Canterlot State University or CSU for short, the largest and prestigious college campus in the entire city . A nice and stable college that every teenager set's their eye's on to land an acceptance, however getting into this fancy school isn't a walk in the park as it takes a well written scholarship and a perfect and I mean perfect score on the standardized test or at least half a passing grade on the test. However seven teenagers had no problem's getting accepted into this prestigious school, after saving the town and CHS multiple times from any magical threat that plagued the entire city of Canterlot. As a reward for their bravery and strong friendship the seven friends were rewarded a straight up acceptance letter to CSU one month after their high school graduation.
These seven heroes were Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Sunset Shimmer, Fluttershy, Pinkie pie, Applejack, and Rarity.
The human world's elements of harmony as well as the alternate versions of the main 6 back in equestria. It had been 2 years since their highschool graduation and 2 years after that dreaded Anon a Miss incident and now they're on their sophomore year of CSU and continue to excel in all their classes. Speaking of the Anon a Miss incident Sunset and the girl's have since moved on from it ever since their reconciliation a few christmas's ago and now whenever it's brought up randomly they simply just laugh it off and playfully tease each other over that old ordeal, goes to show how much their friendship has grown stronger since then and now each of them knew better than to jump to conclusions again.
As for their sister's AKA the CMC they have been working hard at protecting the school from any magic threat's in their sisters stead's, no doubt all that magic training they along with Silver spoon have been going through from the Rainboom's has really been paying off and it's safe to say the school and city can rest assured that there's still someone to protect them while the OG gang is away. They've even started a new club that focused on training some new freshman during their senior year to master and unlock their magic abilities in order to take over for them once they graduate next year. Long story short Sunset and especially Rarity, Applejack, and Dash couldn't have been more proud of em.
However today would have a big impact on one of the Rainboom's, Sunset now 19 is preparing for a weekend visit to her old world Equestria along with her friends. But this trip wasn't gonna be all fun and games as Sunset's mind was on one important priority the second she steps through the mirror......................................her old mentor. As she finished packing up her suitcase for the weekend long trip her mind filled with many thought's about how her mentor would react to seeing her or if she even want's to see her. After she nearly destroyed canterlot from her reckless fire stunt, ran away from her, lashed out at her, stole twilight's crown, and tried to create an army in the human world to take her down she knew this wasn't gonna be a pretty conversation . Her thought's soon turned to fear of Celestia either banishing her from Equestria, choosing to never forgive her, or worst of all locking her away in the dungeon for a long time and never be able to see her friend's/sisters again. As she stared into the replica magic mirror Twilight gave to her on her 19th birthday standing in the edge of the living room of their frat house she started to have second thought's about facing her old mentor again, but she knew she couldn't run away from this forever. She had to face her again no matter how angry she had to face her and apologize even if she chooses not to forgive her.
"You ok sugarcube?" Came a voice. And soon Sunset snapped out of her thought's and turned around to find Applejack looking at her with a worried look on her face. " Your nervous aren't you?"
"Is it that obvious AJ?" She said in a sarcastic and quiet tone.
"Pretty much yeah" Applejack replied with a slight giggle. " Listen Sunset if I were in your shoes i'd be pretty nervous about seeing my old mentor too. Plus me and the girl's are nervous to finally meet her ourself's cause honestly even though we were forgiven years ago there's no telling what word's she's gonna lay out on us after.............................you know?"
"Hehe Yeah I know, but don't worry AJ Twilight has long since informed Celestia about everything and she doesn't hold a grudge against ya, she's disappointed yes but she's not upset with any of you guys" Sunset reassured.
"And that's exactly what I'm talking about too" Applejack replied. " Listen Sugarcube, I might not know the whole story about your past relationship with Celestia even after you informed us your backstory 3 years ago. But I'm certain that she doesn't hate you either and I can guarantee that she'll be so happy to see you even if she'll be slightly disappointed at your past actions, but ya gotta be brave and face her you cant runaway forever. Sooner or later you know you have to confront her past, look back at Anon a Miss If you could forgive us, our sisters, and everyone else even after we abandoned you at first and practically took your memory away for a brief time, then I know Princess Celestia will forgive you too. And no matter what happens sugarcube me and the girl's will always have your back, cause your not just our friend your our sister and we love you Sunset"
As AJ finished her statement Sunset couldn't help but shed tear's of joy at the fact that her friend's no her sisters cared about her so much. She ask herself how she could have been so lucky to meet these six amazing humans, she was then quick to bring Applejack into a warm embrace which she quickly returned as well.
"I love you guy's so much, thank you AJ" She sniffed.
"No prob Sugarcube" Applejack replied, and after a few seconds the hug ended as Sunset wiped away her tears.
"So are guy's ready to roll?" Sunset asked.
"Yeah were all packed as well, Fluttershy just needs a moment with Dumbbell and Dash is giving Indigo house instruction's" She answered. Sunset then looked over and found Shy fully packed and talking to her boyfriend.
"You sure you don't need me to come too butterfly?" Dumbbell asked.
"Don't worry Billy I'll be fine" She reassured him. " After all I'll still have access to my magic abilities in Equestria and I have the girl's to back me up"
"Hehe look at my brave girl" He said making Shy blush a little. " Alright butterfly I trust ya, BUT if your in trouble or some jackass pony guy over their tries to make a move on ya I don't care what it takes I'm coming straight through that portal and coming to your rescue my love"
Fluttershy couldn't help but roll her eye's at her boyfriends statement even though she found it cute that her former bully is so protective and gentlemanly towards her.
