One month of Hellish Training and the Appaloosa and the new threat has arrived

One month one month of agonizing training with Jackson it was hellish he had me do the same thing over and over again except the numbers went up like for example last week he got me to 200 then he had me do 300 now at the end of the month I'm only doing 500 push-ups, 500 sit-ups, and 500 squats and a 3-hour run.
At least it has some results i starting to look different I used to be 5'9 and a chubby dragon but now I was just about his height at 6'2 and very muscular not like bulk bicep but enough to see a difference.
"Alright Spike now that your body is up to speed now it's time for the next part of your training" he said I got excited cuz finally I get to do something that didn't involve working out.
"What is it" I said hoping is one of the techniques he did.
"It's time for you to start wearing weighted clothing and meditating" he said my smile vanished and I had a look of confusion and apprehension.
"And how heavy is the cloths going to be and how long do I have to meditate for" I asked scared on what he's going to say.
"Don't worry nothing too crazy i'm going to give you 20 lb weighted clothing and you have to meditate for 2 hours" he said I was relieved cuz I thought it'd be something crazy like wearing a hundred pound weighted clothing and meditating for 5 hours.
(Jack pov)
I told him what he is going to do and send him off with the clothes in hand I start thinking to myself.
"Well he improved so much in so little time; I guess I don't have to worry about doing extensive training for long I just hope that he's ready for the next step of his training because the next part is training will be all about fighting and techniques" I thought to myself and I sat right next to him and Show him how to meditate and control his chi.
-----(Next day)-----
"Tell me again why we're heading to Appaloosa more specifically why I'm going with you" I asked Twilight as me and the girls along with Spike to help Applejack deliver a apple tree sapling to Appaloosa.
"Because Applejack asked us to come along and help us deliver the tree and also to come see her relative as while" Twilight told me while reading a book and i never knew that she always read a book wherever we go.
I knew that this was going to happen I just didn't wanted to be here but I guess I was dragging to it; at the train was doing a long a little day out the window and saw streams sign that I knew it was something that was going to happen.
"Hey guys is there supposed to be a
running of Buffalos coming near the train or I'm just seeing things" I asked they looked out the window and indeed it was Buffalo running by the train it seems as though it's going to happen just like it did in the show so I just have to sit back and not interfere but had feeling that I might need to.

Today's starting to turn out weird a bunch of Buffalo trying to steal an apple sapling applejack cousin telling us that at the Buffalo tribe trying to destroy apple trees that they were on their sacred to running grounds.
All the while jackson didn't look worried at all it's almost like he knew this all was going to happen as things went on I was getting more and more Curious and how he knew these things was going to happen.
After Twilight and the girls help out settling the dispute with the tribe of buffalos and the towns ponies of Appaloosa everything was going great until suddenly something happened that goting me the girls and even Jackson by surprised

While the town ponies of Appaloosa in the Buffalo tribe celebrated after their dispute was finally settled a strange object Landed On The Ground actually there was three pods that just landed on the ground.
Once the dust cleared they saw three Pods were in a crater once the pods open 3 strange being stepped out they both had on the same uniform, but one was bigger than the rest and more muscular the other was like some kind of dinosaur and the last one to looked like a French pony except he was not a Pony.
"It seems we finally landed on this miserable Planet I hope our lord cooler will appreciate us capturing this planet and its inhabitants" the shorter of the three said with a French accent.
"Excuse me but who are you and what do you mean by capturing our planet" a random Pony asked before getting hit with a blast through his chest making a hole, he fell to the ground dead and everypony screamed and ran into their houses.
"Hey why did you go and do that for" rainbow asked before almost getting hit by a blast too but Jackson was able to get there in time and knock it away.
"It seems like our scouters was right a saiyan was on this planet" the bigger stranger said before getting ready to attack Jackson before the one with the French accent stopped him before saying.
"No mr. Cooler said to bring back the monkey alive he said he always wanted to have a pet monkey" he said pissing off Jackson even more about them being here in about calling him a monkey.
"Not only is you three morons here but your Master is here as well it seems like I should have expected this but that doesn't matter now seeing that Goku was able to beat you three doesn't mean I won't have the same problem neither" Jackson said get into his stance and powering up his chi.
"Isn't that funny the little monkey wants to play well lord cooler said to bring it back in alive he didn't mean bringing it back conscious though now let se-" the big one was about to finish that statement before getting punch in the gut sented him through the air.
Then jackson sent a chi bast to him destroying him immediately, and then he handled the rest of the two Killing them in a instant.
The girls and Spike were shocked that Jackson was this ruthless until another ship a bigger one came down from the sky and landed, once the ship landed and The Landing Pad open a strange figure walked out it was taller than Celestia and he had purple skin and white armor an a purple tail.
"Well it sees my subordinates were bit too cocky to deal with this saiyan while at least i can find new hands on workers while I'm on this pitiful planet" the creature known as cooler said while looking around.
" I don't know how you found this planet cooler and I don't want to know all I need to know is that you were going to leave before I make you leave" Jackson said Get into his fighting stands This only made cooler laugh.
" well then little monkey if you want me to leave you going to have to make me" cooler had said taken his fighting stance the air was thick and attention was Heavy no one made a move until finally someone had sneezed and then both shot at each other at blinding speed they both threw a punch creating a Shockwave.
It seems not only did Celestia, Luna and Jackson sense this new threat that is also the threat that Jackson knew all too well will he be able to defeat this new enemy or will he die trying.
