Luna, James and Ace had left Mirage island and were now heading towards their nest destination which should be Evergrand city and the Hoenn league, which should take them a few days. They were currently on the sea on James Lapras who was swimming across the ocean.

Luna and Ace was sitting on Lapras back not trying to fall off, it was a lite cramped on the transport Pokémon. James was standing by Lapras head, scouting ahead, looking for any type of danger.

Ace and Luna was talking about what happened after Goh tried to steal Luna’s Sandshrew. “Are you telling me that you beat his Pokémon after just two attacks?” Luna asked with shock in her voice, Ace just nodded. “That doesn’t sounds like a trainer who is trying to catch every Pokémon.” She was not impressed, that’s for sure.

Ace just laugh. “That was I thought too, a trainer who is trying to catch every Pokémon should be strong, not weak.” Luna started to giggle, she knew it was wrong to laugh of Goh, but she couldn’t help it. James thought the same.

As the Lapras swam on, James could see an island, it was Mahorial island. The island was that special, it had a small town and a port for ships to dock. He then happened to look to his right and notice many fins sticking up from the water which was heading towards them. “That’s not good.” He said in a worried. “Quickly Lapras, head towards the island.” The transport Pokémon took a hard left turn headed towards the island, the turn almost knock off Luna and Ace off.

“Hey, what’s going on?” Luna asked her boyfriend.

James pointed at the water. “Sharpedo, that’s what’s going on.” Luna and Ace look in the direction James were pointing, and they saw at least forty fins that stuck up from the water. “Be ready to jump off Lapras as soon as she on shore.” James told them, they got ready.

The island got closer and so did the Sharpedo that was following the, one of them jump up from the water showing off it sharp teeth’s. “Swim faster Lapras.” She did and managed to widen the gap between her and the Shapedo.

They were almost at the island. “Get ready to jump.” James told Luna and Ace, both of the grabbed their stuff and was ready to jump. Lapras got closer and closer to the shore and then she slide on to the sand, the three humans jump of her and James managed to somehow to call back Lapras to her Pokéball in mid air, he rolled on the sand and managed to stand up.

“Was that really necessary?” Luna asked him.

He just gave a blank look. “What are you talking about?”

Now Luna gave him a blank look. “Calling back Lapras back in mid air?”

“Yes?” James tried to say with a straight face.

Luna just rolled her eyes off his answer. She then decided to see the data when it came to Sharpedo, she took out her dex and pointed at the Pokémon, she didn’t like what she was reading.

Sharpedo the brutal Pokémon. Nicknamed the bully of the sea, Sharpedo is widely feared. Its cruel fangs grow back immediately if they snap off. Just one of these Pokémon can thoroughly tear apart a supertanker.

“What are we going to do now? I don’t think we can leave while all those Sharpedo’s are in the water.” Said Luna while looking at the brutal Pokémon who was swimming in the water.

“Don’t worry, there’s a town and a port on the other side of this island and lucky for use the Sharpedo don’t attack the boats there, most of the time.” He mumble that last part.

“I guess we have a plan.” Said Ace as he started to walk towards the town, Luna and James followed him.

After some waling they could see the town and then out of the blue, Ace challenge Luna to a battle. Since the Hoenn league was about teen days away, he wanted to battle Luna to see if she had become any stronger, she accept his challenge.

Both trainers was facing each other which some space between them, so they could battle. James was the referee. “Alright, this battle between Luna and Ace will now start, each trainer can us two Pokémon but only one at time, the battle will be over when either trainers Pokémon is unable to battle. Trainers, release your first Pokémon.” Said James.

Ace was up first. “Let’s do this Pidgeot.” He threw a Pokéball in the air and out came a Pokémon that look bigger than his Pidgeotto Luna saw in Crossgate town, she took out her dex to see the data.

Pidgeot the bird Pokémon and the evolved form of Pidgeotto. This Pokémon has a dazzling plumage of beautifully glossy feathers. Many trainers are captivated by the striking beauty of the feathers on its head, compelling them to choose Pidgeot as their Pokémon.

