all to their natural environment. Although, we are considering taking in the most vulnerable that aren’t capable of handling themselves in the wild.” Fluttershy stated.

"So… some animals are legally ours if they can't handle the wild?" Astelle asked.

"That's right, sweetie. Like that baby rhino you were feeding a while ago, the poor dear got separated from her parents after they were taken to the zoo," Fluttershy said.

"Awwww, poor baby," Astelle said.

“Indeed. And we received the word from the zoo that a group of poachers snuck in and killed the parents while taking their horns. The police were able to track them and shot them down after a brief shootout. However, without the caring of its parents, the baby would have to remain here for its well-being until it matures and is relocated to the zoo.” Israel explained.

"That's… so sad," Astelle said, tearing up and hugging the baby rhino.

"Don't cry, sweetie. On the bright side, when we do send her off to the zoo we have in mind, she'll be looked after by my good friend, Tree Hugger. Remember her?" Fluttershy asked.

“Auntie Tree Hugger? Oh yeah! I remember.” Astelle replied.

"I remember her, didn't she used to be president of the Nature Lover's club back in Canterlot High School?" Israel asked.

"Why yes. She even has Wallflower Blush to help her out," Fluttershy added.

"Oh man, I remember her, too. She used to be reclusive, but now she's one of Canterlot's most eligible bachelorettes." Israel said.

"Was the most eligible bachelorette. She and Tree Hugger aren't just partners, they're also married and have a daughter," Fluttershy pointed out.

"Oh yeah, right. I guess I forgot. But anyway, on a different subject, can you believe Twilight's kids are graduating already?" Israel asked.

"At their age and with their current grades, I wouldn't be surprised if Everton offered them a spot in their program," Fluttershy stated.

“If that does happen, there’ll be a party.” Israel

"Careful, Pinkie might pop up out of nowhere like she always does," Fluttershy giggled.

"DID SOMEONE SAY PARTY?!" Pinkie shouted, popping out from an above, hanging upside down, spooking Israel. Before he could call her out, she disappeared.

"I… can never understand how she's able to move so fast from the city to here," Israel said.

Fluttershy giggled at her husband’s reaction. “Thats just Pinkie being Pinkie.” She replied.

"True. And she can be so funny and adorable sometimes," Israel chuckled.

Meanwhile, as the family was having their conversation, a little sparrow is seen by the window of their house, looking at the family from it. This sparrow set its sights on Israel, hearing everything that is spoken in the conversation, and then flew off into the air and headed straight for the city.

It flew high above the trees and open fields down below for about an hour before it reached the city of Canterlot. Then the bird gilded above the streets and buildings before it began flapping its wings, raising itself higher and higher. Up till it reached one of the tall buildings in the city.

And on this building, standing close to the edge and looking down at the city below, is Inferno; or at least a different Inferno that is not of this world. The lone armored individual continued his sightseeing for a while until he heard tweeting of the sparrow that had landed beside him.

The wraith assassin turned to the small bird before kneeling down and then reaching his hand forward for the small creature to hop onto it. Once the brave sparrow did, Inferno then stands up on his two feet while bringing the bird in his hand up close to his face.

“I see you have returned.” He said while petting the bird with his index finger gently. The sparrow chirped, giving him all the details of where Israel's at. “You located him?”

The bird chirped in reply before giving more information about his soon-to-be whereabouts.

“Graduation ceremony?” Inferno replied with interest. “And where will that be?

The next day, it was a splendid day for the seniors of Canterlot High School. Graduation day was upon them… especially for two young teens who scored the highest in all their classes. And as the two top-scoring students, they have the honor of giving their speeches to everyone.

As of right now, everyone was gathered out in the Canterlot High football field. A huge stage was set up, friends and families alike were all seated in the bleachers while the graduates sat in the middle of the field. Twilight's children, Blazing and Burning Sparkle, are up on the stage, giving their big speeches.

