“So you want us to talk things out with the other students instead of attacking them? ” Frost asked, as he and Flame sat on the crouch. They have been talking to this Starlight pony for sometime down and every word that comes from her mouth makes no sense at all.
“And try to make some friends with the ponies,” Starlight said. “I know you two like Ocellus since she is not a pony. But I want you two to try and make some pony friends,”
“Yeah, that would be a problem,” Flame said, getting a nod from Frost.
“We understand where you are coming from. But making friends with ponies is boring,” Frost said, with a yawn.
“Boring how?” Starlight asks with a raise bow.
“Many reasons,” Flame said, as he counted on his figures. “Can we go now?”
“After you explain why you attack another student,” Starlight said, giving Flame a small glare. “And we can do this all day if we have to,”
“Oh really,” Flame said, as the glare at Starlight.
Both glare at each other as Frost gave a small sigh of boredom. Frost quietly got off of the couch and started walking towards the door.
“Flame, I'm going to look around the school or go to the next class. As much I want to stay here with you. I’m getting bored being here,” Frost said.
Flame turned around and smiled at him.
“Ok, just don’t have too much fun without me,” Flame said, getting a nod from Frost as he closed the door behind him.
“Now” Flame looks back at Starlight “Where were we,”
Frost quietly walked down the school hallway to find something to do. He doesn't know what his next class is and he doesn't care. He needs to find something to do as he waits for Flame to finish talking with Starlight.
As Frost looks around, he hears somecreature call his name.
“Frost there you are!”
Frost turned around to see Twilight is running up to him.
“Did Flame go to the Starlight office?” Twilight asks, getting a nod from Frost. “Good I'm….”
Twilight then stares at Frost's wide eyes as she notices that Flame is not with him. Remembering what Aqua has told her she started to freak out.
“Oh no! You are not with Flame and I am supposed to keep you two together!” Twilight said as she went into her freak out mode
Frost gave a sigh of annoyance as he watched Twilight freak out and start talking to herself as she paced up and down. This is one of few the reasons why the and Flame disliked ponies. They freak out over the simplest thing. So Frost place wing on Twilight mouth, causing her to snap out of her freak out state and look at Frost with an embarrassed look
“Sorry,” Twilight said, as Frost walked past her as she followed him.
“So I heard from Rainbow that Flame attacked another student and since you’re his twin. Can you explain why he attacked Blazing Storm?” Twilight asks, as the two walk
“Many reasons,” Frost said, as he looked at Twilight for a moment. “To be honest Flame has many reason attacking that pony students,”
“And what is his reason?”
Frost gave a small chuckle as the turn to look at the headmare.
“Many,” Frost said, with a grin “Starting with you,”
“Me?” Twilight asks confused.
“Yep, you, Me and Flame heard many things about you from your sun Princess,” Frost said, as he stopped and turned to look at Twilight. “And it's getting annoying which made me wonder. Do you ponies always believe friendship is the most important thing in life,”
“Friendship is the most important thing in life. Thanks to friendship, Equestria was found by the three ponies tribe and was at peace thanks to it,” Twilight said.
“Yes, I heard that story before and has to say I agree. But I have to disagree with you. What makes friendship more magical is when friends become family, which most of you ponies don’t have,” Frost said, as he turned around and started walking again.
“Wait, you are saying that your friendship is family? I understand family is important and all but…” Twilight started till she noticed Frost had stopped and was looking at something.
Twilight raises a brow as she looks down the hallway to see Silverstream talking to her yak friend, Yona. Twilight then looks back at Frost who has a small blush on his face. Twilight couldn't help but giggle.
“So,” Twilight said, getting Frost to look at her. “Like what you see,” Twilight smirk
Frost's face turned red as he looked away from the purple alicorn. “No,”
“Telling from the look on your face. You've never seen a hippogriff before?” Twilight asks.
“That's what she is?” Frost asks, getting a nod from Twilight. “Then yes, this is my first time seeing one. What is her name anyway?”
“Her name is Silverstream,” Twilight said, getting a small blush from Frost.
“That's a nice name,” Frost said with a small smile as he and Twilight watched Silverstream and Yona talk in silence.
“Did you know that a pony almost killed me and Flame,” Frost said.
Twilight eye widen in shock as she looks at Frost
“What?!”
“What?” Frost said, giving Twilight a raised brow.
“What where how?” Twilight said, confused. “Did you just say that some pony tried to kill you?”
“Probably,” Frost grinned. “But we talk later, I would like to talk to Silverstream so see ya. Yo Silverstream!”
