Parasitic Paramour

All in One Day

It had been several months since Silverstream, her best friends, and many others had united to defeat the Legion of Doom in an unexpected rainbow of light that destroyed them of their power and allowed Discord to turn them into stone. Of course, Silverstream thought over the course of events, wondering how a creature that spent many years in stone could enact the same punishment to those three villains. She even considered saving up bits so she could visit the statues in Canterlot, maybe pay her former headmare a visit. After all, it would be nice to be the one to share new facts to the group for a change. Ocellus usually explained changeling history, pony history, and other facts that Silverstream was never taught as she grew up in the ocean. Perhaps she’d leave her room and go to the library.

At least, that’s what she planned, before she saw a fly on the wall near her desk. Flying out of her chair, Silverstream huffed as she aimed her claw at the fly. The fly flew off the wall, buzzing around until it landed on her doorknob. Silverstream grinned as she slowly snuck up on the insect, moments away from lunging when the unthinkable happened.

The insect flew off the doorknob, shapeshifting in mid-air until a tall black changeling with holes and a long green mane appeared before her, glaring down at the small hippogriff as her heart started to race.

“You foal,” Chrysalis sneered. “Why couldn’t you just leave me be?! I just needed somewhere to lay low for a while, and you fucked it all up!”

“L-Lay low?” Silverstream twiddled her claws as she stared up at Queen Chrysalis.

“Yes, pony-brain, your new headmare has ripped everything away from me,” Chrysalis explained. “And there are consequences to...wait, don’t I recognize you from somewhere?”

“I don’t know w-what you mean?” Silverstream chuckled, walking backwards with each step Chrysalis made till she bumped into the wall behind her. Before Chrysalis could lay a hoof on her, both of them looked at the door as they heard knocking.

“Silverstream?” Gallus said on the other side of the door. “Is everything okay?”

Chrysalis’ eyes widened as she pressed her hoof against Silverstream’s beak, shaking her head as her ears flattened. Silverstream smiled as she pulled Chrysalis’ hoof away from her beak and spoke.

“It’s okay, we can help you,” Silverstream began to walk past the former Matriarch as she spoke louder. “Hey guys, look who I fo-”

Chrysalis, with her mind racing like a cheetah after its prey, did the only attempt she could imagine would properly keep the unknown creature’s mouth shut.

She lunged forward and kissed Silverstream, wrapping her forelegs around the smaller creature. Silverstream, bug-eyed, didn’t push away as she processed the kiss from the much bigger Queen. She felt surges of emotion and heat flooding through her body for a few moments, before it was released from her body and into the Queen’s mouth. The hippogriff was feeling sleepy by the time Queen Chrysalis pulled back and stood on her own four hooves once more. Noticing that Silverstream’s eyes were still fluttering and not closed, Chrysalis gulped as she waited for the young creature to scream and expose her. But Silverstream smirked as she turned around to face the door.

“Nevermind~” Silverstream giggled. “I thought I saw Cozy Glow underneath my bed, turns out it was just my plush on the floor.”

“Uh, are you sure everything’s good?” Ocellus’ voice was heard.

“Never better,” Silverstream insisted. “I’ll meet up with you guys later!”

“See ya,” then the voices on the other side of the door fell silent, and Chrysalis stepped closer to the hippogriff.

“You..whatever creature you are...you’re not angry?” Chrysalis tilted her head. “I didn’t think you would be so...nonchalant about a freed villain kissing you like that.”

“I mean, you did kind of take my first kiss from me,” Silverstream rolled her eyes as she dared to rest her claw on the former Queen’s shoulder. “But I expect a Queen such as yourself to make it up to me?”

“How do you expect me to do that?” Chrysalis asked, feeling her heart quicken as the creature stared up at her with her violet eyes. Less than an hour of properly meeting this winged girl, and Chrysalis already knew her plans would be derailed...

Chrysalis walked the Ponyville streets in her signature green pony disguise while Silverstream leaned against her, her wing wrapped around what nopony would expect to be the former Queen of Changelings.

