Second Floor! The Clash of the Titans!


Thanos looked around, the screams of the Avians he killed flooded his mind. Thanos shook his head but continued to stare at a singular skull of an Avian, some bones stuck out of the sand. 


“Well, welcome to the second floor everyone,” Elia chuckled, the Princess slowly turned to Thanos. “Er, why is he staring like that? It’s creepy...”

Shiva lifted a claw, her pack link trying to soothe Thanos. “He fought in a brutal war,” she warned. “This is bringing back… bad memories.” She focused on Thanos, trying to reach him as he struggled not to panic. “Thanos… John, listen to my voice. You’re among friends. The avians aren’t here; there’s no battle. Just your pack. Deep breaths, John. Deep breaths.”

“It’s alright best buddy!” Thanos kept still like a stone statue, Lucci reached to pat Thanos’ shoulder, the Titan swiftly grabbed the man’s arm. “Uh… Thanos? Can ya let go of my arm?” Thanos tightened his grip on the man, Lucci grimaced at the pain. “T-Thanos…?” Thanos then shattered Lucci’s arm like glass, Lucci’s arm was bent in another direction. “SON OF A MOTHERFUCKER!!!” Lucci fell onto his back. 

“What in Hylia’s Lake has gotten into Thanos?” Link asked in confusion, looking around thinking there was some sort of curse. 

Shiva yelped and transferred her link to Lucci, as Thanos snapped his head towards the south-east. Thanos shot away, much to the confusion of the others. As the others struggled to keep up, Thanos reached a large crater, staring down at the center in confusion. 

“The skull,” he whispered. “It should be here.”

“It’s not!” Shiva insisted, skidding to his side. “Thanos, it’s…”

“Ah, my student it’s nice to see you again!” A gruff voice spoke. Thanos turned the head towards the sound.

“Master?” Thanos' disappointment was now immeasurable and his day was ruined. For it was Douglass Bullet with Cloven Diamond’s skull, controlling it like a puppet. Thanos’ eyes widened.

“Kahahaha! You got duped purple man!” Bullet laughed. Thanos just looked into Bullet’s eyes, surprisingly to Bullet, he wasn’t angry.

Black growled at the ‘joke.’ “That’s just fucking wrong man, you don’t do that shit.” Black argued.

Luke shuddered. “Please tell me no one did anything like that with my corpse,” he whispered.

“Daybreaker didn’t even leave a corpse,” Shiva whispered solemnly, before powering him up with the pack link. Luke glanced at Eric’s furious expression.

“Oh, and who is this ‘Daybreaker’ you keep speaking of?” Black asked as he looked to Shiva with a raised eyebrow.

“Imagine Nightmare Moon,” Shiva replied. “But instead of Luna, it’s Celestia.” Her pack link flared as she spoke, giving Black an image of Celestia, but with golden fur, and black and gold dragon eyes. Her mane was a wreath of flames, and sharp teeth were bared in a malicious laugh as she rained what looked like miniature suns down onto a battlefield. Hearing mention Nightmare Moon brought up an old memory back when he fought her so many years ago.

Black shuddered at the image of a Nightmarish Celestia, “And here I thought Nightmare had a chilling laugh.” Black said as he severed the pack links and let them fizzle away.

Luke winced at the memory. “Worst part is, it was our own fault she showed up: one of my pack mates made a really dumb decision to bomb Canterlot with these experimental weapons we had.”

Shiva’s ears flattened. “I knew it was a mistake to keep those,” she grumbled. 

“I’d say sorry, but… we paid for it already,” Luke noted, before turning back to Black. “Celestia lost her mind from the number of ponies that died… and Daybreaker took over. She disintegrated every diamond dog that had bombed Canterlot, then went after the rest of us.” He clutched his wrist. “I tried to fight her - to protect my son and the diamond dogs that weren’t involved - but…” he looked back to Shiva. “You’re serious; there was nothing left of me?” 

Shiva shook her head. Luke visibly paled under his fur, before he focused on Bullet, clearly trying not to go into another panic attack.