Twilight stood in shock as she watched Frost flew other to the pink hippogriff and yak and started talking to them. The trio laughed at something as Silverstream saw Frost something in her book. Did he just say that he and Flame nearly were killed by a pony? Before Twilight could do anything she heard some footsteps behind her.
Twilight turns around to see a scorch Starlight with Flame biting her horn. Twilight couldn’t help but laugh.
“Note yourself, never anger a young lava dragon,” Starlight glared at Twilight as she used her magic to take Flame off of her. “They have worst temper, then normal dragons,”
“Noted,” Twilight said, as she looked at Flame who was looking his twin brothers. Is what Frost said is true that he and Flame were attacked and nearly killed by a pony. She wants to ask about it, but it is a topic for another time.
“So I saw you talking to Frost,” Starlight said, as she used her magic to clean herself off. “Did he say anything about Flame?” Starlight asks as she looks at the lava dragon
“He did, but he wanted to talk about it later,” Twilight said, as she walked up to Flame. “Flame”
Flame looked at her with a raised brow and gave a growl which caused the two mares to flinch.
“Before you attack or do something. Hear me out,” Twilight said, raising her hooves. “If I do something that makes you feel like home would you and Frost talk,”
Flame face changed from a super hated glare to a confused look.
“You would do that?” Flame asks.
Twilight nods
“I know you were born and raised on the Isle of Armor. So if I make the School of Friendship more likable and more like the Isle of Amor than would you talk about your past and stop attacking other students?” Twilight asks.
“So is some kind of deal?” Flame asks.
“In a way, yes,”
Flame stared at the purple pony for a moment before sitting down as he thought this over.
“Wow, I thought he was gonna say no but this deal you gave him made him think things over,” Starlight said.
“Yeah, when I talk with Frost, I gain a better understanding of him and Flame and know that they were born on the Isle of Armor. So I thought it would be better if we make the school more like home for them and make them warm up to the pony race,” Twilight said, getting a nod from Starlight.
“Well, I agree,” Flame said, getting the attention of Starlight and Twilight. “If you do a good job of making this school feel like home, then I tell you about my past,”
“Really” Twilight said, with a smile.
“But If you mess things up. We will have a word,” Flame said, as he pointed at Twilight. “Words,”
“Ok ok I get it,” Twilight giggled, as she and Starlight walked past Flame. “But It will take us some time to get thing ready,”
Flame watches as the two ponies disappear down the hallway as Flame turns around to see a blue griffon and orange dragons. Both stood in silence as they stared at the lava dragon with confusion and interest. Flame stared back as he gave a weirded out look.
“What?
“Nothing,” The griffon said, as he and the female dragon walked up to Flame. “Name Gallus,”
“And I’m Smolder yours?”
“Flame,” Flame said, as the point at His twin brother who is apportioning up behind him. “And my other half is Frost,”
“Over half?” Gallus asks, as Silverstream and Yona walk up to their griffon and dragon friends.
“What Frost means is that they are twins,” Sliverstream said with a big smile. “And wow, I didn’t know that dragons twins share an egg,”
“Yeah, twin dragons seem way different than normal dragons,” Yona said.
Gallus had a confused look on his face as Smolder nodded in agreement.
“Agree, I mean from what I heard, some twin dragons share the same mind,” Smolder said, as she looked at the twins.
Flame and Frost thought for a moment before nodding.
“Well, yeah us twins do share the same mind. Me and Frost are not on the same level as the twins back home. But,” Flame started
“But we are on the level that we can tell what each other is thinking,” Frost finished.
Gallus, Silverstream, Smolder, and Yona stared at the twin in silence as they took in the information.
“So you are saying that you two can tell each other is thinking but not on the same level as the other twin back where you live?” Gallus asked.
“And what the highest level do dragon twins have?” Yona also ask
The twin dragons thought of this in silence before Frost spoke up.
“To the point that the twin is literally one mind. Think like a hive mind, but for dragons,” Frost said, getting a shocked look from the members of the young six. Did he say where they really from that twin dragons really share one mind? That is creepy and also pretty cool.
“Wait, you're saying that from your home nation,” Silverstream started.
“Isle of Armor,” Flame said, getting a nod from the hippogriff
“Right, Isle of Armor, that some of the twins really share one mind. Like one mind, one mind. How does that even work?” Silverstream said, getting a nod of agreement from her friends.
Flame and Frost chuckle a bit as they start to walk down the hallway.
“We don’t know for sure, but if you want to know more about us,” Flame started as he turned around to look at the four of the Young six, giving them a smirk.
“You have to wait and find out,”
