What is he doing here!
Okay let's recap NoFace, a powerful EVO and later identified by Rex. He was isolated from humanity and kept within the Bug Jar among other EVOs he learned to have control over.
Somehow NoFace or maybe even someone got turned into a NoFace looking EVO but I don’t know if this NoFace has the same abilities as the original NoFace.
I need to be careful.
Did you hear me leave the woman alone or else. “Who are you to tell me what I should do?” His voice sounds just like the original NoFace. Who are you and why are you hurting people?
“You don’t smell like a normal human, what are you?” I’m similar to you but you know not evil, now tell me why are you doing this!?
“Because I can.” Really that’s the reason, that’s a pretty stupid reason. “How dare you mock me, I should kill you where you stand but I’ll offer you a chance to serve me instead”.
“What do you say”. Hmm, tempting but no and let me show you I will never work for you, After finishing talking I quickly tell my nanite to make the slam cannon.
The Slam Cannon is a large orange projectile cannon that Rex can transform either arm into. Similar to a rocket launcher, it is positioned to rest on his shoulder. However, it does not produce its own ammo; instead, a maw on the back end of the slam cannon can extend into the ground and reload solid material for ammunition. It then proceeds to fire the ballad material at its target with great force.
I hope you like the taste of concrete because here it comes!
With a loud “whoosh” a big ball of concrete is shot out of the slam cannon and to NoFace. NoFace didn’t even bother to move. He just stood there but I could tell he was surprised how strong it hit him.
I used his surprise to run up to the woman and get her to safety. “That actually hurt me” with rage in his voice “how dear you hurt me!” What are you going to do about it!
He began to growl out in rage, what are you just going to stand there or what?'' I quickly broke out my smack hands in preparation for his attack.
NoFace started to run to me but it wasn’t a normal run, more like he was a wild animal. “I hope you're ready to die!” Come at me!
Once he was close enough I threw the first punch.
I hit him with a left hook hard enough to push him to the alleyway wall, “SLAM” I don’t let up on him I don't want him to have the chance to fight back. All the continuous punches kept pushing him deeper into the wall not allowing him to troll a punch but he got me when he used his legs to push back from him.
“You just want to die slowly, do you.” Oh blah blah blah, shut up and fight!
When we started fighting again I slowly noticed the smack hands were both helping me and getting in the way.
Okay let me drop some knowledge so you see the smack hands are just a little smaller than the alleyway that gives me the advantage because he can’t really dodge my hit. Great right no not really at the some time I have to move my whole body to thoroughly punch.
Not being aboard to fight as freely as I would like made it pretty obvious, before I could either change the size of the smack hands or even change my weapon NoFace pushed my right hand to the wall.
“Crunch!” “Pow!”
He destroyed the hand he had pushed to the wall and hit me directly in the chest. He didn’t stop there, forcing me to move back and shield myself with my left smack hand.
Damn he can really hit. A non stop barrage of hits slowly but quickly breaking down my hand.
I slam my hand down and began dragging it to him to hopefully push him back. He quickly moved back before my hand hit and jumped onto a nearby building, “I would love to keep on fighting until one of us is dead but I have other things to do today, see you”.
Get back here you jerk, I’m not done beating you up. I quickly jumped on top of the building but before I could chase him I didn’t see him anywhere.
I started to look around in hope to find him but no luck so I decided to go back to the shop to see how Felix is doing.
The walk back was kind of depressing seeing all the destruction left behind. I was hoping there wouldn’t be too much damage but looking around I can say I failed in the goal.
Hey Felix are you okay?
Felix?
What are you doing? “Oh hey Rex, umm nothing much I just decided to have a sale on products and services.”
“You know, to help people fix some of their things that can’t be easily replaced”. That sounds great.
The rest of my time working was spent helping set up for the sale.
Hey Twilight I’m home!
“I’m in the kitchen. How was your day?”
Well It was interesting at least. “What do you mean?” Did you not hear what happened in the city? “No, what happened.” There was an attack near to where I work.
“By who?” A evo that I call NoFace but don’t worry I took care of it. “Thank goodness you were there to help”.
Yeah.
Hey what do you want to do this weekend? “Um, I don’t know, do you have something planned?” No, I just wanted to do something, maybe go somewhere nice.
“We can spend time with my friends.” Maybe but I think it would be better if it’s just us. “W-will if you think it will be better. I’m going to be in my room if you need me.”