Luna was that impressed by what she read but she wasn’t about to underestimate Pidgeot. She put away the dex and took out a Pokéball. “You up first Pyroar.” Out came the royal Pokémon ready for battle.

Ace didn’t expect to see a Pyroar, he knew that Luna had a Litleo, but he didn’t know that it had evolved.

Then James spoke. “Let the battle begging.”

Luna was first up. “Use flamethrower.” Pyroar open its mouth and flames headed towards Pidgeot.

“Fly up Pidgeot.” The bird Pokémon flew up in the sky which made Pyroar attack to miss. “Use air slash.” Pidgeot flaps its wings and send away blades of air towards its opponent.

“Doge the attack.” Pyroar started to jump around the field avoiding every attack, trying to. Pidgeot keep on attacking and Pyroar keep on dogging but it wasn’t easy, the attacks keep on coming and eventually Pyroar was hit and she flew backwards a little. “You okay?” Luna asked with worry in her voice, Pyroar got up and nodded. “Good, use noble roar.” Pyroar roared and managed to scare Pidgeot who was now trembling with fear. “Use flamethrower.” Pyroar attack with flames again and this time Pidgeot got hit, considering the bird Pokémon paralyzed by fear.

Pidgeot landed on the ground hard. “Are you alright Pidgeot?” This time Ace asked with worry in his voice, Pidgeot managed to get up. “That good, use quick attack.” Before Pidgeot could attach, he was surrounded by flames, he was burned. “That’s not good.”

Before Ace could do anything. “Use headbutt.” Pyroar started to run towards its opponent and managed to headbutt the bird and knocking him out.

“Pidgeot is unbaled to battle.” Announced James.

Ace called back his Pidgeot. “You did a good job, take a rest.” He put away the ball and took out a new one and threw it in the air. “It’s your turn Gastrodon.”

Out came a Pokémon Luna hadn’t seen before, it was blue, and it look like slug, it kind of look like a bigger version of Shellos, she took out her dex to see the data.

Gastrodon the sea slug Pokémon and the evolved form of Shellos. When its natural enemy attacks, it cozes purple fluid and escapes. It apparently had a hug shell for protection in ancient times. It lives in shallow tidal pools.

Lunas was now worried, Gastrodon was a grond/water type. She called back Pyroar and threw a new ball and out came Shelgon.

Ace took out his own dex to see the data of Shelgon, he hadn’t seen one before. “If you think that will help you then forget it, use ice beam.” Shelgon shout out ice from its mouth.

“Jump back.” Shelgon managed somehow to jump backwards to avoid the attack. “Use zen headbutt.” Shelgon head started to glow and then he flew towards Gastrodon who was taken off guard, the sea slug Pokémon was hit.

“Don’t give up, keep using ice beam.” Gastrodon attack again and this time Shelgon didn’t have time to get out of the away, the attack was strong enough to K.O. the endurance Pokémon right away.

Luna called back Shelgon. “Nice work, take good rest.” She but away the ball and took out Pyroar’s, out came the royal Pokémon was ready for round two. “Use noble roar.” Pyroar roared and Gastrodon was frozen with fear. “Use headbutt.” Pyroar managed to headbutt Gastrodon, hurting him.

“Shake it off and use water pulse.” Gastrodon send away a ball of water towards Pyroar who managed to dodge the attack. “Keep using water pulse.” Gastrodon keep on attack and Pyroar keep on dodging.

Luna knew that Pyroar couldn’t keep on dodging forever, she had to attack even that it was a gamble. “Use fire fang.” Flames appeared in its mouth as she started to run towards Gastrodon while avoiding water pulse.

Ace knew what to do, he waited for Pyroar to be close, when she was. “Use mud bomb.” Before Luna or Pyroar could react, a giant mud ball hit Pyroar right in the face stopping her in her tracks and hurting her. “Now use water pulse.” Gastrodon send away another water ball which Pyroar couldn’t get away from, she was hit hard and was out.

“Pyroar is unable to battle Gastrodon is the winner, that means the winner is Ace.” James announced.

Luna called back Pyroar, thank Ace for the battle and then the three of them headed towards the town to continue their journey towards the Hoenn league.
