The new engines name is Wilbert.All the engines were excited to meet him.Including Spike and Percy.
It was a rainy day on the island and all the ponies and engines were wet wet wet.Sir Tophom Hatt had sent a new tank engine to the island of Sodor.He’s painted blue,Has six black drive wheels,And he has the number 24 on his boiler.
The new engines name is Wilbert.All the engines were excited to meet him.Including Spike and Percy.
“I can’t wait to see Wilbert!” Said Spike excited.But,Sir Tophom Hatt had some bad news.
“I’m sending Wilbert to help Duck.I’m afraid you can’t meet him,Now.” He said.”Your Job for today is delivering several trucks to Vicorstown.”This made Spike and Percy sad.Percy was coupling up to his trucks in the yard when Pinkie and Rosie arrived.
“Just the sort of weather when you need porridge for breakfast.” Laughed Pinkie.
“What’s porridge?” Percy asked.
“Well,You boil oatmeal and water which will make a sticky soup.Then,You add milk and sugar.” Said Spike.
“Mmmm.Delicious.” Said Pinkie.
“Applejack and Edward are getting the sacks of oatmeal soon and deliver it to the market.” Said Rosie as she and Pinkie left.Applejack and Edward soon picked up the picked up the sacks of oatmeal for the farm and set off to the market.Suddenly,They spotted that the track was flooded by the rain.Rosie splashed through the puddle and came to a complete stop.
“My firebox is out!” Cried Edward.
“Well,This can’t get worse.” Said Applejack.But,She was wrong.The splash was so big,It got the sack of oatmeal wet turning the dry oatmeal into a sticky soup.As Spike and Percy rounded a bend,They spotted Edwards train ahead.
“Watch out!” Cried Spike as he applied the brakes.But,It was too late.Percy’s smashed into the back of the train Andy came off the track.The porridge flew the air bad splattered all over Spike and Percy.
“Ew!Gross!” Groaned Percy.Applejack and Edward laughed.
“I guess you found out porridge the hard way.You were supposed to eat it.Not wear it.” Laughed Applejack.Spike and Percy felt most embarrassed.Soon,Wilbert came to the rescue with the breakdown train.This made Spike and Percy happy.
“I heard you were going to meet me.But,I didn’t expect it in this way.” Said Wilbert.
“Wilbert,It’s you!” Gasped Spike happily.
“Sorry.We kinda got ourselves in a sticky situation.” Said Percy.”We’ll go fetch Pinkie to eat this mess while you organize the derailed trucks.”
“Sure thing.” Said Wilbert.After Percy was lifted back on the rails,He and Spike left to find Pinkie and Rosie while Wilbert started to lift the trucks back on track.A few minutes later at the sheds,Spike was washing the incomplete porridge off Percy and himself and Pinkie was as fat as a sumo wrestler after eating all that incomplete porridge.
Wilbert then puffed in from the cold rain.
“What up,Wilbert.” Said Spike.
“Nice to see you,Again.” Said Wilbert before he looked at Pinkie.”Looks like you’ve gone on a diet.”
“You can say that again.” Muffled Pinkie.
“I’m happy that you helped me and Spike out of that mess.” Said Percy.And so,Spike and Percy made a new friend.
