As Cozy Glow was trying to make a magic circle to tartaros she saw a shadow was looming over her as she looked up she saw a dragon wearing something she feared the most "grogar's bell", cozy glow said shocked and scared not noticing the tree above her that was on fire and about to fall on top of her.

But when it fell cozy glow was okay and out of the way she noticed she was surrounded by magic she recognized as flurry hearts "What were you thinking !?!?!".

Cumulus flew next to them also lecturing her bestfriend "And that thing could've-- holy equestria it's chasing us", scared and out of options cozy glow bites her bestfriend's tail to get released and she does get released.

Cozy glow stands her ground waiting for the dragon to finish her off but again nothing happens. Cozy glow looks confused then she see's her adoptive parents facing off against the dragon.

Mothball holds his daughter while his wife toys with the dragon and then he looks at cozy glow with anger and sadness in his eyes "WHAT WERE YOU THINKING HUH!?!?!",

Mothball shout at his daughter, cozy glow cried "I'm sorry mr.mothball but I'm bad luck just let that dragon eat me please", but what happened next surprised cozy glow.

Mothball hugged his daughter and then traded places with his wife when he turned into a dragon as well and attacked the shadow dragon while screwball didn't say anything to her daughter but hugged her in a motherly way and knew that's just what the child needed.

Venma and Cosmos decided to intervene after seeing mothball transform and blasted at his family....