“I’m guessing like they won’t leave anything left of him either,” Luke noted.

“Damn right. You do not tamper with the dead,” Eric seethed out through clenched teeth as the shadows slowly slithered to the laughing displaced. 

“KAHAHAHAA!!! If you guys wanna take me on…” Bullet fired off a huge burst of Conqueror’s Haki at them, “...You must have a strong will!” Everyone was absorbed into it, Bullet’s eyes were red as well as his mouth as he grinned like a demon. Thanos looked back at the others, the force of Bullet’s will taking a toll on the weaker willed, Thanos then fired off his Conqueror’s Haki at the God of War. Their Wills clashed, blowing dust away before it let off a harmless explosion. Bullet and Thanos locked eyes, Thanos looked back at the others. Link reached back to grab at this master sword, only to halt when Thanos spoke.

“Leave.” Thanos said firmly, looking at the others. 
“..Welp, you’ve heard the man.” Link said as he lowered his arm. 

Luke, already on edge from retelling his death, took one look at Thanos, then back at Bullet. “Alright.” He lifted Shiva up and marched away, clearly struggling not to sprint away crying like a pup.

“Hey,” Shiva protested, looking up at Thanos as Luke marched off with her. “Thanos, are you sure…?”

“He’s got this,” Luke assured her. “No way we’re taking that on. Not dying again. Nope-nope-nope-nope!” He kept on chanting ‘Nope’ as he marched his way to the exit.

“Hey Thanos,” Black said, looking to the Titan as he ascended the staircase. “Don’t make the mistakes I’ve made, killing won’t justify what happened back then, it’ll only cause more pain.” Black said as he turned away and followed the others. Thanos just nodded, not facing him.

“...Let us go,” Entity spoke, Lucci, Link, and Elia followed the Minecraft man, they went after the pair. Entity stopped and looked back at Thanos while they were marching on, “Don’t kill him, it can not fix what was done.” 

“Alright.” Thanos nodded, not facing Entity. Entity let out a grin.

“Heh,” Entity chuckled as he continued his march, trying to catch up with the others.

“Think you can do me a favor, Chrome Dome?” Eric said walking past the Titan 

“What is it, Oogie Boogie?” Thanos asked the Shadow Man, not looking towards the man.

“Teach this bastard why you never disturb the dead,” Eric said, receding his shadows. “You’d better bring his head back as a trophy.” 

“Eric Von Shadow,” Thanos turned his head to the Shadow Man, slightly disappointed in him. “We need to lower the casualties. They are just like us, but with differences. I intend to kill no one, you should too, killing someone can not bring back what was lost. When you fight fire with fire, you both get burned.” Thanos turned away from Eric, looking into bullet’s eyes before taking a stance.

“Just make sure you don’t lose to somepony like him,” Eric said still using the term out of habit

“Somepony, KAHAHAHAHAHA!!!” Bullet laughed, Thanos couldn’t help but laugh as well. “PONYBOY!!!!” 

Eric grabbed his blade and swung it in an arc causing a wave of razor shadow to dig a trench into the ground in front of Bullet Though unfortunately for Eric, Thanos shattered that attack like glass, producing a shockwave from his palms.

“Do not mock what is a habit for me,” Eric growled, running to catch up with the others.

The two fighters stared at each other, the sand was blown in the wind, Thanos frowned, looking into Bullet’s eyes.

“It’s just you and me Bullet, everyone has left.” Thanos told the God of War, Bullet just grinned.

“Thanos, how about we fight with just our strength. No Devil Fruit, no Ki, no magic, just our Armament Haki and Rokushiki Techniques.” Bullet asked the Titan, Thanos chuckled softly.

“Why not? I’m used to it anyways,” Thanos told Bullet, Thanos got in a fighting stance, Bullet got in his. There was a pregnant pause, the two didn’t even dare to move. Everything went black and they only saw their opponents. The two then lunge at each other, Thanos cocked back his fist, Bullet cocked back his fist as well. They coat their fists in Armament Haki, they then punch each other in their faces. The force sent them flying into the pillars, Thanos shot from his pillar and rammed Bullet through his pillar. The pillar fell, Thanos then caught the pillar and he then threw the pillar at Bullet. Bullet then threw a Rankyaku, splitting the pillar in half. 