“So my name is Silverstream and I’m a hippogriff, so you don’t need to keep referring to me as a ‘creature’ or whatever,” Silverstream explained. “I can kind of shapeshift? I just use this necklace to change into a seapony when I’m in the water. But to be honest, I feel like you have a lot more to explain.”

“What’s there to explain? I want revenge on that damn Glimmer pony,” Chrysalis growled. “I know with your gigantic purple overlord, taking over Equestria would be impossible. But she was the one to take my hive away from me, and with no one willing to bear my next clutch, settling for taking her out is my best option.”

“Wait, you need someone to bear your eggs?” Silverstream smirked as she made eye contact with Chrysalis. Chrysalis’ eyes widened for a brief moment before she looked away with a heavy blush.

“I d-don’t need anything, it would just be nice to have a hive again,” Chrysalis shrugged. “There’s nothing quite like ruling a Kingdom predominately made up of my own offspring, I don’t think they’ll ever know what I did for them to survive.”

Chrysalis’ ears flattened as she stared at the ground, the two stopping their walk in Ponyville Square. Silverstream’s wing-grip on Chrysalis tightened as she pressed their foreheads together.

“How did you escape?” Silverstream whispered.

“I don’t know, I just remember breaking from the stone with my freedom back,” Chrysalis frowned. “Tirek and Cozy Glow were still petrified, so I shapeshifted and made my way to Glimmer’s location. I was hoping to concoct a plan for the next few days, but fate had something different in mind.”

“So you’re giving up, just like that?” Silverstream tilted her head.

“No,” Chrysalis huffed. “No hippo-griff is going to stop me from seeking my revenge, but I can’t exactly do that while I’m on this date, now am I?”

“I suppose not,” Silverstream approached Twilight’s former castle. “I’ve come to show you my favorite discovery of Ponyville.”

“Oh yeah?” Chrysalis tilted her head. “And what would that be?”

Silverstream flew towards the door, wildly pointing her claws at the stairs beneath her.

“Stairs!!!” Silverstream beamed at Chrysalis, who hoof-palmed her face.

“I’ve seen stairs before,” Chrysalis groaned. “There was more to this date than that, right?”

“I...um...duh!” Silverstream blushed as she scratched her mane, flying back down beside Chrysalis. “There’s like a dozen different kinds of stuff I wanted to show you.”

Chrysalis walked back into the School of Friendship, still in her pony disguise as Silverstream flew circles past her, the wide grin clear on her beak as she felt butterflies in her stomach. Her very first date had gone better than she could ever have dreamed, getting to show Chrysalis the day-to-day lives of her once greatest enemies. Chrysalis noticed as the pink pony baked for a living, the shy pony took care of her animals, the blue one cleared the skies, the white unicorn created dresses, and the orange earth pony provided for her family. The last one struck a cord with her, as she processed that pony known as Applejack did everything to take care of them. Perhaps she wasn’t as different from them as she once thought.

And after having her flighty date beg for her to reveal herself to her dearest friends, and having said yes, Chrysalis felt her heart pounding against her chest as Silverstream managed to gather her and her five friends in the empty hallway within minutes. The big brown creature stepped forward and tilted her head.

“Who is green pony?” Yona asked.

“Okay, so you guys promised not to freak out right?” Silverstream placed her wing around Chrysalis once more as she stared at her friends.

“We trust you, Silverstream,” Gallus insisted, followed by the nods of the rest of their friends.

“Okay, are you ready?” Silverstream glanced at Chrysalis, and she sighed.

She could feel her dreams of ripping the lives of the Elements of Harmony, and that Glimmer pony, slipping away. How would it be possible when she revealed herself to these friendship students? Would she even want to, after having met the ball of light holding her? Her bubbliness was simply the most delicious form of love that Chrysalis has ever tasted by far, and even now she could feel her body feeding off it little by little. Chrysalis nodded, letting her pony disguise drop as Silverstream’s friends’ jaws practically dropped to the floor.

“Queen Chrysalis, your hippogriff friend’s date,” Chrysalis added, snickering at their widened eyes. “Pleasure to meet you all.”
