CHAPTER 3

It's been quite a ride removing those stains 3 days ago since that goo smelled so bad that some of the furniture has to be thrown out, so you and Rainbow decided to buy some new silverware and a few table cloths just in case it happened again.

Rainbow sigh as he picks up new spoons and forks "I can't believe that stupid goo melted all of them how is that possible it didn't melt our hands" said Rainbow.

You pat Rainbow in the back "It's fine plus we have a huge discount Zack gave a lot of coupons" you said.

Rainbow got shocked when you showed the coupons "Where did he get this coupon?..." asked Rainbow, you didn't really answer since you have no idea where did he get this. And while you and Rainbow are waiting for your turn to pay for all the things you bought Rainbow phone rings.

Then a few minutes later Rainbow got back "Sorry... woolykins I have to go to my parent's house tonight granny visited and she wants to see me let's just watch the movie tomorrow" said Rainbow, then she kissed you on the cheeks and she ran with her super speed. Your eyes widen since why would she use her ability in public not to mention your in a mall, and for some reason people around you are so casual about it.

Lazuline just giggled right beside "Wow... you two are so cute huh..." said Lazuline, why giving you somewhat of a sharp look.

You sigh "What do you want Lazuline?" you asked, then you move a little since the line is moving.

Lazuline put her arm around you "So after you paid for this wanna hang?... " said Lazuline, while smirking.

You felt kinda creep out "Why would you want to hang out with me?" You asked.

And after you paid for what you bought you just went along with Lazuline cause, it looks like she needs someone to hang with since despite being popular in your school she's just alone, well she doesn't really socialize much maybe that's the reason she always alone.

"Hey Lazuline is there a reason why you invited me to hang with you?" you asked.

Lazuline face smile just turned upside down and what with her teary eye "Well nothing I guess I just needed someone to hang with... and you're the first one that came into my mind... don't get the wrong idea" said Lazuline, then she hit your stomach with her shoulder.

You hold your stomach out of pain "Why would you do that?" you said, and she giggled.

"That's for making say such thing... " said Lazuline, such thing what she even talking about then she sat down and you sat down with her.

Lazuline sigh "Look I guess one of the reasons why I invited you to hang out with me is that I just wanna hang with you second in the cafeteria I heard you and your friends talking about some kind of nasty goo" said Lazuline, then she showed you a container with the same goo you saw in the kitchen.

You scratched your head "Did the goo also appeared in your kitchen?" you asked.

She nodded "Whoever or whatever leaving this goo behind after taking everything inside our fridges I think we should catch it" said Lazuline.

You got a little shocked at what she suggested "What... catch it we don't even know what kind of person or creature we are looking for" you said.

Lazuline giggled "Well not yet at least... after finding this stinky goo on my kitchen I brought a sample to my family's personal laboratory and we found out that this thing is organic" said Lazuline.

"Organic... so this thing came out of a creature?" you said while scratching your head.

"Possibly... and I think I might just found a place where we can get the answer" said Lazuline, then she giggled creepily and it looks like her plan is gonna get you in big trouble.

You sigh "And I'm assuming that it might get us in trouble" you said while scratching your head and she just started laughing like a total maniac.

"Don't worry I rented a whole antique library" said Lazuline, while smirking you sigh and just agreed to come with her.
But before you two go to the said library you went to Rainbows house to drop the silverware's and funitures that both of you bought. And while you're organizing the furniture and Silverware's Lazuline is just standing there watching you do all the work.

And when you got finished, Lazuline was no longer where to be seen but she left a note that has the address of the said library and besides that, the note also said that she got bored of watching you do your girlfriend's job like a total henchman.

You sigh out of annoyance "That little prick... *sigh* if I'm not only interested in that stupid goo I would have just left her at the mall" you said, then you just walked towards the nearest bus stop.

And when you got to the antique library Lazuline was waiting for you at the front chewing on some bubble gum "You're late" said Lazuline, while blowing her gum.

You approached her "You didn't really say something about getting here in time or whatever" you said. 

She chuckled "I know I just always wanted to say that... now next on my list is get to the chopper" said Lazuline, then she giggled and you thought she might a huge geek or something. Then both of you just went inside the library and just start looking for clues and answers if there any.

But while your two are reading old books you hear a loud noise just behind the next shelf "WHO'S THERE... how did you get in here rented this whole place" said Lazuline, then a couple of seconds later the one who's making the noise revealed her self.

Your eyes widen and scratch your head out of confusion "Rainbow... what are you doing here I thought you went to your parent's house?" you asked. 

Rainbow laughed a little nervously "Oh-ho yeah I... we got done early and grandma is very lovely" said Rainbow, followed by another laughed nervously.

"So ahem anyway what are you two... doing here?" asked Rainbow.

Lazuline smirked "Where dating... " said Lazuline, while giving Rainbow a sharp look.

Rainbow smiled "Oh really that is very nice... hehe" said Rainbow, then she slowly back away and left.

You got nervous "Why would say that?" you asked, and Lazuline is just there staring at Rainbow leaving.

