10 years have passed since Anon first arrived in Equestria. Now, Anon is currently 17 years old and in his final year of high school. However, now is not the time for relaxation or slacking off. Because one week from now is something that will determine Anon's future- his college entrance exams.
In Anon's junior year, he had multiple options for a good collegial education. He could go to college in Griffonstone, which would probably would not be a good idea since most griffons don't like other species. Or he could stay close to home and go to University of Crystal Empire- much to his family's (especially Flurry Heart's) delight. But, Anon decided to even higher. He decided to be the first human in Equestria to go to the most prestigious college in the land- Canterlot University. Anon should have a very good chance of getting. He has always been at the top of his classes. He gets straight A's in his classes-except for P.E.. And he always passes every test.

The school day has finally ended. Anon says goodbye to his classmates and begins to walk back to the castle. Just before he arrives, a guard sees him approaching and announces his return to a maid and she orders the rest of the servants to get into position to welcome him home. Once this catches Flurry Heart's ears, she flies up into the air planning something very mischievous.
"Lady Flurry Heart, forgive me for speaking out of turn. But, may I ask what it is your are doing?"
"Oh, nothing too crazy, Silver Plate. I am going to give my brother a nice surprise."
"You do be careful, Lady Flurry Heart." A maid warns Flurry Heart concerned for her safety.
As soon as Anon returns to the castle, all four guards bow to him and say "Welcome home, Prince Anon."
"Come on, there's no need for formalities. You can just call me Anon."
One of the guards open the door and every single servant does the same and welcome Anon home.
"Shall I take your bags, sir?"
"Oh, yes. Please put them in my bedroom. You know I need to study."
"Forgive me, master. But if I may speak, you have been studying nonstop for the past two weeks. You should really relax. Would you care for a spa day with your mother?"
"I'm really sorry, but I really need to focus. I can't have any distractions, but thank you for the offer. But, I wonder where Flurry Heart is. She would normally be running from her room to greet me by now-"
"SURPRISE HUG BOMB!" Flurry Heart dives bombs onto Anon's back so fast that the servants couldn't push him out of the way. The impact causes Anon to fall on his stomach.
"Good heavens! Master Anon, Lady Flurry Heart, are you alright!?"
"Yep, totally fine. What about you, big bro?"
"OWWW! Dear Celestia, Flurry Heart , why did you do that!?"
"What!? I wanted to give my brother a big welcome home. Besides, you've been all day!"
"I'm gone all day five times a week. Now, can you please get off me?"
"No way, this is closest we've been in two weeks. So, with that being said... Wanna hang out?"
"No, I can't. I have to study for my entrance exams."
"BOOO! You've been studying for two weeks straight! Shouldn't you take a break?"
"No breaks, Flurry. You know I'm trying to get into Canterlot University, right?"
"What's so good about that school, anyway? It's probably full of stuck up rich ponies. Why not stay closer to home and to go Crystal Empire University? You'll be close to Mom and Dad, and your adorable little sister!"
"No Flurry, you don't understand. I'm trying to get into the top university so I -a human from another world- can prove to Equestria that non-ponies can be just as smart as actual ponies. Now, if you'll excuse me-" Anon manages to stand up and makes Flurry Heart fall to the floor. "-I have a lot of studying to do." Anon walks off back into his bedroom and Flurry Heart looks at him with an admittedly adorable pout on her face.
Two hours later, Anon is studying as usually, when he hears a knock on his bedroom door.
"Master Anon, may I enter?"
"Oh, yes. Come in."
"Dinner is ready, sir."
"Oh, thank you, Silver Plate."
Anon follows Silver Plate to the dinning hall where the rest of his family didn't start eating without him. Since ponies are mostly vegetarian, Anon has always ate the same things his peers ate. However, with a lack of meat in his diet- and not being very athletic - caused him to be a little skinny.
"So Anon, how was school?"
"School was great as usual, Dad. I had a science test today and I think I did pretty good."
"Well, knowing my son, I know you aced it."
Flurry Heart looks up from her plate and notices that Anon is eating faster than usual.
"Umm, brother, you're eating a little bit fast there."
"Oh, I really need to back to studying. Mom, Dad, can I be excused?"
"Anon, you shouldn't be pushing too hard. I don't want your health to decline."
"Don't worry, Mom. I'll be fine."
*Sigh* "Ok, you can go."
Not even 20 minutes later, Flurry Heart slowly peeks her head out from Anon's desk. "Big brotherrrr."
"What, Flurry?" Anon says in a very annoyed tone.
"Well, since you have been studying all week, I figured that you could use a break. Wanna come to my room and watch a movie?"
"Maybe later."
"Does that mean 'no'?"
"Yes, that means 'no'.”
*Growl* *Gasp* "Oh right. A new Flame Insignia game came out today. I know you've been excited for it since last year. And I managed to get my hooves on the day one edition. C'mon, boot up the gaming system and let's play together."
"Not now, Flurry. I'm busy."
"Pleaseeee?"