"To all my friends at CHS, I just want to say how happy I am to be here. We've conquered the hardships life has thrown at us. There were good times and bad times, but we faced them all together as a team. This is why it pains me to have to say goodbye to this amazing school. You gave me a lot of support throughout my high school years, even if I started a little young. But always remember, don't think of this as the end of a story… but more as the start of a brand new chapter in our lives! GO CANTERLOT WONDERCOLTS!!!" she shouted happily.

And soon the whole field was filled with applause as the seniors and the people on the bleachers all clapped their hands. Then Blazing got down from the podium, allowing her brother to give his speech. Everyone in the field silenced themselves as they listened closely to what he was about to say.

"We've all had our fair share of ups and downs; hours of detention, hours of glory. Life in high school was a big struggle for all of us in many different ways. But we've prevailed in the end and are now about to take the knowledge we've learned today and either shows the world what we're made of or increase our chances of making a difference in college. Either way, this was our victory and we couldn't have gotten this far without… the love and support of our family… and friends… the people who love us. The people whom we love. So let’s hold our heads up high and keep making our marks. Because that's what it's all about! FOR CANTERLOT HIGH!!! GO CANTERLOT WONDERCOLTS!!!" he shouted.

And just like his sister, the audience cheered immensely for the young man. He bowed to his peers and went to have a seat while his mom watched with happy tears. But before she could get emotional, she wiped her tears away and approached the mic.

"Thank you Blazing and Burning for those amazing speeches you gave. And now, without further ado, it's time to give out the diplomas. When I call your name, you may come up," Twilight said before going over the names of the seniors.

One by one, each senior was receiving their diplomas and taking their seats once more. Families in the bleachers were taking pictures of their kids. One by one, each student had received their diploma, until all of them had been called out and returned to their seats.

"To all of you who have officially graduated… thank you for being a part of our family. May your journeys bring you joy and happiness. Congratulations fellow seniors of CHS!" Twilight said before the seniors threw their caps in the air, cheering as they finally made it out of high school.

Everyone on the bleachers also cheered and applaud loudly as they could. But hey, there was one more thing to give to the students before they parted ways. And as of right now, A group of ladies came up onto the big stage. Everyone recognized them as the legendary Rainbooms. The members were all well known; Twilight Sparkle, Sunset Shimmer, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, and Applejack.

"Awww SNAP!!! Mom's gonna rock it out!" Zooming said, excited.

"Oh, goodie!!! Mah mums are gonna play for us! I've always wanted to see them play as a band in person!" Apple Jewel said excitedly.

"I've heard stories about mom being in a band, but to see her perform in person… I'd love to see that kind of show," Asriel said.

While they were talking about the show, the Rainbooms got their instruments out as they took the stage and started tuning up for the big show.

"Man… takes you back some, huh, Sunset?" Rainbow asked, tuning her guitar.

"I could say the same to you, Dash. Let's show these kids how we rocked the school," Sunset said with a confident smirk.

"Yay… I can't wait," Fluttershy said. The girls finally got done tuning their instruments and looked at each other.

"Ready, girls?" Sunset asked.

"Oh yeah… LET'S LIGHT 'EM UP, LADIES!!!" Pinkie shouted before the Rainbooms finally lit up the stage just like they did years before. Crowds were roaring with cheers of joy. The people on the bleachers were jumping onto their feet. Some of the people in the bleachers were once Canterlot Wondercolts themselves, so seeing their classmates perform live again was like reliving a piece of history.

The Rainbooms' kids also jumped with joy. Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie, and Fluttershy’s husbands were both having a thrill watching their wives perform again. All of them wishing Inferno could see it right now.

Later on, the girls finally finished their song and the crowd erupted with cheers of excitement. The Rainbooms have done it again. After their great performance, the girls all take a bow for the final time. And as they did, everyone including them was startled by the roaring sound of thunder and flashes of lightning. Causing them all to look up at the sky and see that the once sunny day that the graduation was supposed to take place on, had now been ruined by a mass of dark clouds in the sky.

