Spike was getting nervous for every second that passed. He was getting closer and closer to Ponyville, and he was getting cold feet but Nightmare Moon practically forced him there and had to do the driving in the end as Spike couldn’t go there without the help he really received. Nightmare Moon could feel her lover's tenseness and she did her best to calm him with her magic and made him feel warm. It did help a little bit but not enough to actually make him feel calm and collected. The ride there was long, but Spike started seeing things that he sees every night when he drives away.
“Spike, relax, everything will be fine.” Nightmare Moon said, in a calm and gentle voice. Spike knew that she was trying her best to calm him down, but he was really nervous. He would make an official face reveal. He wanted to calm his nerves, but it was impossible. His nerves would not calm down no matter how much he tried, all he thought about was the accusing glances he got from his family members and the angry look from Twilight. What concerned him the most was about Nightmare Moon. What would Princess Luna say?
When they reached Ponyville, every creature from around Equestria was there. Spike felt even more nervous and noticed how Princess Luna looked at Nightmare Moon in shock, in fact, every creature looked at her in shock. It was like they saw something waltz in as if they owned the place. Spike got off from the back and he was surprised that the princess’ had not attacked Nightmare Moon yet. Spike allowed Nightmare Moon to use her magic on him as she levitated him off the ground. She then used her magic to make a hologram so that every creature could see Spike when he took off his helmet. Spike reached for his helmet and started sweating profusely. Spike then pulled off the helmet and he heard several shocks and gasps in the crowd. The main six and Twilight especially thought that she would have a heart attack. RedKeyMon was her little brother!
Spike was then put off on the ground and had a quick speech about who he was for those who didn’t know and told the whole truth. Every creature was amazed and encouraged him to do a stunt. Spike happily did so and made Nightmare moon place cameras everywhere and she did so with the help of magic. Spike committed his stunts with the highest he had ever been in the air. It was a success and every creature applauded for him. He had slid his bike against a building and flew super high in the air. The highest he has ever been able to. Spike, after he had landed and seen Nightmare Moon run up to him. Spike decided that it was time to propose to her in front of everyone. When Nightmare Moon was near him. He got down on one knee and Spike opened the ring box with the ring inside.
“Nightmare Moon, you and I have known each other for the past few years, and you have helped me out immensely. Without you, I wouldn’t be here today. I hope that I can spend the rest of my life with you.” Spike said, all in one sentence but was still understood by everyone. Princess Luna looked like she had lost it and was about to fly over but was stopped by Princess Cadance who looked at them with the teenage look in her eye when you see something romantic. Nightmare Moon looked at Spike with shock. She did not think Spike felt so strongly for her.
“YES!!!” Nightmare Moon shouted using her royal Canterlot voice without realizing it and made several creatures cry out in pain from the loudness of the voice. Spike was happy and he saw the main six looking at him as if he had turned into a demon. Princess Celestia looked happy for her son. She would finally be a grandmother!