“HRAH!!!” Thanos jumped above the dust that was spread from Bullet’s attack, Thanos then flew down at Bullet, using Tekkai to enhance his body. “Tekkai Sai!” Thanos slammed his fist down, but unfortunately missed, Bullet laughed before uppercutting Thanos. Sending him flying far, Bullet chased after the Titan. Thanos then hit the ground, he then got in Daewi’s Fighting Stance. As Bullet got close Thanos unleashed a punch.

“First Stance… FIST OF THE BLACK-” Thanos was cut off, Bullet had evaded the attack, Bullet grabbed Thanos’ arm and threw the Titan over him. Bullet then slammed Thanos onto the ground, knocking the wind out of the Titan. Thanos then jumped up and landed an uppercut to Bullet, Bullet stumbled backwards, Thanos got into a stance and covered his head in Armament Haki. Bullet did the same as the Titan and their heads collided, the force of the two goliaths shook the whole tower. Thanos and Bullet stumbled backwards and rubbed their heads.

“Damn, you sure do have a hard head!” Bullet complimented his opponent, Thanos winced and then looked at Bullet.

“I could say the same to you!” Thanos cried out before running at Bullet, coating his fists in Armament Haki. Bullet replicated the Titan’s gesture and dashed at Thanos. Their fists met each other's face and they would’ve been thrown back, if they had not prepared for this. Digging their feet into the soil they began slugging each other, fists were thrown and fists clashed.Thanos landed a gut punch to Bullet, Bullet wheezed at the sheer force of the Titan’s mighty blow. Bullet clenched his teeth, looking at Thanos, Bullet then threw his fist and the fist found it’s target. Thanos was punched in the kidney, Thanos then launched an uppercut onto Bullet, the force sent him flying, and Bullet was launched several meters away. 

The Titan followed him, though due to his handicap of no Devil Fruit he couldn’t reach Bullet in time to strike him again. Bullet hit the floor, a dust cloud swept over, Bullet jumped up, looking at Thanos who was a comfortable few meters behind him. Bullet jumped onto the pillars, bouncing off of them like a ping pong ball. Thanos then stopped as he was being surrounded by Bullet, Bullet hopped around like a grasshopper.

“What’s wrong Thanos? Can’t keep up? Kahahahaha!” Bullet laughed, Thanos struggled to keep up with Douglas Bullet as he bounced around. Bullet then crashed into Thanos, striking the Titan in his gut, the force sent Thanos for a tumble. Skipping across the sand like a rock getting skipped on water, Thanos then hit a pillar. 

"Ugh… That was the first time I ever passed out during a fight, this guy is the real deal." Thanos said to no one in particular as he looked up at Bullet. Bullet was meters away, flexing his muscles and punching the air as a warm up. Thanos walked out of his pillar, getting into the stance of Cloven Diamond.

"Oh ho ho! I recognize that stance! It was the stance of the strongest being on Equus, Cloven Diamond. He was the first non-displaced person that made me go all out, when I had defeated the man. He asked me one thing, to kill him. I really didn't understand why because he had a student, which was you, he said that if he died his student would grow stronger because of it. Heh, I guess it's true, he wanted me to tell you this." Bullet coughed into his hand, clearing his throat. "Thanos, you have soared above the limits of my students before you, you are a strong warrior and a better friend. Even though I'm the master, you taught me many things. You taught me how to love, how to cry, and how to live. Thank you, Thanos."

Thanos was taken aback by this, his eyes opened wide and a little tear formed in his eye. Memories of Cloven Diamond flushed his memories, Thanos chuckled.

"If you're up there Cloven Diamond, thank you. Bullet I knew you didn't want to kill him, I honestly thought Ryker ordered you to kill him but now I understand. Thank you Bullet for giving me his last message." Thanos tightened his stance, Bullet went into his stance, grinning like a mad man.