Lazuline sigh "There's something off about her... I just can't put finger on it" said Lazuline, now that she mention it Rainbow won't believe Lazuline immediately or maybe she's just playing along you can't really tell much cause of how casually she reacts about it.

But to be sure you followed Rainbow, Lazuline tried to stop you but you didn't listen Rainbow to you is more important than a stupid smelly goo "Dash wait up... " you said, as you catch your breath.

You hold Rainbos shoulders "Look what she said back there wasn't true she's just messing with you" You said.

Rainbow look's confused "What are you talking about also perfect timing I want you to meet my Mom and Dad" said Rainbow.

When you look up you saw his father looking down at you with a menacing face "So you're the boyfriend" said Hothoof.

You gulped and you nervously giggled "Umm hello... you must be her dad...*gulp*" you said.

Then suddenly Rainbow's mother pulled Hothoof's ears "Stop that you're scaring him" said Windy Whistles.

Rainbow clinged on you and kissed you on the cheek "Don't worry you'll get along just fine... I hope" said Rainbow, You looked back and you saw Lazuline hinting to you that just go and go with them. You smiled at her and say thank you without any sound, and for some reason, she just gave you a finger while blushing then she just went inside the library again.

Windy Whistles approached you and held your hand "Hey why don't you come with us for dinner tonight?" asked Windy Whistles.

You smiled and just focus looking on Rainbow's mom since Hothoof is just giving you a terrifying look "Oh... umm I'm free tonight anyways sure... I would love to have dinner with you" You said, Rainbow jumped out of happiness and hugged you.

You noticed that Windy is giving Hothoof a sweet smile but why is he sweating so much "Is your father okay?" you asked, Rainbow looked at her parents.

Rainbow just smiled "don't worry his fine is just mom has her way to calm dad down" said Rainbow, followed by a giggle.

You didnt really get it but you just went along with it, and then all of you went to their house to have some dinner the sun has fully set and good thing your parents are still out of town or else they'll be checking on you none stop. You and Hothoof are waiting at the living while Rainbow and Windy cook and prepare dinner.

You felt very unease on the way Hothoof looked at you "Umm... sir can you pls stop staring at me like that I'm starting to uncomfortable" you said.

Hothoof smiled "Good... maybe you should leave then" said Hothoof, little did he know that Windy was behind holding a frying pan.

Windy gave you a caring look and smile then Hothoof noticed her and he looked back the sweet smile and look disappear and it was replaced by a managing look and smile to Hothoof "Hi... Dear... is the food ready" said Hothoof, while shaking and sweating.

Then Rainbow entered the room "Come here sweety i prepared something special for you" said Rainbow with a soft tone of voice, you just casually stand up and went to her, and the moment you and Rainbow sat on the table you heard a ding in the living room. And then a few seconds later Hothoof and Windy entered the kitchen and boy Hothoof has a bump on his forehead.

"Dad are you okay?" asked Rainbow.

"Yes I'm fine I just slipped" said Hothoof then he glared at you, but only for a seconds since Windy was there.

You sigh "This is a bad idea I'm sorry for bothering I'll just take my leave, since looks like m unwelcome anyways" you said.

Rainbow stopped you by holding your hand "Dad can you just at least give at chance to know him better" said Rainbow, while giving her Dad with a teary eye.

Hothoof just burst into crying and hugged both you and Rainbow "Oh-ho-ho... i just cant believe that my little girl has grown so much and even got her self a boyfriend wuahahahaaaa....*sniff* OKAY! for your you I will try my best... on not burying him alive" said Hothoof.

Rainbow pouted "Dad seriously!?" said Rainbow, You and Windy looked at each other and just laughed, and just like that the air changed at least all of you are enjoying the dinner You and Hothoof even drinked together although look's like Hothoof can only take one shot he got drunk immediately. You and Rainbow and her family had fun all night that you didn't notice the time look's like you'll be late tomorrow on school not to mention Rainbow sometimes show's a specific side in her personality when she's drunk welp you better get you a coffin or just hope that Hothoof won't find out.

Tomorrow morning You woke up on Rainbow's bed, and Rainbow was at her computer and it looks like she's chatting with someone and when you approached her you saw that she was chatting with Sunset about that today school would be canceled since its raining cats and dogs because of a typhoon.

You scratched your head "A typhoon huh... but yesterday was sunny and there was no news about any storm" you said.

You and Rainbow looked outside and it is really raining hard "Well I guess your stay with us will e extended..." said Rainbow.

You two hugged each other then suddenly you felt like there is someone behind your back, you felt chills down your spine since Rainbow was only in her underwear when you turned around, you saw Hothoof and Windy Whistles, and it looks like Hothoof is not happy about this... but suddenly windy dragged him and closed the door.

You gulped "Im in big trouble with you dad..." you said.

Rainbow kissed you in the cheeks and laughed nervously "Well I guess we better get downstairs after I put on some clothes" said Rainbow, then you gulped and accept your faith.
