Adagio's POV
Ever since mine and Winter's wedding,life had been for lack of a better word normal. Even having Snow wasn't to bad compared to having Tifany and Rebecca. But I can't help but feel there is something wrong, that things are going to good. Everytime I tell Winter this he tells me not to worry, that nothing bad is going to happen. I hope he's right.
Currently me and Winter were sitting with Tify and Becca,watching some show they liked as we talked about said show.
I then heard Snow cry.
"Winter,can you go and check on Snow?"
"Sure." He tells me as he gets up.
"Can we help him too?" Tifany asked me.
"Yeah can we?" Rebecca added.
"Sure." I tell them.
The three of them walk off. Then the next thing I hear is a thud. I get up and run to see what it was...Althought I was pretty sure I knew.
The sight I saw is just what I feared it would be both of the girls were stabbing Winter.
"Lets get her next." Tifany said as she looks over at Snow.
"Maybe later, mom's here now."
I ran over to Winter. "Just hold on, I'll call an ambulance. They can..." I know it won't do any good but I have to try. I pull out my phone to call but Winter stops me by grabing a hold of me.
"Don't hate them for this." he told me. "They don't understand what they did. I love you." He tells me one last time as he leans up and kisses me.Right afterwards he falls over dead.
I feel one tear fall,then another as I eventually breakdown realizing what had happened.In that moment the ground seemed to fall,every sound around me feels like it's silent and everything feels like is in slow-motion.
I only was pulled out of the trance by seeing the girls get by Snow's crib with the knives.
I ran over to the crib and picked up Snow.
"No girls you can't play with your sister. She..she's too young to play."
"But mom it's fun." Tifany told me.
"Yeah I'm sure she can play a little."
"I said no." I told them as I feel a flash of anger inside of me. I want to hate them for what they did. But i love them too much. "How about I call your auntie Sunset and she comes over and sees us instead?"
As they were about to respond me I saw their faces go pale as they did what they did after every attack,they both fainted.I looked at the scene around me and sighed as I put Snow back in her crib.
I then called the only one who would understand me:Sunset.
"Hello?"I heard from the other end of the line.
"Sunset,I-I...."As I started to talk the tears started again as I repressed a sob.
"Dagi? What's wrong?" Sunset asked.
"The girls they. They finally did it." I told her.
"Did what?"
"You know, they... they..." I can't get it out. Maybe if I don't say it it won't be real.
"I-I'll be right there."
True to her word in a few minutes Sunset had arrived, just as I was putting the girls in their beds and getting ready to call an ambulance because of how long they've had been fainted for.
I go open the door and she is right there.I start breaking down again.
Sunset pulled me into a big hug. "I'm so sorry. she tells me. Maybe we should have listened to you, we could have done something."
"No we couldn't." I tell her. " Deep down I always knew that but I had to try. Now I'm worried about the girls. They've been out for too long."
"You call an ambulance for them yet?"
"Yeah I did right before I let you in."
We then go into the twins room,only to see that they were waking up.I took a look at them,they probably got worse.
Rebecca tho seemed like she was worser then her sister,and what she did next confirmed my suspection.
As they got a bit older the twins wouldn't attack each other anymore,but as soon as she woke up,Becca got up and went to attack Tifany.Fainting soon after.The ambulance then arrived.
Sunset explained to them what had happened, then the girls were loaded up and they left.
"They're going to be alright." Sunset told me.
"Are they? They just killed Winter! And then they wanted to kill Snow!" I shouted.
"We can help them so that doesn't happen."
"But what about Snow killing them?"
"What do you mean?"
"I.. I had another vision."
"What happened in that vision?"
"When the girls grow older Snow kills Tifany,and in the vision it also seemed like she had no idea what she was doing,and she was really sorry for it.Then Rebecca returns home,from what it seemed to be a mental hospital but ends losing control and attacking Snow and to defend herself...she....kills her."
"We're not gonna let that happen."
"Don't you understand,Sunset?!"I snapped."There's no changing it,anything we try will probably only lead do it.It's hopeless..."
My eyes draft to somewhere they haven't for long,my drinks cabinet.I start walking towards it.My body on automatic.
"No you won't." I hear Sunset tell me as I get to the cabinet, I open it and pull out a bottle of whisky. "You promised Winter you would stop drinking when you got pregnant."
"And I did." I tell her. "Now I'm going to start again." I get a glass out of the cabinet.
"You know how bad you got when you were still drinking."
"Yeah, hopefully this time no one will stop me." I get ready to pour my drink when I feel a slap across my face.
"If Winter was here to hear say that."
"He's not! Don't you get it it's all my fault he's dead. Like it's my fault Aria and Sonata are dead! And it's going to be my fault Tifany and Rebecca die!" I feel the tears start to go down my face again. "I deserve to be the one that's dead!"
Sunset at that looked straight at my eyes:
"Adagio,listen to me.It wasn't your fault,you yourself said there was nothing you could do to stop it.You can't throw yourself into drinking again,there's 3 young girls denpending on you right now.And two of them are at the hospital right now,so if you're not going to be strong for you be strong for them.And if you can't alone I'll help you."
"I don't know if I can. It all hurts so much."
"I know you can, you're one of the strongest people I know always have been."
"But..."
"No buts, I'll help you through this."She then smiled."Now let's go check how Tify and Becca are doing?"
"Yeah."