"You're welcome! May this fight be one for the ages!" Bullet roared as he used Soru to approach Thanos, Thanos used Soru as well. Their fists clashed and it made a huge tremor in the tower that shook it. Thanos coated his arms in Ryou Haki and coated his whole body in Armament Haki, Bullet covered his whole body in Armament Haki making him purple. Bullet's fists were coated in Ryou Haki. 

"Franky Boxing!" Thanos cried out, shooting a multitude of punches at Bullet.

"[Insert Move Name That I Forgot.]!" Bullet roared, shooting an armada of punches at the Titan. Their fists collided and with every punch thrown it made a shockwave that was felt throughout the tower. Bullet launched an uppercut on the Titan, Thanos then headbutt's Umbra's Heir. Thanos grabbed Bullet's head and dragged him across the sand, making sure to run into bones along the way to cause extra damage. Thanos then chucked Bullet far, and Bullet went through a series of pillars before nearly getting launched off the floor and getting launched out of the tower. Bullet then ran to the fallen pillars, throwing them up, Bullet then kicked the pillars at Thanos.

"That's not going to work on me!" Thanos cried out, punching the pillars and knocking them away. It was making then shatter from the strength of the Mad Titan. Bullet then appeared behind Thanos, reaching around Thanos' waist. Bullet then pulled off a German Suplex on the Titan, the force shook the floor below. Thanos wheezed before Bullet let Thanos go, Bullet wrapped his hand around Thanos' neck, Thanos wrapped his hand around Bullet's neck. They both lock eyes and they start punching each other in their heads, with their Ryou Haki aka internal damage Haki, they were punching their actual skulls with no skin protecting them.

"Fuck the rules, let's go full power! But only use Devil Fruits," Bullet grinned, Thanos let go of Bullet. Bullet jumped back and a submarine popped up, Bullet stood on the submarine. It then turns into a giant robot, "I ate the Gasha-Gasha No Mi, which made me an Assimilation Human!" The robot was finished as it towered over Thanos. 



Thanos looked in pure shock at the contraption, the robot’s fists were then coated in Armament Haki, Bullet then threw a punch at the man. Thanos made his arms go in an X shape as he blocked the blow, though the sheer force of the blow threw Thanos across the floor and he hit several pillars before stopping. Thanos grunted as he got up, he landed in a rocky structure, he saw Bullet approach with his giant mech. Thanos’ purple skin became light purple as steam floated off his body.

“Netsu-Netsu…. STEAM MAN!!!!” Thanos announced dramatically, Thanos then shot off to Bullet like a rocket. Bullet pulled back a fist, Thanos did the same, their fists once again clashed, shaking the whole floor. Though Thanos transformed into one of his strongest forms, he was still no match for the raw strength of Bullet. Thanos was forced to the ground, making a tiny crater. Bullet then starts to wail on Thanos, not letting Thanos get a chance for escape as he punches Thanos mercilessly. The force of the punch sent tremors to the lower floor, Bullet began to laugh.

“What’s wrong Thanos? Where was that spunk?! Tell me who’s the strongest of the New Generation? Tell me! Tell me! TELL ME!!!” Bullet cried out as he slammed his fists down onto Thanos, Thanos then used Kamisori to appear before Bullet’s face. 

“I’M THE STRONGEST OF THE NEW GENERATION DUMBASS!!!!” Thanos landed a punch on Bullet forcing the goliath back, Thanos then flew at Bullet, coating his fist in pure heat. “HEAT CRASH!!!!” Thanos punched the Bullet in his robotic shell’s gut. The force sent the goliath crashing into a pillar, Thanos landed on his feet. Kicking it up to Burst Man, a red fire swarmed the Titan from all sides as he took his stance. Bullet groaned as he was on his back, Bullet slowly got up. 

“THEN SHOW ME!!!” Bullet responded to Thanos, getting to his feet Bullet ran at Thanos, Thanos flew at Bullet at breakneck speeds. Their fists clashed, Thanos threw another punch and Bullet mimicked the gesture. 