And what was more strange, was that the lighting that had struck from these clouds… were purple?

"Mommy… I'm scared," Astelle said, hugging Fluttershy tightly. Asriel also hugged his sister and his mom.

"Kids… follow me, I'll get you to safety," Fluttershy said, swallowing her fear as she guided her kids under the bleachers. Everyone else got scared and either took shelter under the bleachers or inside the school.

All except for one man who looked up with curiosity out in the open.

"Honey! What are you doing?" Fluttershy shouted.

"Just stay hidden, I'll be fine," Israel assured, clenching his fists.

Just as Israel turned his attention back to the clouds, a mysterious figure emerged from them while hovering above the ground; wearing armor that had the status of an assassin. And so, as this mysterious assassin hovered in the sky, he observed all who was in the area… until his focus was on one individual… Israel Yabuki.

And with that, the dark assassin dropped to the ground and landed onto his hands and knees while causing a shake in the earth; almost like a 1.0 earthquake. Then he gets to his feet as he continues to keep his eyes on Israel… who is standing about 20-feet in front of him.

"Who are you?" Israel called out calmly. "And why have you wrecked my friends' kids' high school graduation?" However, he got no response. "I ask you again… for what reason have you come here?" he asked again.

The dark armored assassin remained silent as he is while also continuing to stare at Israel with eyes of bloodlust and rage. After this intense staredown between the two, it was at that moment where the assassin had finally spoken.

“I came… For you.”

And without warning, the assassin leaped towards Israel with incredible speeds, causing Israel to move out of the way as the assassin’s fist hit the ground, causing a massive crack into the field. Seeing that this stranger was not wanting a conversation, Israel was now more alerted and his adrenaline now spiked as he rears his fist back while charging up with his cosmic energy.

The assassin got up onto his feet before turning towards Israel to deliver another punch, but the silver-haired man beat him to the punch (literally) as he flung his super-charged punch directly towards the assassin’s face with incredible force. Which should have sent him flying for miles, but it only staggered him back greatly. After delivering such a harsh blow, Israel lost his balance, giving the assassin a clear opening. As he returns a harsh blow of his own, by backhanding Israel to the face with his supernatural strength… But to his surprise, his attack only made Israel stagger back as well, and not fatally kill him as he did with many others.

Israel could tell this man was different  Had he been a normal human being, he'd be dead. But that's not the case. Soon, he got more serious and enveloped his entire body in a cosmic blue aura, while his hair and eyes were glowing white. He charged at the assassin at blinding speeds, forming cosmic spheres in his hands.

And then Israel hurdled them toward his foe, making direct hits to the abdomen and the shoulder. Causing the assassin to be pushed back a few 5-6 feet, before he then received a powerful punch to the face which sent him flying 30-feet away.

Quickly after the attack, the assassin got back to his feet as Israel comes charging at him at full speed once again. The assassin then sidesteps with incredible reaction speed as he and Israel share eye contact in mid-speed before he reached out his hand and grabbed the silver-haired man by the leg and then spun him around for a bit before tossing him into the air. Then the assassin lifts off the ground, flying up towards and beside Israel in mid-air, before raising both his arms up and then slamming them down on Israel, sending him hurtling towards the ground and crashing down with enough force that is comparable to a GBU-43 warhead.

Later, the assassin then unleashed an attack of his own as he calls upon his magic, and when he lets out an angered roar, he unleashes a barrage of energy spheres, speeding down towards where his foe had crashed. He kept up the attack for 2 minutes before halting. The assassin looks down at the ground, seeing if his target had been eliminated.

"DADDY!!!" Astelle screamed in horror. Before she could worry any further, her father flew out of the creator and stared up at his adversary, unscathed.

The assassin looked on with disbelief and was also intrigued. Nonetheless, he was not gonna go easy on this mortal. And so the assassin flapped his wings and swooped down towards Israel while rearing back his fist, which is engulfed in purple energy.

