sontarins in the crystal empire

In a ship out in space, there is trouble brewing. These aliens are planning on taking over Equestria. These are sontarins. They are chanting

The tardis landed right in the throne room of the crystal castle unknowingly to the doctor.

I was minding my own business but then all of a sudden this weird blue box appears.
“Hello?” I heard somepony say.
A guard comes in and recognizes the box almost instantly as a strange earth pony comes out of the box.
“Hello. Your majesty.” the earth pony says and he bows down.
“I’m the doctor” this ‘earthpony’ says. I then remember my daughter mentioned her saving an earth pony named the doctor. ‘Guess I should ask him about this blue box.’ i thought.
“What is this blue box?” I ask.
“Your daughter not tell you what I told her? This box is a Time And Relative Dimensions In Space(TARDIS) and she must have brought me back here cause of trouble about to happen.” the doctor says.
“Trouble? What kind of trouble?” I ask.
“That’s what I need to figure out.” the doctor says.
Right as he says this some strange beam appears and somepony strange appears from it.
“SONTAHA SONTAHA.” this figure says.
“Ah yes. The sontarins you did not learn the first time trying to take over another world that is protected?” the doctor says. Flurry heart walks in and gets startled and this creature says this.
“Don’t move. You three you are perfect for this trap.” the Sontaran says.
“One flaw there though.” the doctor says.
“And that is?” the Sontaran says.
“You have me in the trap. I’m the doctor.” the doctor says.
“Just try and stop us. I am GENERAL TEX. The only survivor of the tenth Sontaran fleet.” the Sontaran says.
“What exactly do you have planned for this world?” the doctor says.
“It would not be wise to tell the enemy plans. You will see for yourself doctor.” the Sontaran says as he gets beamed away. I was about to say something until something fell to the ground outside. The doctor and my daughter go take a look.
 

“What was that doctor?” I ask. '
“A Sontaran. I have faced them before but it seems they have come back. And that points to the device that has landed can change the atmosphere.” the doctor says.
A hologram appears. “Animals of Equestria. This device will start changing the atmosphere after this message is over. Just try and stop us this time doctor.” the message ends.
And it counts down starting at 30:00. “To the TARDIS. No that does not sound right.” the doctor says. “Why are you worried about a catchphrase!? When there is a literal danger now!?” I say.
After a bit of running, we enter the blue box.
“It’s bigger on the inside.” I say.
“I bet you can’t figure it out.” the doctor says as he pulls a lever and a familiar sound is heard.

“Dimensionally transcendental”. I say.
“There is a mirror that leads to another dimension in this world. Though the only ones on record who have gone through it are my aunt twilight and starlight glimmer along with spike my aunt’s assistant. From what she described it to be and I quote ‘weird and everyone has a counterpart that is human’.” I say.
“Where did the mirror link up to?” the doctor asks.
“A statue that had a horse on it in front of a high school.” I reply.
“Then I traveled to a parallel world. Before my regeneration, I helped stop the Daleks from exterminating everyone. So I might have a counterpart in this world or I might not.” the doctor says.
“I don’t know though on your suit, there is an hourglass. Just like doctor whooves in ponyvile and minuette in canterlot or I think she still lives there. Think one of them could be one of your future incarnations?” I ask.
“I think one is a future incarnation and the other one is this world’s version of me.” the doctor says.
“Let’s focus on the problem right now then try and figure it out.” I say.
“Right we do not want them to win.” the doctor says.
After a few minutes the Tardis materializes in the Sontaran ship.
“We need to hurry and stop them.” the doctor says.
“Well. well well. Look who we have here. You will fail doctor. Even with your new companion by your side to help you.” a Sontaran says.
“I doubt that. Flurry heart if you can look in your bag?” the doctor says.
“Okay?” I say. I look in my bag and see a strange device I have never seen before. I toss it to the doctor and he uses it to disable the controls for the device that can change the atmosphere and sends the Sontarans somewhere else.
“What is that?” I ask.
“Sonic screwdriver” He says.
“And I need to do something real quick.” he says as he pulls out another sonic screwdriver and pulls the Demat lever. When the tardis rematerialized he exited and came back in a few seconds later.
“I need to keep a timeline of events. One change of events alters future events,” the doctor says.
“Now then where to now? There is an entire planet made of cake. A planet where the population is just dogs. And one that is very futuristic.” the doctor says.
“What about all of my duties?” I ask.
“Don’t worry about them you did say you always wanted to travel. Did you not?” he says.
‘He has a point. I always wanted to travel and it would be good to help stop evil like my aunt twilight has.’ I thought.
“I did. How did you know?” I say.
“I just do. Where to then?” he asks. “How about the futuristic one.” I say

“THE DOCTOR IS HERE. HE MUST BE EXTERMINATED”

The lights turn on revealing a gigantic figure.

The Dalek Emperor is back and is going to invade the future of Equestria. Will the doctor and flurry heart stop them or will they fail?