"No."
"Alright, you've forced me to use my secret weapon."
Flurry Heart uses the one 'spell' that she has mastered after years of training... cuteness. Flurry Heart summons a teddy bear and hugs tight while using puppy-dog eyes.
"Flurry, you know that is my one weakness." Anon is trying his best to resist the technique Flurry uses when she can't get her way. And unfortunately for Anon, it always worked. "Ok, ok, I'll play with you!
"YAY! I always get what I want."
"But only for 1 hour."
"I'll take it."
One hour later, the timer on Anon's cellphone goes off.
"Time's up."
"WHAT?! But, I'm in the middle of a chapter!"
"I said one hour. So you know what that means?"
"Uh oh."
Anon picks up Flurry Heart and plops her down outside of his room.
"Do not bother me for the rest of the night!"
Anon closes his door and Flurry Heart can hear him lock it. "Darn it. Time to come up with a new plan."
30 minutes later, once again, there is a knock on Anon's door. Anon walks to the door with an extremely annoyed look on his door.
"Flurry Heart, I swear to Celestia, if you don't stop- Oh, it's just you, Silver Plate."
"Forgive me for interrupting your studies, Master Anon. Princess Cadance wanted me to give you snack while you study." Silver Plate gives Anon a peanut & jelly sandwich that is cut into the shape of heart.
"Typical Mom. Mmm, that's so good."
"Well, I'm glad you enjoyed it." Suddenly, Silver Plate's voice goes from his usual deep and bassy tone to a high-pitched girly voice. A flash of light appears and Silver Plate reveals himself to none other than Flurry Heart.
"Oh. My. Celestia!"
"Ok, now that I have your attention, we can make plans to hangout this weekend. We can go to an amusement park, we can go to a Wonderbolts show, we can go to Manehattan, or we can go to Las Pegasus. Actually, we probably shouldn't because neither of us are adults."
With a deep breath, Anon has had enough. "Flurry Heart, can't you see I'm trying to study!? My future is on the line and I can't focus without you being a pest and bothering me! So, for once in your life, for Celestia's sake, get out of my room and Leave. Me. Alone!"
After being screamed at by her brother, Flurry Heart can't help but cry.
*Sniff* "Is that all I am to you? A pest? Fine, this little pest will leave you alone! I'm never talking to you again! I hate you, you jerk!"
Flurry Heart teleports out, but her sobs still echo across the room. A sense of guilt and immediate regret comes upon his conscience.
"Oh no, what have I done?"
Anon runs to Flurry Heart's room and can hear her crying into her pillows.
"Flurry Heart, I'm sorry for yelling at you! I didn't mean it!"
Flurry Heart opens her door. Her eyes are red from crying.
"Go away, you jerk. I said I hate you!" Flurry Heart slams the door in Anon's face and jumps back into her bed.
*Sigh* "Nice going, Anon. You messed up big time."
"Anon, why are you fighting with your sister?"
When he hears his Cadance's voice, Anon knows that he is in deep trouble.
"I guess I have no choice but to explain." Anon and his parents go back to his to explain everything that happened tonight. Cadance and Shining Armor are very disappointed in not only Anon, but also Flurry Heart.
"Anon, we understand that you were annoyed, but did you really have to call her a pest?"
"Dad, I didn't mean to. I wasn't thinking. I said the first thing that came to my head. And now I really regret it. I tried to apologize but she won't listen."
"Anon, you know your sister loves you. I can tell that she thinks that your studies are more important than her."
"Mom, I love Flurry, she's my little sister. But she kept getting in the way. You know I want to get into a good college."
"Anon, let Mom tell you a story. A few years ago, Auntie Twilight adopted a new pet and Uncle Spike felt like she was ignoring him and felt jealous. Until Twilight and Owlowscious saved Spike from a big dragon in a gem cave. Then, Spike and Owlowscious made up and became friends."
Anon reflects on what happened. He realizes that he wasn’t being a good brother to Flurry Heart. He now knows what to do. He walks back to Flurry Heart's room and knocks on the door once again.
*Sniff* "What do you want?"
Anon kneels down to meet Flurry Heart at eye level. "Look, Flurry. I'm sorry for everything I've done. I'm sorry for yelling at you. I'm sorry for ignoring you. And I'm sorry for being bad brother. I was so far into my studies that I lost sight of what's important to me. My family. I'm going to make this right. You and I going to hang out. Just like we used to do when we were kids. And we can go to that amusement park like you wanted."
*Sniff* "You really mean it?"
"Yes, of course I do."
"Yay!" Flurry Heart immediately gives her brother the biggest hug she's ever given. "I love you, big brother!"
"I love you, little sis."
Anon and Flurry Heart spent the night playing video games, making fun of cheesy romance movies, and drawing pictures. Eventually, the clock reads 1 AM and Cadance enters Flurry Heart's room and sees her kids sleeping on the floor. She uses her magic to put the two to bed and gives them both a kiss on the forehead. Just like old times.
"Good night, kids."