As they punched each other they both cried out, “ATATATATATATATA!!!!” Their punches made a sandstorm due to the shockwaves, it also made a sand tornado here and there.

At that moment, Kodo arrived, having dealt with the Arkham Knight. He took one look at the battle before him, and flashed back to Entity’s ‘fight’ with Bullet.

“Okay, not getting involved with that,” Kodo mumbled, diving into the earth and digging his way for the exit. “Don’t mind me; just digging along. Nothing to notice here…”

Thanos ripped a pillar from that held the roof, he then chucked the pillar at Bullet. Bullet punched the pillar, making it go in two, and unfortunately for all of them, the pillar was picked up in the sand tornado, it then spun around before getting thrown into the exit. The supports of the exit then crashed, Thanos and Bullet just stared at what they had done before resuming their fight, not bothered by it at the moment.

As it turned out, Kodo was barely bothered either. Briefly poking his head out to survey the damage with a hum, he shrugged before diving back underground, digging his way through the wreckage and reaching the other side.

“Sorry to leave you, Thanos,” Kodo mused. “But I think we both know what would happen if I got involved.” He turned his sights to the next floor. “And I believe I promised everyone I’d come back alive.” 

As Kodo made his way up to the next floor, Thanos and Bullet both jumped back, as the sandstorm raged on. Thanos frowned.

“I think it’s time we end this,” Thanos then let out a roar, kicking it up to Netsu-Netsu Burst Man: White Hot Edition. Bullet let out a cackle.

“Well I quite agree!” Suddenly rocks began to pile onto Bullet’s robot and he turned into a Demon, he truly earned his title as the Heir of Umbra. His height rivalled that of Godzilla’s and he had antlers that stretched on for miles, it was like Thanos met Satan.



“OH SHIT!!!” Thanos cried out, Bullet covered his demonic arms in Armament Haki before throwing a punch to Thanos. Thanos tried to counter that punch with his but he was outpowered by Bullet, the first person to ever outpower the Titan. Thanos was sent careening, getting sent through pillars before he was launched outside of the tower. Thanos blinked, then by some unknown force he was dragged back in. Thanos shook his head, dazed at the sensation that he felt when he got outside, it was unnerving, like something bad was happening.

“Kahahaha! What’s wrong Thanos? Can’t match my power?” Bullet asked the Titan, Thanos shook his head once more to get a clearer vision on Bullet. Thanos tried to locate his weak spots and he saw…

“Heh… I know how to beat you,” Thanos unsheathed his blade, coating his Infinity Blade in Armament Haki as he looked at the golem.

“Oh really? Tell me them!” Bullet cried out, he threw a punch at Thanos as he got close. Thanos vanished then appeared before Bullet’s very eyes as his golem’s arm got cut off. Bullet yelped at the unknown strength coming from Thanos. Thanos then spun his blade before he chucked the blade at Bullet’s other arm. And just like Bullet’s other arm, it came clean off, the blade went back to Thanos. 

“Your whole body is made out of rock! NETSU-NETSU HEAT DRILL!!!!” Thanos then began to spin around, a white drill was formed as he went into Bullet’s chest. Going through Bullet’s first line of defense, Bullet cried out in pure fear. Thanos then went on to pierce through his last one, the last one was Bullet’s robot. Thanos stopped spinning, he was now in Bullet’s control room, putting his blade in his sheathe as he saw Bullet panic. Bullet looked down at Thanos from his control room, he didn’t see Thanos, no, he saw Cloven Diamond.

“How did you-” Bullet was then cut off by Thanos, for he prepared one final attack, the oxygen began to dwindle as the area began to heat up. Thanos clenched his fist. Thanos went into a stance, his fist being enhanced by Armament Haki, Tekkai Go, and White Fire.

“Because I’m Thanos, bitch. SKADOOSH!!!!” Thanos shot his fist into Bullet’s stomach, Thanos then jumped forward, going through the robot and the golem’s back. Thanos then looked at the last pillar and like a sane person would, he crashed into it. The last pillar that held up the floor. 





Everyone felt something drop like they were descending in an elevator, Lucci let out a shriek for he wasn’t expecting this to happen. 