"Thanks Billy, I'll see ya on Monday" She said before wrapping her arms around her boyfriend and bringing him in for a passionate kiss which he was quick to return.
"And here's the house key" Dash said while handing Indigo Zap the key's to the frat house. "Help yourself to anything in the fridge, just don't touch Rarity's butterscotch ice cream cause she will murder ya believe me"
"Hehe message received" Indigo said with a giggle. " And don't worry Dash the house is in good hand's me and Twilight have it covered"
"Thanks Indigo" She said and the two friends proceeded to fist bump each other all while Sunset looked on proudly at the sight of love and friendship. Suddenly a familiar buzzing sound came from her suitcase and after opening it she found her phone automatically turn on with the notification "one new message" displayed on the screen and she was quick to swipe and go to her messages and began to read her latest message.

With nothing else to say she powered off her phone and placed it back inside her suitcase she begins to wonder how she wasso lucky to have a boyfriend as amazing as Flash. As she began to walk toward's the portal she found her friend's standing side by side with her as well ready to depart as well with suitcases in hand, Fluttershy and Dumbbell then said goodbye one last time as Fluttershy made her way toward's the mirror as well. As the girl's surveyed the mirror they gave each other nervous look's about their upcoming journey as they haven't traveled to another dimension before and had absolutely no idea how different the Equestria in Sunset's world is to there's, no doubt this was gonna be a hell of a ride for our six heroes.
"Well" Dash began" Guess his is it"
"Yup" Applejack replied.
"Time to see what the pony world is like" Fluttershy said.
"I can already tell this is gonna be a doozy" Pinkie said nervously.
"Quick question darling" Rarity asked Sunset. " is the transformation gonna hurt?"
"Hmmmm not that much, it'll feel weird at first but it wont hurt as much. Trust me i've had the exact same feeling when i arrived here 5 years ago"
"I'll take your word on that darling" Rarity said nervously earning a slight giggle from Sunset who then looked back at Twilight standing near Dumbbell and Indigo Zap.
"Ya sure you don't wanna come along too Twilight?" Sunset asked .
"Nah, this is you guy's fight Sunset" Twilight replied. " It's between you and the other Celestia I would just get in the way even though it would be interesting to see an anthropomorphic pony culture, plus I still feel a little uneasy whenever I see my counterpart"
Sunset couldn't help but giggle at her friend's statement.
"Alrighty then Twilight maybe next time then, we'll be sure to bring ya back some souvenirs and photos to study when we get back on Monday"
" Thanks sunset I appreciate it" Twilight replied. " Good luck you guys"
" Be safe out there girls, you too Butterfly" Dumbbell said.
"Don't do anything I wouldn't do over there fellas" Indigo jumped in.
Each of the girl's nodded in assurance before staring at the mirror as Sunset began to feed magic into it, and after a few seconds the portal to Equestria open's and each of the girls began to admire the lovely display of rippling magic.
"So who's going first?" Dash asked.
"I'll go" Fluttershy jumped in, and without another word jumped straight into the portal.
"HELL YEAH!!!! NOTHING'S GONNA STOP MY GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! " Dumbbell shouted amazed at his girlfriends bravery.
"Damn Fluttershy sure has gotten braver since senior year" Dash said impressed. " Alright I'm next" and Dash then proceeded to jump into the portal.
"Me next, me next, me next!!!!!!!!!!" Pinkie said excitedly and without another word jumped straight through the portal.
"Crazy girl" Applejack giggles. " Alright here I go YEEEEEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" and she then jumps into the portal as well.
"Really AJ? Rarity said. " Ok here goes nothing, I really hope this transformation doesn't mess up my hair " She then proceeds through the portal praying that her hair will be alright.
"Hehe classic Rarity" Sunset giggled. But before she jumps in after them she begins to reminisce about all the event's that have transpired not only in Equestria but in this world as well and wonder's if she's truly ready to face her former mentor again or if she's ready to see her former student again. She soon snapped out of her thought's after feeling some hands on her shoulder and found dumbbell and Twilight looking at her with reassuring smiles.
"You'll be ok Sunset" Twilight said.
"Dash, the girls, and my Butterfly got your back, it's gonna be fine" Dumbbell reassured. Sunset then smiled at her friend's statement and knew that they were right.
"Thanks fellas I'll see ya soon" She said. After another moment of hesitation Sunset then jumped straight through the portal not wanting to keep the girls waiting. As Sunset jumped inside the portal closes automatically in a bright glow of magic before reverting back to it's original state as the trio watched in amazement.
"Think they'll be ok? Indigo asked"
"Don't worry Indigo I'm sure they'll be fine, the others got her back plus they still have access to their magic abilities" Twilight reassured.
"Amen" Dumbbell replied. " OH CRAP! I gotta head out practice is in 10 minutes!" And then proceeded towards the front door.
"Ya need a ride their Billy? "Indigo called out.
"Nah I got my motorcycle parked in the front, I'll see you guy's on monday." He said and then left the house in a hurry not wanting to be late for football practice.
"Later billy" Twilight waved before closing the door.
"Well that's that" She said . " Hopefully they'll arrive safely" She then felt a pair of strong arm's wrapped around her waste and found Indigo staring at her with the thirstiest eyes imaginable.
"Look's like it's just the two of us now bookworm" Indigo said while licking her lip's and the young genius playfully rolled her eye's at the athletes statement.
"You really are something babe ya know that?" She asked.
"Awww come on ! You love it when I talk to ya like this and ya know it" Indigo said.
"Well your not wrong there" Twilight said quietly with a hint of lust in her voice and then brought her lip's closer to her girlfriend into a passionate kiss which Indigo was quick to return.
