Rainbow Dash entered the portal, where she thought that her endless problems would just perish, and go away. But maybe that wasn't really the case here. When she entered in, there was.. nothing. Just nothing. The deformed mare was just floating in the endless void. Probably forever.
"I.. really thought that i'll see my friends.. again." Quietly, the mare started sobbing. She thought that her now shattered dreams and thoughts would come true, and yet here she was.
But then, something caught her ear's attention.. There's no sounds in an void.. except Rainbow's voice, right? Then if that's the case, why was she able to hear the relaxing running of a river? And the calm wind? The moving of the tree leaves, bushes and grass..?
The colorfull world where she lived.. was back?
Was the void where the mare was earlier just a start of creating her own, perfect world?! If this was true, then Rainbow had to test it out. With all of her streght, she began thinking about the sudden loss of her best friends, Pinkie, Fluttershy, Applejack, Twilight, Rarity... they were all there, right infront of her, waiting for her to fly right at them and hug them, as hard as she could be happy about the fact that it worked. The mane six hugged. They laughed, spoke to eachother, ate random tasty snacks and drank some cool drinks, and talked again.
Everything, so Rainbow could forget that this was all supported by her own imagination. That this world.. is not real.
Right now, that was nothing to the happy mare, who was now all better, since her deformities were gone and she was back to normal. She was colorfull as the walking and living rainbow she was.
"Hey Twilight!" Rainbow said as she noticed her alicorn friend, just sitting on the edge of a cliff, all alone. "Heya Twilight. Heh, it was a pretty awesome day today! Wasn't it?"
Twilight looked at her rainbow friend, smiled and answered, "It was indeed awesome, Rainbow." Then, the smile from the alicorn's face faded, "Rainbow? Are you sure you're feeling alright?"
The rainbow pegasus was a bit confused by Twilight's question, but still answered simply, "Oh yeah, i'm absolutely sure." Rainbow said as she sat beside her purple friend.
"Rainbow," Twilight continued, "i feel like there's something bothering you for real. Are you sure that you're allright?"
The rainbow pony's ears drooped and she frowned. She wanted to tell the truth to Twilight, but at the same time, she didn't want to ruin her new life that she was living.
Out of a sudden, the purple alicorn hugged her. Rainbow felt warm inside and let a tear drop.
"Rainbow," Twilight said again, "just because we're gone here, doesn't mean that we're gone forever."
As Twilight said those words, Rainbow closed her eyes and continued of hugging her friend. Slowly, as the ponies hugged, the world started to fall apart again. But this time, it was rather calming and quiet, with no loud sounds that could distract anybody.
When Rainbow opened her eyes, she was back at the current world. Her deformed body was back and her colours were faded like before. She noticed that her body was in a sitting position and her forarms were wrapped around her thin body, like she was about to hug somebody, like her friend..
Her pale magenta eyes looked around, then she tilted up her head, directly at the sky.
"I will always remember you guys!!" The mare shouted, while her now even paler eyes filled with tears once again.