“What is Thanos doing down there?” Luke yelped, covering Shiva with his body.

“Something stupid!’ Elia cried out before she hit the floor with a loud thud.





Thanos was on his back, as well as Bullet. The roof began to close in on them.

“That… Was one hell of a fight…” Bullet chuckled, Thanos grunted, going to his feet.

“Hell yeah it was… Looks like I have to save both you and Arkham Knight… Tekkai, Go!” Thanos cried out, his body stiffened, Bullet took one look at Thanos, once again seeing Cloven Diamond. Bullet then closed his eyes as he slowly passed out. The roof then impacts Thanos and he catches the roof as well as the tower itself. Thanos grunted as he was forced to squat down, he then winced as his body was strained.





The falling stopped suddenly as it came, Lucci landed on his feet for he was a cat man, Entity just placed a water bucket beneath him and scooped up the water with his bucket again as he safely landed. Luke twisted, hitting the ground on his back, while Shiva was cushioned by his furry body. Shiva used her diamond-diamond fruit to encase them both in diamonds. Though they hit the ground with a hard CLANG, they reformed into flesh, unhurt. Black floated down carrying Luna Black bridal style. The Alicorn blushing at the smiling Saiyan. They softly landed on the ground as the Saiyan sets down Luna Black softly. Link was in freefall casually, however just as he drew close to the ground, his leather boots took on a yellow glow; soon materializing into golden wings that let out a light that allowed Link to hover softly, forcing his fall into a slow descent. Eric however didn’t bother to prevent his fall as he made contact with the ground and splattered like a bug in a windshield, His sword pierced the stone near the splash zone. The black sludge swarmed near the sword forming a large deforemed are which grabbed hold of the hilt, Eric pulled himself up as his entire body reformed entirely.

“Is everyone alright?” Entity asked the group, Elia replied with a groan and Lucci just put his hands behind his back. Not responding to that. 

“Fine” Eric said dusting himself off

“I can heal if anyone needs it.” Link offered.

“I think so,” Shiva muttered, before gasping. “Kodo and Thanos! They’re still down there!”

“It's Thanos.” Link said with a shrug of his arms. “He’s a bit immature and maybe a little stubborn, but he’s a tough cookie you shouldn’t worry about.” he said with confidence. 

“Shiva, Kodo can turn into smoke and you fought Thanos,” Luke reminded his mate. “I think you and I both know they’ll be alright.”

“He has a point…” Elia grunted out, going to her feet. “Well, I’m sure they’ll catch up… Hopefully…” 

Shiva whimpered, but Luke pulled himself up.

“Not ‘hopefully,’” he insisted. “They ‘will’ catch up.” He took the lead. “All we’ve gotta do is keep moving forward.” 

Shiva’s tail wagged, and she followed after him. “I love it when you’re confident,” she whispered.

“Alright, let us go-” Entity was cut off when they heard a click echoing across the staircase. All was silent.

Black immediately turned to the clicking noise. “No… that, ‘thing’ can’t be here…” Black muttered.

“...Thing?” Link asked confused as his eyes gazed warily around the room, quickly taking out his Master Sword and Hylian Shield.

Cautiously, Shiva linked back up with Luke, and both of them went into diamond mode.

There was a click again and a silhouette appeared up on the staircase, Entity grabbed a torch off of the wall, he then moved it forward. Unexpected to all of them, they saw Ugandan Knuckles.

“A… deformed retarded knuckles?” Link asked with a frown as he stared at the shortstack abomination.

“Much, much worse…….” Phoenix muttered. 

“Oh no…” Black muttered, Luna Black raising an eyebrow at the interesting being.

“What in Tartarus…?” Luke mumbled.

“You gotta be shitting me…” Entity muttered under his breath.

“Afraid not” Eric said raising his sword 

Link looked between Ugandan Knuckles and the group, clueless and very confused of how this thing was of any sort of deal. Sure, it was ugly, but that’s about it.

Phoenix gave no comment, but instead began to throw up as soon as he laid eyes on the thing in front of him.