As he flew upwards, he maneuvered in multiple directions to try and throw off his foe's focus. At close range, he delivered a flurry of rapid cosmic punches, faster and stronger than any known Gatling Gun.

The assassin became infuriated as he returns his punches and blows, and like his opponent, he changed maneuvers so he could keep him in his sights. His blows were like getting hit with a torpedo.

Then the two’s punches would later collide with one another, fist-to-fist. Each collision sends shock waves across the field, causing the ground to shake with a great amount of force. Everyone in the area could hardly keep their footing.

Israel and the assassin reared back their fists, charging them with their magic, and then their fists collided for a final time, causing a massive force of energy that sent them flying back from each other in the air.

After regaining themselves in the air, the two opponents stared back at each other, waiting for the other to make the next move. And Israel would be the one to make that first move.

Raising his hand high in the air, he created a massive cosmic sphere, brimming with magic. And he planned to unleash it in a massive wave. He charged it as much as he could, then… "See if you can handle this," he challenged before firing his attack. The massive cosmic wave was hurdling straight towards the wraith at full force.

The wraith stared at the attack rushing towards him before he lifted his hand towards the incoming wave of cosmic energy. And in a shocking surprise, once the attack had met with his hand, the energy behind the attack depleted and vanished into thin air.

Israel was shocked to see his attack had been halted by this strange aggressor. Although he wasn’t the only one, the assassin was surprised by how much power was in that attack. Even though his energy negation move did prove the attack useless, but he still felt the amount of force in that attack coursing through his body when he was using his spell. Seems that the attack nearly overwhelmed the spell only for a time.

“Interesting.” The assassin muttered to himself. “Apparently, I found a worthy foe.” The wraith then rears his hand back and unleashed a beam attack straight towards Israel; in which the silver-haired man dodged out of the way.

"Incredible. He dissolved my attack. He's unlike any other foe I've faced in the past. Perhaps I should try a different approach," Israel said to himself. Soon, Israel prepared another wave, but this time, he jolted towards his dark adversary and aimed his blast at him from close range

"Try dispersing THIS," he growled. Sure enough, he shot his hand up at his attacker and blasted a huge wave directly at him. The wave was so strong that it forced the dark assassin back. Sending him tumbling and rolling across half the field.

The assassin was stunned by the attack, surprised by the power behind it. He was now fully sure… he finally has found… the PERFECT rival.

Unexpected to all, the assassin’s face mask fell off during the attack. After the attack was finished and the dust had settled, Israel flew down to the ground and approached his attacker, while he was struggling to get up, and when Israel was standing next to him, his eyes widened.

"What?" he asked himself, seeing that the man's mask was shot off and got a clear picture of who he was facing. "N-No… It can't be!"

And unfortunately, it is. For the face on the attacker… was none other than his and the girls' deceased friend that had died months ago… Inferno Blaze. And while Israel was in deep shock, Inferno then swiftly got onto his feet and delivered a savage uppercut which had Israel flying 30 feet away before crashing down onto the field.

And as the dark assassin stood for a while, and without his face mask, everyone in the area could see who he truly is.

"D… Dad?" Star Eyes called out. "Is… Is that you?"

However, Inferno paid no heed to everyone in the area. He was only focused on one individual.

After receiving the uppercut, Israel got back onto his feet, while he felt his cosmic energy dying down. Alerting him that he had spent his limit. But he knew he’s gotta push through.

But as he was getting up and his attention moving towards his attacker, who strangely looks like his dead best friend. And from what he could see, Inferno stared at him with an angered look before his eyes began to glow bright purple and then he opened his mouth wide to reveal razor-sharp teeth, and out came this inhuman roar. It was so loud and frightening that it sent shivers down everyone’s spine.

"You may look like Inferno, but your actions say otherwise!" Israel called out. His cosmic magic skyrocketed, but before he could try any sort of attack, he aimed at the people behind the bleachers and cast a shield around them. "Everyone, stay in the shield no matter what!" he called out.

As Israel’s focus was on the people, Inferno decided to pull one of his tricks. Standing firmly where he is, the assassin opened his mouth widely, and as he did, a purple glow is seen from the back of his mouth and coming up his throat. His eyes glow purple once again as Inferno then unleashed a blast of purple energy and flames from his mouth as it sped towards Israel.

Israel, in a quick attempt, tried to raise a magic shield to deflect the attack. The shield was able to halt the attack, but with Israel’s time limit now spent, the shield began to fail and the breath attack broke through and make contact with his torso. Sending him back and tumbling along the ground as his cosmic form faded away. Israel is left laying on the ground with his cosmic magic now spent of its time limit and in need of a recharge.

Seeing his opponent down, Inferno then slowly and menacingly approaches Israel across the field, with fires all around him, growling like a lion staring at fresh meat. But as he drew closer, out of nowhere, Astelle ran out in front of her father and stood in Inferno’s way.

"YOU STAY AWAY FROM MY DADDY, YOU MEANIE!!!" she screamed in tears, using herself as a human shield.

Everyone in the area, including Fluttershy, was now terrified for the girl’s life and of what danger she had thrust herself into.

However, after a moment of silence, Inferno stared down at the young girl who dared to get in his way. While he was eager to finish what he had started, but there was one rule that he cannot break… harming the innocent souls. And with this rule challenging his goal, the assassin had no other choice… but to withdraw from his hunt… for now.

For a quick moment, Inferno turned his eyes away from Astelle and towards Israel, who was laying on the ground and staring back. The two shared hateful gazes at each other, which signaled to both of them that this was not over. And with that, Inferno finally turned around and walked away. And as he walked across the field, he took the chance to pick up his face mask, and then later, he flapped his wings and took off into the air, disappearing into the clouds.

With the assassin gone, Astelle broke out in tears and turned to her father, who was getting up, weak from the fight. "DADDY!!!" she sobbed, hugging him.

"Sweetheart… are you alright?" he asked, holding his crying daughter. His body felt soar from the heavy amount of magic he used up.

"Dad!" Asriel shouted, running over to him. "You had me scared there for a minute," he said, sitting by his father's side.

"I'll survive. But… that was very dangerous what you did, sweetie. What did you think you were doing, Astelle? You could've been killed today." Israel said to his daughter.

“I didn’t want you to get hurt anymore!” Astelle responded with tears in her eyes, clearly distraught from what she had witnessed.

Israel wanted to scold her, but… seeing the look in her eyes wouldn't do any good. "Well… I will say this, what you did was very dangerous… but you were also very brave. You saved daddy's life, you know." Israel said, relaxed a little as he hugged her and held her in his arms. Astelle couldn't hold it in any longer as she hugged her daddy back, sobbing uncontrollably.

Fluttershy also came out and hugged her husband, relieved to see he made it out alive.

Everyone else approached their friend, seeing if he hadn't suffered any fatal injuries… well, except three of them.

Star Eyes was still in shock at what she had just seen, which was impossible. She saw her father… here. But that can’t be possible? And why did he look like that? And a better question… Why was he acting so violently towards Uncle Israel?

Sunset couldn't believe her eyes either. Never in her life did she ever get to see her husband again, but… the way he looked and attacked one of her friends like that, was like looking at an entirely different person. Like he changed or something.

"What happened to him? What happened to my husband?" Sunset asked herself.

But were more shocked to see Inferno than Silver Scorpion himself. Apart from him wanting to scream to the heavens for bringing back his little bro. But… seeing the way he looked out there and attacking one of his closest friends, it seems so… out of his character. Like it was his brother, but not his brother at the same time.

This day has brought on a lot of questions and they're only gonna keep multiplying as more surprises are waiting just ahead.
